I got a new credit card from ICICI bank in the month of June 2022 and it was a premium card : RUBYX CARD for which i paid membership fee of 3500 too. While registering for the card, i was told that a voucher worth INR 5000 will be issued to me as a welcome gift.
Since I didnot receive any vouchers for more than 60 days after making the 1st bill payment and after repeated calls to customer cards and loads of email, they said that vouchers and reward points have been sent to registered mail id on 16 Aug, 2022(but i didnot receive any). Again after multiple calls(premium call rates where i have spent more than INR 200), I got to know that they sent my vouchers and reward points to some other mail ID.
Now this is a very serious problem that they are sending my information to some other mail ID, This way all my information with the bank is compromised.
While I am asking them to refund my membership fee, they are saying it's not possible since vouchers have been sent. Bank is not taking the responsibility that they have sent vouchers to wrong person & it's a miss from bank's side.
Resolution I am looking for :
Close my Credit card ASAP - I don't trust the bank
Refund my membership fee : INR 3500
A compensation for compromising my personal information and repeated harassment from the bank on multiple calls and requests when there was a huge gap and illegal process done from bank's side

Updated by nikitaraj03 Additionally today on Aug 26th, 2022 they deducted aount of 5960 against credit card even when no amount was due . This is really frustrating and disappointing, looks like bank itself is doing fraud with my account
