Dear sir,

I have been cheated by icici bank where i have my salary account...For an atm withdrawal, where i actually dispensed only 50%of the money i asked for, whereas the 10, 000 entered on the atm machinemy account has been deducted from my account.
I have been writing and speaking to the customer care from the same day . Now it's over 35 days and they have sent me a message that they cannot do anything about it...

This is regards to the call which i am getting from the recovery agency from a 3rd party of icici bank regarding a personal loan. I've been getting these calls for a quiet a long time and whenever i've asked them to send me an email from icici bank official mail id they are not. I am very disappointed with my icici hpcl coral credit card bill which i received on 18th of april 2016 for the period of (15-03 to[protected].

In that 500/- late payment charges and 72.50/- service tax is included in my bill.I really dont know why these charges are added into my bill, i pay my bills regularly before due date.
