Hello,

I am yet to get the inr 10, 000 credited back in my account. I tried to withdrew inr 10, 000 on 7-jun-16 at 6:48 pm at hdfc bank atm, the legend apartments, sec-57, gurgaon but the amount was deducted from my account & the cash did not come out of the machine. This is a real harassment. Please expedite & get the inr 10, 000 credited into my account. I am deeply stressed & in depression. Please look into the cctv footages to verify if i had withdrawn inr 10, 000 or not

    Instant personal loan-all fake

    In Interent Banking I was informed I am eligible for around 5L personal loan and it will be disbursed in few minutes. As I had an emergency, hoping that ICICI would be able to help me I logged an application for personal LOAN online. I had followed further and have uploaded document further in the online application as it says. But I have not yet received any fund neither the customer representative have provided any satisfying answer.br...

    Warm greetings.

    1.Conversion of minor's saving account into major one not done:

    A/C no **********80 is minor saving a/c of my son Ayush Agrawal u/g me ( Vijay Agrawal ) which is freezed . I applied for defreezing & upgrading it to major one as my son ayush agrawal became major one, necessary formalities done at Ratlam Kothi Br, Indore around 10 days ago . I was told that it will take 2/3 days as my son is at Bangalore and I am in Indore and matter was to be referred to Marathahalli branch Bangalore.

    My scanned signature and application was taken by Indore Br and was supposed to be sent to Bangalore, Marathahalli Br.for conversion to major as my son is there. My son Ayush Agrawal was directed to see Br Manager at Marathalli, Banglore for conversion.

    When ayush agrawal reached to Bangalore br, manager told him that conversion from minor to major is very tedious, time consuming and almost impossible and will take at least a month, so get it closed and get the credit amount in the form of Demand Draft... means misguided him and discouraged him.

    Above version of Marathahalli Branch, Bangalore is misguiding as per Ratlam Kothi Indore Br, they told that... "so much time is not required and it is not necessary to have guardian and minor both at a place" ( for conversion ) . Indore branch did not send scanned signature & hard copies of application to bangalore branch for conversion.

    Why the a/c was not converted from minor to major ? Why Marathahalli branch did not ask indore branch to send documents ?why the two branches did not coordinate the task ?

    Why they misguided ?

    Bangalore branch people were interested in opening new a/c, just to increase the numbers of a/c s ?

    2. New salary account opened at Marathahalli branch Bangalore but not active till date :

    Then puzzled & harassed by above situation my son got opened a new salary a/c no[protected] with Marathahalli Br Bangalore, around 9/10 days ago to get the salary deposited in it but it is not active till date .

    Why it is inactive till date ? Reason narrated " server failure " for 10 days !!

    Salary could not be deposited and I too could not deposited money in this a/c, today, from Indore Ratlam Kothi Branch deposit machine, for expensenses of my son ayush agrawal at Bangalore, as it (a/c ) was inactive .

    Ayush my son borrowed money from friends.

    Please look into the matter and punish the guilty, if any .

    Because of Mrs. Chanda Kochar ji, I have three a/c s in ICICI bank as I belong to her native village but now I am disappointed.
    Grievance : 1. A/C not converted . 2. New a/c not activated timely.
    Sir,
    I am a very tiny customer to you and it will make no difference to you if i cease to be your customer further ! I know that not much can be achieved by this complaint but I am unfortunate customer to loose contact with you people any more .

      I have got the personal loan sanctioned from icici bank in the month of september 2014 and before getting the loan sanctioned i was explained by a icici representative dayanand that there would not be any pre-closure charges but when i got the loan sanctioned, in the loan agreement pre-closure charges was applicable by seeing that information i have immediately raised this concern to icici bank with below statement but nobody dared to respond to this email and the person who was dealing with me and others who were involve, all of them started calling me and explained me that there would not be any pre-closure charges for you and later dayanand has sent me an email separately without responding to that email and his email was just pdf copy where he has explained me that there would not be any pre-closure charges. I still did not believe as document was not very clear so i have responded back to him again to have a confirmation as what he is talking is recorded and generally they do not give any written confirmation. The second email also added down. Now when i am trying to close the loan they are saying you have to pay the closure charges. Even though i have raised this complaint to icici bank ceo chanda kochhar but the person who is looking into this issue is making a negative approach and his clear cut statement that he will not approve. Please help me to come out of this situation. I have highlighted the subject line with bold.

