Dear sir, i applied with all documents for new account opening with account opening fee Rs 5200. the representative verified the documents & accepted. but not opened the account. the bank has not returned my money which i requesting from last 6 months as they are unable to open the account. i have given application, called the manager & filled the account closer form but all in vain, please help to get my money with inetrest.

    i am Gorakh Narute doing SPML Infra Ltd company in Bangalore.my salary account open in icici nank in Bangalore.but i dont know more transaction allow this account.my bymistecally i am use more transaction like business type.then i am close this account and again open new account, then this account also debit freeze and they told u go to black list thats way you not use icici bank service in low. this is possible sir.then again one more thing ok i am not use icici bank but my company not allow other bank account.what can i do plz help.before 4-5 month salary also not come bank problem.please help me.

      Without any pre notification bank deducted rs. 400.75 from my account on date 06/05/2016 and the transaction remark is 'mabchgs-mar16+stax 50.75'

      My account is on icici bank onam plaza (New palasia) branch.

      I'm not sure about this charge. Can you please explain me what is this charge for and why its deducted without any notification.

        I am kiran, having account in icici and tried to withdraw money rs1500 on dated 28th april 2016 atm vasundhara sector 6, 4-c. But there was some issue with atm or anything else, whatever it was i do not know but money was not withdrawn, and amount has been deducted from my account. Still it is not refunded in my account.
        Kindly take an action on priority and do the needful.

            I have been using an icici bank credit card for 10 years. I have always paid full amount as per statement before due date for last 10 years which is an impeccable track record.

            For my march month statement whose due date was on 11th april, 2016 & the amount was rs. 14 i paid on 5th april, 2016 but due to human error i forgot to sign the cheque. By the time i got the cheque back from my bank the due date had passed & i paid on 15th april, 2016 which was 4 days after due date. When i got the statement for month of april i was shocked to see that rs. 750 was late payment charges + service tax & interest of rs. 640 + service tax which totals to approx rs. 1450 which is 10% of my credit card bill for late payment of 4 days which happened due to human error.

            When i requested the customer care helpdesk of icici bank to reverse these charges considering my track record mr mirza who was the supervisor on duty completely refused to reverse the charges. It is indeed shocking treatment to its loyal customers by one of premier private bank.

              Thise is not possible try to understand..i am not close my account any condition .my lose is 4 month salary and my company only submitted salary in icici bank .

                I was looking for 2L personal loan. Got a call from a tele-caller saying calling from ICICI bank (later came to know that she is from some financial agency)

                She was asking whether I have any other personal loans. I given those my existing personal loans. She said that, along with that 2L requirement if I sign-up for balance transfer of other personal loans, I shall get 11.49% rate of interest (I was very happy that my existing loan rate of interest was 14.5% to 15%).
                When I checked with her about balance transfer, she said that (I was not aware of balance transfer funda that time).
                - it is hassle free; within the banks they will do transfer; I no need to visit any where; just I need to give the bank name and loan number
                - there is no additonal charge from any of the banks; just existing principle amount will be transferred to ICICI with lesser rate of interest.

                I was attracted with this and signed the document.

                After that I got a mail from ICICI asking me to send my company, position and employee details from my official email ID.
                I gave the details and also requested for my loan amount, rate of interest, tenure, EMI details before sanction the loan ; also sent mail to that financial agency for the same details and more details about balance transfer as hassle free, no hidden charge from any banks before proceed the loan.
                sent coupld of mails, but none of them replied back. that lady also stopped taking my call.
                then I got mail from ICICI as the loan got sanctioned, amount 2.5L deposited into my account, tenure is 60 months (i need it for 36 months) and rate of interest is 12.99% (i was told 11.49%). No details about balance transfer.

                that agency did one balance transfer, and they are not able to do other two banks balance transfer as they want customer to come. and slso there was much detay from that agency to proceed anything. one day they said that there is pre-closure charge from other banks; it is about rs.25000/- which is totally disappointed me and very stress to my mind. mean while I keep send mail to icici customer care and raised a complaint many times. Then ICICI personal loan manager contacted me and he said that he cant do anything, I have to go with whatever is santioned; 12.99% + 60 months tenure (my other loans are about to close within 24 months). he cant do anything on other banks pre-closure charge; he is not ready to listen the agency's false commitment and mistake and delay.
                I escalated the complaint to next level in ICICI but still I did not get resolution.
                since other two banks balance transfer is not happened, for that past 2 months all the banks are taking their EMI including ICICI, so now I am paying double EMI. ICICI manager or other higher officials are not taking care my complaint and the pain I am having now.

                Mean while I spoke to other banks, they said that if I close the loan from my personal money (instead of balance transfer), they will not charge pre-closure charge.

                So I went and request ICICI to cancel the existing DD or cheque and give me the amount in my name so that I can save that rs25000/- Even I am ok to contune the loan with 12.99% rate of interest.

                Or I request ICICI to cancel those two DDs so that I shall contine with other banks only .

                In the worst case I am ready to cancel the ICICI loan and return back the money they gave to me.

                I gave above three options but ICICI still not responding.

                I am loosing money now.

                Please help

                I got response from "head service quality"
                But I am not satisfied the reply. Looks like they had gone through their records but not gone through the reality of the ground level problem. Unless someone from ICICI customer support head people to understand the actual problem there wont be justice to my case. If they ask me to contact personal loan manager, he will repeat the same. If you share ICICI customer care head contact number I shall talk to them in person and explain the issue.

                Please advice.

