E-complaint lodged with icici bank on 2.9.2016 @ 4.50 pm

I am not your a/c holder. but i receive calls on my ll from your midc br. asking for sandesh dhuri or deepa dhuri who are not staying with me and i do not know them.
Pls put an end to these calls.
This phone is allotted to me in 2007 and ever since i am receiving calls asking for dhuris.
Dhuris must have taken loans from your bank and have given this ll number, which no longer belongs to them.
Your bank has not exercised checks to verify the correctness of details given to you / in the application forms by dhuris.
Dhuris have given this number so that your bank cannot reach them, when they default in repayment.
The loan/s are given by midc, andheri branch.
This could mean that they don’t reside at wagle industrial estate area.
Nevertheless your bank has accepted a ll number belonging to wie area.
It is possible that dhuris were allotted this number prior to 2007
But now it does not belong to them.
Despite my repeated requests, your bank has not been able to solve this issue.
All that is required is call the midc branch manager and get the details of this couple.
Send a registered letter to them asking them to call on the manager.
Ask for their cell no., verify the same by giving a call on the spot, take out their papers available with the branch and ask them to correct the details.
Last but not least, change details given to your call centre people.

I request you once again to do anything to put an end to this.

Kindly refer to the correspondences, enclosed, between your esteemed bank and myself.

In spite of all these i received 2 calls again today from your esteemed bank at about 3.20 p. m. from one ms priya from phone no.[protected]. she disturbed me from my afternoon rest. (i am a senior citizen and am leading a retired life.)

From the second call i should understand that she knew that mtnl ll[protected] belonged to me. despite that knowledge she asked for one sandesh dhuri in the first instance.

Do you think you can put an end to this?

Dear sirs,

I receive so many phone calls on my land line[protected] from your bank asking for one sandesh dhuri and or another deepa dhuri ever since mtnl allotted this number to me in 2007.

In spite of the fact that i tell your staff that the number belongs to me and not to sandesh dhuri and or deepa dhuri; and also that sandesh dhuri and or deepa dhuri cannot be contacted on this number, they keep on calling on this number as if to harass me/my family. believe me, this has been happening at regular intervals for the last five years!!!

Sometimes your staff behave rudely as well.

On 19th instant one jayashree from your andheri office – phone no. 6518 2207 – called and was very rude with me.

Again yesterday one manisha from your bank – phone no. 6453 1595 – called but she was not rude, at least.

All my information given to them are falling on deaf years and my family and i are put to untold difficulties and harassment. and all these come from a reputed bank like yours!

I will be obliged if you can put an end to all these.

P. s. when i approached my service provider with my problem, they suggested going to police. it is not that i didn’t know this, but then i thought i would ask you first, before i seek any other remedy/ies.

I had lodged my complaint on 19 sep 2016 but icici refers it as 30 sep 2016. This is clear indication that icici is very careless.

2.in their reply they ask for following details to resolve my issue. (My issue is that icici is calling on my landline for some of their customers who are not available at my place and i am not their customer either.)

The details they ask are as under:

Loan account number (For which calls made)
Date and time of call received
Contact number where calls received
Contact number of the caller
The collection executive name/agency name
As the above mentioned details help us to do necessary investigation and to resolve your complaint on priority.
We look forward to your co-operation in helping us serve you better.

By asking for certain details which nobody can make available they are trying to escape from their responsibility. They can say that i have not provided the details asked foir by them which they are needed to do necessary investigation.

One should bear in mind that the calls come from call centres and the moment they know that the persons they are trying to contact (Sandesh dhuri and deepa dhuri) are not available they just disconnect the phone as they are illmannered, uncivilised and rude.

Do you think they will give me the loan a/c details of dhuris to me?

I can only provide the date and time of calls received which were provided as well.
I have also provided my n umber on which i receive these calls.

Then they are asking for the caller’s number. I have clearly mentioned that i receive these calls on my landline. All the ll handsets do not have caller id facility. My ll handset does not have caller id facility.

Then they ask for the collection executive name / agency name.

By asking for such impossible information they are trying to get away from their responsibility.

This is like filling a gap with darkness.

I am saying again that i am not icici’s a/c holder.

And i receive calls on my ll from your midc br. Asking for sandesh dhuri or deepa dhuri who are not staying with me and i do not know them.

