On 30 June 2016 the money was taken out of my account, rs 5 lacs.
No information was provided to me even though I request for what happened to my money.
Finally a receipt was sent to me on 7 September with wrong name and wrong address.
Then I requested that my policy be cancelled since the money was missing for more than 2 months. Now no response from ICICI bank Jaipur.

I have lost my 5 lacs it seems and there has been some banking malpractice.

I want my money back with interest.

    i am working in Railway department i have a salary account since 4 years in your reputed ICICI bank, but from last couple of months whenever i go there in to bank to solve my queries or sometimes i required for account statement detail at that time they does not answer us properly and behave like irresponsible as well as unknown person. and always used to tell us wait for 30 min upto 1 hour. So, kindly do it immediately action against them and solve the problems of consumer of your bank.

        How can you conveniently block a customers card just because he made frequent online purchases? and if you are really suspicious of fraudulent activity, couldn't you have called on my registered mobile to confirm??! Now the ICICI officials say, since my card is blocked, it cannot be unblocked because "another" card has been given to my father in Guwahati, and i can use only that card! The card will be posted tomorrow by my father because of what happened. But can you imagine the trouble i'm in? Spending 2 days in mumbai with a blocked card for no "legitimate" reason! Please answer!

            I Mr. Jagat singh having ICICI Bank account Number[protected], went to the HDFC bank ATM, located at AIS glass factory, Bawal Distt. Rewari on 24/08/16 at around 1:30PM, reveived message on my registered mobile No:[protected] that Rs 8000 withdrawal from my account but no money came out from ATM, Then immediately in visit ICICI Bawal branch where i got SR No:[protected] for my complaint but after some time i got SMS on my registered number that your transaction was successful that day . then i visited ICICI Rewari branch they provide me new SR Number:[protected] on date 25/8/16 and they your problem will be solved with in 10 days after 10 days i again visited Rewari ICICI branch they extended solution time by 17 days and refused to take my hand written application

            Please help me i lost Rs 8000 thousand that was my one month salary

              I am holding a credit card of Icici Bank so on 26 Aug I received my statement in that it showing 250/- and 37.50/- charged as auto debit fee and service tax respectively. I called on customer care they said to reverse auto debit fee but denied service tax . As I told them that this has been charged me from my Icici Bank from where I made payment for my credit card . But they denied and told to register complain and now they will not reverse auto debit fee too.
              I register complain but that s. Narsima Rao replied me same thing .
              I replied with dissatisfaction resolution .

                When I go to check card the .msg comes on ATM screen is incorrect PIN.
                So I complaint after huge waiting and call to ICICI. My Service Request No. SR[protected].
                I first time used the credit card but face lot of difficulties.
                My mind conscious while using this card.
                I just want to know about my Platinum Credit Card
                I received welcome kit containing the broacher of Platinum Credit Card
                Joining fee Rs. 500.
                1) Is there joining fee my for my card ?
                2) Is there annual charges for my card ?
                3) How many fine amount when I miss the payment on date.
                4) Is online shopping means EMI available to this card.
                5) Any Hidden charges ?
                6) How many Service Tax ?
                7) The due date for my payment ?
                8) On website where I register my mobile alerts ?
                When I received call from ICICI about credit card team informed me :

                    My name is Chirag Sangani staying at Kandivli (West). I have been using ICICI Bank Credit Card since several years and have never defaulted in any payments. I have paid all my dues to ICICI Bank till date, infact as per my calculation submitted to ICICI Bank, I have paid around INR 2000 more than what I have used.

                    Inspite of the same, ICICI Bank demands an additional INR 93000 (approximately). I asked them to show me the statement showing my usage of the said amount, but they claim that it is bank charges and interest.

                    The ICICI Bank official by the name Mr. Sushil [Mob. No.: [protected]] calls and talks all sort of bad words. They even send their officials to my residence for recovering the money when I am not home. My elderly father (around 70 years age) is at home, but they are even harassing him and giving mental torture using foul and raw language.

                    I have already given a written intimation to the bank that do not send anybody to my place as my elderly father usually remains sick and cannot handle pressure.

                    I have read several such cases against ICICI Bank on your forum and hence lodging my complaint as well.

                    I earnestly request you to kindly help me in the matter so that such harassment's can be stopped.

