I should admit i have chosen a worst private bank which i thought it could be good but i can to know this banks real face when i came across he problems and happen to request the service from them. I nearly sent 13 emails to get my statement as soft copy but this bank was ignoring my emails and never gave the statement till now. In fact i see unprofessional and unqualified people are working in this bank where no one doesn't understand what i was requesting for. By the way i got a recent email from the bank with somebody else's name and details that suppose to be confidential.

5 reasons that i would ask people not to use this icici bank because:
1. Worst customer service.
2. No response for the emails.
3. You'd never get your bank statement (Seems some fishy stuff is happening with thi bank).
4. Icici staff abuses the customers.
5. Bank charges some unnecessary charges over the account.
6. This bank is not keeping the information confidential.

    Its disappointing to see the credit cards deductions ..when i did a recharge of 40rs..the available credit limit was 31574, after swipe of 40rs it shows as 29413 as available credit limit..pls could you explien how is this possible...this is the 2nd time ..earlier when i tried to swipe for 5000, more 1300 was deducted...when i spoke to customer care..the response was really rude and hhe was talking as he was doing some favour for me.

    request you to take an action or else need to cancel this card..because did not expect the same from icici bank..holding an account in icici bank from more then 14 years..if this happens will not able to continue with account also in future.

    pls expidete the action.

      The pogo machine was taken away in oct'2015... As i wasn't there, the guy took it from my office boy, and gave some signed sheet... Which is misplaced.
      Then the gprs machine was taken in jan, and was told that the notification will go automatically to the bank.
      In feb there was a debit from my account, somehow i managed to contact the customer care, and they said, sorry, the customer has to mail us... I did it.. And also made sure, they reverse the charges for pogo which was already taken in oct.. Nothing happened..
      I did receive mails, and confirmation, that the system has been updated.
      March, i was again debited... I again sent mails... And i was told, we have updated.. April i am again debited, again mailed.. And i got a mail from them that we need 4days to reply... Since then i dint get any reply.. And yesterday i have again received the statement for april which they have or will be debiting my account.
      This is pure harassment and fraud.
      Please take strict action against the fraud icici merchant care... There must be many more victims like me.

      Worst service of icici first data..relationship manager is to chip to explain about hidden charges.they sale this machine to me in 4500 but in my account 5500 debit .and also tell me about pogo machine free and no rental..but here rental..i many time call to coustomer care..the worst coustomer care service ever..i am regular coustomer of icici..i have 2 account 1 currunt account ...1 kid plan ...1 tetm plan..with icici ..hence i trust on first data ..but..they vanish your name for chip class service...pls solve my issue..my mobile no is [protected]..my name is kalpesh savla
      I used mswipe but according to print facility i divert in first data...but...ther is some tecnical mistake by icici..they give wrong name to machine...its. WORST DATA SERVICE...mswipe lakh guna batter hai...only hidden charges and missguide via first data RM...un ka target banta bhad me jaye janta.

        Abbott is having employees salary account with icici & also reimbursement account linked to the salary account.
        I got a reimbursement from my company amount rs. 16555/- & the same has been blocked by icici reason given by them is credit card o/s.
        On discussing with them i came to know that there is an exorbitant amount charged towards late payment fees, interest on late payment & service tax chages which piled up to rs. 16555/-.
        On my own many a times i approached icici to make a settlement but got vague answer.
        I requested to settle this issue for an adhoc payment of rs. 10000/- but they refused. I have informed icici that interest will be charged to them till the time my money is blocked with them.
        Requesting you to help me in getting back my money & support in settling this issue.

          Hi,
          I am using icici credit card, my credit card bill was rs. 10, 209.8.
          I got mail from icici bank as payment reminder which was like

          "payment on your icici bank credit card account no 5241 xxxx xxxx 6005 is due on 13/03/2016. You may choose to pay the total bill amount of rs. 10209.8 or the minimum amount of rs. 520"

          This clearly states that the minimum paid amount to bank should be rs. 520.
          I paid the bill of rs. 10, 000 on 11th march 2016 and due date was on 13th march 2016. Even after paying 10, 000 rs instead of the small minimum amount as specified by the bank ( i.E 520). In the next month statement i got interest charges applied on me.
          The strange thing is that the interest charge was rs. 1001.60 for the outstanding amount of rs 209 (Only). This is just pathetic and unbelievable.

          I wrote a mail to customer care but the responded "

          You are our esteemed customer and we value your relationship with icici bank. However, based on the bank policy, we are unable to reverse any charge on your card account.
          We regret our inability to comply for the reversals in the credit card account."

