Hello,
On behalf of kukreja complex bldg 2 office bearer, we have sent several written and verbal complaints to icici bank to carry out regular maintenance of the flats owned by them for usage of their employees.
It is impacting the flat owners residing in the flats (Icici employees) as well as the flats below due to leakages & other unhygienic maintenance of these flats.
No one in icici bank is bothered about this employee situation as well as the inconvenience caused by a reputed society within bhandup
Would look forward from icici to take some action on this.

    I had applied for personal loan at nearest icici bank on 9th of april 2016 but haven't got the amount yet inspire of getting all the approvals!! Mr. Vikas kharera at hisar doesn't pick up my calls. Mr. Yudhishthir at rohtak assured me over telephone that the amount requested by me would be disbursed by 8:30 pm today but i didn't get the same.
    Either you deny me straightforward or disburse the amount. Kindly don't waste your time as well as mine.

      I have made payment rs. 41065/- of sbi credit card through icici bank account on 20/04/2016. The amount was debited on the same day but not credited to sbi credit card account. The transaction id is [protected]. I have raised query on 25/04/2016 regarding the same. Icici bank has simply closed the request with comment"the amount will be reversed to your a/c if not credited". The amount has been reversed to my icici a/c on 27/04/2016. Icici bank took 7 days and by the time, the due date of sbi credit card was overdue by 5 days.
      I have asked icici customer care - reason for not making payment. The person i spoke was sadhna. She simply said that, there was technical issue with visa gateway hence the transaction has not done. I have asked her about who will pay the interest charges, then she arrogantly said, you have to pay the charges. Why should i pay the charges, if icici bank has not made the transaction?

      Horrible response from the customer care when i had query to reversal of amount and even call was hanged twice when i wanted the details. Really such careless support from the bank. Hardly fail to understand our concern.

        I have made three online transactions yesterday 27th april 2016. None of them were credited to the concerned accounts. I called up customer care many times only to hear that they are showing as successful in icici accounts. If the amount is not either credited to concerned party nor to my account within next 2 days iam going to close my icici bank and direct accounts immediately. Losing trust of the customers, also very bad customer care

But after some time, i got a error stating that debit/ATM card has been blocked for online transactions.Online transactions are blocked. Can you please resolve as soon as possible.             Icici bank parked inward foreign remittance in lean without informing me. Despite all escalations, the attitude of the staff is that its such a normal thing and every bank does that.
            On the name of compliance, icici bank is harassing customers and using their money not paying any interest.
            I would like to know if there is any legal mechanism to bring this scam to limelight which icici bank is running in the name of rbi regulations.
            Please guide if some one can recommend a legal course of action because i contacted the south zone head and they just keep postponing the issue saying will resolve in next 2 weeks and then again next 2 weeks and so on. Its almost 8 weeks since my money came to icici bank.

              My name is jayesh jain. This complain is against icici bank.

              I would like to share unacceptable behavior of icici bank executives and the way they treat and cheat their customers.

              Icici bank approached us for credit facility and said us to submit the documents, get the limit sanctioned and use if it when required. Bank told us that loan amount and interest rate will be informed before disbursement and the same will be disbursed on our approval

              29th feb - loan disbursed of rs 4, 88, 550 (Loan ac no upmum[protected]) without any intimation and at interest rate of 17.50%

              1st march - as loan was disbursed without any prior intimation and nor interest rate was informed. Approached bank manager (Chembur branch) for this credit and asked him to reverse as the funds were not required and also interest rate for unacceptable.

              4th march - was informed by bank that the loan will be reversed in 4 to 5 working days

              10th march - was asked to put a request on mail

              21st march - got a mai confirming that loan will be reverse in 2 to 3 working days

              2nd april - 1st emi deducted from our account, was told it will be reversed in 2 to 3 working days

              4th april - was given cell no of mr aneesali that he will be reversing our emi and loan

              5th april - 18th april - contacted mr aneesali 5 times and always he said it will be reversed in 2 to 3 working days

              21st april - still waiting for reversal of emi and loan

              Tried calling their executives but they dont pick up the call and also dont revert

              Please look in the matter

              Dear sir,
              As per your request we have mailed all details on [protected]@icicibank.com on 28 april 2016. Still we havent recieved any call from any our executive till now. Eveni would like to inform you that Ms Megha and Mr aneesali (Bank executives) are not picking up my call.

              Request you to take action against them and solve this fraud case as soon as possible.

                38589278 dp chgs till march 16,

                Now a days everyone is talking about it.
                Icici bank is doing a cheating with there customers.

                My account is debited with amount of 572.50 and showing the transaction summary as "38589278 dp chgs till march-16" on apr 26, 2016.

