I have many times informed icici bank people over phone and email, mobile number [protected] doesnt belong to naveen kumar. Still those keep on calling and sending messages, which irritates me and put to mental harasssment. I receieved a call on[protected] at 3.37pm from [protected], lady named priyanka from icici asking about loan of some stranger naveen kumar who previously used that number. I while replying gently, she talked embarassingly instead of those stupid people mistake inspite of several mails to correct their database regarding his number change. I urge to look into this and relieve me from this mental trauma

I have open my new saving a count in icici bank eleven days ago I have submit the document s but my a count is not activate now

Rupees 500 was withdrawn from my account saying "Dr. Tran for funding account". Somebody please tell me what is this. This is the worst bank i have seen. I think i have to close my account over here. They have done it many times to me.

    Dear Sir,

    This is to bring to your kind notice that since the time I've lodged a complaint with you regarding mis-selling of Credit Cards by false marketing I've been getting calls from the number [protected] by a person named Amit Mishra claiming to be calling from your Bank Customer Care Team. He is persistently asking me for my Debit Card number and Bank Account number since I am holding salary account with your Bank. He says that my Debit Card number and Bank Account number are necessary for permanent cancellation of Credit Cards issued to me. I told him that I've already received a mail from the Bank stating that my Credit Cards have been cancelled and there are no outstanding amount due. He says that currently the Bank has only temporarily halted Credit Cards and not cancelled them. He also says that if I fail to provide him the details as asked by him then the Bank will deduct amount from my Bank account towards payment for Credit Card interest. He says that the abovementioned details are necessary as my Credit Cards are now linked with my Debit Card and my Bank account.

    I am writing this to you since I sense something suspicious here and this could be a part of larger conspiracy hatched by anti-social elements to cheat the customers of the Bank by making them reveal their confidential details. I am very much disturbed and concerned about safety of my account with your Bank which gives chance to unauthorised operation of my account by unknown persons.

    Please can you confirm the identity of the aforementioned person who claims to be calling from your Bank on urgent basis. If the Bank fails to do so I would be compelled to lodge police complaint regarding the issue. Hoping to hear from you soon.

      Yesterday some amount was deducted from my account and the deduction chargers were on posdec chg. I am unaware of what this is about.

      I have attached a screenshot for reference. Kindly go though the same.

      Meanwhile, i haven't swiped my card yesterday (May 18).

      I expect the full refund. Because i haven't used my debit card for any purchasing activity.

        Have seen level of chutiyapan, but this is a whole new level by the proclaimed "icici". I still regret of applying with the bank. A clear case - the employees working there are not born from a single sperm. Its been 20 days, and complaints are not being addressed/ escalated in priority. Perhaps its time the bank should come with a feasible solution or display a board:"we have mastered the art of stalling please open an new account and experience stalling benefits as well.

        They claim most of the queries are solved, but in bangalore it is a different ball game. The bank fools around customer sentiments and don't act ionize any query which pertain to high level criticality.

        I have done everything, i have no other option left apart from physical assault.

            Dear sir,

            This is with reference to my earlier complaint regarding false marketing and mis-selling of jet ariways icici rubyx card to me by your marketing executive (Sonali). I am being informed by you on may 13, 2016 by email conversation that the credit card as referred above bearing number [protected] is cancellled and no dues are outstanding on it as on may 13, 2016. This is to kindly informed you that today i have received another credit card namely jet ariways icici rubyx card bearing number [protected] from your side and i have not applied for this card as well. I would like you to cancel the aforementioned card ([protected]) from account level with immediate effect and issue me card cancellation and no due letter regarding it.

            You are kindly requested to refrain from issuing any such credit/debit cards in my name anytime in future without my written consent for issuance. Take notice that your acts of arbitrary issuance of credit cards are nothing but mental harrasment to me and i would be compelled to take legal recourse to stop this harrasment if you keeping sending me credit/debit cards without my written consent regarding them. Hoping to hear from you soon.