      Hi dayanand/all

      I was told that there would not be any pre-closer charges after completion of 1 year however i have just gone through loan document which states that there would be pre-closer charges of 5% plus applicable service tax which is incorrect information reflecting @ loan document which needs to corrected else i would not accept this loan and will return the amount to bank through cheque.

      To get this loan sanctioned from icici bank took almost a month on top of that what is spoken and agreed on terms and conditions are not incorporated in loan document. I kept on asking the same thing that there will no pre-closer charges and even person who came to collect all the information have every time said yes there will be no pre-closer charges.

      I would have got my loan sanctioned from my existing salary account hdfc with in a weeks time “the reason being not taken loan from hdfc was pre-closer of 2% after 2 years” and i am under plan of taking home loan next year this was one of the reason to chose icici bank by seeing the leverage of closing loan after completion of year without any pre-closer charges, i had patiently waited for a month for personal loan even after all the relevant document provided and made rigorous follow up with icici branches in bangalore & @ home town to understand why the delay were happening in address verification.

      I have also visited kothnur dinne branch and had a talk with manager over there and they also pushed this case and tried to know the reason why it was getting delayed they also seemed little helpless as loan was being processed from bommenhalli branch and could not do much.


      Finally i got a confirmation from my hometown branch that verification got completed and then again followed up to get the loan approved which again took some time to get disbursed in my account and after all these hurdle ….. Again incorrect information captured in document made me realized that i have not chosen a right bank to work on.

      If you/your bank think that people are ignorant, they do not check any information after loan is sanctioned, this indicates a very incorrect message.

      I thought i will go with icici bank itself for home loan but looking @ misguidance and capturing incorrect information on valid document have turned everything on fire and made very difficult choice for me to take a call now.
      I am left out with choice of either to receive a revised loan document with correct information from icici bank or raise this issue to rbi (Http://www.rbi.org.In/scripts/bs_viewforms. Aspx).
      I was also told that loan amount will start from this month only however it would be charged only for 15 days but this also shows the same monthly amount is being charged from 15th sept though loan got sanctioned on 26th aug.
      Let me know how would like me to proceed.
      I am sorry if i am being arrogant on my communication but because of follow up and incorrect information on valid document made me to write this email.
      I am hoping everything is settled out in small span of time instead of following the same procedure and time which took during sanction of loan.

      As discussed, i understand that per attached reference document.
      O pre-closure charges: zero after payment of 12 months emi or for closure would be zero pre-closure
      Charges after 6 months / a defined period.

      If this would have been indicated in the loan document itself would have not created so much of confusion for us.

        My name is Ajay Ginglani, having a salary account with ICICI bank from last 15 years SB AC[protected]. Apart from this saving account I am also enjoying the services of ICICI bank credit card and personal loan and really appreciate the services of your bank.

        In the month of Feb and March 2016 i have deposited some cash in my bank account and today on 14th June 2016 I got to know that my bank account has been debited twice Rs 2519.00/- and Rs 2886.63/- as cash deposit charges which is totally unacceptable and wrong.

        With keeping in mind banking relationships I have with the bank over the last 15 years You can't charge this type of charges.

        I would request you to please reverse these charges basis on the relationship I am having with your bank and also your branch people should have informed me at the time of cash transaction that there will be separate charges for the cash transactions.

        Again I would request you to please reverse these charges otherwise the only option I will have left to close all my relationships with your bank.

        I also having preferred relationship with HDFC bank and they have never done like that.

        I will hope to hear a positive response from your side.