          I have got the authorized mail from the icici bank regarding the minimum amount to be paid and thus want to challenge this decision of apply the interest charges on me.

          Please let me know what else info we need to submit.

            I am balaji b ([protected] ) using a credit card of icici bank ltd., i had a due maount to be paid on 7 th april and i did make the payment for the same value on date through fund transfer. In thier credit card statement for current month the date of payment received by bank is also reflecting as 7 th april. But they have charged me 2358 as interest and 400 as late payment charges. Thier customer care also could not help me and they are not ready to escalate this to thier higher authority. I have been using this card for past 9 years and i feel very irritated about the response.

            Dear Sir,

            As per the statement for March '16 Rs. 4880.00 was payable by 7th April 2016. As per your statement I have made the full payment One day in advance i.e ( 06/04/2016) thru Click to pay and the amount was debited to my SBI S/b account immediately. and received your SMS alert confirmation for receipt of my payment by you on 11th April 2016.

            However, when i received your statement for the month of April 2016, I was shocked to note that you have charged Interest & Penal charges for delay in payment by three days.
            Actually all the Banks were closed ( Including ICICI ) for THREE days 8th, 9th & 10th of April 2016, 8th Being Ugadi festival Holiday, 9th April being 2nd Saturrday & 10 th of April 2016 on a/c of Sunday. Howerer, the amount paid by me is credited to your account the very next working day i.e Monday the 11th April 2016.

            Hence, I hereby request you to kindly reverse the Interest & Penal charges levied along with the Service tax and confirm to enable me to make balance payment well within the due date.

              Dear sir,
              I paid my due (25, 927.14) via click to pay against my credit card-[protected] due date on 7th april 16 .I was paid this amt prior through cheque {dcb bank 000011, dated 01-april 16 friday. I dropped this cheque in gurgaon sec 14 branch cheque drop box.I tried to deposit on counter but one icici bank employee told me, sir this post dated cheque and you have sufficient time for clearing, pls drop in drop box,
              But when it not cleared in account till 6th april 16, i contacted icici bank why it not banked till date they suggested me sir, you cheque is may be missed, kindly stop the payment against this cheque and make the payment online.
              Where is customer is wrong, icici staff is cheating with me, and they levied 2739.68 as late payment + interest charges+ st .

                Dear sir,

                I have been cheated by icici bank where i have my salary account...For an atm withdrawal, where i actually dispensed only 50%of the money i asked for, whereas the 10, 000 entered on the atm machinemy account has been deducted from my account.
                I have been writing and speaking to the customer care from the same day . Now it's over 35 days and they have sent me a message that they cannot do anything about it as it is a successful transaction.
                I am being penalized for their fault of not having a security person or ups at the atm. I was forced into using the other atm(Kotak mahindra). Instead of checking out on the cc tv footage and giving me justice, they conveniently usurped my hard earned money.
                Is there any way you could help me out or suggest that i can take legal action against them and claim compensation for torturing me for their negligence.

                  As per builder he has not received any cheque no[protected]
                  Possession of my flat pending due to this pending cheque.
                  As i have checked my home loan account details, it is showing the cheque amount (1, 64, 000) has been already disbursed to builder.
                  For last three months i am paying interest  (Emi) for the amount which has not been disbursed to builder.

                  Don't you have responsibility to let applicant know why it has been happened??? Don't you let your customer show interest to approach icici for any other kind of loans??? Even being a icici salaried account holder, ...

                  1.I already given more than enough time to nitesh & his team to do the needful required according bank procedure.
                  2.Several times on daily or day after day pro actively contacted nitesh from last more than one month.
                  3. I signed reissue cheque request on 5th of this month, from the date i am in continuous touch with nitesh about cheque clearance, but many times just got commitment, we will withdrawn cheque & share photocopy of same, till date no progress & clarity.
                  4.Surprise to understand which procedure bank & home loan team following to reissue the cheque which already issued on date 28th jan, didn't credited on builder account, but linked to home loan without any delay.
                  5. Now the simple way i would suggest, if you couldn't resolve issue kindly return 3 months interest occurred on disbursed amount (1, 64, 000) which i didn't get. Also reduce loan amount to 9, 36, 000 from 11, 00, 000.I will issue separate cheque to builder from my account.

