I have taken Auto loan from Icici bank in month of May-2016 for 648000 (LAJAL[protected] ) . I am requesting to him close my auto loan on 12 August which is I had already paid 2 instalments, the executive of Icici bank Mr Sham Lal asked me for loan closer amount is : 632000 but when I had applied for the same they had given the closer latter for inr : 670000 . When I am talk with him regarding this he said this is bank charges I am relied him then why he asked me for RS - 632000 when I asked you for closer he said this is bank charges . And they also said if I am replied my auto loan will get waver of 50% four closer amount . What is this these pvt banks doing what they want they all playing with the customer please advise can we can't close these type of fraud by the bank

    Hi

    My account no is[protected] and icici has deducted 28.75 twice from my account for no reason where in i have not swiped my card and none of the transaction got failed. Its my salary account for past 5 years and i am really disappointed with services provided by icici. I hope some one will take this seariously before i take any legal action against the bank

      Dear friends,

      Im a latest victim of this great bank. I have taken a loan amount of rs.3 lakh for 5 years tenure. Name of the person who came for collecting the documents is Anish. He played a major role in this drama. While he came for collecting the focuments i stressed that insurance SHOULD NOT be added. He said not even a single penny would be taken from my loan amount apart from the processing fee of 1000/- rs. Approx.
      Inspite of telling they have added insrance to my loan. When i called the other great person named PRASHANTH who is the manager in edapally icici branch he asked me to give a cancelled cheque. Which i gave anish the very next day. All this happened in the month of june. After 20 days i got a call from anish saying that the cheque leaf which i gave him and asked me to give another cheque leaf. Doesn't this sound silly for a bank person. (During this time i got a job in Trivandrum and i had to move to trivandrum) this call came in the month of july. At that time i didnt have any cheque leaf and requested fir a cheque book ehich came in a weeek and that time i relieved from the company j was working for. Then when i called anish he said he has relieved from icici. See how great they are! Then I called the manager and he told me to give the cheque leaf in his edapally branch. So all the way i came from trivandrum to cochin. I called him after giving the cheque leaf + a blank paper with my sign on it. He said i need to sign another form which he will be sending it to my email address. I gave him the mail address also. After 2 weeks time i didnt get any mail and messaged him for the form. For that he just replied back saying it will take time. Today[protected] i called him to know the clear status. You know what he said 'you will not get 5400 rs(my actual insurance amount) and you will get only 2400 rs. Because i used insurance for last 3 months. Then started explaining about the policy. I stopped him and said i know those stories and that was not i needed and not to take action anymore. See guys do you find any wrong action from mg end.

      I told them clearly i dont want insurance


      I gave him the cheque leaf ontime and he missed.

      They delayed purposefully so that i will say ok to insurance.

      Excellently played by insurance

      Guys please be careful with icici bank.

        Unable to use gift card for online transactions

        I got the gift card from my organization as a part of annual gift but there is no pin mentioned in a gift pack.
        I tried to contact customer care but they are asking for birthdate, and its not accepting my actual birthdate. I don't know the birthdate which my employer has used.

        Now there is no way to check balance also i am not able to use it for online transactions since pin is not set. Please help me here.

        I have been trying to see my credit card e statements on line from long but i am unable to do so. Earlier it was so easy to do so but i don't understand the changes that have been brought in and it has become impossible to view the statements. Please tell me how to go about it. There are so many sites now you don't know which one to open. Please treat this as urgent.

          I got an ICICI bank credit card against a FD I opened in 2011. I had last used my ICICI bank Credit card back in 2014, afterwards it expired and the ICICI bank didn't even provided a replacement. After almost one and a half in July this year ICICI bank issued me the replacement card with the same limit although the FD is far greater than last time. In the last one an a half year, I accumulated payback reward points on my ICICI debit card and saving account but not on ICICI credit card. I redeemed some of those points and was not using any ICICI credit card at that moment. After a few weeks when my replacement card arrived and I started using it, within 2 two days I got a redemption fee levied on my replaced ICICI credit card. When I contacted ICICI customer care and tried to explain this to them for over 40 minutes, all ICICI customer care representative kept repeating was this is the way things are and ICICI bank won't do anything else on this. What kind of business model is this where you levy a fee and can't even justify its purpose?

              Repeated calls for pre approved credit card

              I don't have any account in ICICI bank and i get call to get a pre approved redit cards. How can you provide a credit card to someone who does't even have an account in ur bank. So rediculous. I'm so frustrated from the repeated calls. Stop calling n irritating ppl. If i get anymore calls i'll be filing complaint in police station. So plz resolve this issue as soon as possible . and i'm not at all interested...

