I'm Mahamad Nizaruddin U.T ac number[protected], malabar cotton, vakkaligara Pete circle karnataka india 577002.
On 07/06/2016 I deposited Rs. 1, 00, 500 on[protected] P.JAHEERHUSSIN .ICICI Bank tirpur branch. Unfortunately it deposited to Mr. Sankarnarayanan.S[protected] because of a silly mistake where in I wrote a digit wrong.
Immediately within two minuts I reported to the ICICI...

We are getting a late payement charge with service tax even after paying minimum amount outstanding amount on time. After requesting for our credit card cancellation two times there was no response to the request. please resolve this matter.we are not going to pay any extra charge ....

Of course I am going to pay up the amount. What I am trying to point out is the following -

1. Why is the bank not interested in investigating which number the call came from and reporting it to the authorities
2. Why is the bank not interested in finding out how did a Credit Card related sensitive information (expiry date etc.) be available with parties that are not part of the bankbr...

Made an online payment for online shopping on 5th Aug but due to server error amount has not been credited to that particular account but amount has been deducted from my account of rs 3000.. So refund my money asap..it's more than 24 hours.. Have not received any pau back amount from the bank.Else need to take appropriate action.it's really frustrating from a customer point of view....

I am a Kotak customer and by mistake I have transferred 2400 in this account of ICICI[protected] on 14th of March. It was my error as the account number where in had to transfer ends with 1 and being a typo error, I entered 2. Dear sir/madam,

I have approached icici bank customer service, since 1 month with my issue. All i get is standard emails with an apology and requesting for more time to handle my query. After sending mail from my corporation bank branch the issue not resolved. Icici bank cannot play with people emotions and time.

I was working in icici bank ltd, videocon tower jhandewalan ext new delhi payment solution group on the payroll of modern business solution.
I have resign on dated 20.05.16 with one month notice period my last working day was 16.06.16.
Still ICICI BANK RHS MR. Sumit Tyagi Terminated me without reason.
He is updated termination in vsts instead of resignation.
I want request to change the status in vsts as resignation...

This bank only give excuses nd following dates.. To pamper the customer but do not actually process the their work... I give all documents to claim my father fdr amount after my father was death..
Then they told me u will recieve the amount in 7 days but still the amount is not yet paid.. Nd 3 months are almost completed..

I had foreclosed my home loan and got the documents back. But ICICI team is not coming to cancelled the MODT at Registration office. Simply everyone is passing the bucks. I'm being shuttled here and there. Customer service number is meant for only credit and debit cards. Very poor service. I didn't expect such a poor customer services from Icici bank....

I have loan in icici bank on creditcard. And also have salary account from last 16 years. I paid all valid charges till today to icici but now this incident is very much harassed to me.
I found that icici bank is starting his monopoly in banking sector and unwanted harassed to customer.