              Dear sir,

              My master card no. Is [protected]. I have filled petrol from tyagi petroleuim and swaped my icici bank credit card towards the payment of the same. But after the waiting of atleat 5 minutes machine did not printing the receipt, so the merchant says that this payment has been decllined. So i have paid this payment from my another credit card of pnb which slip is attached herewith for your ready reference. Now i have seen my statement that it has been claimed by the bank even after giving complain to customer care executive on 30.04.16, they have assured that this payment would be credited in your statement within three days, if merchant would bot claim it.

              Now today i have personaly visited to merchant to claim refund or fill another petrol worth rs. 700/- they have shown their statement of accounts that he is not claiming the payment of rs. 700/- in his total dayas transaction of rs. 10, 250/- i have personaly checked his all the slips, but my slip was not there. I have talked with your customer care executive at the same time, they have also lodge my complain and given the ref no.[protected] dt. 17.05.16 for the same.

              I hope you will do the needfull at the earliest possible.

              my account with icici bank, Kalyan branch, my account no is[protected].
              I widthraw 1000 but amount not come out and slip also not come out. The amount was reversal to my account . this two transaction count to my 5 free transaction, but this is ATM machine problem .It should not chargeable transaction.

              Sir my SB account with kalyan branch, account no[protected], I withdraw 1000 from Ambarnath ATM machine on 3/123/2015 but the amount not come out and slip also not come out. then the amount was reversal to my account. This two transaction count for my monthly free transaction .and ATM transaction charges deducted from my account .This is unfair charges. due to bank ATM problem. cosider this complaint against bank. for unfair chareges.

              If withdrawal amount is less, then charges should be deducted less. In case a person withdraw amount and pay within 45 days limit, you should deduct small amount as a charges, person of normal class can't afford this type of deduction.

                  I have deposited a cheque of rs. 100000/- of icici bank rajwada (Chq no 918693 of saurabh saree emporium) on 21/04/2016 in our sbi a/c but it is cleared with only rs. 10000/- and no-one is responding as to from where we will get the full amount.

                  We were sent tosbi py road branch for follow-up but from there also we are not getting any response.
                  As per the party its account was corrected on 28/04/2016.

                  Please find out where is the amount as we are in trouble regarding the same.

                  I am attaching the the copy of cheque, my statement, letter o[censored]s to sbi, sbis letter to icici.

                  The people of sbi are thinking that there job is done after sending letter to icici.

                            At the time of taking loan of rs. 9666555/- for a tenure of120 months adding an amount of rs. 320592/- was taken from me in the name of insurance premium in which 32522/- was given in 7 months @ 4646/- per month as interest & principal only on insurane premium. A total of rs. 353114/- was given by me against the tenure of 120 months where as the loan closed only after 7 months. Hence i should be charged as insurance only for 7 months and the balance amount of rs. 332516/- should be refunded to me. But icici bank denying to say that insurance premium is not refundable. Hence i am putting my complaint before this consumer complaint.
                            Hope to receive an early response.

                              Hi,

                              I write this email as i am completely shocked by the poor customer service provided by your bank.

                              I had made a cheque book request on 2nd may 2016. I had requested the cheque book to be delivered to a kolkata sector 2 branch instead of my regular delhi address.

                              In fact, i had also changed my communication address to kolkata.

                              I was told that the cheque books will be delivered within 5 days to the kolkata branch.

                              After 5 days nothing happened, i called up the customer service to be told that the cheque books would reach kolkata branch the next day.

                              Again nothing happened! Today i called up the customer service and found out that the cheque books are languishing in the delhi branch, and shockingly there is no request for them to be delivered to kolkata address.

                              I needed the cheques for an important purchase, however bbecause of this sheer negligence of the bank, i have had to delay everything.

                              If this is how bank services it's privileged customers, i shudder to think about the regular ones.

                                  My son inturi tulasikrishna had applied for an online senior citizens savings account, on my behalf, on my instructions, on 14 april 2016 by paying rs. 1000 vide transaction reference number[protected] dated 14 april 2016. After that one of your executive had called me and demanded 25000 to be deposited initially as against the minimum balance requirement of rs 5000 out of which i had already paid rs. 1000. When i had refused to deposit the 25000 and said that i will give only rs 5000 he had started talking to me in an arrogant manner. Then fed up with the attitude of your executve i told him that either he can collect rs. 5000 from me in cheque or he can cancel the account and return my rs. 1000 to the the payment source but i will not be depositing rs. 25000. After that he had disconnected the call and neither anybody came to collect the documents for activation of my account nor my money is refunded. Please also refer to my complaint number sr[protected] and sr[protected]. At this juncture please kindly arrange for document collection for activation of my account to avoid further inconvenience and harassment to me or else kindly cancel my account opening application and refund me my hard earned money. Request kindly initiate necessary corrective action immediately to avoid further inconvenience and harassment for an ailing female senior citizen like myself.

