I am very disappointed with my icici hpcl coral credit card bill which i received on 18th of april 2016 for the period of (15-03 to[protected].

In that 500/- late payment charges and 72.50/- service tax is included in my bill.I really dont know why these charges are added into my bill, i pay my bills regularly before due date.

My previous due was 810.51/- and i made a payment of 800/- for this on[protected] with net banking.

So, i should not be applicable for the late payment as at that time my due was only 10.51/-

Can you please explain me in detail why l was charged late payment fees even though i paid before time and even i made the full payment.

This is really a fraud because i am using this card for a year now and this has never happened to me.
Please i want explanation for this and also i want reversal of these charges as soon as possible.
Serious actions should be taken so that this should never happen again.

We have made a complain on 15.04.2016 that our card swiping machine TID no:[protected] is not working, complain no[protected], till today no executive has visited us to solve the issue neither we received any call for assistance from ICICI bank but we have received a call of harassment from one of your executives named Prabir Sardar or Sarkar from Chatterjee International 14th floor room # 1A, phone no[protected] he was rude and his intention of not assisting us was very much clear we would like ICICI bank to look in to the matter and take some action.

      बड़ाबजार, रबिन्द्र सरणी में सोसायटी हॉस्पिटल के सामने आपका 1एटीएम लगा हुआ है, जहा पर आपने लोगो की सेवा के लिए ये एटीएम लगाया है, लेकिन अगर आप वहां 1 आम आदमी बनकर जाइएगा तो आपको बोला जाएगा की 10 बजे सुबह एटीएम खुलेगा, या एटीएम में पैसा नहीं है, यानी कुछ भी बहाने मार दिए जाएंगे लेकिन वो आपके लिए गेट अपना नहीं खोलेंगे क्यों की उनको उस वक़्त वो सो रहे होते है, जिस कारन वो गेट खोलने के लिए नाटक करते है, या तो आप उस एटीएम का गेट अलग से लगवाये, या फिर 24 घंटे एटीएम को खुलवाये ताकि आम जनता को उसकी सेवा लेने का मौका मिले! मुझे भी इस कास्ट से गुजरना पड़ा है, इसलिए आपको सूचित कर रहा हूं!

              I applied for credit card because i want high credit limit. A man from icici told me, you will get the amount double of your salary but i got just half of my salary. It is just a bull.
              I already have other credit card of much more limit then this. What's the use of giving it then.

                  Today i was trying to book ticket through irctc though they have deducted my cash my account but i cannot book my ticket
                  Transaction ID: [protected] for irctc which says ticket not booked but icici bank officals have not reverted my mailed yet when shal i could get my ticket refunds of rupees 800 rs. i have also selected option (book only when there is seats available) therefore i cannot see any transaction details from irctc because ticket has not booked confirm/waiting list.

                  Hi.. Yesterday i was booking train ticket.. While the amount got deducted but the ticket was not booked.. For the failed transaction i can see IIN/IRCTC at beginning and for successful transaction i can see VIN/IRCTC.. paid through icici till now i didn't get my refund.. This is the transaction id IIN/IRCTC/[protected].. So icici, irctc should respond to my request and provide the refund..

                    I am working with private company. We have our salary account in ICICI. Person from ICICI came to our office and encouraged us to purchase credit card. I applied on his request. First of all for address verification, thay came on odd timings without calling. Hence my request was rejected. I again applied with the complete documents and then i got approval. Card was dispatched through Blue dart . But i dint got any call from the person who brought that card, hence it was again returned to the bank. After 15 days i got call from bank again for address verification, which is very pathetic. I again told them the address and it was redispatched. One of customer care person told me that it will reach to you in 5 working days. But its almost 10 days.
                    In order to do the complaint they want credit card number which is foolishness. Without credit card how can i enter credit card number.
                    Very poor customer care service ICICI possess.
                    Take my request into consideration and do needful.

                      As due to delay one fraud Mr. Rahul Kataria who told me that he is Jet airways executive and misguided me to transfer fund to receive your compensation. but due to his action I am in trouble . he taken my fund (i.e. Rs. 95000/-) and finish it on 14/04/16 . his phone no. is [protected]. Question is why he told me that I am jet airways executive. his ICICI BANK A/C No. is[protected].
                      and I talk several time to customer care regarding this matter but all in vein. they told me that it is your fault that's why we cannot help you. but I am a common man. and my huge amount is elope from my account. and spending a sleep less night. as I previlage customer of ICICI Bank. bank will have to be help me regarding this case and resolve it as early as possible. and catch that culprit to avoid fraud in future for other's common man.

