Dear Sir,

I am using ICICI bank a/c for the past 10 yrs. For the first time, my account is debited with Rs 826/- without any prior intimation. Kindly revert back the charges debited. I have not availed any extra services from ICICI bank.

      I referd my friend in icic direct. But i didn't received the referal amount.
      And i got a message as below
      Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs 400.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 22-Aug-22. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank.

        I am Kasi Reddy. 481.83.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account [[protected]] DP CHGS TILL JUL-22) DP charges on 25/08/2022.

        I have never activated and used my Demat account till now.
        There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction, i haven't done any KYC activation for Demat Account opening with ICICI.

        I didn't even received a message from ICICI bank that amount is deducted for Demat account usage messages to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.

        I want to know from when these charges are deducted from my account and how much?, also i want a clarification that when i have opted for demat account.

            I did two txn of Rs 4000 each, while one got stuck and other succeded.
            Now ICICI care officials only have record for 1 successful txn.
            For other txn I would like to initiate refund as it has not reached to KESCO.
            I have shared the required details below.

              Hi ICICI bank team

              I am an ICICI bank customer since 2014. This year 2022 826/- rs got deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not actively using the ICICI Demat account and at the time of account opening, the bank representative didn't inform any charges. But still this amount got debited from my account on 25th August 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL July-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far and ensure that further debit does not happen.

                Dear ICICI BANK, I am Vignesh., How can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that Rs 826.00/- deducted as DMC DP CHGS TILL jun-22. Stupid Work by ICICI

                No has asked regarding that, with out explaing just deducted money, Fraud cheating activities.
                There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.My icici

                  On 20th August, 2022 someone has deposited amount of 9700 in the Cash Deposit Machine, the money got stuck in the machine without any receipt the machine showed the error and went back to the home page. Its been 5 days still there is no action from the branch and also there is no response from the customer care of the bank.

                    I got a new credit card from ICICI bank in the month of June 2022 and it was a premium card : RUBYX CARD for which i paid membership fee of 3500 too. While registering for the card, i was told that a voucher worth INR 5000 will be issued to me as a welcome gift.
                    Since I didnot receive any vouchers for more than 60 days after making the 1st bill payment and after repeated calls to customer cards and loads of email, they said that vouchers and reward points have been sent to registered mail id on 16 Aug, 2022(but i didnot receive any). Again after multiple calls(premium call rates where i have spent more than INR 200), I got to know that they sent my vouchers and reward points to some other mail ID.
                    Now this is a very serious problem that they are sending my information to some other mail ID, This way all my information with the bank is compromised.
                    While I am asking them to refund my membership fee, they are saying it's not possible since vouchers have been sent. Bank is not taking the responsibility that they have sent vouchers to wrong person & it's a miss from bank's side.

                    Resolution I am looking for :
                    Close my Credit card ASAP - I don't trust the bank
                    Refund my membership fee : INR 3500
                    A compensation for compromising my personal information and repeated harassment from the bank on multiple calls and requests when there was a huge gap and illegal process done from bank's side

                    Additionally today on Aug 26th, 2022 they deducted aount of 5960 against credit card even when no amount was due . This is really frustrating and disappointing, looks like bank itself is doing fraud with my account

                        I am a NRI and planned to move out from ICICIDirect to other broker.
                        I am following up since June 2022 and now its going to be september 2022 still my request for Demat account closure and providing NOC is not completed.
                        Everytime when I follow up about the request a new request is generated and nullifying my old request.
                        I have written mail to Head service quality manager ICICIDirect but no response.
                        My new broker is waiting for NOC to make the settlements for the transactions I have done in their platform.

                                I had executed a transaction to a linked ICICI account from my savings account for an amount of Rs 1 lac with a note as Shaadi credit. This amount was intended to be transferred to my own linked ICICI account, however a different linked account was selected by mistake and the transfer was done.

                                The incorrect transfer is done to payee Suyash PG with account number[protected]

                                I had asked the bank to revert the transaction. Bank manager and my relationship manager Swamya Shekhar (swamya.[protected]@icicibank.com), asked me to get the beneficiary consent to revert the transaction.

                                The beneficiary provided the consent in writing in the home branch ensuring that the transaction was done mistakenly and gave his consent to revert the transaction back to the source account.

                                Even after providing the consent, the bank did not return my amount back. ICICI bank had been so un professional. Both home branch manager and the relationship manager refused to take any calls.

                                The beneficiary's account(my ex PG owner's) was a current account having negative balance. This had nothing to do with me. The Bank rejected to revert the transaction on the ground that the beneficiary's account had negative balance and asked me to ask the beneficiary to clear the negative balance of his account.

                                I had done a transaction of 1 lac by mistake and had sought the consent from the beneficiary to get that returned by the bank. But the bank is acting like a thief here and using my money to clear someone else's bank's negative balance.

                                ICICI Bank has been so unprofessional lately. I am a NRI staying in US and ICICI bank has been giving me such hard time to get this issue resolved.

                                I would discourage anyone from having ICICI bank since they are thieves to seize money of other people for their own benefit.

                                  I transferred Rs 80000 through IMPS on 24th August, 2022 at 11.58 AM from ICICI A/C to SBI A/C.

                                  Transaction Remark : MMT/Ref[protected]/[protected]

                                  The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

                                  But I got a message that said

                                  "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.80, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 24-Aug-22. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank."

                                      I was supposed to pay my emi to HDFC merchant on August 15th, 2022, but the auto-debit didn't happened on 15th Aug'22 as it was Independence day. I visited the HDFC bank on the very next day for the same, and they said it will happen in 3 working days, and if it not then, you can do it manually with the help of link which will be shared by HDFC Team. After 3 days I Paid the amount with the help of link and they took additional amount of 200 Rs which they told me it will be some extra charge due to the late process (Late Fee). I agreed on the same and did the payment on 22nd Aug'22 to the respective merchant account number. All the transaction happened smoothly. But when i checked my ICICI bank i can see that inr 590 has been debited with the transaction code as 'ECSRTNCHGS150822 on August 22nd, 2022. I need to know why this 590 amount is debited? Also i was not told about this amount. I was only told extra 200 rs will be charged.

                                      None of the customer care numbers are working and i am unable to report this issue. Please help...
