Hi,

This query is regarding my credit card number [protected]. I was charged rs 2140.53 (Including service charge and taxes nad late fee).
I initiated my payment on 7th (Due date) but it is received by icici bank on 10th it mean after 2 days.
I only wanted to highlighted one thing here that i have using icici bank card service from last 3/4 years but i think this is first time when icici received my payment late.

I also understand that bank received payment 2 days late but i also did payment on time (7th). For that i would be getting charged like this, which seems like dishonesty with the customer….

I am making a request here to please waive off all the charges. Please dont do this type of dishonesty with your good customer.


I called many to the customer care also send the request from icici website but still i am not getting response from icici bank.


Please understand my request.

    I am receiving emails from Icici bank stating that i have applied for credit card and they have sent the card and i have recieved it etc, while i do not have a icici account nor credit card. I think there is a mistake or someone is playing fraud. Please advise.

      I would like to know as to why the posdec charges are deducted when i havent used my card for swiping nor have a shared my card details with anyone. More than 10 times i see in my bank statement that the postdec charges have been deducted.

      1) 18/4/2016 twice the sum of rs 28.50/- deducted (Total rs 57.00)
      2) 20/5/2016 the sum of rs 3.87/- deducted (Total rs 3.87)
      3) 14/6/2016 five times the sum of rs 28.75/- deducted (Rs 143.75)
      4) 25/7/2016 three times the sum of rs 24.63 & rs 28.50/- deducted (Rs 81.63)

      The sub total is rs 286.25/- has been charged by icici bank unfairly as postdec charges. I see the dates on my bank statement and on that date i had done no transactions whatsoever. I want icici bank to reverse all the charges or else i will have close my account with the bank on immediate basis.

        I was already using debit card. But company has issued 2nd debit card at my postal address without me even asking for it. After 2 days, atm pin is posted. The delivery boy has delivered to any personand he has misused the the account. The company has yet not blocked my debit card and i am not sure what are they waiting for. Is it the kind of service they are providing to their key customers.

            Again its showing my loan has been been approved in iloans app along with the emi and tenure.i talked to my sales representative and he is telling me everyday that it will be disbursed today
            This is the kind of service you people provide ?

            Personal loans are meant for some emergency situations right .Then why so much delay and that too after coming to disbursement stage.

                It has become usual habit for ICICI to rob money from customer but the explanation will be different . I was charged thrice . I don't know why RBI is sitting idle on those banks .Every time we have to shout at them for hours to get it resolved .Though I have money in my Icici they deduct MAB, I have to explain them still it has not been deducted from account as I haven't made any purchase .

                RBI pls cancel the licence, PSU Banks are much better

                    I have a credit card no-[protected]. I am using this care since oct-2014.In the last month my credit card bill was accrued on dated 28/06/2016 for the amount of 3885.84. On dated 26/06/2016 one amount of rs. 4680 has been credited in my account. After this payment all old due of my credit card has been cleared account was reflected in minus. After this everything was smooth and fine. But on 18/07/2016 i have seen one late payment charge of rs. 500 and service tax of rs. 75 was accrued in my account.
                    I am very much surprised to see this late payment charge and service text amount.

                    So, will anybody can elaborate that how it has been done.

                      this my chennai account (a/c no: 270xxxxxx672). my friend deposited 1000 rs to my account as on 20 th july.16. but i got only 827.50 (deduction for "anw-chrgs :150.00 s-tax :22.50") i think this charge is too much. totally loot. please tell me what's the hell this anw charges and refund my deducted amount earliest.

                      Icici people do not tell about their policy correctly.
                      They have charged for mobile sms service. but did not sending any message for this deduction, frustrated by their terms and conditions.

                        Dear sir,

                        I have worked with icici bank from 29/07/2008 to 15/03/2011. Due to unavoidable circumstances i have resigned from my service and left the organisation on 15/03/2011 and moved to a different state. At time of joining, in my offer letter, it was mentioned that either i have to serve 90 days after resignation or i have to pay notice period amount. Hence i served part of the notice period and intimated them to recover the dues for such shortfall in notice period. Thereafter they have completed my full and final settlement and provided me with a relieving letter. However the last working date mentioned there is 5/05/2011 in place of 15/03/2011. Hence i request the esteemed bank to look into this issue and provide me with a correctly dated relieving letter and experience certificate.

                        Note: since i have paid for services not rendered, i request a revised reliving letter with the correct date.

                              Hi i am lokesh kumar, i have a icici bank account as well as debit card.
                              Yesterday i was withdrawing the amount from a icici atm machine. I withdraw rs. 500 then it was ok and showed the remaining balance is 3814. But when i was trying to withdraw rs. 3800 it didn't proceeded. And after that i done 2 transaction (Withdraw) and on every transaction they charges rs 23 to me.. Why???

                                    On 22/7/16 afternoon i got an sms saying that my debit card is blocked immediately i called customer care and informed. It is told that it a mistake from icici, it will be talked to superior and complaint will be registered to unblock. Free card will be issued. Since there is no response i called evening and it is told that i have to apply for new card. He made me to weight for long time. Worst experience. Collecting new card will be difficult since address is not updated. This is mistake of icici and they are simply pushing to customer worst experience.

                                      Hi.. I tried to take money from icici bank atm which is placed in my company cts in siruseri with my iob atm card around 17:40 date is 22/07/2016. Atm id is stchb123. When i typed amount and clicked proceed power got cut and atm machine got shut down. I dint receive any money.                                         Sebi india, mumbai
                                        I am running behind icici lombard insurance company since august 2015 for my claim, but the company has created monopoly in their services and have created harrassment to the customer like me.
                                        The copany agent has misbehaved me and have got 2 different statements from me. A complaint against icici lombard has been registered in daryaganj police station.
                                        Your honor i request you to please help me getting release of my claim from icici lombard compamny.

                                        Complaint against icici lombard insurance with malafide intention by your surveyor. & deficiency in service
                                        My claim no. Mot04854040 against two wheeler package policy no. 3005/94271014/00/000 against bearing vehicle registration number dl-7s-bu-2818 due to bad faith of your surveyor with malafide intention
                                        Dear sir,
                                        I would like to state that no reply against my complaint has been received so far. I am running behind your delhi office rani bagh office for getting my complaint redressed but so far no any action has been initiated by your company.
                                        I had informed the actual facts about your surveyor but still date i have not yet received any reply from your side.

                                        I believe that you are a reputed insurance company which never misleads any customer like me. Due to incorrect report submitted by your surveyor and their bad behavior, i faced lot of humiliation and harassment. I never expected that you will reject my genuine insurance claim on incorrect report submitted by your surveyor who misleads me from very first meeting. It is a clear case of misleading by your surveyors with malafide intention who incorrectly mentioned my statement in their report about theft of said vehicle contrary to my prior statement given in the said fir to the police department and the surveyor has with malafide intention ignored my statement given in said fir so that no claim can be given to me. Now the police has gave the final report that the said vehicle is untraced. (Copy o[censored]ntraced report is enclosed)
                                        Therefore, i request you to accept my insurance claim immediately and give my insurance claim amount against the said stolen vehicle without any further delays otherwise i will take an appropriate legal action against you and will inform to the sebi department for the monopoly created by your company and not giving any response by icici lombard insurance company.