                I am rajpal yadav working as a sr seo (Serch engine optmization), i never activated and used any demat account till now, even not aware of this demat account and no bank representative has ever told me anything about it, i didn't get any username and password and never informed about this charge, this is totally unfair to deduct this amount, there was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my registered mobile. I never expect this type of rubbish thing done by icici like reputed bank.

                Icici bank is really doing stupid stuff. I don't know what bank need from customer???, they think all customers are , and we make them fool easily, nothing else. I never suggested any one to do transaction or business with this type of bank.

                My icici account number is[protected]. My phone number is (+91) [protected], this is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount as soon as possible, i need justice and my money back immediately.

                  I have student saving account in icici bank. This bank has deducted 28.50 rupees three times(Total 85.5 rupees) from my account. After inquiry i come to know that this is kind of penalty for transaction when you do not have enough balance. I am not getting any seance to deduct money for this reason. Why are they cutting my money without any valid reason?

                    In reference to the USD transfer initiated from Denmark on 4th April 2016, which has not still reflected in the beneficiary account with your bank even after 23 days.

                    I had called up the NRI helpline at ICICI Bank and they have confirmed from the record that the money has already been received at head office / branch.

                    They also told me that they think that account number is not ok, but, I have crosschecked with them regarding the account number they have on record and it matches the beneficiary account number my name, which is OK.

                    I am initiating this complaint with a hope of quick resolution to the issue.

                      My name is Sarathkumar i hereby wants to inform you that today 26th April 2016 I visited the ICICI Bank, Nelson Manickam road branch, Choolaimedu, Chennai-94 to deposit money. They ask me to wait for 1 hour i waited there itself then the staff Mr.V. Thiyagarajan collected my cash amount of rs.15825 without counting the cash properly he said 500 rupees is lesser in the amount. I had shocked and searched in my pockets and request him to count again then he saw the cash was in locker with the hundred rupee note. Then i asked what sir why you are so irresponsible this is my office money i have to answer to my management. Then he shout at me i cant work for your urgency you should wait and deposit. See how irresponsibly they are working. Kindly take action on my complaint.

                        This is Mohit Singhal - (Applicant for House Loan with ICICI Bank Ltd) with Application number as per Sanction letter[protected].

                        I would like to express my utmost disrespect for ICICI’s services, moral values and undesired behavior. Reasons stated a below:-

                        a. ICICI representatives don’t reply to emails of Potential Customer and neither call back even later.
                        b. Over a telephonic discussion, ICICI credit manager clearly said me that Processing / Administrative charges will only be debited if you accept the offer. The sanction letter is just a standard format and without customer consent ICICI bank which is such a reputed bank would charge it customers.

                        I would like to inform that without informing me, without my acceptance and consent ICICI Bank has banked/deposited my Cheque no – 89169 with value INR 23940 kept as security.

                        This is a true act o[censored]nprofessional behavior and should be taken by seriously by the management of ICICI Bank.

                        This incident is of Oct'15 and since then multiple emails written to ICICI bank but no response. Somewhere in Dec'15 a relationship manager replied saying we are processing partial refund but the same is not yet credited.

                          I have applied for personal loan and they informed me that rate of interest will be 12.50% and EMI would be 11250. But after approval they suddenly changed the rate of interest without my approval and i told them not to proceed until i will give you the confirmation because i need to talk to that girl who gave me all information. and again instead of 999 processing fee that guy deducted 4580 rs as a processing fee ( including other hidden charges for which i denied to pay).and i am calling on that number [protected] and he is continously disconnecting my call and saying i dint do that...that executive even denied to inform me his name..which kind of customer service you guys are providing..i need resolution and a compaint againts that guy and need my money back and rate of interested which you guts has committed.

                            I applied for credit card. I got the pin but not the card. i got an email saying the card is returned undelivered.
                            i raised the complaint before, but no response. Even though I sent my mailing address.
                            Past 1 month iam contacting through email but no response.
                            Kindly look at the issue and send the card to my mailing address.

But i don't know it will 3 days to credit. Previously i made sbi card payment through bill desk and it will take 2 days to credit the amount and they the reflecting the payment details that time that i made the payment only not the credited date. But you people are calculating the received date. I don't about that.

                                Please take this as a request kindly remove the interest charges on my account

                                my credit card number is [protected]. I have dropped the cheque on 9th April, 2016. I have noticed that there was penality of around 2, 500.00 in different modes i.e late payment fee, taxes etc. I have made an request to customer service today i.e. 26.4.2016 at 5.45 pm with Ms Pooja and she replied that it will take a minimum of 5 working days for clearing the local online cheque. When I requested to connect to the higher authorities for my greviance, she refused to connect. Could you please look into resolve the issue. I am a regular customer. and I surprised to note that for clearing a cheque 5 working days are required? without my fault why I should get penalized?