                          I had been an icici credit card user for last 5 years, and last january my credit card payment reached them on 2nd february, against the pay by date of 30th jan. (There were a saturday & sunday banking holidays).

                          Hi,

                          I am a customer of ICICI Bank and my account no is :[protected]. I have done an ATM cash withdrawal on 14-April-2016 18:57 at Mohan Co-operative Sony building ICICI Bank ATM in New Delhi-110044. I got 18 faulty notes of Rs. 500 each note and nobody is ready to take this type of notes. All are torn and stiched by tape and glue. Bank is also not accepting those and suggest to register complaint to customer care but I have loose my patience when customer care said that there is no any option or procedure to register this kind of complaints. Seriously this is pathetic and I am fed up with this kind of activities.

                            I have applied for my credit card three times but, no response from the credit card dept. i have attached images below.

                            First:- Very first time applied and no response
                            Second:- Second time i applied for my credit card, response came in a different manner saying address proof is not enough(Note: With the same address i got my personal loan within 2 days)
                            Third:- Third time i have applied for my credit card, response was very good saying visit branch.(Senior person spoke and asked me the application number). i have the number but i am very much irritated by calling to them and spending 100's of money for talking with them regularly

                            Almost one and half year gone but am still begging for a credit card to them. i really hurt even though am eligible for getting a credit card

                              Dear sir/madam, i am narendra kumar from tamilnadu, i am having my savings account in icici bank. On 01.04.16 i received a mail from icici bank customer service department stating that i have operated my internet banking in unauthorized system so login to your account otherwise your account will be disable in 48 hrs so i login to my account. On 03.04.16 i received 10 message from icici stating that i have recharged my mobile and recharge my paytm wallet, but i have not done any transaction for past 2 months. Total amount misused is rs.41000. I made a call to customer and raised complain against this they are saying that the transaction was done by with authorised code only but i have done any transaction i dont use paytm wallet and not recharged my mobile too. Please understand my situation and please help me to get back my money. Please any one help me to get back the money i worked hard and earned that money i am the only person who earn in my family. So please understand my situation and help me

                                I had a failed transaction at a restaurant in Belgaum. I have complained with the hdfc bank asking where did my 1000 rs go. Bank people do not have a answer where the money went. They are not replying to my complaint. This is how service is provided to the salary account holders @ hdfc bank. At Least reply to my questions which i have mentioned in the complain.

                                  Understand that icici bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then i will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and banking ombudsman as this is clear violation of rule 8(1)(K) i.E. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of the banking ombudsman scheme 2006

                                  Can icici bank explain the reason by mail to me at the earliest. I would request to please have to amount charged refunded.

                                    I am chinmay sawant and writing this letter with the reference to the credit card
                                    Last month i had received call from icici bank for offering credit card. Email id where i had forwarded the document was [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    They had promised, that i[censored]se their credit card, there will be no joining fees and also will be getting some gifts like addidas watch, shoppers stop voucher and ray ban glairs. The name of representative who had called me where ms. Trupti and ms. Pooja.

                                    Also they informed me that if some one calls from icici bank, mention them that they i am ready to pay the joining fees. They specifically mentioned that i will be receiving call from some third party and they are not involved in the day to day function.
                                    Hence joining fees, life time free card and providing all the above 3 gifts
                                    Is in their power as they are bank employee.

                                    Now icici bank has sent the card directly to my place and they have already sent the bill in which thw joining fees is applied.

                                      I opened an IWish Recurring deposit with ICICI bank at committed interest rate of 8%.

                                      I closed the account before maturity date and amount refunded back to my account after deduction of panel interest.

                                      I understand that I have been paid interest of 5% over deposited account, and additional deduction is also done.

                                      I am chasing ICICI bank from past 15 days but having no information regarding my interest calculation.

                                      Entire communication can be provided physically if required, as I have kept copy of same with me. Every time I spoke with customer care, I was kept on hold or received no proper reply.

                                      Thanks ICICI bank I received mail and have also replied back as the calculations were dont incorrect also there was no formula in the calculation shared.

                                      I have mentioned specific points in mail, please arrange to take care of them properly.
                                      Still awaiting for reply from the concerned of bank, I also sent them mail, but no reply shows their ignorance to customers complaint.
