I am a HNI customer of ICICI Wealth Management. I receive my salary into savings account. I hold credit card from the same bank. I have kept more than ten fixed deposits.

I owe the bank absolutely nothing. There is a standing instruction to take the full amount outstanding from my savings account.

I made a transaction on 02.04.2016 around 10:10 AM in Pune Shivaji nagar Branch ATM machine. I tried to withdraw 40, 000 rupees but ATM machine did not dispensed the money but amount deducted from my account. 28jan2016 i transferred money to india registering to money2india online.
22feb2016 still haven't received money so approached customer service through phone and email. Asked for documentation i have provided passport, visa, identity everything required for transaction process.(Re: 00065abcnk1u6ct0:query on transaction id: m2a[protected]
