    I have recived your icici bank credit card in the month of jan 16, and sms recived in the month of feb'16 for payment, but while your marketing person advise me that life time free card and some discount withthis card and no joining fee/annual fee then only i accept the card, but now they again & again increasing the bill of credit card, yet i have not used the given the credit card, i have also complament several time to your cust. care but no answer recived, so i need writen cancelation & no dues in this account.If your bank fails to cancle the card let me no the reason, Then should be compelled to initiate necessary legal action .my icici band C/C # [protected].

      Dear sir,
      I had salary account in icici (banashankari branch, bangalore) with name prashant pujar urf desai since aug 2015. but suddenly in april 2016 they closed my account by telling your account and id proofs have name containing "urf". submit documents which doesn't have "urf", else we will close the account. i don't have other documents which doesn't have "urf". so please help me to create account in icici having name prashant pujar urf desai.

      Note: i have 3 accounts in sbi, syndicate, pnb with name "prashant pujar urf desai". but don't know what's problem with icici.

          I opened a HUF savings bank account with Deoghar-814112, Jharkhand branch.
          As per the person visited my place, it was the first time the branch has opened an HUF account.

          After account opening I asked for the User ID for online banking, which was denied because I was having just one mobile number which was already being used for my personal account. As per the branch I should get another mobile number to get User ID.

          The above was discussed with Mr Arvind modi employee code 265594, I requested him to link my account with my existing account, the statement made Mr Arvind angry just because he was determined that such things are impossible and angrily said to me that I don't know anything and I should close my account which was very rudely.

          I made a complaint via phone banking and was given a number SR[protected] on[protected] to be resolved in one working day. The same day I got a call from the branch by Mr. Jha who asked me the details about the incidence and said that he will call back after checking. he never called up and today on[protected] when I checked the status of complain online it showed it was closed yesterday only.

          Now again I called up at phone banking, the person said that the branch has written to them saying nothing such thing has happened and has asked the customer to visit the branch to link the account.

          I then asked the phone banking person that it means what ever happened with me was a false thing and I am lying and the branch statements are true. He said he too can't help me and asked to visit the branch to get things shorted.

          The above incidence proves that a customer can never complain against an employee because if the branch denies any charges then the branch is free of any charges faced by a customer.

          I humbly request the bank authorities to take some disciplinary action against the branch employees for denial of charges by an existing customer having no personal grudges against the employee.

          If there is a provision to link two accounts then why the branch was not aware and because of which the whole incidence happened and why now I am asked to visit the branch again to get the two accounts linked.

          The bank now has mailed me that i should forget what has happened and i cannot get the user id for my new account till i get a new mobile number.

          The customer care people are asking me to visit the branch so that my account can be linked into my existing user id.

          Would request the bank to please understand my problem and provide a sensible solution

He already told me that i have to bear the visa charges i.e 600 GBP which will returned to me after joining also.               We got the payment from of rs 2405000/- from ouir debtors. on[protected],
              After crediting the amount the branch manager mr aneesh kumar has marked our account frozen temporarily without any information to us by telephonic & other way.

              We visited branch daily biases but we did not get any reply.

              After one month on[protected] the branch manager issues us a letter after many requests (letter is attached)

              We replied that letter on[protected] with the supporting documents.
              Manager refuses us to receive that letter but after many arguments he has received that reply (reply is attached)

              But after that again he is taking this matter lingeron & not releasing our account

              Please take necessary action against the bank so that we can get our amount & do our business

                The one time credit was fully repaid without default leaving no balance. Please stop sending reminders even after seven years after settlement. Bring the case before banking ombudsman for settlement. One time credit was thrust upon me as sales promotion and the amount repaid with out default as per agreement condition. No way i am responsible for the arbitrary fixing of liability whatsoever by the bank. My request is to verify the case and stop sending notice to me.

                      Hello,

                      Myself pratik tarpara, i am a corporate as well as personal banking customer of icici bank since past three years. On analysing my saving account statements i found that the bank has charged me a total of inr 10, 800/- as mab charges. This is ridiculous. And the best part is i have never been notified about the monthly deductions via sms or e-mail so i never get to know the charges, the charges were different each month ranging from 18/- to 515/- and totalling to 10800/-...

                      On speaking to my friends about this charges, they told their bank reverses them...with the hope of reversal, i went to my branch, the executive was very rude to me, she was like dont u understand that you have to maintain minimum balance of 10, 000. I told her sometimes it is not possible to maintain and i do have regular deposits and withdrawal..she was not ready to listen to me. I even told her that other banks do reverse the charges, she tells lets other banks do, icici do not reverse..i lost all the hopes and completely dissatisfied with the customer support. Lastly, i told the mam that i want to close the account.without even a second thought, she told me to fill the closure form and close the account...this kind of services you giving your customers? Is everything about profitability? Worst banking service i ever saw...

