On 21st Feb, 2016 I got 4 sms about online transaction from my ICICI a/c, which were not done by me.My ICICI customer id :[protected]. I didn't get any OTP also.

My brother ICICI account got hacked and the whole money has been taken. During the complains, the bank branch people were very poor in helping, even lodging the complains....

Recently my icici debit card was blocked by bank . Then i contacted icici customer care and they are telling that some fradulent transaction happend using your card (may be card cloned).

If they unblock it there might be chances of lost of money. SO they are suggesting me to take new card and need to pay Rs.500/- per year.

Is it required to take new card? Why cant i continue with old debit card?...

When I search regarding this and found that this is deducted for the My Money Service, but I haven’t subscribed this service. I didn’t get and notification or email regarding start of this service. Someone has hacked my ICICI CreditCard Acnt, Today in the morning, he has made 5-6 transactions of more than 6000 rupees, After that my CC has blocked, Kindly, provide me the resolution of the same. I want to complain about credit cards being given without salary verification and limits from dated 2005
My husband has got more than 5 cards in the time period of 2005 when his salary was not even 10000.
And the card limits is more than 1 lakh
