I am sorry to write that I have been informed by your message that a transaction of 2499/- has been made from my debit card purchase today on 4-7-2016 whereas I have not made any such purchase from my debit card account No[protected] in your ICICI Bank.In the message ref is info.VIN*VODAFONE.
But I made no such purchase & it is fake withdrawal of 2499/- from my account[protected] .Please investigate & make refund of this fake payment to me.

    Can i cancel the sanctioned loan.? I am able to see the status of my loan as sanctioned 1 week ago. But till now i didn’t get any update through call. I have given my cheque and signed documents by accepting the loan. How many days i need to wait to get the status? If it is cancelled also i don’t have any problem but just give some update at least i can proceed further. I keep on sending email to ask the status of the loan. But i didn’t get any response from them.

    At least revert back the signed documents and cheque i have given.

    Icici bank, you are collecting information from customers and sending it to third parties for marketing

    started customer profiling, collecting details of property and it's owners also the addhar card

    This bank use to be good, now it's reputation is going down
    Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has also asked ICICI Bank to clarify on reports of alleged corporate governance breach.

    You are also going to lose majority of your industry salery account!

      But Bank said that they will not reverse charges

            My icici bank credit card ending with 1005 was debited rs.23512 on 29/06/2016 by icici prudential for policy premium without my knowledge. I didn't gave any auto debit to icici credit card or to icici prudential for policy payment. But i don't know how icici bank credit card department allowed my credit card to be debited rs.23512 with out my concern.

            I need an immediate reversal of the amount debited and i can't pay the amount debited by icici prudential. If icici bank billed the amount of rs.23512 which i didn't authorise to debit, i can't pay the amount.

            So please make immediate action to reverse the amount to my icici credit card account.

              On 28/06/2016 rs 575 were deducted from my account with remarks "58686973 dp chgs till may-16". After searching online i found that these charges are for the demat account. At the time of account opening i was told that it is a life time free account. So now why the charge?

                ICICI Bank Credit card fraudulently charged late payment fee on me. Due date for payment was 29th Sep"16 with 3 days grace period. I dropped the cheque on 28th Sep"16. They charged me late payment fee for which I requested them to reverse as I had dropped on time and within the grace period time. But they continued to charge late payment fee. I stopped using the credit card AND MADE FULL PAYMENT OF ALL MY BILLS but not the late payment fee which was not due to my fault but a cheating by the Bank on me. My record with bank shows that I have always paid on time in full within the due date. Inspite of explaining many times to the executives over the phone, they continued to increase the late payment fee topping with service tax, interest, etc. Today they have debited my SB account for Rs.6201.24 without my consent. This is illegal and a FRAUD / CHEATING on loyal and honest customers. I humbly request that the amount debited be reversed immediately back to my SB account. Just because I am holding a SB account, it does not entitle them to debit from my account without my consent. This is a pure case of conning innocent customers FRAUDULENTLY CHARGING FAKE LATE PAYMENT FEES AND NOT RESOLVING IT. Request resolve it asap.

                As per the above, I had sent a mail on 2 Jul, 2016. But there is no response from your end till date. This shows that your bank does not care about customer relationship / grievance BUT ONLY LOOTS INNOCENT CUSTOMERS. I even approached your Bommanahalli branch who are supposed to look into such grievances. THEY CHECKED MY RECORDS AND THEY VERY CLEARLY DID ACCEPT THAT THERE IS NO FAULT FROM MY END AND THAT I DO NO OWE A RUPEE TO THE BANK. THEY ALSO SAID THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE FROM BANK'S END. BUT INSTEAD OF REVERSING MY MONEY, THEY SHARED THE SAME EMAIL ID TO WRITE. what is the use of such grievance redressel centre when you cannot resolve anything.
                Its a disgrace on the Banks' reputation and SHAME that you cannot see your own faults. Now that you have fraudulently taken my money, how does it matter to you. You have got some more money into your kitty by CHEATING CUSTOMERS and you don't care how the customer is being fleeced out of his hard earned money. Sad status of your Bank. Frustrating and demeaning ICICI Credit card team.

                  ICICI Bank Deduct 1000 Rs of my unsucessfull transation for recharging Delhi Metro card.