                      As a last try, i called up icici customer care, about lodging a complain regarding mab charges, the executive told me that you can go to branch and they will reverse it for you, i asked her two times, will they surely reverse? She replied yes..

                      Now i dont have guts to fight with the branch again...

                      Hello Mr.Pratik even I'm facing same problem.. my name is Suraksha.. can I know did u get the amount? From past 5 months they are playing
                      I am an account holder of ICICI Bank, Bhangagarh, Guwahati Branch. My account was in a dormant state for some time. When I requested for an activation, nobody informed me at the bank that there will be deductions of MAB charges as soon as money is deposited in the account. I have recently joined Indian Chamber of Commerce, and ICICI bank is corporate partner of the bank. In order to make my existing account as salary account, I activated it. Even while talking to a phone banking official, I asked if there would be any deductions. I was told No. Today is more than 10 days; I have requested through the Regional head, who has forwarded the request. Even I had a talk with a senior Manager, phone banking and I asked to verify my phone calls wherein I was told that there would be no deductions. We live by salary-there is no other income. If you deduct 13500 at one go and give us punishment for banking with you, would not you lose some customers through us? Are we so expendable that the bank can punish us for reactivating an account. ICC also is partnered with Bank of Baroda-I could have opened an account with BOB; but I wanted to continue my relationship with ICICI Bank. And this is what I get in return. I have been running pillar to post to solve my issue but no outcomes even now.

                          I have a demat account in icici bank for 2 and half years now. when i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction '58348463 dp chgs till may-16'---- inr 575.00'. when i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. my icici account number is[protected]. this is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. my phone number is [protected]

                          This is fraud site. So many peoples called me and all of them were asking for my debit card details(card no, exp date, cvv number).
                          Few numbers are : [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc.

                          Please don't trust them and never share your cards details whatever they say.

                                I already lodged compliant against personal loan recovery agent on 21.6.16, I once again lodged compliant against loan recovery agent is dealing with me very harassment approach and he has continuously calling to my wife school`s office to use bad words against recovery loan I have explained now my wife is not involved at any cost in my personal loan so my is going to police complaint ICICI bank and recovery agent and you will pay compensate amount of Rs.10, 00, 000.00 to my wife through consumer court and In future you will not eligible ti claim personal loan payment you will pay to us compensate amount.                                   Dear Sir/Mam,

                                  I have Salary account in ICICI Bank from December 2014. At time of opening the Salary account, the ICICI executive requested for opening ICICI Demat account which they committed that there will be No Annual Charges for Lifetime for Demat Account.
                                  I have not registered and Logged-In in ICICI Demat account and not used the Services.
                                  Request No : SR[protected]
                                  I have received the Statement of Bill for Charges of Demat account of Rs. 690/- through courier on 25 June-2016, which I should not have received. So I have requested for closure of Demat Account and completely waive off charges on 27-June-2016.
                                  The charges were debited from my account on 28-June-2016, even after the Executive from the ICICI Bank Branch said that the charges will not be debited and will be completely waived off, if charges is not debited from my salary account.

                                  As the charges are debited from my account, so request you to please reverse the charges and credit the amount of Rs. 690/- in my salary account.

                                  Please do the needful and credit the amount of Demat charges deducted from my salary account of Rs. 690/- and close the Demat account and all services related to Demat account, so that no charges are incurred in future.

                                      Yesterday I try to withdrew Rs.1000 via Indicash ATM.I didn't take the amount but it showed temporarily not available. And I got message in my registered phone number as "Amount is debited" . I attached the image below.My debit card number is [protected].Please do the needful.

                                      I have been trying to communicate with you, but not getting proper response. Its one of the biggest mistake to select ICICI credit card, and you executives are very much doing a great job by giving fake promises of vouchers with credit card to purchase.

                                        I have a Demat account in ICICI bank about an year. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction
                                        “61900335 DP CHGS TILL APR[protected].48(08/06/2016)”.
                                        When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.
                                        This is ridicules form ICICI, I need money back at any cost.. moreover I didn’t received any message / call regarding this.. if you can see my account statement I was regularly maintaining baleens for Mutual Fund purpose and just because of your irresponsibility for the month of June I didn’t paid anything for my Mutual Fund who is responsible for that.
                                        I need explanation for this..