I have not received any reply from ICICI Bank that is acceptable. AS I SAID I AM NOT THEIR CUSTOMER. EVEN IF A AM A CUSTOMER, HOW CAN I PROVIDE ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S LOAN A/C NO.? This is not a professional way of disposing a complaint. This is @$#****@@

        I, Mrs. Soma Paul, has fixed deposit with ICICI Bank, Mira road branch. Fix deposit No.[protected] dated 12.05.16. I had submitted Form 15G at the time of applying for fixed deposit. In the month of June, 2016, I noticed that an amount of Rs. 621 has been deducted as TDS from my saving account no.[protected]. On enquiry after visiting the Branch near McDonalds, Mira road, the concerned officer told me to submit the Form 15 G again. He then told me that he would be sending message in this regard to TDS department.

        I met the same officer 2/3 times but no proper reply was given or were reluctant to pick up the phone. Then on 11.08. 16, I visited the Mira Road branch, Sector 5, from where I had taken the Fixed Deposit, to sort out the matter. On their advice, I submitted an application to the branch Manager requesting to return the deducted TDS amount as I had submitted the Form 15 G for the financial year.

        Still TDS deducted in the month of August as well as September'16. Several time I visited both the branches and spent several hours sitting in front of officers. But no proper reply was given. I lost money as interest and auto charges for visiting them frequently. I am a widow depend on the fix deposit interest for the house expenses and for the son's education. It seems most of the ICICI Bank officers doesn't know the procedures. Please suggest how to solve this issue.

          This is regarding a transaction that i made on 18/08/2016 to amazon for an amount of Rs 1599. The same was declined by amazon but the amount was debited from my account. I was told by ICICI that the amount will be reversed in 5 working days but i got an amount of RS 1045 reversed on 03/09/2016. Since the transaction has happened i have visited the branch 4 times. At first i was told that the money has reached the seller which was a wrong information given to me. Then after a long time you give me a credit of a wrong amount. I still havent got my full money back. Why cant you take this matter seriously and get it resolved? Why are you creating so much inconvenience to me due to this unacceptable delay? Guess because this is my money. Had been even a rupee delay from my end for a loan repayment you guys would have been behind my life but in this case nobody has even bothered to call me or give me a proper response. I urge you to resolve this query on an immediate basis and credit my account with the balance amount.

Mr. Anand Gupta started abusing his fist day even on con call, after several request and complaint to Mr. Abhinav Yadav nothing has been changed. Even on Con- call CBM Anand Gupta told “Nestenabood kar do sabko, jo bhi sir uthaye, mai sab dekh loonga, Marna pade to maro but camera of kar dena” when we all team member of Mungra Badshahpur opposed for this to our BM Mr. Abhinav Yadav he told this is the culture of ICICI Bank what senior used to say is ok. If senior used to abuse you have to listen if you want to work ICICI Bank otherwise you will be terminated.
              I was on sick leave by informing our BM Mr. Abhinav Yadav. And having on sick leave Mr. Ananad Called on 6th August at 7A.M. started abusing to “Matherchoad tumhari himmat kaise huyi bina mujhse poochhe leave par jane ki ainda dikhayi mat padna branch me apni dusri vyavastha kar lo”. And many times he was shouted on me when I request him that I am on sick he did not listen to me and hang the phone.
              But I kept working, did a lot of business and they can check my last month performance in a such vulgar environment but now it been as panic as I am not ready to work even a single day in such organization where all have to listen abuses of seniors and no one is ready to even of the employee for his wellness after several complaints.

              This is to your kind information that ICICI Bank has been kept my original document (Mark-sheet & Certificate) and does not return yet. And I have acknowledgement receipt of the document which I submitted during my selection in ICICI Bank Limited.
              And I was working in Mungra Badshahpur, Jaunpur-222202 Branch.
              And also saying by branch official that I will spoil of your career, because you have complaining about me (Prashant Shrivastava) and CBM (Mr. Anand Gupta) to the higher authority of the organization.

              So please take the suitable action as soon as possible.

                Account debited but not credited to beneficiary account through imps

                Today (16 th sep, 2016)at around 11:10 am I have transfered a sum of Rs 70, 000/- from my ICICI bank to Bank of Baroda through IMPS transfer mode but till now the money is not credited in the beneficiary account.