                    On 29th July, 2015, I had placed a request from Geneva (Switzerland) on ICICI Net banking for issuance of a Demand Draft for Rs. 10, 204/- favouring Life Insurance Corporation of India, Branch 12B, Splendour Mall, Jasola, New Delhi. The draft amount and its commission was to be debited to my NRO Account No.[protected] with ICICI Bank, Mayur Vihar branch, Delhi 110091.

                    In response, on 30 July, I received the following mail from ICICI Bank Customer Service:-

                    Dear Customer,

                    Greetings from ICICI Bank.

                    The Demand Draft 667611 has been sent via BLUE DART Courier, AWB '[protected] on 30-JUL-15. The beneficiary will receive it within 7 wkg days.

                    Customer Service Team.
                    ICICI Bank Limited.

                    This is an auto generated e-mail. Please do not reply."

                    I promptly forwarded this message to LIC, Branch 12B to alert them of the same.

                    On my retirement from government service, I returned to India in November 2015 and immediately got my NRE and NRO Savings Accounts (including Acct No.[protected] closed and opened a new Resident Savings Bank Account.

                    During my visit to the LIC office in early February, 2016, I was informed by them that DD No. 667611 issued by ICICI Bank on 30th July, 2015, never reached them.

                    Since February 2016, Mr. Ashish Kumar, my Relationship Manager at ICICI Securities has been pursuing this matter with the Bank. He has been able to confirm with the Bank that the amount of Rs. 10, 204/- has not been received by LIC and the amount is still in the sundry account of the Bank. He informed me that since my NRO Account No.[protected] has since been closed by me, the Bank would be sending me a Draft for Rs. 10, 204/-. Despite his best efforts since February 2016, I am yet to receive the refund draft.

                    Rather than voluntarily refunding the amount, the Bank has been holding on to this money since July 2015, despite my repeated requests to refund the same to me through DD or by crediting it to my Resident Savings Account No.[protected] with ICICI Bank, Mayur Vihar Branch, Delhi. The address for dispatch of the DD was also clearly mentioned in my mails to the bank.

                    I am surprised that the banks, including ICICI, end up with bad loans by indiscriminately lending in crores to HNIs and here it is trying to block a paltry sum of Rs. 10, 204/- which genuinely belongs to one of its customers.

                    Can your forum kindly help me get the refund. As a last resort, I will need to approach the banking ombudsman, but I would rather avoid this option as far as possible.

                      I have an IWISH Depoist account, which is a kind of flexible Recurring Deposit. Initially when i opened the account I opted for the Auto Debit Facility, but now I want to discontinue it and do it manually. After talking to ICICI customer care several times they told me it cannot be done.

                      I should be able to discontinue it as it is a flexible RD and I am not liable to deposit any fixed amount per month I cannot do it as per funds available anytime in the give period of RD.

                      Auto debit is only a facility provided to the customer and it is optional when we activate it so why cannot we deactivate it.

                          For the above mentioned credit card, which i have been using for almost 5 years, the contact mobile details and email id has been changed without my permission and knowledge and i am not sure how it has been done. Because of which, i did not receive the email or sms regarding the bill and inturn due to which, bill tracking got missed and the payment for credit card got delayed last month and i have been charged late payment and interest. I want all the charges to be reversed and an explanation on how the details are changed. Security of my information is in questionary.

                            Your idiotic staff had sent me a card which is invalid and providing all the updates by sending mails regarding the status of the card delivery. Why the hell your people are behaving like this, don't you guys have minimum common sense. I got to know while doing transaction by using your nonsense card it was invalid and made me fool by using your worst bank as my salary account as well. When i call the customer care they confirmed that the card was unknowingly sent, my question is, does you guys are maintaining such a lazy people in your bank.??

                                I had dropped cheque on 04 april cheque got collected late and clearing also delayed coz of bank holiday and i have been charged 1000/- late fee and interest charges nobody in icici bankis ready to hear my problem and resolvee and waive the charges. bank took 5 days to clear the cheque as the boys didnt come to pick the chq frm atm box we would i suffer

                                    Hi,

                                    How come icici bank is allowed to calculate interest on the amount we paid.

                                    I don't understand the fraud icici is doing. Here is the scenario
                                    Need to pay the amount :91873 rs
                                    Paid : 75000 before due date.
                                    Paid remaining amount 17000 after 4 days of due date.

                                    In next statement generated they asked me to pay 4, 903.45 (Interest charges)+711.00 (Service tax)= 5, 613.76


                                    I would have very much satisfied if the interest was applied on remaining amount. Very much disappointed by the interest rate applied.

                                      I had a fraud transaction on 9 march 2016. I registered a complaint in icici care and as per there guidenceb they asked me to register a police complaint and I submitted all the documents to them. Aftr all this they blame that my family mermber have done the fraud, which is not true, after that I arranged the footage of that day by the help of police inspector but when I went to submit the footage neither the branch manager nor the customer support head mrs shree devi looked the footage and bluntly answered that the matter is closed and they will not refund the money.
                                      This was the reply.please kindly help me by giving my right.

                                      Hopefully this time bank and customer care will coordinate and help us out.
                                      Dear sir,
                                      I dont understand why miss shidevi or anyone is not ready to look the cctv footage in which it is clearly seen that we have not done the transaction.
                                      Either they are dont want to refund the money or there is no communication between the branch and the customer care.
                                      Nobody is helping out what shud I do in next step.
                                      If I wont get any help, ultimately I have to write to any chaneel because I have evidence that I havent done the transaction. What else they want I dont understand
                                      I didnt get a single response from icici team. So careless people.
                                      I wish god provide them the brain how to work and deal with customer.