          I am writing this mail with great disappointment and to complain about 2 of the employee's of sector 18 branch, gurgaon haryana.
          My account no. Is[protected], name - sudhir chaturvedi.
          The reason behind my complaint is the service i received.
          Today i visited my home branch which is sector 18, gurgaon, haryana. The reason of my visit was to get a new pass book issued due to some reason. I met with ravinder (Not sure) who is deputy branch manager and inform the same. He ask me to fill a form mentioning my name, account no. And reason along with my signature, which i did. As i was getting late, i asked him to resolve my issue first as he seem busy. He said that if i am getting late, i can collect my pass book till 6.30 p. M otherwise it will take some time. I visited the branch again around 5.50 p. M and as the door of bank is half closed, i inform the security guard regarding my purpose of visitthe and provided the description of the person who asked me to come back. The guard went inside and came back after 5 minutes along with neeraj. He again asked me the purpose of visit and my name, which i inform him. He went inside after asking me to stay inside in around 34 degree temperature and the guard said he is leaving as his shift is over.

          I waited for around 15 minutes in that hot weather, but neeraj didn't came back.

          After that when i went inside, he is doing something else.
          I asked him his name and the second person name and left the branch as i don't think this is a acceptable behaviour by a icici employee with a customer.

          This is why i want to ask whether this is a standard or acceptable behaviour of icici bank employee or not?

          If this is... Then please inform me regarding account closing procedure of, savings account, demat account, and credit card, as i don't want to be associated with icici in this case.

          If this is not a acceptable behaviour, then i want to have strict action against both these employees... I also want to know what action is taken against them in this case.

              Hi

              I account holder of[protected] have bought gift card from ICICI Bank (Adyar Branch) on August 2014.The Gift card number is [protected]. I deposited 6000 rupees in my account and it was transferred to the Gift card. The card was issued to me from my account. And it was destined to be used by Shiek Mohammed. However after I handed over the card to him I came to know from him that the card didn’t work. Wherever the card was swiped it said as “Invalidcard”.
              Hence the card was returned to me and I approached same ICICI bank within 2 months and had an interaction with an ICICI executive named Balaji (also CC’ed in the email). I made a call to ICICI customer care in front of him but couldn’t reach the customer care. So said he will help us out and he will speak to ICICI customer care executives regarding this and sort out the issue. He also provided his contact number.

              However when I tried contacting him initially the picked up the call and I was informed thatthe money will be credited to me in 3 to 4 days. But after 4 days I didn’t get the money and I again tried calling him. But he didn’t pick up the call.

              Hence we went to ICICI bank and made a complaint to the executives. And an ICICI executive made a call to customer care in front of me and the customer care ppl assured me saying they will call me back once they deposit the money. Again they didn’t. So I made a call again to the ICICI customer care and the customer care executive made another fake promise that they will deposit the money into my account in a week. And again they didn’t. So finally I along with Shiek approached the ICICI bank last week and I was informed to handle this case legally. Hence I’m writing this email and going to register a Legal Case against ICICI bank on this Fraud.

