Hi,
I want to discontinue my ICICI credit card number [protected].
I have also paid all outstanding amount of Rs 2629, raised one service request to discontinue the same (SR[protected].
Still I did not get any information regarding the same. I have moved out of India so my registered mobile number is no longer in use.

Please stop sending bill amount for the said card and cancel it as soon as possible.My email id is shariq.[protected]@gmail.com

    Dear Sir,

    Every month I am seeing a debit of Rs. 28.75 towards rewards
    redemption fees in my ICICI account w.r.t to this I have the following issues/queries.

    1. Is this charge Rs 28.75 per transaction or per month for redeeming
    the ICICI credit card rewards?

    2. Last time I redeemed/encashed 80 rewards worth Rs 20/- on mobikwik,
    for that also you charged me Rs 28.75/- redemption fees. How this is
    logical or correct? I saw only ICICI charging in such a wrong way.

    3. The bank offers very less reward points for using ICICI credit card
    compare to other bank cards and still it charge Rs 28.75/- every time
    I reddem rewards.For redeeming single reward point of worth 25 paise also if you charge Rs 28.75/- what is the use of carrying and using ICICI credit card?

    4. If I don't redeem the reward points they will lapse after 2 years
    of credit, If I redeem reward points you charge Rs 28.75/- everytime.
    This a is kind of robbery/cheat.

      I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 2 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 62782897 DP CHGS TILL AUG-16 rs.575.00. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

        Icici bank credit card department who has illegally put the amount in my savings account on lien for credit card outstanding
        (Which i dont have any with me even your phone banking confirmed the same for your confirmation voice record attached which i spoked yesterday night with both savings & credit card teams). There was absolutely no communication (Via email, phone call and hard copy letter). Kindly solve my complaint in as soon as.. Icici bank savings account is my salary account, recently became privilege banker with my great banking with icici bank and it is connected for ecs for my personal loan accounts, car loan. I request you to please confirm me whats gone wrong with you people to behave
        Like nonprofessional and remove lien on my savings account.

          Sir/Madam,

          This is to lodge a complaint against ICICI Bank Credit Card Department who has illegally put the amount in my savings account on lien for credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication (via email, phone call and hard copy letter.
          my salary is 17000 and it was credited on last day of Sep 2016 and I went to withdrawal but there is no single rs in my account.
          This is worst situation I am facing now even I do not have single rupees right now I was waiting for my salry to feed
          Due to this I am facing so much trouble and I am working in Gurgaon my hometown is Kanpur up . How will I survive for this month I have no money. So much depress right now. It be possible that I will attempt to sucide, I live alone in Delhi. That is the only money by which I can survive in Delhi. When I enquired about this they talked very arrongantly and said that they have authority to do whatever they want on our savings bank.

          I have 1 credit cards from ICICI against which ICICI are showing a balance of Rs 30000

          Credit Card No. [protected]- Limit- Rs-20000/-

          This month payment is pending and due date is 05/10/2016. I went to ICICI bank today for this credit card payment, and found they have put a lien on my savings account.

          As mentioned above, this has illegally put the amount in my savings account on lien for credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication (via email, phone call and hard copy letter).

          I was not at all contacted either by Credit Card Dept or Recovery Dept.They are insisting that only after I make a payment of 30000/-, they will release the lien.

          Particularly look for answers to the following queries from my side:

          1. Why wasn't I contacted about details regarding the case, during the case investigations at all?
          2. Why was I not informed about the one sided decision taken by the bank?

          How can credit card department put amount from my saving account on lien for recovery without informing me/ my authorization?

          Please remove the lien on my saving's account at the earliest.

            Hello,
            1. i have cash on card loan with icici bank credit card.
            2. i have online access to this account.
            3. i would like to clear whole loan.
            4. i called to icici customer care 4 times regarding to this. they told to make payment online.
            5. to make payment icici computer will send otp to my register mobile number, that will work only in india,
            6. currently i am in sweden, i requested to send otp to my registered mail.
            7. as of now i am not able make payment online or by self without otp.
            8. i am not getting reply from icici bank on this.
            9. they leave no proof or acknowledge or any document to show you.

            Please help on this.

              Is it just me, or does everyone think that the icici credit card offer of 'get up to 2 tickets per month on bookmyshow.com' just a marketing gimmick? I have been trying for the last 6 months now and at least 3-4 times a week. Every time i receive a error message saying 'you just missed it. Please try again at 3:00 pm'. And then, when i try at 3pm, it will ask me to try at a different time. I have talked to numerous friends of mine and they too agree that the odds of getting a ticket on this offer is lower than winning a lottery!
              By providing offers like this, icici bank gets away easily and cannot be held accountable for anything.
              I sincerely hope icici bank provides offers that are redeemable by regular consumers and does not glamorously advertise impractical offers with half truth.