                  I complain so many time and customer care officer takes more than 40 min all time but did not resolve my query.

                  Told me to contact vodafone and DMRC for help but this is ICICI duty but they did not call.

                  Customer care officer is too rude all the time i got diffrent information by diffrent officers.

                    I am having an icici salary account for past 2 years.
                    Now i have noticed that they have deducted money from my account on 27th june 2016 stating :
                    "58930233 dp chgs till may-16"
                    Why is this money deducted from my account and that too without any notification or message. When the account is mine, i have to be notified when there is a transaction using my account. How can they just deduct money and not inform me. This has to be credited back to my account with no delay. This has to be addressed soon

                        When i remitted rs 49000/- in thozudur icici bank to my account (No[protected] in vriddhachalam branch on 18/6/2016 anw charges of rs 245 has been taken as service charges which is absurd and meaningless. Why should i pay charges to remit cash to my own account?

                          I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 15 years, i am having a zero balance a/c,
                          Now they have started charging rs.572 under this category (Dcardfee).
                          I am not aware what type of charge are these.
                          The never informed me regarding these charges either by emails or by letter. Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                          Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever the want.

                          There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted once from my a/c.

                            I have not created a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction '59074197' dp chgs till may-16' — inr 690'.

                            I have not created the demat account, i was not even told about the dp charges and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                                  Every time I am being levied late fees of rs 700+service tax extra on both my cards.
                                  I pay throgh your site via Axis Bnk on line.
                                  Last time I paid on 27th of May, my account was immediately debited but your cards show credit on 30th of May and so you say I am late.
                                  RBI has authorised three grace days.
                                  My a/c is debited on 27th, then why should my payment reach you on 30th.
                                  Are we living in bullock cart age.Where does my money stay for three days?
                                  Why should I pay for your lapses or procedural glitches.
                                  Please see both my bills for last few months and refund late fee immediately.Due to late payment my one of the cards even shows overdrawn and charges are debited.Please refund total amount.
                                  I will take up matter with RBI

                                    This is kanchan chatterjee here from 80/2 mahatma gandhi road; kolkata-700009. I have invested on two icici money multiplier bonds on 10/11/2000.
                                    Bondholder number[protected] ; registration no - 103392

                                    Each with a face value of rs.5000/-
                                    The above mentioned bonds matured on 13/12/2015 and the total maturity (From two bonds altogether) amounts to around rs.50, 000. But after investment, i did not yet receive any instruction regarding this bond, even after completing 15 years. I dont find any place to surrender my bonds and get back my money.
                                    I therefore request you to help me in this regard so that i can get back my money at the earliest.

                                    Please refer to my complaint on[protected]. I have already received your cheque DD number 887520 and 887521, each of Rs. 21, 000 dated[protected]. Those papers were misplaced and hence their validity expired as a result I am unable t encash it to my BOI bank account. I therefore request you to send the above money to my bank account by ECS.                                     We r havin ICICI Tax saving bond 2 no s which was matured on 22/3/2004 itself vide bond no. 00238-60.
                                    Pls advice me where I hv to send d bonds for redemption.

                                      I have a query regarding my mobile number registeration, so i need to register my mobile number ([protected]) to my account number[protected] so i went to my nearest icici bank atm and register mobile number and i got a receipt and message that your mobile number has been registered and after that when i checkled to get my user id to login net banking same error comes mobile number is not registered.

                                      Then today i called to your customer care number and talked to your executive and but my number was on hold unnecessary till 15 minutes.

                                      Your executive is not doing job properly they are not doing what customer wants.

                                      I need to register my mobile number immediately otherwise i will escalate to ceo of icici bank.

                                        I am mamta vijay chaudhari phone banking officer at thane. Please help me i was trained for uts and they give me alignment in v b and i am not comfortable in v b because i was not trained for v b please help me i want alignment in uts or else i have to leave this job i joint this because of reputation. I was extended because i was suffering from typhoid. I request you please give me alignment in uts only. No one is giving me proper information about my alignment. I am unable to book my shift also and i got 10 o'clok shift it get too late in the evening which is not so safe. My TL is told me that you can swap only with uts. And i aproach and uts team leaders denied that to swap. So what should i do?? I am really in bad situation. I request you to give me resolution on this as soon as possible.
