Hello sir,
Myself account holder of m/s icici bank ltd jodhpur branch pl no 10, 11 refugee colony (sindhi colony)
Jodhpur -342003, a/c no[protected].
From my account debit card transaction has made on dated 11 july2016. which was totally fake/rubbish on
11july2016
The transaction has made 6 time in a day on 11/7 2016 (future transaction date). the amount debit from
Account rs 9900
To (vin/one 97 c), rs 9900 to (iin /paytm m), rs 4800 to (vin/sbi bud), rs 2000 to (iin/icici p), rs 4700 to
Iin/mobikwi & rs 4000 to iin mobikwi. (all the transction has made in morning 05:20 to 05:22)
Now the balance is rs 378. now funny situation has created that the transaction shown
In mini statement of above are different from the notification received in the assigned
Mobile message mo no ([protected]) which are as cited below:-
1. rs 9900 on 11 july info. iin*paytm mobil net balance after transction - rs 15, 878.01
2. rs 4700 on 11 july info. iin*mobilkwik net balance after trancstion - rs 4378.01
3. rs 4000 on 11 july info. iin *mobilwik net balance after transction rs 378.
4 rs 9900 on 11 july info iin vin* one97 commun net balance after transction rs 25778.01
5 rs 4800 on 11july info vin*sbi buddy. b net avaliable balance after transction rs 11078.01
From the mini statement is showing net balance rs 378 and net balance shown by the mobile noti缴꺅cation rs
11078.01
How it could be possible that the transcation is decrease from higher side to rs 378 and again the transaction
Made from minimum amount without credit the account with 5 digit amount.
I have attached the snap shot of mini statement for your reference and necessary action and protect the
Customer to clear the illusion of fake transaction.
Myself is suffering from loss of rs 35300 from account and iam totally helpless.
Myself is stuck up and suffered from the mental harassment and not able full缴꺅ll and feed basic needs of my
Family and borrow the money rs 15000 from colleague to fed my stuff.

M/s ICICI has not enquery about the fraud transction and they HAVE GENERATED two tickets

ticket :- SR[protected] RS20600

BUT THEY HAVE NOT IDENTIFIED ABOUT THE TRANSACTION DETAILS AND THEY HAVE IMPOSED ON CUSTOMER ABOUT THEY FAULT OCCUR AT THEIR END THEY SECURITY LEVEL BROKEN BY UNIDENTIFIED PERSON.

    I am really frustrated with your icici banking service.
    I have deposited a foreign cheque in my account (before deposting i have asked bank staff whether cheque would be valid since there is mis-match with the name and they told me it will not be a problem), due to name mis-match with the cheque and account name, i received sms saying that cheque is returned through a quadpro courier to alwal branch, i went to alwal branch twice to collect my cheque but bank staff including manager (vamshi), sales person (srikanth) and malathi (banking officer) told me that no courier has been delivered at this branch and i was told to go to my base branch in secunderabad when i went to my base branch to find out if my cheque is available there but unfortunately it was not there, so i went financial district branch since i have deposited the cheque there but even they do not have any cheque with them.
    In between i tried to speak customer care, but
    They gave a common answer to visit alwal branch.
    When i see online for status of courier it shows that it has been deliver to branch.

    Where is my cheque?

          I have an account since 2011 when i was a student, and very few times i maintained balance above 10000 in this but i was never charged any mab charges.
          This months i was charged 2000 as mab charges. i had no information of maintaining 10000 minimum account balance neither i was informed by the bank by any mean email/message.

              Icici bank credit card division.
              Sir,
              This is to inform you that my credit card no-[protected] is active since 8 years. on the arrival of bill of june month, i deposited the cheque no-294774 drawn on canara bank for rs.4480/- in your mahanagar branch lucknow. due to the fault of canara bank the cheque was returned and the reason mentioned was "cheque allready paid", the sms send by bank, so i deposited the new cheque no-294775 for rs.4480/- which was dabited from my a/c on 7th july 2016 but your bank many times re-presented cheque no-294774 again dua to which cheque was returned. the bank has imposed cheque return charges many times., which should not be imposed as the fault was not mine. as per rbi guideline cheque returned technical reason so not any charges recover to party a/c. and not any response to your customer care center
              So i request you to kindly reverse the cheque returned charges against cheque no-294774 imposed on my credit card a/c.

                I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by smab charges apr16+stax 67.50 total deduction 517.50 rs.

                I don't have any mail informing about this smab charges. I have no information from icici. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that i
                Understand that icici bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then i will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities.

