While online payment toward kv fee to union bank of india. an amount of rs. 1800/- deducted from my a/c no.[protected]jodhpur) at icici bank on 04 jul 16 but transaction was failed due to network problem and amount is not credited to union bank of india while amount of rs. 1800/- is deducted from my account. pls help me to revert back that amount to my a/c.

    I have a wrong information by customer care officer by when I have call 12/13 June I have call my credit card problem on my bill on extra charge give me then I have call customer care then I have informed your email id was wrong so don't send my bill on my email address that time I don't know my billing cycle them I called customer care then update email &then say to me your bill was pay you your next bill generation you have don't give any extra charge pay I have confirmed 2nd call also that day so why give me extra charges I have call many time customer care but no answer any officers so I have complene &give me fast response please

      Hello,

      Myself pratik tarpara, i am a corporate as well as personal banking customer of icici bank since past three years. On analysing my saving account statements i found that the bank has charged me a total of inr 10, 800/- as mab charges. This is ridiculous. And the best part is i have never been notified about the monthly deductions via sms or e-mail so i never get to know the charges, the charges were different each month ranging from 18/- to 515/- and totalling to 10800/-...

      On speaking to my friends about this charges, they told their bank reverses them...with the hope of reversal, i went to my branch, the executive was very rude to me, she was like dont u understand that you have to maintain minimum balance of 10, 000. I told her sometimes it is not possible to maintain and i do have regular deposits and withdrawal..she was not ready to listen to me. I even told her that other banks do reverse the charges, she tells lets other banks do, icici do not reverse..i lost all the hopes and completely dissatisfied with the customer support. Lastly, i told the mam that i want to close the account.without even a second thought, she told me to fill the closure form and close the account...this kind of services you giving your customers? Is everything about profitability? Worst banking service i ever saw...

      As a last try, i called up icici customer care, about lodging a complain regarding mab charges, the executive told me that you can go to branch and they will reverse it for you, i asked her two times, will they surely reverse? She replied yes..

      Now i dont have guts to fight with the branch again...

      Hello Mr.Pratik even I'm facing same problem.. my name is Suraksha.. can I know did u get the amount? From past 5 months they are playing
      I am an account holder of ICICI Bank, Bhangagarh, Guwahati Branch. My account was in a dormant state for some time. When I requested for an activation, nobody informed me at the bank that there will be deductions of MAB charges as soon as money is deposited in the account. I have recently joined Indian Chamber of Commerce, and ICICI bank is corporate partner of the bank. In order to make my existing account as salary account, I activated it. Even while talking to a phone banking official, I asked if there would be any deductions. I was told No. Today is more than 10 days; I have requested through the Regional head, who has forwarded the request. Even I had a talk with a senior Manager, phone banking and I asked to verify my phone calls wherein I was told that there would be no deductions. We live by salary-there is no other income. If you deduct 13500 at one go and give us punishment for banking with you, would not you lose some customers through us? Are we so expendable that the bank can punish us for reactivating an account. ICC also is partnered with Bank of Baroda-I could have opened an account with BOB; but I wanted to continue my relationship with ICICI Bank. And this is what I get in return. I have been running pillar to post to solve my issue but no outcomes even now.

          I have a demat account in icici bank for 2 and half years now. when i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction '58348463 dp chgs till may-16'---- inr 575.00'. when i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. my icici account number is[protected]. this is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. my phone number is [protected]

          This is fraud site. So many peoples called me and all of them were asking for my debit card details(card no, exp date, cvv number).
          Few numbers are : [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc.

          Please don't trust them and never share your cards details whatever they say.

                I already lodged compliant against personal loan recovery agent on 21.6.16, I once again lodged compliant against loan recovery agent is dealing with me very harassment approach and he has continuously calling to my wife school`s office to use bad words against recovery loan I have explained now my wife is not involved at any cost in my personal loan so my is going to police complaint ICICI bank and recovery agent and you will pay compensate amount of Rs.10, 00, 000.00 to my wife through consumer court and In future you will not eligible ti claim personal loan payment you will pay to us compensate amount.                   Dear sir/mam,

                  I have salary account in icici bank from december 2014. at time of opening the salary account, the icici executive requested for opening icici demat account which they committed that there will be no annual charges for lifetime for demat account.
                  I have not registered and logged-in in icici demat account and not used the services.

                  I have received the statement of bill for charges of demat account of rs. 690/- through courier on 25 june-2016, which i should not have received. so i have requested for closure of demat account and completely waive off charges on 27-june-2016.
                  The charges were debited from my account on 28-june-2016, even after the executive from the icici bank branch said that the charges will not be debited and will be completely waived off, if charges is not debited from my salary account.