                      Dear ICICI,

                      With all due respect I want to say that I opened my ICICI salary account in year 2014 and at that time ICICI representative also provided me the Demat account.
                      Later on I received many calls from ICICI to activate the Demat Account but I didn't do that. After few months I Went to ICICI representative and submitted documents required for closing my Demat account.

                      But on 29/08/2016, I saw ICICI deducted Rs.575 from my account as "59650799 DP CHGS TILL JUL-16" .

                      Even when the ICICI representative was proving the Demat account he confirmed that there are no charges and will never be charged in future. This is completely unacceptable.

                      Please take action on it and refund my amount ASAP.

                          I have unsubscribed from my money service of icici bank 3 years back but still annual fee of 345 rupees gets deducted from my bank account. This is happening for last three years continously. I have told customer care many times to unsubscribe me from that my money account but there is no progress at all. Please refund my money back to my account and also tell me the correct procedure to unsubscribed my account from that money manager service(calling your customer care or pressing unsubscribe button on the website has not worked yet).

                              I have applied for ICICI bank credit cards, I received Credit Card Pin letter from ACE Express Courier but many days has been passed and I didn't get credit card from Blue dart courier services.
                              But today I got message from ICICI bank like...

                              Greetings from ICICI Bank.
                              We wish to inform you that Credit Card -Fresh for your ICICI Bank Account XX1009 sent through Blue Dart Courier, AWB [protected] is returned on 09-SEP-16 due to Need Dept Name or Extn No.

                              But Credit Card Pin letter from ACE Express Courier received on the same address then how it is possible that for Blue Dart Courier service not geeting the address.

                                  Icici Bank — DP Charges - ICICI

                                  I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for over 1 year now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '59560683 DP CHGS TILL JUL-16'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI

                                    I had paid my VISA credit card bill from my HDFC bank through net banking. The payment was done on 1st Sept. before due date (2nd Sept) and the bank has mentioned to make payment 2-3 days before payment. The money was deducted from my account on day 1st itself. After 6 days I get a sms that ICICI will charge me late fee as they have received money on 6th Sept.

                                    After various attempt to contacting the different levels of customer grievances at ICICI Bank. But no help... I want to know who is responsible and why should I pay late fees when I have made the payment on time.

                                      In month of march, i made a wrong fund transfer of 8000 regarding which firstly i contacted my nearest branch of icici (Hinjewadi, pune) in that month only. I submitted a hand written request for the same as told by the staff member. After that no serious steps are been taken by the staff of the branch. Then after 2-3 months of non satisfactory reply, i registered a complain at level 2 but that too didn't helped much. I am tired of my visits to the branch but couldn't get any fulfilled reply from there side. One day they say something and next day something else. It has been four months now and i have moved to pune 6 months earlier only and staying in a pg and having some financial issues as well.
                                      Now i am getting info that the person has withdrawn all the money and is not picking up the phone or contacting in either way.
                                      Very bad experience from icici bank.
                                      Thinking of getting out of icici bank account.

                                        I have salary account since june 2011 in icici bank, i never activated any paid service like money manager, but every month bank deduct rs.28.75 from my salary account.

                                        I ask to customer care they said this is charges for money manager

                                        I really do not know what is money manager, i never activate this nor use ever.
                                        I cant use it because i don't have that service... Today i notice that icici website show me this popup to subscribe to money manager — means i am not subscriber till yet -

                                        Even customer care executive cant tell me when i activate this service, as he said they don't have data available to check.

                                        I requested for money back, which is clearly theft from my account.

                                        I know icici bank has too many rich client who never care for small charges like this, actually they dont have time to see what bank charging them... But still icici bank must be honest

                                        Your executive call me regarding this and start telling me how to deactivate money manager.
                                        I told her, I did not request to learn How to Deactivate service, I requested for details and Refunds
                                        and I will not deactivate this service until I got refund

                                        now I got a sms from bank that "Money Manager Services has been Deactivated as per your request"

                                        Shocked when I request to Deactivate?
                                        I requested for details When and How I activate this service... !
                                        You Deactivated this without my permission means you Activated this earlier in same way..

                                        An advise for you and your bank officials - Please be honest, You can earn well without cheating.
                                        I want to foreclose my loan account against my credit card no. [protected], but customer care executive will not able to give information the same. I have tried lots of time since last 2 days.
                                        Plz confirm the process.
