This has reference to ICICI Credit Card, I have received a call on 26/08/2016 @ 3.32pm from[protected] Ms.Smita, she was asking for a credit card payment, I told her to call on Monday and collect it from office, she was very misbehaving and said No she wants payment today only, you arrange from any where, she was keep on nagging not ready to listen and keep the phone.
Whether this kind of manner and etiquette you teach to your staff and third party contractor to behave with your customers, there was no reason for her to misbehave when I told to call on Monday and collect the payment.
You are requested to look into the matter.

First You send a notice on available address & ask for relief's you want. Don't forget to mention that if they fails to comply then you will be constrained to file consumer complaint. Send notice by speed post. Keep track of Postal receipt. If Opponent failed to comply then you can move to consumer court where opponent has office. In case you have done transaction online then you can file your complaint in your areas district forum if yours demand is below 20 Lacs. If above 20 Lacs you need to file the same complaint before State Commission. For Further guidance please contact me. [protected].
