I applied icici credit card on april 1st week, i received credit card on may 3rd week.
Im not satisfied with icici rubyx credit card so i've requested cancellation rubyx credit card on may 21.

In may 23 i got a call from one mobile number ([protected]) they told we are calling from icici bank from cancellation department we need some details to cancel your credit card.

They started asking my credit card number, valid from, valid to and cvv (This time i asked why you need cvv and all), but i given all the details at last i got otp (This time i got alerted and i disconnected the call then i called to icici customer care suddenly i raised request for cancellation and block the immediately).

Then i given that particular number to icici customer care take action, still now i did not any response from your bank.

Then i called to icici customer care they told that we are not responsible for this we wont take any action against like this. And i asked i f i loss any money im the responsible for that particular card. (Customer liable) like this executive and manager said.


1st question : how that people knows i'm holding icici credit card.

2nd question : how they know i'm going to cancel they icici credit card.

3rd question : how they know my details and they told my first 4 digit of credit card number and 14th 15th digit of credit card number.

The otp message is : 5.05pm

You have initiated a purchase transaction on your icici bank card xx1007 that needs an otp. Dont share the otp with anyone.
Bank never calls to verify otp. This otp is xxxxxx and is valid for 15 min. The otp is confidential and you are resposible for safeguarding it.

Im frustrated with your customer care i'm not happy at all.

Im holding many credit card but once i got icici card im feeling unsafe from all the credit card.

This should be treated as high priority. No reply from ICICI Bank till now. Why the hell my confidential info leaked from bank. I have sent mail about anti phishing to ICICI Bank. I'm informing all my friends/colleagues to surrender ICICI card.

    My account number is[protected], which is a salary a/c in old madras branch in bangalore. I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock. My account has been debited by smab charges.
    17/08/2015 smab chgs-jun15+stax 34.51 dr. 280.97
    16/06/2015 smab chgs may15+stax 43.89 dr. 399.00


    I don't have any mail informing about this mab charges. I have no information from icici. No call, no mail and no message.
    Kindly look into this matter and refund my balance. I just hope that this won't be happen again. Please educate your customer first as we have no clue about this.

      I am regular customer of icici credit card and have a good & regular payment history. The payment of bill dated 08.04.2016 was due on 26.04.2016. I had deposited cheque no.154329 dated 20.04.2016 for rs.317512/- for payment of the said card dues on 20.04.2016. However since the credit limit was quite full & since i was travelling abroad & in need of credit limit, i advised my accountant to make direct funds transfer for payment of the card dues. Accordingly an neft transfer was made on 21.04.2016 towards full payment of the dues of rs.3, 17, 512.00 as per the said statement. Since full payment was already made, we stopped payment of the cheque no 154329 to avoid double payment of the dues on credit card. We now observe from the statement dated 26.05.2016 received that the bank has charged a heavy penalty of rs.6350.22 plus service tax of rs.920.78 being cheque return charges.
      You will appreciate that the intention of stop payment was to avoid double payment & not to avoid payment of bank dues. This can be verified from our usage & payment history. Moreover payment was made well befor due date. We therefore request you to refund the stop payment charges of rs.7271/- wrongly charged to our account immediately.

        Hi,

        On 21st may 2016, at 8:36 am two transactions of amount 189.69 and 4547.67 occurred from my saving account without for the marchant 'walgreens' my consent and knowledge.

        Immediately i contacted the concerned department and got my atm card blocked. On the same day i submitted all the necessary documents along with the dispute form to the nearest icici branch, technopolis, kolkata. The service request number is :

        Its been 5 days already, i have received no updates and status about this fraudulent. I called the icici bank customer care on 25th may 2016, the refused to share any update or status with me. After keeping me on hold for 45 minutes they told me that since they did not receive my documents they are unable to proceed.

        This is really frustrating to face bank's inoperative behavior. As per my knowledge i have right to know every single detail and status of this issue, which bank is refusing to provide. Please look into the matter and suggest.

        SR[protected] was created for the same on 21st May 2016. As per suggestion I went to bank to submit all the required documents. Almost everyday I followed up the customer care team, they said in case of any progress, they will inform me.

        On 27th around 10 AM, I again went to bank and resubmitted the documents. On 31st, I called the customer care asking the status. According to the customer care the SR was closed on 27th at 10:30 AM due to non recipient of documents. And the concern team uploaded documents to a closed SR on 1:22 PM, instead of reopening the same SR or creating a new SR.

        Today I called them to create the SR again and attach all the documents. Still, there is no confirmation of the same. Please look into the matter. Below is the new SR for the same:

        This is really frustrating, that after so many follow up the bank is doing nothing at all.

              Dear Sir,
              I am an account holder of ICICI Bank with Account Number[protected] ICICI branch Greater Noida Alpha 1.
              On Nov 18 of last year 2015 I mistakenly transferred Rs 3840 from my PayTm wallet into a wrong beneficiary (Account Number[protected], when actually I was transferring the money to My Own Account.

