I am holding icici bank credit card... From 2012...last month.. My payments due was 650/- due on 23th..and I pay on 24th via net banking
It the time of issuing this credit card.. I have been informed that if you unable to pay on time u will be charged interest... But they have not informed late fee charges.. And it's slab... There slab.. Are as follows
Up to 100/-= zero late fee
100 to 500/- = 100+ services charges
500 to 10000 = 500+ services charges

.and also there is three days gress days... .. But last month due to continues holiday my bank transfered on 29th so they charged late fee 500 + services tax on 27th. I was not aware about there late free charges. I am really to pay only interest of 3 days.. Not 500/-.

    Card a/c number 4375 xxxx xxxx 4008 - though payment made within one month of purchase still showing due and charging interest. Samsung smart led tv purchased on 26/01/2016, as chroma retail had advertised an additional discount of 10% using icici credit card. Made full payment of 59, 465 on 24/02/2016 which is acknowledged in the march 23/03/2016 statement at the bottom as - 24/02/2016- click to pay payment received 59, 465cr. Still the same statement summary shows previous balance 59, 692.86 + purchases charges 2, 221 (Which includes interest 1, 939.87 & service tax.) shows interest. I paid it much before the due date. I am only a hdfc debit card user and only used the credit card due the the discount offered. The credit card was also forced upon me though i did not need it. Please therefore handle my first unfortunate purchase efficiently - as no interest was due - and tell me the credit amount after deducting the service tax which i have not paid - so that i will take advantage of the payback amount and surrender the card as i do not need a credit card.

      I have a demat account in icici bank which has not been used till date . When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction ''55736122 dp chgs till feb-16---- inr 572.50'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

        On 9 march 2016, i have done total 3 transection . I have made two transection of 20000 but i receive only 1 of them second 20000 rupeea was not dispach from machine .

          Hi,
          28jan2016 i transferred money to india registering to money2india online.
          22feb2016 still haven't received money so approached customer service through phone and email. Asked for documentation i have provided passport, visa, identity everything required for transaction process.(Re: 00065abcnk1u6ct0:query on transaction id: m2a[protected]
          02march2016 after lot of followups again i learned transaction is held for documentation despite i provided all documentation. I have reattached all visa copies attached and sent (00065abd7f72xdkp:status of sr[protected]
          05march2016 - after lot of customer service followups i got confirmation that all required documentation is provided and funds transferred is initiated(Re: 00065abd7f72xdkp:re status of sr[protected]
          11march2016 - i again receive mail asking us bank statements and sent on the same date and called to make sure you have all documentation to process the request. I got confirmation that the last documentation and will be transferred(00067abdyyx1q24k:re: status of the request sr[protected].)
          Despite sent all statements i kept receiving same auto generated mail asking statements till 21march2016
          24march2016 - called customer care and resent documents and bank confirmed they would process my money by march312016
          04april2016 - still not received money, i have called customer care, initially she started giving all wrong information and then i was in call for 2 hours explaining whole situation.She finally paid attention since i forced and realized they have all documentation but new twist that she mentioned to me was my account was not active and she said she will place request to activate it. I asked for reference number and she said i will receive a mail in 10 minutes after 2 hours long call. Haven't received any mail about activated i'm very depressed with this bank fraud.(Re: 00067abdyyx1q24k:re re re re re status of the request sr[protected].)

          I really feel cheated by this bank and feel helpless. Lot of time to followup up and they don't have systems. Every time false assurance and which really hits on customer patience. I request to your help.

            Dear sir,

            Kindly be informed that my wife is an icici account holder since long time. Two years back, she trapped by some agent of mira road branch, who convinced her to invest 200, 000 rupees on icici life pru after giving false promised for good returns.
            Last year after my repeated request, they deducted the amount without prior approval. Even though i have requested and send mira road branch manager email and personally informed mr. Chaitanya sharma, phone no: [protected], not to deduct because my wife is a cancer patient (Mr. Chaitanya know this) and i am sending money for her medical treatments. I have already sent same mail to lifepruf also. I am attaching emails for your proof.

