Hi,
I am Nandaja Varma(cell:). I paid for a wrong bill 15 days back at Sherlocks pub in Bangalore. The wrong payment I made(Rs. 3093) was voided immediately and I was told that the amount will be refunded withing 3 days. But ICICI bank( thanks for the horrible terrible service) haven't refunded it even after 15 days. Extremely disappointing by the service. Please refund the money as you were supposed to do weeks back!

Myself Hiranmoy Das, Applied for loan on Jan’16 through Apna Paisa.com
During our conversation the Bank employee assure me they will provide me 3.5 Lack for 48 months tenure @14% ROI and 1% PF, Insurance charge is optional/ not mendatory .But ICICI not kept their word, soo many hidden /extra charges deducted from loan amount .
My complaints are as follows.

I have received a threatening call some times back from their number[protected] on my icici bank credit card registered...

On feb 29 at around 1.45 pm i withdrawed 5000/- from central bank atm in chennai (acc. No[protected] were i didnt got the money but 5000 was debited from ma account . After 15 mins i cheked ma balance to confirm the loss of money and took a recept showing minus 5000 from my account( transaction no trn- 1015). I called on of the agent of icici bank he advised to check in icici atm, so i went to an icici atm applied for withdrawl of 4300...

Dear sir,

I mr. Sambaiah jalapati with sbi acc no[protected] and with the sbi maestro card no[protected] was drawn rs 15000 from icici bank atm at lakshmipuram branch on 17th march 2016. For the first time i tried to drawn amount of rs 10000 from the first atm but i didn't get any amount or trnsaction slip from that atm machine. So i with drawn of rs 10000 and rs 5000 from the second atm machine with the transaction...

I made the Credit Card bill payment before due date and still late fee levied on my credit card bill. I sent an email to ICICI bank with the payment receipt showing payment date but still they are not reversing the late fee. This is not acceptable at all....

As I am having credit card for long period. No default payments. Due to flood in Chennai in the month of December 2015 I lost my house and house hold things. Hence I am unable to continue my credit card, this i explained to customer care from the December month onwards but they are not considering/responding. I humbly request to give some waiver on my credit card / Settlement so I will clear in one single payment. Please help me. I have closed...

ICICI bank are the greatest theif in the country.They cheat customers in all ways.I have been harrassed for years by third party agents for my credit card . They took a very high rate of interest on my Home loan of 15.75% when market rate was 10% for other banks. I was not aware of balance transfer till one of my friend informed of the same.
Please do not link youself with this bank in any bank.You have many bankers in the country.br...

After several attempt to solve the issue with closing my loan on card account, I am writing you to get your kind intervention to solve this issue. I have made a cheque payment through drop box where the cheque was unable to trace by the bank. On request from your collection person I have made the payment in couple of days where I came to know about this issue. On dated 01.03.2016 while querying for status of the credit card on that very particular mobile number, i was informed to submit my pay slip for the month of january' 2016. We have opened accounts in Branches Bank of Rajsthan which was bought by icici bank after.Now after about three years, in all these accounts imposes penalty of Rs. 515 cause minimum balance of Rs. 10000 is must after 16/01/2016. I or mostly any other have not got any information about it.So Please check this matter and take action against icici bank....

I had placed a request to ICICI credit card customer care to change the bill cycle on 31st Jan 2015, they took my request and assured me that its done. The new bill cycle was suppossed to be 1st of every month which didn't happened. I then made a pymt assuming that my bill cycle is changed which was supposed to be reflected in next bill cycle but got reflected in same month bill cycle. I have account with icici and i am maintaining min balance without fail.

yet icic bank deducted amount 458 rs for not two consecutive times.
ICICI never informed me on this change.Is bank running to Loot customer or serve customer, I will not accept I will complaint RBI on this.And further to consumer court.

ICICI Credit card issued a bill on my name, while that card is not being with me never .
I contacted to local branch where they said they have forwarded my case where they will take out information that this card is issued when, which courier company delivered at which address and who received ?
But after 10 days follow up they did not give me single information .

Hi ICICI Team,

I have got the deduction of 572.50Rs in the month of February as "DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-16"

I have no idea why this deduction is for and if it is related to ICICI direct, there should not be any deduction.

Appreciate if you can explain in details of the deduction and refund the amount.

I need to cancel the personal loan sanctioned to my bank account due to my travel outside of india which is unfortuntely happend. I already wrote a mail to icici customer care and teh ceo's mail however there is no respond on that. What i have to do? do i need to initate the legal proceeding to cancel it?...

No overdue payments on my credit card account but my card transactions were declined 4 times in the month of July and August 2015, on calling and registering a complaint I was told that it was due to suspicion of fraudulent transactions, and when I questioned that I get calls and SMS regarding other matters why was I as a customer not informed of these fraudulent transactions through mail or SMS even and this simple question remains unanswered...