                    Dear sir,
                    Background: i had a salary account with icici bank bearing number[protected] and a credit card with number [protected] linked to it. It was 2008-09 i went for an onsite assignment from my company to hong kong. There i lost my wallet, i called icici customer care to block the cards, and they said, card was blocked and is safe. I came back to india only to get shock when i saw 72, 000 rupees credit card bill. When i inquired customer care, they said, server was slow in updating information, hence we said, card was safe. I had raised a dispute, there was no conclusion, the dispute was going on, and they blocked my account which has around 80, 000 rupees. It was my marriage time, upon my request they released apprx. 40, 000 rupees…..From that time, i stopped using icici bank, never had any sort of relationship. I changed my company and there was no further communication between us.

                    Fast forward to 2015-16.
                    I’ve joined a new organization which doesn't have other options, hence forced to open a salary account with icici bank again with pocharam branch, hyderabad.
                    Icici couldn’t able to open new account on my name as my old salary account was still exist in their database, so they closed old account and created a new account bearing number[protected]. While opening account, i had assured by bank manager that, my new salary account will not be linked to old disputes (I had explained in above para). But, they deceived, breached my trust and linked my new account with old disputes and without my consent/call/letter deducted an amount of 58385 rupees at one go on 13-apr-2016
                    Sir, this amount i was keeping for my sister marriage jewelry shopping, i was just shocked to see this.
                    When contacted, icici says, they have all the rights to do so...I just want to understand, who gave them authority to withdraw money
                    1. Without a call/letter/intimation and my consent
                    2. How can they link my new account[protected] with already closed old account[protected]?
                    3. My old dispute was not closed, icici never won that dispute...In that case how can they simply withdraw my money, and this is just arm twisting because money is in their hands.

                    Sir, i request you to please ask concerned icici bank personal to release my latest deducted amount of 58385 and work on old dispute and settle the things. I almost paid 1, 00, 000+ amount for no mistake of mine. This is too huge amount.

                      I have been trying to get closure on my expired credit card but the ban keeps charging interest and sending me statements. I have called customer care a number of times for solution but they refused to close my card citing pending charges.

                      I have cleared all payment as advised by customer care and they told me to call a week later to close the card. When i called again they told me the billing cycle had started and interest has been charged.

                      I want a transcript of all the calls i have made and the responses i have been given. Also i am no longer accepting any statement from icici so i am not aware how much they have charged me after request of closure. I will not take any responsibility of paying any more money to icici credit card and i will not negotiate on this. I cannot waste time calling customer care. They don't give solutions. I have had an excellent experience with stanchart and i wish these icici take some lessons from them.

                      Kindly take action immediately.

My personal loan application was rejected, but reasons were not yet revealed even after i made many calls to the concern person([protected]) who interacted with me while processing/collecting documents for the loan. I got call from the above number and said that your loan was rejected.Is this right way to answer to your loyal customer??? don't you have responsibility to let applicant know why it has been rejected??? Don't you let your customer show interest to approach ICICI for any other kind of loans??? Even being a ICICI salaried account holder, I totally fed up with ICICI response in this regard.                             Hi team,

                            This is regards to the call which i am getting from the recovery agency from a 3rd party of icici bank regarding a personal loan. I've been getting these calls for a quiet a long time and whenever i've asked them to send me an email from icici bank official mail id they are not. Today it went to an extent where they are contacting me on my office land line and also contacted by husband and colleague about this loan. My husband collected the loan details from him and are as below

                            Loan number: lidng[protected]
                            Loan amount: 30, 000/-
                            Loan date: 27-sep-2005

                            All the details which they are providing are matching except for my dob. I called icici bank customer care directly but they are asking me to visit the branch to submit my documents. Now i'm even more scared as someone has forged these documents to take the loan, now submitting the document to icici bank again is becoming a concern to me.

                            Just to bring it to your notice that icici bank cannot and against the law to take personal information about an individual without their concern.

                            I hope someone looks into the matter and writes back with the details.

My home loan is 10 years old & i am currently paying 13.6 % interest which is very high so i had called your customer care a month back, they asked me to visit your branch & ask for conversion for roi and submit the application.

                              I have visited your vashi branch for last 3 weeks & every time they did not accept my request giving the excuse that icici bank...

                              Hi all,

                              This is raj & a credit card is taken on my wife's name as she is using saving account for icici bank from 8 years.

                              Unfortunately we have done a mistake on taking icici credit card in last november. We missed to pay the amount for 1.5 months due to some personal issues and promised to clear e complete amount by 1st of may and close the card completely. This is when the torture starts, we get min 30 - 40 calls form different numbers and after explaining the same we have decided not to pick the calls as the number got higher every day and they call any time. Suddenly on a fine sunday morning we have 2 guys claimed to be icici agents come and esquire about us and blabber about the same to neighbors and watchman. They asked us to talk to some madam called (Megha), now this madam docent listen to what the customer says, she blabbers and threatens and says if i dont make a payment by 23rd april these guys come home and sit, funny now only she can explain what would they dont (Break the house, hit us.. Funny!!) its like a tag word for these people to say that someone comes and does something.