                                  1. They have collected the document for personal Loan but without my confirmation and my approval they have credited the amount.

                                  2. They have debited amount for insurance for which i have not signed at all

                                  3. The telecaller gave me a false promise for which i have lost my money.

                                    My parents applied for a senior saving scheme in the icici bank on march 23 and the cheques submitted were duly cleared on april 5 and april 13 respectively. Till date there is absolutely no communication form the bank on the status of the application. Few open questions which i have..

                                    1. Why was no receipt given to us?
                                    2. Why there is zero communication from the bank?
                                    3. What is the status of our applications?
                                    4. Even after more than 45 days the bonds have not been received by us?

                                    There is absolutely no seriousness shown by the bank and only apathy the way this situation is being dealt with. The call centers and the complaint cell over and above following standard procedures does nothing and is only worried about closing the complaints and taking care of their metrics.

                                      Sub - complaint about unethical collection practice, racism and customer data protection breach

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I am writing to you with reference to loan number lpghz[protected].

                                      I acknowledge the fact that i have delayed in making payments for the above mentioned reference due to my personal reasons such as family problem, kid’s school fee, my parents’ departure, household expenses and other related problems. I also acknowledge that you have a full right to recover the past due agreed amount from me. However, i do not believe that you have any rights to promote 1. Unethical collection practice which includes threatening and abusing phone calls, 2. Racism and 3. Customer data protection breach with false accusation.

                                      I would like to log a complaint for the very reason that i have suffered enough mental stress due to the way your collection department has been dealing with me. The end number of calls that i have received from you with a person shouting and screaming on me from the other end of the phone asking for the full payment of the loan with threatening and abusive language has caused me health problems such as high blood pressure and enormous mental stress. The person sounds like a barbarian with no sense of professionalism, proper etiquette and humanity in him. Threatening to misbehave my wife who is a homemaker and stays alone most of the time and calling her a “nigger (Slave owner used the word to refer to their slaves)” just because she is from african origin itself raises many questions on your staff members mentality and attitude towards others.

                                      Your collection staff should know that under the proposed section 153c, any words, both spoken and written, or signs attempting to discriminate against individuals on the basis of race, or indulging in any activity intended to use criminal force or violence against a particular race will be a non-bailable offence punishable with imprisonment up to five years and a fine.

                                      In addition to this, section 509a will make any word, gesture or act intended to insult a member of a particular race lead to imprisonment that may extend to three years with a fine.

                                      I would like to let you know that i am outrageous for the fact that you have breached the consumer data protection laws by passing on my personal information to my family and friends as well as to the people i do not even know nothing about. Your collection department has falsely accused me of changing my address and not letting you informed even though i have been residing at the same address for the last two years.

                                      Your collection department called a thousand people in my home town including my local postman and passed on my personal information without my authorization. Under section 43a of the (Indian) information technology act, 2000, a body corporate who is possessing, dealing or handling any sensitive personal data or information, and is negligent in implementing and maintaining reasonable security practices resulting in wrongful loss or wrongful gain to any person, then such body corporate may be held liable to pay damages to the person so affected. It is important to note that there is no upper limit specified for the compensation that can be claimed by the affected party in such circumstances.

                                      Under section 72a of the (Indian) information technology act, 2000, disclosure of information, knowingly and intentionally, without the consent of the person concerned and in breach of the lawful contract has been also made punishable with imprisonment for a term extending to three years and fine extending to inr 5, 00, 000 (Approx. Us$ 10750).

                                      Taking into consideration all that has happened and have been happening with me, i would like to claim for compensation from you based on the much distress and inconvenience caused to me and to my personal respect by your collection agents.

                                      I look forward to hearing from you soon hoping that i am going to be heard and my complaint will be dealt with fairly.