              I received credit card before 3 months but still i didn't received PIN for the same. Kindly check and provide / Send PIN # to My mobile # [protected] to use the same. Icici customer care never caring about customers and there is no responsibility for the bank.. called customer care so many times and complained on the same but still there is no response and i didn't get PIN to use the same..

                I refer to loan application made to ICICI for commercial property against which I have received sanction letter dated 20th June 2016 of Rs. 37 Lakh loan from ICICI Bank on Letter head no1018884/85/92

                Initially it was informed to us that since the property is not in approved project list of ICICI, so we could not process the loan, after that lot of deliberations and discussions were made and i told that i have already paid the Loan processing fees and committed my builder to pay the balance amount of the deal requested to process my loan amount.
                Kindly clarify if any project is not approved by builder to ICICI then a customer should not approach ICICI bank for Loan????

                I was thereafter informed that I require set of documents of commercial Property for getting Legal & Technical clearance and the same was submitted by me on 21st July 2016.

                After more than a month time and that too after continuous follow up with ICICI bank staff, we were not getting proper responses in time every time it was informed that matter is pending with legal we will inform you etc... on 24th Aug, 2016 It was informed by Mr Mahendra and Mr Sandeep Upadhyay (Branch Sales Manager- Borivali (west)) the legal is saying that the zerox set of documents submitted by me needs to be validated with original documents at Builders office and same was fixed for 26th Aug 2016 and I had infomed at builders office to do the needful for meeting scheduled from 12;30 to 1.30 pm but no offical from ICICI bank turned to builders office for document verification.

                I do understand that there are certain processes that need to be completed but looking at the duration i, e time lag its really became high time to escalate this matter to you in order to complete the procedural aspect on top priority. Its almost for last more then 2 months post sanctioning of loan the banks officals at Borivali branch are showing gross negligence to respond to the prospect whose amount is debited by Rs 21275/-.

                  Am the A/c holder of icici bank i am having a zero balance a/c, They have charged Picdcd charge Rs.573.85 on 22.08.2016. when I asked for the same they said this is for debit card charges.
                  now They charged Rs.172.50 on 26.08.2016 for D Card fee with out giving me prior sms/notice/information/email.
                  I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                  They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                  Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without prior information.
                  Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.
                  If the ICICI bank will not give me valid reason or credit the amount, I am going to close my sb account soon.

                    The concern was that, from Pockets app on June 18, 2015, I was redeeming a coupon of an amount of Rs. 2515 in my savings ICICI bank account no.[protected] but mistakenly the last digit of the account was mistyped and the coupon amount was redeemed in account no.[protected] that does not belong to me.

                    I have entered my name (RAHUL SHARMA) along with that account number in the input field that clarifies that I have not redeemed the coupon for that wrong account number[protected].


                    For this, I contacted the ICICI bank customer many times. Even they ask me to submit an indemnity on 100 Rs. stamp paper stating that after debiting money from wrong beneficiary only I will be responsible for any kind of claim by wrong beneficiary not the bank.
                    But in spite of this, ICICI bank has not refunded my money. Every time they say that the wrong beneficiary is not contactable and he has not used his account from long time and is not contactable as well. So we can not debit the amount without the permission of customer.

                      Hello,

                      Thanks for hand delivery of the international Coral debit card, I couldnot generate my password online as that system has been deactivated for netbanking and also when I tried through customer care, the language is Hindi.


                      Can you please change the default language to English for my regestired mobile number, So that I can generate my PIN for the debit card
                      of my Bank account XX5327 with instructions given in the call

                      And also please help me in generating a password for internet banking with this account, When I tried Im facing many issues.

                      And My third request is that I need a PIN generation even for my Coral Credit card.[protected]

                      Please do the needfull help because Iam helpless with my money...

                        I recently noticed a suspicious activity in my account. I immediately called the ICICI customer care.I was calling from Europe but is almost 2:30 in Indian

                        Transaction was auto debit of just 99 Rs from Bajaj Auto

                        I told him that transaction was not at authorized by me. In fact I do not see any relationship far and wide with Bajaj Auto. I have never bought anything or have anything to do with Bajaj Auto.

                        But he was very rude and kept insisting that nothing he can do about it. In fact he told me that I could have blocked your card but it is not necessary as I can clearly see it is debited by Bajaj.

                        I kept repeating the same time again and I told him that how did ICICI Bank authorized that debit.. Anyone can claim money in account and ICICI will facilitate it.. But he was very rude and said please call tomorrow.. He can do nothing for me.. In fact he said go an check with Bajaj Auto.