            However, after repeated request, they deducted this time also. Really, i am fed up with icici and icici pru staffs regarding this illegal and criminal acts to deduct without my consent and even i have sent several mails and call to branch manager of mira road mr. Chaitanaya and sent emails to life pru also.

            Sir, we need money badly and i request you to return back my deducted amount on my wife’s saving account immediately and stop all life pru policies. We don’t want any policies and i am going to stop my all accounts and transactions with icici, with this unprofessional behavior and inform higher authority about this unprofessional behavior and attitudes of icici and lifepru staffs. I am not interested any more on lifepru investment.

            If it will not return back to my wife’s account. I am going to file criminal case against all icici and lifepru staffs who involved in this scam and also consumer court. I will come to india and will claim all my expenses and mental anxiety and distress to compensate by icici. So, please avoid any further disputes and tell the concerned authority to return back the amount in my wife’s saving account immediately.

            This is second time they deducted and we requested before to remove payment mode as direct debit. But they are not listening. So, do the needful and avoid any further disputes with us.

              I am ( smiji[protected] account holder of icici sasthamkotta, kollam, kerala .Its ifsc code is - icic0002671. It was a zero balance salary account, but they are deducting mab charges from my account in every months without any information (Sms) ( 05/2015 to 02/04/2016 ) .This is already informed to icici bank many times for refund . They are told now this account is general account due to insufficient balance and to maintain minimum balance of rs 5000/- then we refund ur money . . Then i was maintained minimum balance from the month of october on wards . But thay will not taken any action in my account and not refunded my losses money . I had many problems due this loss of money . Major problem is check bounced so many times, for this i paid penalty. So please do the need full immediately.

                I had an outstanding of 25, 438.54 INR left on my credit card statement date 08/02/2016, I did make a payment of 25000 and there was only 438.54 left to be paid and to my surprise I later realized that ICICI bank had charger me an interest of 1212.68 rupees.
                I feel like i have been duped of my money, and just cannot understand that i was charged an interest of 1212.68 rupees for 438.54 rs of outstanding left.
                I mean is this the way the bank is making money. I have a habit of not checking the statement and just checking my messages and keeping a rough track of the expenses made.
                This has put me under the impression that this might have happened with me a number of times, and it scares me that how many times ICICI bank must have robbed my money in this form.
                This is so ridiculous as the bank can charge so much interest for such a small amount left to be paid.
                I feel I should make a lot of people aware of it and encourage them to not to go with ICICI Bank as it does not value its customers, who are bearing the credit card for such a long time.
                When asked for a refund to the customer care, they told me that a refund or any kind of reversal is absolutely not possible and that you can write an email to the customer care.
                This is insane as the customer care representative is himself informing that nothing can be done and also is asking for an email without assuring that she would even try.

                I would like to make this last request for a refund as 1212.68 rupees is not a big amount but i am wondering, that how many times this must have happened with me and that as a valued customer, what ICICI bank can do for them.

                      Is it due to Demat Account Charges, If it so, then why the hell they are deducting from my salary account.what is the link between by two accounts.

                      I didn't signed anywhere to link both accounts and deduct my amount without my knowledge at any time.

                      Also for Demat Account iam already paying all charges including Brokerage and all other stuffs.

                          My ICICI savings account was opened as a salary account and the representative tagged along the demat account papers as well telling me that the demat account is completely free of any charges. When I checked my bank statement, I found that there is one debit transaction '61205155 DP CHGS TILL FEB-16'---- INR 497.77'. I was not made aware of any kind of "DP Charges" at the time of signing up. I did not even get any mobile message alert for the deduction of 'DP Charges'. My ICICI account number is[protected].                               This is regarding a debit of rs. 570 with particulars "43372112 dp chgs till feb-16".

                              Firstly, i was never notified of it. Secondly, when i searched through, i found out that many people have registered exactly similar complaints. In many cases, the issue was resolved. I am annoyed, and do not like to see such undue advantageous tries from the banks.

                              If the amount is not refunded or this happens one more time, i will make sure that i end all banking relationships with icici. And also, i will make sure that the bank will pay in one or the other terms.