                  As the charges are debited from my account, so request you to please reverse the charges and credit the amount of rs. 690/- in my salary account.

                      I have a Demat account in ICICI bank about an year. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction
                      “61900335 DP CHGS TILL APR[protected].48(08/06/2016)”.
                      When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.
                      This is ridicules form ICICI, I need money back at any cost.. moreover I didn’t received any message / call regarding this.. if you can see my account statement I was regularly maintaining baleens for Mutual Fund purpose and just because of your irresponsibility for the month of June I didn’t paid anything for my Mutual Fund who is responsible for that.

                          Can i cancel the sanctioned loan.? I am able to see the status of my loan as sanctioned 1 week ago. But till now i didn’t get any update through call. I have given my cheque and signed documents by accepting the loan. How many days i need to wait to get the status? If it is cancelled also i don’t have any problem but just give some update at least i can proceed further. I keep on sending email to ask the status of the loan. But i didn’t get any response from them.

                          At least revert back the signed documents and cheque i have given.

                          started customer profiling, collecting details of property and it's owners also the addhar card

                          This bank use to be good, now it's reputation is going down
                          Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has also asked ICICI Bank to clarify on reports of alleged corporate governance breach.

                          You are also going to lose majority of your industry salery account!

                                1. Web chat person asked me to call their customer care.
                                2. Customer care is always busy.
                                3. There is no singapore in the country code list for the nri call request facility.

                                4. The only contact medium is through web chat. But they don't have solution to advise.

                                  My icici bank credit card ending with 1005 was debited rs.23512 on 29/06/2016 by icici prudential for policy premium without my knowledge. I didn't gave any auto debit to icici credit card or to icici prudential for policy payment. But i don't know how icici bank credit card department allowed my credit card to be debited rs.23512 with out my concern.

                                  I need an immediate reversal of the amount debited and i can't pay the amount debited by icici prudential. If icici bank billed the amount of rs.23512 which i didn't authorise to debit, i can't pay the amount.

                                  So please make immediate action to reverse the amount to my icici credit card account.

                                    On 28/06/2016 rs 575 were deducted from my account with remarks "58686973 dp chgs till may-16". After searching online i found that these charges are for the demat account. At the time of account opening i was told that it is a life time free account. So now why the charge?

                                      ICICI Bank Credit card fraudulently charged late payment fee on me. Due date for payment was 29th Sep"16 with 3 days grace period. I dropped the cheque on 28th Sep"16. They charged me late payment fee for which I requested them to reverse as I had dropped on time and within the grace period time. But they continued to charge late payment fee. I stopped using the credit card AND MADE FULL PAYMENT OF ALL MY BILLS but not the late payment fee which was not due to my fault but a cheating by the Bank on me. My record with bank shows that I have always paid on time in full within the due date. Inspite of explaining many times to the executives over the phone, they continued to increase the late payment fee topping with service tax, interest, etc. Today they have debited my SB account for Rs.6201.24 without my consent. This is illegal and a FRAUD / CHEATING on loyal and honest customers. I humbly request that the amount debited be reversed immediately back to my SB account. Just because I am holding a SB account, it does not entitle them to debit from my account without my consent. This is a pure case of conning innocent customers FRAUDULENTLY CHARGING FAKE LATE PAYMENT FEES AND NOT RESOLVING IT. Request resolve it asap.

                                      As per the above, I had sent a mail on 2 Jul, 2016. But there is no response from your end till date. This shows that your bank does not care about customer relationship / grievance BUT ONLY LOOTS INNOCENT CUSTOMERS. I even approached your Bommanahalli branch who are supposed to look into such grievances. THEY CHECKED MY RECORDS AND THEY VERY CLEARLY DID ACCEPT THAT THERE IS NO FAULT FROM MY END AND THAT I DO NO OWE A RUPEE TO THE BANK. THEY ALSO SAID THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE FROM BANK'S END. BUT INSTEAD OF REVERSING MY MONEY, THEY SHARED THE SAME EMAIL ID TO WRITE. what is the use of such grievance redressel centre when you cannot resolve anything.
                                      Its a disgrace on the Banks' reputation and SHAME that you cannot see your own faults. Now that you have fraudulently taken my money, how does it matter to you. You have got some more money into your kitty by CHEATING CUSTOMERS and you don't care how the customer is being fleeced out of his hard earned money. Sad status of your Bank. Frustrating and demeaning ICICI Credit card team.
