. It is salary account. My account has been freeze within 3 month.
So bank advised me u submit your id proof and address proof and hr letter and my sel[censored]ndertaking your account will be activate within 5 days but till now told bank manager close ur account, how it possible.My lots of transaction for previous account not this account. I also contact your customer care but they telling same.Bank problem and only bank have right to activate your account. .I have also submit a indemnity letter and new bank statement with orignal hard copy every time they said your account will active within 7 days but still my account not open . I am very tense what i will do please suggest.My company all employs salary submitted in icici bank .Not possible for using icici serves.Please solved my problem and i necessary opening of icici account.And branch dp. Manager blackmailing me close ur account.Plz give me suggestion

    On 29th July, 2015, I had placed a request from Geneva (Switzerland) on ICICI Net banking for issuance of a Demand Draft for Rs. 10, 204/- favouring Life Insurance Corporation of India, Branch 12B, Splendour Mall, Jasola, New Delhi. The draft amount and its commission was to be debited to my NRO Account No.[protected] with ICICI Bank, Mayur Vihar branch, Delhi 110091.

    In response, on 30 July, I received the following mail from ICICI Bank Customer Service:-

    Date:Thu, 30 Jul, 2015 at 17:42
    Subject:Status of your SR[protected]
    Dear Customer,

    Greetings from ICICI Bank.

    The Demand Draft 667611 has been sent via BLUE DART Courier, AWB '[protected] on 30-JUL-15. The beneficiary will receive it within 7 wkg days.

    ICICI Bank Limited.

    This is an auto generated e-mail. Please do not reply."

    I promptly forwarded this message to LIC, Branch 12B to alert them of the same.

    On my retirement from government service, I returned to India in November 2015 and immediately got my NRE and NRO Savings Accounts (including Acct No.[protected] closed and opened a new Resident Savings Bank Account.

    During my visit to the LIC office in early February, 2016, I was informed by them that DD No. 667611 issued by ICICI Bank on 30th July, 2015, never reached them.

    Since February 2016, Mr. Ashish Kumar, my Relationship Manager at ICICI Securities has been pursuing this matter with the Bank. He has been able to confirm with the Bank that the amount of Rs. 10, 204/- has not been received by LIC and the amount is still in the sundry account of the Bank. He informed me that since my NRO Account No.[protected] has since been closed by me, the Bank would be sending me a Draft for Rs. 10, 204/-. Despite his best efforts since February 2016, I am yet to receive the refund draft.

    Rather than voluntarily refunding the amount, the Bank has been holding on to this money since July 2015, despite my repeated requests to refund the same to me through DD or by crediting it to my Resident Savings Account No.[protected] with ICICI Bank, Mayur Vihar Branch, Delhi. The address for dispatch of the DD was also clearly mentioned in my mails to the bank.

    I am surprised that the banks, including ICICI, end up with bad loans by indiscriminately lending in crores to HNIs and here it is trying to block a paltry sum of Rs. 10, 204/- which genuinely belongs to one of its customers.

    Can your forum kindly help me get the refund. As a last resort, I will need to approach the banking ombudsman, but I would rather avoid this option as far as possible.

      I have an IWISH Depoist account, which is a kind of flexible Recurring Deposit. Initially when i opened the account I opted for the Auto Debit Facility, but now I want to discontinue it and do it manually. After talking to ICICI customer care several times they told me it cannot be done.

      I should be able to discontinue it as it is a flexible RD and I am not liable to deposit any fixed amount per month I cannot do it as per funds available anytime in the give period of RD.

      Auto debit is only a facility provided to the customer and it is optional when we activate it so why cannot we deactivate it.

        Toll free number is not working - If this is not in use why don't you fix it. If not able to fix then stop fooling the customers and remove it

        Tried calling the others nos - ([protected]) - I think this is for deducting money cause no one actually picks up the phone. 12 rs deducted and still no clue of when your representative will pick up the call. Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic service.

        Iwsh - Manage Goal is not opening for last 4 days? Let me know what is the issue with this?? To get the solution I tried above two points?? Is there any way i can find the solution, or I have to go in person to your branch even after all this Online nonsense?????

          For the above mentioned credit card, which i have been using for almost 5 years, the contact mobile details and email id has been changed without my permission and knowledge and i am not sure how it has been done. Because of which, i did not receive the email or sms regarding the bill and inturn due to which, bill tracking got missed and the payment for credit card got delayed last month and i have been charged late payment and interest. I want all the charges to be reversed and an explanation on how the details are changed. Security of my information is in questionary.

            Your idiotic staff had sent me a card which is invalid and providing all the updates by sending mails regarding the status of the card delivery. Why the hell your people are behaving like this, don't you guys have minimum common sense. I got to know while doing transaction by using your nonsense card it was invalid and made me fool by using your worst bank as my salary account as well. When i call the customer care they confirmed that the card was unknowingly sent, my question is, does you guys are maintaining such a lazy people in your bank.??
            You need to pay for all the you have been created and my time wasted for attending the calls to receive your bull invalid card. Stupid and idiotic poeple...!!!

                    How come icici bank is allowed to calculate interest on the amount we paid.

                    I don't understand the fraud icici is doing. Here is the scenario
                    Need to pay the amount :91873 rs
                    Paid : 75000 before due date.
                    Paid remaining amount 17000 after 4 days of due date.

                    In next statement generated they asked me to pay 4, 903.45 (Interest charges)+711.00 (Service tax)= 5, 613.76


                    I would have very much satisfied if the interest was applied on remaining amount. Very much disappointed by the interest rate applied.