                                LIEN Marked on Savings a/c
                                Sir/Madam,

                                This is to lodge a complaint against ICICI Bank Credit Card/Loan Department who has illegally put the amount in my savings account on lien for credit card joining Fee outstanding of year 2008. There was absolutely no communication (via email, phone call and hard copy letter). They have all of a sudden upgraded my credit limit and later on i came to know that they are charging 35000 as a joining fee for upgraded card, once i came to know i have immediately made all payments against purchases and have not used the card.

                                When I inquired about this LIEN they talked very easily said that they have authority to do so. When I have informed them about the 35000/- charged towards joining fee in the card they told I have to pay an amount of 52000/- against my outstanding which is nothing but a principal amount of 35000 being Credit Card Joining Fee charged + Interest and late fees on the same ?????. I Have made all payments against all purchases made and had not used the card once this huge amount reflected in my statement.

                                As on today My Saving account is blocked and completely washed off. The balance is 0.


                                I was not at all contacted either by Credit Card Dept or Recovery Dept. Now they are telling that they'll not remove the blocking until unless I pay the total outstanding which they are still showing as 52000/-

                                Particularly look for answers to the following queries from my side:

                                1. Inspite of Giving all clarifications in Lok Adalat years back and the Judge informing ICICI personal that customer is not at fault why this issue has suddenly arose after so many years ?
                                2. Why was I not informed about the one sided decision taken by the bank?

                                How can credit card/Loan department put amount from my saving account on lien for recovery without informing me and after my continuous call to customer care to solve the dispute on my credit card Joining Fee Issue?

                                I have once again clarified the above issue with Branch Manager Mr Palaniappan, Deputy Branch Manager Madam Jesal and Mr Seshan from Credit Card Dept at Ambattur... Still all look helpless to me.

                                I would like to lodge a case against ICICI Bank. Also, please remove the lien on my savings account at the earliest.


                                I request you to please contact ICICI bank and remove lien on my savings account.

                                Till date i have not received any call from icici and they have debited the amount in my account and the balance is zero. I have tried to communicate with the banking people but they have only one answer "we cannot do anything - u will receive a call" i have asked them to provide me the contact number so that it can call them, but they do not have any contact detail. My money is blocked and they are behaving so irresponsibly .
                                Till date i have not received any call from icici and they have debited the amount in my account and the balance is zero.                                   Hi,

                                  I have sent letter to update my mobile number to the international one. Craziest thing happened is mobile number updated for sms alerts for transactions but not the otp service. I'm unable to access my phone banking as my debit card is blocked. I don't use my old number to generate new pin. I'm annoyed with the customer service been provided by icici. No response from customer care. I'm in london. I have to pay my emi in india. I donno what to do now.

                                    Myself Pooja Jain, i went to Vijaynagar area scheme number 54, Indore city icici Atm today around 5.30 pm .As soon as i entered Atm there was a white chair, Atm machine and nobody around, a minute later security guard came in and sat in that chair inside of Atm, meanwhile i inserted my card and entered information to get my savings details and got its receipt and my phone rangs n post collecting my receipt i answered the call just to say i will call later im stuck somewhere within no tym he reacted rudely and said "phone rakho Madam ye koi jagah hai baat karne ki"
                                    I ignored him as i was getting late for a meeting, further inserted card for withdrawal of some money but atm machine got stucked and was not responding, i was about to give it a second try where he got restless comes to me and said "aisa thodi karte hain, sidhe dalo usme", i said " muje pata hai kaise transact karna hai aap baith jao" but he further snatched my card and tried to swap on his own and again to his surprise machine didnt responded and he said stupidly and arrogantly" ye toh machine hi nhi chal rhi batao jao ab".
                                    Please explain me how this creepy security guard got right to snatch the card and behave so rudely with its such an offensive matter !! i appeal and urge you to take action on this matter and rectify it asap.

                                      Your guard is very bad at sec. 22 huda market at ATM, he is unqualified, untrained, nonsense. He is doing very bad behavior with public (your customers). No body can't accept cf his very bad behavior. We beg complaints no./form of bank or his senior Parsons no.but he was ready for fight with all customers. He was not in his complete uniform, he wear the sleepier, I think he was from om sai security agency.pls. take action neither I will call police on tomorrow.