                                    I and my wife was maintaining ppf account (No. 6005012 & 6003636) with assistant dy. Director, ppf section, gpo, kolkata – 700001.

                                    On 13th may 2015, i made an application to the post master, gpo, kolkata - 700001 and requested to the post master, gpo, kolkata - 700001 for transfer of fund from gpo to icici phool bagan branch kolkata as we are having saving bank account in icici phool bagan branch.

                                    Thereafter, dy. Director, ppf section, gpo, kolkata has sent the demand draft in favour of icici phool bagan branch on october 2015 with my contact and address details (Demand draft no. 655638 & 655639 dated[protected] to the icici phoolbagan branch for crediting the amount in my ppf account.


                                    Thereafter, i regularly contacted icici phoolbagan branch and kept inquiring about the receipt of demand drafts but concerned official of icici bank, phool bagan branch denied of having receipt of my demand drafts dated[protected].


                                    Ultimately to my utter surprise i came to know that demand drafts had been received by icici phool bagan branch long back around in the month of november 2015. Neither bank officials had time in 3 months to deposit the demand draft nor had time to contact the customer resulting to expiry of demand draft.

                                    That in gross negligence did not credit/ deposit demand drafts. It took me 6 months to get the draft from gpo and again i had to revalidate the demand drafts which will take 3 months at least.


                                    Due to icici phool bagan branch negligence, i suffered (Still suffering) huge financial loss including the loss of interest and yet to receive my principle amount. I am also not able to invest in 80c in fy[protected].

                                    Icici bank completely kept me in dark and harassed me and deprived me of my money in time due. Being a senior citizen i request you not to harass me further and resolve the matter.

                                    Under this circumstances i request icici bank to pay my principle amount along with interest @ 18% from 1st november 2015 till the date of payment of principle amount or i will be bound to take every necessary legal action against icici phool bagan branch and raise this incident to rbi, banking ombudsman, consumer court and to every respective forums.

                                    There is lack of internal control and audit procedure and no accountability at all!

                                    An early action in this regard is highly desirable.

                                      My name is m. Santhosh kumar and i am having saving bank account no.[protected]Zero balance account) last 6year with icici bank, nadalur branch. My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without any communication in this regard. The bank is charging exorbitant charges and that too on monthly instead of quarterly basis done so far. I have never been informed of such policy changes. Also the charges for 3-4 months have been debited together but after a gap of 4 months from first month so that the customer does not get alert about the charges and could take corrective action. I think icici bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by rbi.

                                      I don't have any mail informing about this smab charges. This is second time icici charging mab account within two months. I have no information from icici. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that i understand that icici bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then i will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and banking ombudsman as this is clear violation of rule 8 (1) (K) i. E. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of the banking ombudsman scheme 2006.

                                      my name is N.P.Manjunath and I am having an account in icici bank, Tumkur, Karnataka and my account number is[protected]. my account is 15 years old and is attached to share trading. so, sometimes my account has more than 1 lakh and some times it has minimum or less than minimum. from past 2 years of not maintaining Rs 5000 minimum balance, my account has been debited more than Rs 50000 as MBH charges. exorbitant. recently, in march I complained a deduction of Rs 3800. now, on 25th april I deposited Rs 200000 and yesterday also Rs 3000 is deducted. it is a cheating of a customer and very irritating. As the balance was there, I had issued a chq for 2 lakhs and i am badly hurt. this is the way a loyal customer is robbed. I decided that i should close this account with icici as you are not reliable and very un co-operative. A last request: just return my deductions of march and April 2016. its a hard earned money. Otherwise, it becomes un avoidable for me to approach consumer forum or banking ombudsman.

                                      ICICI Bank deducted 172.5 rs from my bank account name DCARDFEE6722FEB17-JAN18ST22.5. i think this is debit card fee.
                                      they already charge aground 500 from bank saying debit card charge saying premium debit card complesory with account opening. now they deducted DCARDFEE looklike charge on monthly basis without informing to customer.

                                      i have seen many complain regarding dcardfee to icici bank.
                                      this shows how icici bank deduct money from customer.

                                      Thats why i prefer public bank. i think money is not safe in private sector bank, they can charge anytime whatever name called.
                                      Now i withdraw all money from icici bank.

                                      I Recommended to all icici bank customer to check account on monthly basis or if possible than withdraw money from this bank. this is not fair bank, i have not more faith.