                              My question is if the the customer fails to make a payment to icici bank is that what bank does, they threaten the customers by sending people, if so why do we have a legal system. For every single delay we are payinh the intreset and taking the form this useless people.


                              Some facts about the account:
                              1. We have been using this account since 8 years.
                              2. We have a transaction of 1.5 lakhs every month.
                              3. Hardly lapsed any loan till date & taken a flat worth 70 lakhs & gotta listen to this shot from these use less people.

                              I have only requested that i will clear the complete amount and close the card on 1st may for which the reply from megha is she is sending someone home.
                              Wow!! Good job icici. Lemme take this up as a warning to all my friends and never go for icici in life.

                              This regarding the payment made by me to the bank and still the recovery department is continuously giving a call as the matter is with the bank and customer and I’m providing them the SR No also but they say it is wrong the SR is SR[protected] the telecaller team is accepting the SR NO but the team of recovery they say it is wrong

                                Hi, i am anupriya and i'm holding a salary in icici bank for the past 2.5 years. I just saw today when i checked my account online, that twice i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 28.50 each on april 19th 2016 and the description says:
                                Posdec chg/12-03-16/7563/25+st

                                I need an explanation as to what this charge means and why it has ben deducte twice from my account for the same reason in a financial year.

                                  I am a customer of icici bank and my account no is :[protected]. I represented a cheque to icici bank, naraina vihar branch amounted rs. 2, 00, 000 (Two lakhs) on monday i.E 18/04/2016 at 10 am.

                                  On tuesday at 12 30 pm i got a message that your cheque will clear on 26/04/2016, there is marriage function on 24/04/2016, i need cash on urgent basis.
                                  When i asked customer care executive to return my cheque he told me that your cheque will return on or after 26/04/2016 only.

                                  I presented my cheque on 18/04/2016 then why it will clear on 26/04/2016
                                  And if you do not clear cheque why can't you return my cheque immediately.

                                  I want to clear my cheque and transfer money to my account or return it immediately.

                                    4 mail to the chairman of the bank & no one cares. What has they to lose. The head is twisted & obviously the tail too will be twisted. What a shame & they claim its the best service. Bull!!!

                                    My name is rajesh ramanathan & have been your customer for the last 10 years.

                                    This is to let you know about the disastrous experience that i have gone through, after speaking with one of your customer care advisor- sharon dias.
                                    The issue started after i called up the icici customer care team to enquire about my account related issue. Post the conversation, this lady tried to promote some kind of debit card and i politely denied it as it required some kind of extra payment. However as my current debit card has its numbers & grid values faded away (I still use it without any issues), i asked her if she could replace it for me. She immediately said that the systems are down and she cannot place a request from her end but as a customer, i can place an order through internet banking. I disconnected the call & tried the same however as it showed that it will incur charges and also the option for ‘replacement card’ was not there (Only option was loss of card). I placed my request on hold & called back the customer care team. Un-fortunately, i reached back to the same advisor- sharon dias. After telling her about this, she said that the option for ‘replacement card’ & ‘loss of card’ are the same & that i can place the request and that my current card will be automatically de-activated once i start using my new card. She also said that there will not be any charges applied as it is a replacement card.

                                    The very next day(Saturday afternoon[protected] i notice that my debit card is blocked!!!

                                    Hello,
                                    Calling once from the corporate board number and if not reachable or if the customer did not pick up the call, does not mean that the person is dead. Either try after 2 mins or send a contact number for me to reach you. If nothing works out, you have to call during the morning or afternoon hours.
                                    Giving a miss call at around 5.30pm is not at all appropriate, especially when i am shifting my residence.
                                    I would like to know if this is a tick in the box activity to close this complaint after 3 attempts?
                                    Sad on you guys!!!
                                    If i'm not able to speak to you by tomorrow evening, this entire chain mail will be shot to the media, with a copy to you and your managing director.
                                    Shame on you and your team.

                                      Due to smab charges icici bank deducted total 728 rupees totally in two months dec 15 and jan 16.
                                      My is a salary account and how can they do this to me they said before we can maintain zero balance also, now without informing me atleast on this process they deducted, as i am thinking its a salary account and can maintain zero balance too, so as per me i don't know the process they should say me before opening the account, they said there is not restriction on balance as its salary account we can maintain zero balance.
                                      So without informing the customer and customer is not aware of these process, so please kindly help me to take the action.