                  I have lost my debit card and called up to customer care. I have update present communication details on sept 25 and applied for new debt card sept 26. New card has been dispatched via blue dart to the incorrect address. They have attempted for delivery at incorrect address and send sms like card is returning to bank.
                  I have called to customer care and explained the issue, they said we will speak our manager and put me on hold, i have been waiting for response over 20 mins and my balance got over disconnect. What they are doing about 20 mins? By putting my phone ahead? However i have spoken with customer care executive before my call hold about 10 mins she said i am taking request. But today i have called to customer care they said no requests have been taken yet?

                  They are just wasting my money instead of resolving small issue in on time.

                  I have faced same issues when i applied for credit card and again they have repeated today for my new debit card.

                  Kindly resolve the issue asap.

                    Please find a way of appraising this
                    Also when i asked your operations manager to explain to me the details of putting the dmat sales into my fathers account she preferred to deal with the clerk employed by my fathers newphew who interferes in out family affairs a nd keeps my father surname

During account opening the representative said that demat account is free of cost and no hidden charges and its mandatory to activate for salary accounts. So i had to activate but now i have been debited. Pls credit back the charges and deactivate demat account. I have attached screen shot for the reference. Pls do the needful.

                      As I was instructed on call, I went to nearby ICICI bank branch, but they said they can't do any process like that. I need to visit home branch only. But my home branch is 400 kms away from the place where I stay. Pls help me to get the money reimbursed and deactivate my account. Thanks.

                        My money rs. 14000. Got stuck in the automatic machine while depositing through it.in the meanwhile one guy named vishwajeet behaved badly with me and took me inside a room and threatened me after taking all the details.

                          I received a call from a lady with the idea mobile no.- [protected]on 29th sept.2016 at around 1 pm, claiming to be from icici credit card team. She convinced me that for my credit card redeem points, there will be a cash back amount of inr 4, 500/- and she was able to get my credit/debit card details over the call/discussion along with otp that i received during this call.

                          After few minutes, i received a message on my registered mobile no. That there has been 02 transactions which are as below:

                          1. Vin*ideamoney-inr 2500/-
                          2. Vin*airtel money - inr 4500/-

                          After this i immediately tried to call the lady back on her number - [protected] and it was not reachable/switched off.

                              I have opened the demat account of ICICI in August 2013. After 2-3 months I had closed this account with the help of customer care. After 7 days I have confirmed about the closure of the demat account with the customer care.
                              But today, 29-sep2016, suddenly 690 Rs deducted from my saving account. When I talked with customer care, they told that I'm using demat account. While in the year 2014, 2015 there was no such amount deducted from my account. This is the fraud doing by ICICI bank. I want my refund. I'll complaint them also in near by police station.

                                Cheaters

                                I had applied for a credit card of icici bank in the month of july 2016, which was issued to me without verification done... After that i did not receive my any statement for the same but i have been making payments without knowing my due date... I tried to contact customer care which the worst for the bank...in the mean time i get sms that some miss poonam has received my statement, but there is no one by this name in my entire society. I have been asking my gourds if there some courier for me but obviously they didn't know anyone about it... Then for the 2nd statement again i get a sms that some mr. Ashwini has the statement and again there's no one by this name living here... Most pethatic customer care... Keeps disconnecting between the call... Then every time explain the issue to someother idiot who will keep u on hold for attract 10mins...
                                Tried to link my card with my savings account but still due date not mentioned there...

                                My question to icici frauds is y can't the statements be delivered to my doorstep???

                                Is this a new game to raise funds???

                                Why should i pay interest for non receipt of my statement???

                                  Sir,
                                  I visited icici bank bikaner rani bazar branch for open my salary account, and i have also a saving account in icici which is not in use for a long time, but bank employees misguided me and told that dont open salary account, restart your saving account again, i asked them that my account is not in work from a long time, and bank employee said me that no problem if you restart your account bank will deduct only 3 month non maintenance charges rs.1350 only, on this condition i agreed and restart my account, but when my salary came, bank deduct rs.9402 from my account, when i asked tham they told that we can't do anything.

                                  Bank committed me to solve my problem till 19-10-16, but I have not received any response from bank till time, totally fraud bank.
                                  I have mailed on [protected]@icicibank.com, but till date i have not received any response by bank, not any action taken by bank.today I mailed again to bank id, kindly solve my issue.

                                    One simple question asked

                                    "i cant see any debits in my account for amc charges for the demat since last 10 years, all of sudden a lean is marked on my account for the amc charges. Please confirm on which date the amount debited from which bank account."

                                    And the call is jumping from bank and demat and 5 customer care executive changed, and every one asks what is your concern and transfer the call to other department.

                                    Till date no charges and all of sudden all my accounts marked with lean with out any intimation of details of lean.

                                      I haven't subscribed to my money service but still annual fee for sep-15 to aug-16 345 rupees got deducted. The same amount was deducted last year also from my account for the same service, and any number of calls to customer care didn't help, and i never got the amount back.                                         I have recharged my BSNL number for Rs.100 on 27/9/2016 through ICICI net banking. The amount was deducted but the recharge was not made yet. Reference number is [protected]. I have encountered the same situation earlier on 23/08/2016 when I recharged the same BSNL number(reference number is [protected]) for Rs.100 and the amount is not yet credited back.