                        I said its a big company and what should I say ?? That why are you debiting money from my account.. ICICI bank should tell me on basis of what they processed this debit request.. Was it an instruction from me.. He had not answers and he hang up on me without even asking me..

                        I expect ICICI to tell me who gave them authority to make that transaction. Also to behave in a professional manner while on call.

                        I means of course it is 99 Rs but who gave them authority to touch my single penny without my permission?

In case you have done transaction online then you can file your complaint in your areas district forum if yours demand is below 20 Lacs.                           I am not satisfied by the service provided by ICICI Bank.

                          There is no any response after several efforts taken by me.

                          Always false commitment is given to by ICICI Bank executives.

                          Quality also not maintained by ICICI Bank.

                          No one giving details that how did Demat a/c get open with salary a/c.
                          Is ICICI Bank has policy that every one must open Demat a/c with salary a/c.
                          If opened by them, if there is no activity in a/c since its been opened then why dose not close it by ICICI bank,

                          its all done by ICICI Bank for incentive of its sales executive.

                            This has reference to ICICI Credit Card, I have received a call on 26/08/2016 @ 3.32pm from[protected] Ms.Smita, she was asking for a credit card payment, I told her to call on Monday and collect it from office, she was very misbehaving and said No she wants payment today only, you arrange from any where, she was keep on nagging not ready to listen and keep the phone.

                            Whether this kind of manner and etiquette you teach to your staff and third party contractor to behave with your customers, there was no reason for her to misbehave when I told to call on Monday and collect the payment.

                            You are requested to look into the matter.

                              My account number is[protected] On 6 Aug 2016 I was supposed to transfer money into my husband's acc but by mistake I transferred into wrong one sukhvindar sing of Rs 20000. Next working day, I went to your nearest branch and informed them about whole situation in fact gave them a written complaint so if they can help me or block the amount or something! Then following day one of your executive told me that a person who has received my money by mistake has withdraw the money. After two weeks from my complaint icici bank block the amount from that customer account. And now when I called to your executive to check the status and my complaint he is being very rude to me and saying that "we can not do anything about it. You have to forget the money" what kind of behaviour is that? I am also your customer and if you can not solve my issue why should I be with you guys?

                                ग्राम पंचायत तारातरा मठ, पंचायत समिति चोह्टन, जिला बाड़मेर के ग्राम वासियों के नरेगा योजना के तहत किये कार्य के भुगतान हेतु उनके खाते आईसीआईसीआई बैंक शाखा गाँधी चौक बाड़मेर में खोले गये है, इस योजना के तहत नियोजित मजदूरों का भुगतान ग्राम पंचायत तारातरा मठ, पचायत समिति चोह्टन जिला बाड़मेर द्वारा आपकी उक्त बैंक के खाते में राशी को ट्रासफर कर दिया है, परन्तु संबधित बैंक द्वारा आज दिनांक 26अगस्त 2016 तक संबधित श्रमिकों को भुगतान नहीं किया गया है, भुगतान माह फ़रवरी 2016 से आज तक का बकाया है, इसलिए श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि श्रमिकों का भुगतान करवा जावे एवं सम्बंधित बैंक को पाबन्द करावे कि भविष्य में समय पर भुगतान करने की कृपा करे

                                Bank send me credit card but address mention wrong on enolop so blue dart refuse to deliverd packet i am traying contact custmer care but they no reply
                                kindly provide a/c number or branch code to investigate.
                                why is the bank not acting on complaint and asking to write on its email id - [protected]@icicibank.com
                                does the bank have toll free customer care phone number. rural india might not be able to afford charged customer care.
                                the a/c holder might not have email id they must have made this complaint through a cybercafe person.

                                  Sir.
                                  I Byraboina Satish Kumar. I was cheated by account holder number,[protected] vikaspuri branch ifsc icic0006296 . He made a call and told me that he is talking from Max life insurance company and told me about my policy number and sum insured etc details . And asked for pay premium amount. He gave his account details.i wrote that beneficiary as Max life policy[protected] and On 20/08/16 an amount 44800 transferred by NEFT from my account number [protected] from Andhra bank Sathupalli.Telangana state.
                                  After due enquiry from Max life insurance company..they told that it is not Max life company account. I lodged a complaint at Andhra bank Sathupalli and Police station on 25th of August.
                                  Hence I request you sir . Please freez account[protected]. And please do justice to me.

                                  I applied for address change at ICICI Bank blue ridge hinjewadi phase 1 pune on 19/08/2016 at 12:30 pm. They told me your address change will be fine in 24 hours. But still my address is not changed. I have submitted required documents & verified, approved by then while submitting address change form. It seems like they haven't processed request.