                    I am having saving account with icici bank from 2006. I received call from icici tele caller saying that card is going to expire, which was true and verified details. Immediately after verifying details my account was debited with fraud transactions. Total amount 7950 inr. While debiting this transaction there was no otp sent to my registered mobile id. This is clear cheating done by the telecaller may be belonging to icici or the fraud. But yes now a days i also got information that with icici there are lot many cases. Guys, take care while dealing with this bank tele callers. Also i request icici to handle this as the money is not used by me, i assume that you will take appropriate action.

                    Here, while taking with personal banker in branch they are informing that there are less chances that this will get resolved because tracking is difficult where as customer care executive on phone are saying that this could be traced. Whatever, please icici responsible revert on this matter.

                      The bank has made a limit against registry of land in the name of brijpal s/o dharam singh village muana, tehsil safidon, distt. Jind for rs. 3660600/-.
                      The registry of land is being done on 24th june, 2016 and they said that the instalment will be released till 30th june, 2016. Till date thay are misleading me and demanding a commission of 4 to 10 percent. I have an urgent need of money but they are nither releasing the money nor they are deniying. I am suffering due to manager that he is not in the seat as and when i was called by the bank. I request to you to look into the matter and help me. With regards..

                        I was approached by m/s soni realtors private limited, sector-44, gurgaon through their employee/ representative with the proposal of selling to me a plot in the soni palm city, karnal, a project run by m/s soni realtors private limited, as was claimed by him. this representative of the builder had collected from me the requisite documents on behalf of builder, which he claimed were mandatory for applying for the loan from any of the nationalized/ public/ private sector banks. the ioan was finally sanctioned by the icici bank ltd. and the loan amount disbursed to m/s soni realtors private limited, sector-44, gurgaon by the bank. it is pertinent to mention that no one from icici bank either contacted me or the co-applicant during this entire process. i think it was by design that i was kept in dark during this entire process, in spite of my best efforts to ascertain the facts. the bank never made the things transparent to me, to the extent that they have not even disclosed till date, the branch of the icici bank limited that approved, sanctioned and disbursed loan and; mortgaged the said property. the builder on the other hand has not handed over to me any of the documents concerning to the said property. as my repeated requests for the site visit had evoked no response from the builder, therefore i visited the said location of the plot at karnal to have a look at the said property myself. i have not been able to locate my plot at the given address. this is a glaring example of malpractices done by builders and developers to dupe the buyers of their hard earned money in collusion with the banks. this also gives an impression that there was an implicit understanding in this case between some of the bank employees of icici bank limited and the builder to fund the latter at the cost of the icici customer, as no effort was taken by the bank even to verify the originality, correctness and authenticity of the documents submitted to them. here the document being referred to is the facility agreement, which the only document forwarded to me by the bank. serious anomalies noticed with respect to correctness and authenticity of the document have already been conveyed to icici bank limited. authenticity, correctness and originality of other documents submitted to the bank by builder and his representative are therefore not beyond doubt. to my opinion, deceptive and unethical conduct of the builder and bank calls for sternest legal action. further, this case needs to be highlighted adequately in public domain to save the probable investors from getting duped of their hard earned money due to the unholy nexus between the icici bank limited and m/s soni realtors private limited.in view of the above, it is requested that icici bank limited may be instructed to hand me over the photocopy of the documents including the tripartite agreement concerning the said land for verification by my ca and the lawyer. further, the said property has been mortgaged by the icici bank limited, which means that the bank had checked and verified the aforementioned property before disbursement of the home loan, it is therefore requested that the icici bank limited may be instructed to forward me the following details:-


                        (i) details, address and contact no. of the icici bank ltd which dispersed the loan.

                        (ii) modus operandi/ process /sop being followed by the icici bank limited for verification of land/plots before disbursement of the home loans.

                        (iii) details of the land verification done by the icici bank along with the date.

                        (iv) details of the land including its location and related documents.

                        (v) original title deed obtained from the owner and also the confirmation that the same has been examined in detail by the bank.

                        (vi) confirmation from the bank that the property is in the seller’s name. this is to validate that the seller has a right over the property.

                        (vii) is it a joint venture development?

                        (viii) name, address proof, specimen signatures and contact details of the land owner in the bank records.
                        (ix) endorsement from the icici bank limited confirming that the land is free from tenancy claims and does not have any legal dues.

                        (x) layout plan to verify whether the layout has been approved by the city development corporation and the local body.
                        (xi) plot nos.in south/east/west/north, land area i. e. length, breadth and diagonals mentioned in the sale deed.
                        (xii) tax receipts for taxes paid by the owner of the plot of land if held with the bank.
                        (xii) confirmation from icici bank limited that none of the documents connected with the said property submitted/ held by them are forged.