                      I had a fraud transaction on 9 march 2016. I registered a complaint in icici care and as per there guidenceb they asked me to register a police complaint and I submitted all the documents to them. Aftr all this they blame that my family mermber have done the fraud, which is not true, after that I arranged the footage of that day by the help of police inspector but when I went to submit the footage neither the branch manager nor the customer support head mrs shree devi looked the footage and bluntly answered that the matter is closed and they will not refund the money.
                      This was the reply.please kindly help me by giving my right.

                      Hopefully this time bank and customer care will coordinate and help us out.

                      I dont understand why miss shidevi or anyone is not ready to look the cctv footage in which it is clearly seen that we have not done the transaction.
                      Either they are dont want to refund the money or there is no communication between the branch and the customer care.
                      Nobody is helping out what shud I do in next step.
                      If I wont get any help, ultimately I have to write to any chaneel because I have evidence that I havent done the transaction. What else they want I dont understand
                      I didnt get a single response from icici team. So careless people.
                      I wish god provide them the brain how to work and deal with customer.

                          One employee of icici bank which name is sahil and mobile no : [protected] forcibly registered a policy with my credit card. I told him ten or twenty time that first of all i consult with my parents if they will agree i will continue your policy otherwise not but he didn't listen my voice and active this policy.

                          So if you will not discontinuous this policy i will close icici a/c.
                          I have salary account with your bank so you will not discontinuous this one i will switch my salary account to hdfc bank on monday so you will loose your customer

                          Note : also this guys abuse me when call him later and told me that i can't do nothing. You will play such type of game you will not get anything except loose customer

                          So it is my humble request you that please discontinuous this policy right now and inform me about it's discontinuous

                          The same has happened with me as well.
                          Someone Rahul verma from moti nagar icici lombard have called me continuously for the insurance policy.
                          They had forcefully asked tons of time for the policy of 2 years in 7678 Rs.
                          They have the credit card number as well.
                          Now i am seeing this consumer conplaintSo kind of feeling like i got cought in fraud of such case.

                          Please ensure the security kf my credit card.

                                Hi,

                                Their has been an outstanding of Rs 83028.19 on credit card dues. I was not able to pay this amount for last 3 months. My salary got debited on 29th April and the amount of Rs83028.19 was blocked as lien on my account. I have my emi's coming up on 2nd and 4th May plus my father is undergoing an emergency medical treatment. I request if you can reverse this amount and help me with a structured emi plan so that my financial burden can be taken care of. Their has been no intention of not paying to the bank but now my finances have improved post my appraisal and a emi plan will help me have a sustained outflow.
                                I hope you can do something about this as it is a very critical situation for me right now.

                                  Harrasment calls to my family and relatives

                                  My name is Joga Singh. I had a personal loan with ICICI Bank. I am not in the condition for making the payment as of now for the above mentioned account number. I am not denying to make the payment but I am getting the harassment calls from a lady named with contact number [protected]. I am the only earning hand of my family as I have lost my father 4 years back. This lady called my one a very fine day. I mean how can someone be so rude....

                                  I have applied for personal loan in ICICI Bank. I was told by executive that the processing fee would be zero, No Pre-closing charges and the Rate of Interest as 12.9% which were just false statements. I was told that I will get a confirmation email to my official email ID and a confirmation call. I didn't get anything and the loan got processed.
                                  My Loan Number is LPHYD[protected].
                                  I have called customer care team and raised the complaint #[protected] initially and the case was taken up by sales manager Sudanshu Parida ([protected]).
                                  After raising one more critical request[protected], Sudanshu called me and was very polite and sorry for whatever happened and informed that Rate of Interest and Pre-closing charges can't be changed.
                                  Initially, I was not convinced but later I have asked them to give back at least the processing fees.
                                  He spoke to executive and took me in conference. I was told by both Executive (Sai) and Sales Manager (Sudanshu) that they will give me back the processing fee (6000). I didn't get the amount till now and they have blocked my number. its been more than a month now.
                                  6000 might not a big deal but for me, I am very much irritated with the response of the executive and Sales Manager.
                                  Initially, wrong commitments were given by executive and now the sales Manager as well.
                                  These guys are not only doing fraud with people like me but also spoiling the reputation of ICICI Bank.
                                  I request concerned person to look into this and help me with best alternate. Thanks in Advance.

                                    My ICICI Credit Card Application Ref No is.[protected] . ICICI representative called and request to apply for credit card saying I hold a salary account with them and I am their valued customer even after not showing interest initially he called up again and again and finally I said ok for the same.
                                    He came to office collected required documents.

                                    After almost month and half I didn't receive any status and thus called customer care and I was informed its rejected, when I asked for reason he said they will send mail. Till date I have not received any mail with reason of denial.

                                    Is this a strategy by ICICI employees to just complete the target in form of collecting applications and then rejecting without giving any reasons ?
                                    Absolutely sadden by banks behaviors and responses. Shame..!!

                                    This is absolute non sense, now I am receiving fraud calls saying we are from ICICI bank customer care and then asking for debit card number. Please guys don't drop your mb number or else pls don't disclose your debit card number or other details over phone.

                                      I have been trying to unblock my credit card for last two months but till now i have not been able to talk to the customer care executive.Asking the branch officer also was also of no use.Can you just let me know how can i talk to the customer care executive. Or it would be helpful if it is possible to cancel the card by a icici bank branch.Plz kindly do the needful.