                Hi ICICI,
                On 18/8/2016 at 10;44;51 I had deposited Rs.10, 000 in the money deposit machine at ICICI Bank, Mattikere Branch, Bangalore. The deposit was done in the presence of Asst. Branch Manager Sangeeta - while doing this transaction of 500x20=Rs.10, 000 one note of Rs.500 got withdrawn in the cash deposit machine and I got a Transaction Receipt which says Note Retained for Verification.

                Its been almost a month now, I have followed up with the Asst. Branch Manager about 5 times for a Verification on the Retained Note but the manager hasn't given me a verification proof of the note yet, no call/msg or any proof. During one of my follow ups on 19/9/2016 - Madam Sangeeta showed me a note and said this is the duplicate note received from the machine but DID NOT MARK THE NOTE DUPLICATE OR TEAR THE NOTE (as per RBI norms).

                She also told me that only Rs.250/- half amount will be given to the customer based on some weird validation ( a scam I didn't understand). I had requested Madam Sangeeta to open the deposit machine immediately while she was witnessing but didn't do it. On my last followup (today) The asst. manager says there is an OS problem in the deposit machine and the problem has been escalated to XYZ but no reply till date.

                Few questions to ponder:
                1. Does it take 1 month to solve such a serious issue?
                2. Why isn't the manager cancelling/tearing a duplicate note?
                3. How do you prove that the note is mine?

                        I am a NRI working with an MNC in Gulf.. On my behalf my friend booked a gift card on 30th August to be sent to another friend in bangalore as a birthday gift.
                        Due to ICICI bank website error, the delivery was brought to the sender itself on 7th Sept instead of receiving address.
                        It has not been still delivered to the correct address yet. Whenever we call them no proper reply is received. THE GIFT CARD IS WITH A COURIER COMPANY AND NOT DELIVERED.

                          My Outstanding for Statement Dated 02.08.16 was Rs. 10, 928.55. I paid Rs. 9928.55. The bank put me a charge of Rs.905.34( on card no. ending -8008 my closed card—looks suspicious) for Rs. 1000 short Payment which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Neither had they given me how they calculate charges. Also they said they will charge for my next month spending which is again non- acceptable. If I make extra Payment then they will not give me interest. I complaint this on customer care & after pressurizing too much they register the complaint vide SR[protected]. Employee- Tulsi.
                          I want a reverse of this amount and if this is not done I will be forced to close the card after paying all outstanding. Also Policy of bank which affect me are not personal and should be shared.

                              I am a resident o[censored]SA and have a property in India. In order to sell the house swiftly I struggled to pay off the loan early.
                              ICICI bank refuses to release my house deeds to my father who holds my general POA executed 10 yrs ago in the HighCourt and also in the District court in India. I have lost one interested buyer due to their delaying tactics. I an at the verge of loosing the second interested buyer.
                              They now send me a POA format that is their own wordings and expect me to get it executed in hardcopy form through the embassy across the two nations.
                              This is ridiculous and extreme harrassment to the customer who never defaulted on a single payment.

I already had a loss of amount 40, 000 INR because of this site issue. Contacted ICICI Direct customer care several time but they are not answering on this concern. I will be share SR number account details through email.

                                  Please beware of icicidirect trading site and do not do intra day trading. otherwise you will lost your money because of website down during trading hour.

                                      I have seen the mail and credit statement now. I have faced the same issue last year to pay the annual fee of credit card. But when I was asked to apply for credit card it was said its free of cost and no annual fee.

                                      But, this year same incident happened. If you want to check your record of reported issue, then can check July 2015- Aug 2015 issue. I have the mail related to that follow up.

                                      Revert the credit statement of annual fee. Because am not gonna pay this, and m not going to write same issue again...I have previous mails. if you need I can fwd that.

                                      Please let me know the process to close that card. I am not using it since 1 year.

                                      If it was having any joining fee, then i should have paid in last year. But i was told it is free of cost, and as I have said in my previous mail that I faced the same annual charge issue in the last year. but they waived off because i have not sign anything that I will be charged any annual fee, even I was not interested to get any card, but When I joined new office and my previous icici salary account was transferred then your sale representative offered it for free. Why I should pay the fee. There are alot of another plans for credit card for other banks, I don't use that and then Why I will go for paid credit card. Even I am not using that card since 1 year. Please request you to waive off or let me know the process to whom I have to contact for the same.

                                      If your platinum card have annual charges they why it was sold by saying free of cost and no annual charges. the main problem is you charged the same in last year and i have to do the follow up for 2 months to get waived off the false charges, now again M facing the same problem...