              On Nov 19, I visited the ICICI branch Greater Noida and got my issue recorded with the Dy Branch Manager. I was confirmed that the amount has been locked (lien marked) in the wrong beneficiary's account since it is not his money and he cannot withdraw the same from his account number. I was asked to wait till the person is contacted.
              But now it has been 6 months till today and no contact has been made and no update has been given to me for the same. I have got only regret replies as you can see in the attached trailing mails.

              All i want is my money back as I am in dire need of the same.
              When the account holder cannot be contacted and I have all proofs that those money are mine, then why is that I am suffering for the problem in the system.
              Please help me and devise a methodology such that these cases can be solved easily

              I trust in banking system of the country and hope that it thrives gracefully in the coming year.
              Please keep your customers happy and take necessary actions.

                  I had filled petrol on 3.5.16 and was given two slips - one of which showed Transaction Failed, and was told that one of the two debits message received on my mobile would be reversed as the transaction has failed. I waited for a couple of days and wrote to Citibank whose credit card was used to swipe for the amount and they have written that two credits were given by them . I approached the petrol bunk and fortunately the owner was present to whom I showed the message but she blatantly refused saying that her bank which is ICICI in Bangalore has not received two credits. I have again got a reply from Citibank that they have positively given two credits and wanted me to give a confirmation that they should investigate.
                  Could I request you also to investigate this at your end and do the needful.
                  In one slip the authorisation code given is 250926.

                    My name is sunil jadhav i would like to bring into your notice that i hav been harased by icici collection agent for repayment of personal loan, banker named is amar patil mobile # [protected] and his team land line no[protected]/[protected]/[protected] i dont owe any payment to their bank however collection agent harase me and harse my wife and her company & started calling up at her workplace and abusing anyone who comes on the phone... Saying usko bolo paisa dene ke liye... Uski... Ki... Uski... Ki continuously and started being abusive (Profanity) it hav become thret to me and my family, they also have provide me loan ac no : lppul[protected].


                    As he is not reachable these guys are calling me constantly and harrassing me for payment. Recently they have started threatening and abusing and asking me to make a payment on his behalf. We think that somebody from icici bank is taking the law in their own hands and trying to trouble us every day. Therefore, they have crossed the limit and now we want to make sure that your employees are brought to justice for threatening and crossing the limit.

                    I have neither signed any documents nor given any guarantee for the defaulter which i have told to these people but they are still creating problems for me. When i have not signed any document to give any credit to the defaulter than who has given the right to you to call me for payment.
                    I am filing the fir against icici agents, i want you to take immediate action on this.

                      I, Shaik Wajid Basha, (SB General) A/C holder o[censored]nion Bank of India, Kurnool, A/C No. [protected]. I operated ICICI bank ATM machine(which is situated at old bus stand, Kurnool) to withdraw money for Rs.10, 000/- on[protected] at around 8.53pm. (ATM CARD NO. [protected]) But I received only 9, 600/- . the denomination of notes are as
                      follows:- 500X18=9000
                      100X 6= 600
                      Total amount I received Rs.9, 600/- only.
                      information in clarity:- when I operated in the place of 500 notes 19 I received only 18( in the place of one 500 note there was a 100 rupee note and remaining in the place of 100 rupee notes as usual i received.)

                      I made a complaint and submitted to the Manager, ICICI Bank, Ucon plaza, Kurnool, and submitted on[protected] morning but so far i did not receive my balance amount ( Rs.400/-) .
                      In view of the above, may i request you sir to kindly help me to receive my amount back sooner. For the act of above kindness i shall be thankful to you.

                        I am having my salary accout in icici bank. But few days back rs/- (28.50) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "atm dec chg". And when i tried to explore it over internet, i found these charges are applied for when atm of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason. Although i was having enough balance at that time.

                          Sir i kailash chander gupta a senior citize have sent one requisition for loose cheq of my s b account no.[protected]. But madam mukherjee blank refused to give loose cheque to my person whose specimen signatures were also attested. And ask my person to send me for this purpose. As if there is a new law and policy of the bank or on the mercy of the chare. This is not ist chanc with me. Previously madam ruby verma and madamsweta barial period so many happengs. My original acoount was with your main br exhibition branch patna. At gthe time of shifting from that br. There was so many iregularties.

                          Today undre pretest i am closing my account under protest with the remarms unsatisfactory poor service of the branch.