                I gourav nagpal had an account in icici bank since over 2 years now. Few months back we decided to bought new property in anand vihar area. First of all we would like to tell that we are taking loan for the first time in our life, so we are totally new to this.
                We came across that icici will give the best services and good rate of interest. We got in touch with gautam sanghpriya (Loan executive mobile no. [protected]).
                He gave us all the details we submitted our application through him our loan got approved. As he told he we did everything. We decided to do registry on 23rd of may 2016 but later on the seller of the property went abroad and we intimated well in advance to gautam about that and we requested him that do not disburse loan on 23rd it might be on 2nd or 3rd of june 2016.
                He said ok on it, then on around 5th with any acknowledgement, my account (Gourav nagpal acc no.[protected] got debited by 10, 556 inr/-.
                Which was not told, we asked gautam he said he will get that amount credited in our account before the disbursal of the loan.
                So we said ok.
                We have been told that first ecs will go from gourav nagpal and and rest will go from sunita nagpal that was told to us long back ago but we have never been told that the ecs will debit on 5th any how... By the chance we forgot that and our first ecs bounced, but it can be checked we did not intended that to happen as in sunita nagpal account at that time balance was maintained for the clearance of loan ecs. So gautam told us that if it bounced, please come to vediocon tower with cheque of the ecs amount of the sunita nagpal.
                So we did as we have been told, in between we asked in vediocon tower office that 10, 556 has not been credited and why is the first ecs is going after 2 days of the loan disbursal as why are we paying interest for a month with out taking money. Again we have been told that this happened due to some srivastav in the vediocon tower, he was suppose to complete his target before 30th of may, so he disbursed the amount on 30th itself.
                So the first esc will go on 5th itself, after so mauch dicussion with the reception (As that so called srivastav was not even interested to talk to us, he said to the gaurd in front o[censored]s that tell them that i am not here) they agreed to return the interest of the first month and 10, 556 with in 10 days.

                So we submitted the cheque of sunita nagpal for which ecs was bounced, and came back to home. As nothing was in our hand apart from the faith of gautam that he said to us the interest and 10, 556 has been approved for reversal. We asked documentation of approval he said not allowed.

                Later in the evening from gourav nagpal account all the amount was wiped away as it was 88, 303/- approx, again it gave us a shock that we submitted already why this amount has been deducted, we asked gautam he said this happened due to all that account has been interlinked and if the first emi bounced then whatever amount is balance in all other account the system debit itself to recover.
                We said ok we don't have any problem in anything but if you knew about this we would have maintained the balance in gourav nagpal account as the money was still ideal in sunita nagpal... Again he replied dont worrie sir come to vediocon tower we will sort this out and you will get every this crdited back in 10 to 15 days..

                My question is that
                1. Srivastav like people for their own benefits they play with others loan account why... They have been even appointed at any post in icici.
                2. If bank knew that the next round of ecs will follow to debit on other linked account then why they have not told us and accepted the cheque.
                3. And why do we need to go again and again to so called vediocon tower for any small little things, as we are working and we don't have spare time for bank carelessness.
                4. Why we do not get any documents of the reversal which will be credited after 10 days, as this all happened due to mis communication and lack of knowledge provided to the client.

                  Icici bank is committing 1000 payback points on successful 2 transaction via payback gateway with corel debit card i am eligible for that but from last 1 month they are just giving next date but not crediting points in my account.
                  According to criteria if i will do 2 transaction within 1 month via payback gateway according to promotion i must have be given 1000 points in my payback account by icici bank so i did transaction in January but till today they didn't give me a single point for that

                    I had availed home loan from icici bank, hyderabad on october 26, 2006
                    And the amount financed was rs.9, 29, 457. And the home loan account

                    When i requested for prepayment statement on may 26, 2016, the bank
                    Provided the prepayment of my principal o/s is rs.8, 16, 378 and

                    After 10years also why should i pay prepayment charges @2.29%?

They informed me pay 86000.00 I told that I cont pay that much amount . So pls help me to pay the principal amount without any charges. Bike num is AP 26 R 0504.

                        Hi ICICI care, this refers to the settlement ref. No. Cc/1507/0257150...for the card no. [protected]...

                        The settlement dates on the mail were as follows:
                        14-7-15: 12200
                        7-8-15: 6200
                        7-9-15: 6200
                        7-10-15: 6200
                        7-11-15: 6200
                        Total 37000

                        But I paid as follows after agreeing with the settlement exec
                        2-8-15: 10000
                        13-8-15: 16000 (chq 175614 bounce)
                        14-10-15: 21000
                        Total 31000

                        I know there was miss in dates but however
                        I paid 31K instead of 37K as per the deduction promise from the agent (debt exec [protected]). The agent told me he would get the noc in 2 days which he failed. For sometime from October2015 to may2016, 7 months, there were no calls from icici about this. All of a sudden they are calling and asking me to pay again that too around 14K.