                            I have submitted my kyc form on may 31. it's processed on 27 jun 2016. but my account is still debit frozen. because of this i could not able use icici trade account. i went to branch three times. they have raised sr to remove debit freeze but they also have no idea why it's still in debit frozen.

                                We have given a cheque for rs 1, 09, 900/= which is to be transferred to two different accounts namely
                                P. v. gomathinayagam - rs 75000/= and r. srinivasa rao - 34900/=.

                                But it was transferred as follows.

                                  First all of icici sends me wrong message with incorrect total over due amount and send the executive to collect cash from my home.

                                  After complaining to the customer care they send me a correct sms and total overdue amount (difference was almost 10k... how cheat is that???)

                                  Then since i dint have enough cash i paid only partial amount and the executive took the cash without even agreeing to give me any confirmation. after a lot of request he agreed to give my he payment slip which is still with me.

                                  The following month i get the same sms with the same over due amount which i got earlier before making the payment. the executive arrives at my place and i asked him for an update on the partial amount paid last month.

                                  He said "wo chota amount ka koi value nahi hai sir, aap pura bharoge toh hum update karte hai"

                                  Dear icici do u mean that the partial amount paid by me has been gulped down by your company??

                                  Moreover when i called the care number they said that i have taken a loan from them and we have adjusted the partial amount over there without my confirmation.

                                  How disgusting is that?? the whole loan thing was never bought into my notice for one year and now they say that i have a loan.

                                  I have not received any update on my complaint nor any statement of my credit card nor the so called loan that i took without my own knowledge"

                                  Icici is just playing games and looting customers and trust me there is no clarity at all give to the customers.

                                  You should go for other credit servicing companies like bajaj, aeon, hdfc state bank who have better and manner full field executives and also give a fine clarity to their customers.

                                  I hope some one is awake at icici and addresses this complaint.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    After several discussion mentioned here under with bank executive, i opted to transfer my loan from bajaj finserv to icici bank by keeping mind some of the points.

                                    Loan account no. : - lpabd[protected]
                                    1) no foreclosure charges
                                    2) low interest rates
                                    3) a good relationship track record
                                    4) long term association expected for further loans requirement i. e. home loan and vehicle loan

                                    But, sorry to say that, many of the points are not as per mutual agreement which were discussed earlier with your executive.
                                    1) foreclosure charges should be zero as agreed upon but got welcome letter with 5% charges
                                    2) existing loan with current nbfc i. e. bajaj finserv should be paid by you but they didn't paid it and i got welcome letter of sanction.

                                    Please call to undersigned as i am expecting some good words from your end which better serve the issues raised by me.

                                    I still not paid up to my existing loan with bajaj and your response will pave way ahead.

                                    Again sorry to say, but when i called executive, he is not responding,

                                      My name is gautam kumar and i have a salary account with icici bank since 2009.

                                      Today, i was transferring amount of 30, 0000 to a non-icici beneficiary using imps. During online fund transfer from icici bank, it asks for some digit to enter from debit card grid value for authentication. I entered the digit but it gave me an error saying that entered value is not correct and ask me to enter the value again. Second time, grid value was accepted and automatically navigated to next page where it shows that transaction is successful.

                                      But i was shocked when i checked the sms in my mobile, icici bank marked 2 successful transactions and deducted my 60, 000 rupees (30, 000+30, 000). They marked grid value error also as successful transactions and deducted the amount. This shows clearly a bug in your transaction systems. Both transactions happened within fraction of seconds.

                                      I talked to customer care executive (Bala krishna). He accepted that it was fault from icici bank's system but he can not do anything since transaction status shows successful. I will have to talk to beneficiary personally and request him to transfer back. Why? Why should i do that???.

                                      It happened due to the technical bug with your system. Why should i talk to beneficiary. What if he denies to accept the request. What if, i had transfered this account to any vendor like airtel, university. Or passport payment etc. Who is going to give me the contact for their finance department.??

                                      Does it mean that icici bank doesn’t guarantee for your online transactions?

                                      I requested bala krishna to connect with manager and he connected with his manager (Naresh kumar). I got the same lecture from naresh also.

                                      He is asking me for screenshots. So basically, while using icici services, customer should take screenshot for each and everything steps. Because you don’t have a reliable logging on your servers where errors are also logged as successful.

                                      When i asked for conversation id, mr, naresh said that there is no conversation id for this call. He gave me conversation id only when i forced him multiple times

                                        This is a formal complaint letter for the bad services provided by a particular branch in kolkata. icici bank salt lake sector v.
                                        My son school is dps ruby park kolkata. all branches are supposed to take the school fees. but this branch always gives misleading info and never takes the fees. this is going on for last march 2016.