                              My son has been holding money mltiplier bond 0399 mmb two option ii since a pril 1999 which has been purchased at rs4700/- and its maturity value is rs50000[- and its due date is 28.04.2017. I am interested to know its present status of the bonds whether therse are valid as on date and will get full maturity amount on its due date.                                 Greeting of the day!!!
                                I got a called from icici lombard on dec 23, 2015 @ 11:00 a. M. Approx. They offered a insurance policy
                                To me. I requested them to mail me about all features the policy so that i can read it comfortably &
                                Carefully and also to discuss it with my family member specially from my father but they told me that we
                                Are going to deduct of a premium of rs approx 500/- rs. From your credit card. And we will mail you soft
                                Copy and also dispatched a hard copy of this policy. And after it you can cancel it either any lacking of
                                Specification whatever we are telling or after discussion with you family member. Only due to these two
                                Situations i allowed them to issue this policy to me.
                                And till dec. 30, 2015 they neither mailed me any policy nor dispatched me any hard copy. And when i
                                Processed towards cancelation of the policy after verbal discussion with my family member. I called to
                                Icici lombard customer care no. They gave me a policy cancelation reference no.[protected] through
                                A sms and asked about the detail of my account to return my amount back to me.
                                I was quite comfortable yet.
                                But on dec. 30, 2015 i again got a called from icici lombard & they informed me following terms &
                                Conditions about that same policy –
                                1 – policy once sold cannot cancel before three month (But in telephonic communication on dec. 23
                                2015 they told me that you can cancel it as i already mentioned)
                                2 – and if you cancel a policy then icici will deduct 37% of your premium amount (This was not
                                Communicated me earlier otherwise i never bought it)
                                3 – and if you cancel this policy then also we will update your name in as a fraudster & it will be harmful
                                For you for your remaining life you will even not able to take any loan or etc.
                                I tried a lot to make them understand that whatever the three conditions you are putting in front of me
                                It was not communicated me earlier. Otherwise i never bought it. But nobody was there to listen me.
                                More or less they were only blaming to me & were protecting their sales team. They also bond rs.
                                11000/- from my credit card
                                After it in the evening of dec. 30, 2015 i called to irda customer care @ approx 5:00 p. M. And they
                                Provided me three customer care no[protected],[protected],[protected] & suggested me to
                                Call on this no & talk to priti lochan & danish shekh
                                And very surprisingly when i called to these no then i got the information that both of them have left
                                Icici lombard. And now no one of them was associate with icici lombard.
                                Then in late evening of dec 30, 2015 i again called to irda customer care @ 7:00 p. M. To register my
                                Complaint again because i had not got anything from these contact no. Then irda told me that they are
                                Also unable to register my complain because i do not have any policy no. I have to wait till i receive my
                                Policy.
                                Now please suggest me after this whole incident where i am wrong i have not received a policy even a
                                Soft copy after seven days. And now when i want to cancel it then nobody is there to help me.

                                And as of now finally i also request from icici bank to cancel this policy. And request from irda to
                                Help me to resolve this matter.
                                And as per called by the sales person to me on dec. 30, 2015 they told me two thing that they will
                                Charged 37% as a cancelation charges & also update my name as a fraudster.
                                Then i also request to that sales person that please surrender my icici bank credit card with immediate
                                Effect on this bases you issued me that policy & also close my account[protected] and i will
                                Withdrawal my all fixed deposit from this account because now onwards i am also not interested to
                                Associate with you i. E. Icici bank
                                And for the kind information of icici bank sales team i also want to update that i am maintaining this
                                Credit card from last more then three years and there is no single delay in payment. I even have not
                                Received any late fees or any plenty in last thirty six month. And just approx 1.5 year back you also
                                Increase my credit limit form 30 k to 60k. Due to my usages and regular payment schedule and so
                                Many time your sales team called me for a loan of rs. 5 lac only on the behalf of this credit card
                                Without any documentation. Also your payback partner offered me a loan without any
                                Documentation. That is only due to this status of my credit card. I even not charged any annual fee yet
                                Because the transaction of credit card is more the limit which you have decided.
                                And now if you (Icici) blaming me that they will update my name as a fraudster so that i will even not
                                Able to take any loan from anywhere. Then i also want to tell you i also will not sit ideal. I am also
                                Fully aware about all my rights. You can process whatever you want but please close my credit card
                                And saving account today only i will pay all dues of the credit card whenever you want. Because i am
                                Not a fraudster.

                                    I have do a recharge request through icici atm on 19/05/2016 of amount of rs 100 and the amount is deducted in my bank account but as of now i have not received the recharge amount in mobile please check and refund my money as the recharge is not successful. Details are below mentioned and fyi the service provide (Mtnl) said please speak to your bank for refund as they do not receive the money

                                      ICICI bank changed my balance details without my notice. I had major shock when I saw that the detailed statement that i was looking was totally different from what I say yesterday. They have done some adjustments which is not clear to me. If the bank can automatically change the previous records in the online detailed statement, I would say its not worth saving the paper. Moreover, i think the bank should not be allowed to do so and should be charged penalty. I was in wayanad and the hotel owner did not let me stay as he said that the money was pulled back and he has given the room to someone else. I went there with my family and ended up paying 20 thousand for two days.
                                      Also, the citibank card payment i made was reverse swiped by ICICI bank. I am paying interest for that as well.
                                      I need a refund of what i have lost, plus my medical bills and want to ensure that banks should not be allowed to change a previous days transactions/balance/credit debit from the next day onward. they should have separate records if they have to adjust some amount.

                                        I have a salary account in icici bank for 4 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction '[protected] dp chgs till mar-16 — inr 418.16... I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.