                        Agreeing there was some miscommunication and mistakes from both the sides, my request here for you is to help me with either complete waive off, or I am also ready to pay the remaining 6K with all interests(4% per month) that you want to put (that would only come to 8.2K), but the 14K what the agents are asking is way high.

                          Dear sir;

                          I have been using your credit card for last 10 years never be a defaulter or paid any penalty for delayed payment. I have been paying through chequby dropping in your drop box at branch or atm place.

                          This month before 7th june-16 my dues to be paid rs 7037/- (Rupees seven thousand thirty seven only). I dropped a cheque in atm room drop box in your cuttack road branch, bhubaneswar which i have been using since last 10 months. Before i have never faced any problem. This month on 6th june-16 in between 7.35 am to 7.45 am dropped a cheque bearing no 464999 and amount rs. 7037/- dated 01.06.2016 of sbi idco tower branch and overleaf mentioned my mobile no-[protected].

                          When i found no deduction has been appropriated from my account on 8th june-16 contacted your branch manager madam alisha mohanty in her mobile no is [protected]. She told me that very shortly contacted me over telephone from which i rang to her. But on 9th she remained on leave. On 10th she told me after checking from clearing office where all cheques are received from couriers will intimate me in evening. Not getting any call from madam alisha mohanty in evening i contacted her in mobile another madam picked up and told me to deposit another cheque towards my payment.,

                          My submission is what is the fate of my cheque. Since cut off date was 7th june-16 then who will pay the penalty. Unless i get a suitable reply from your office will not pay another cheque. For dropping the cheque by me on 6th june-16 can be verified from your cctv footage.

                          I request you kindly go through the matter and resolve my issue. So that i clear my credit card payment early

                            I have a salaried account with icici bank for past year almost and never had a problem. Today, i logged in and I see lien on my account for credit card which I have never got and used. I went to branch for that and they told me that I had a card in 2014 which actually I never did. Some of my details are matching with some one else who has used it and here I am with lien on my account with no money to be used for some one which was never offered or used. Please look into it as I have no other option and will lodge a case against icici bank.

                              I had made a transaction for flight booking via indigo app on 6th june 16 amount paid was 3855 inr the amount got debited from my account but there was issue with the booking and I had to rebook the ticket.

                              The same day the customer representative of indigo told me the amount will be credited back to my account within 7 working days.

                              I got a message from indigo that amount is refunded as of 8th Jun 16 with a reference no. 75503726161008838736835. and stating that in case of non-receipt I need to contact bank.

                                My issue is that i had issued credit card in the month of april and the issuer who has been given me the information about all the charges i. E. Yearly basis which would be rs. 250 per year. But i got deduction two times (2 times) from my account which is completely inappropriate. I had tried multiple times to its customer care number but not get proper solution.
                                This is my humble request to you please resolve my issue on priority asap.

                                  Over last 2 years I have received several calls that i am eligible for credit card.
                                  I have applied 5/6 times for credit card but every time they said your application is rejected due to CIBIL score. However recently HDFC bank gave me credit card without any issue.

                                  Also note that I have a salary account with ICICI for more than 2.5 years.

                                  I believe they are using documents for some other fraud works. Please help.

                                    I had availed home loan from ICICI Bank, Hyderabad on October 26, 2006 and the amount Financed was Rs.9, 29, 457.And the Home Loan Account No:LBHYD[protected].
                                    When I requested for Prepayment statement on May 26, 2016, The Bank provided the prepayment of my Principal O/S is Rs.8, 16, 378 and prepayment charges @ 2.29 % at O/S Principal is Rs.18, 695.
                                    After paying 10 years EMI around 10 Lacs the bank is asking me to pay the prepayment of Rs.8, 16, 378 against sanctioned amount of Rs.9, 29, 457.I don't understand where has gone the 10years paid EMI amount of 10Lacs.
                                    After 10years also why should I pay prepayment charges @2.29%?
