Deduction of money from my account without intimation

I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 12 years,

Now they have charged 942.82 under this category dcardfee0706JUL22-JUN23+GS

I am not aware what type of charges are these.

They never informed me regarding these heavy charges either by email or by letter.

Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.

Because we kept the money in bank...

My parents have bought deep discount bonds of 1997 in my and my sisters name and we have been under the assumption that they are getting matured september 2022, when i looked it up online it seems as though some directive has been issued which we were not informed off. can you kindly let me know where we stand on this regard?

My money deducted

I am a icici saving account holder, rs. 588 got deducted from my account without any previous notification or reason, transaction remark is Picture Drcard Joinfee+gst on 22 july 2022. I was not warned before it got deducted from my account. I need my money back. I didn't do anything wrong. Please help me to get my money back asap. I cant trust Icici again....

No Customer Help provided - User ID Disabled

I've been using my Internet bank account for a long time, and it now says it's disabled; I called customer service, and executives even disconnected calls.

This is a glaring indication of the poor services provided by ICICI Bank. When I phone the customer service line, I get no support. Very bad customer service!!!

How can I reactivate my online banking user ID?...

Not approving Bank KYC for EPFO

I have raised Bank KYC for EPF portal. The status is Verification under process. When checked with customer care, they said ICICI does not approve/reject Bank KYC anymore.
Please help me with approval of bank KYC...

Preclosure of Car loan

Hello,
I want to pre close my car loan which i took in 2019. I have been shifted to UAE and opened NRE & NRO account with ICICI only. I am requesting them for auto loan foreclosure but not getting any response. Last month I had visited India and I was told that you need to visit Bangalore branch for this pre closure. I sent an email to customer care to make the arrangement to close the loan by visiting the branch in UAE but no one...

Ecs charges refund request.

Hello team,
I have contacted ICICI customer care since Rs. 33000 has been deducted for Ecs charges from my account.
But no positive response from your team and the customer care agent refused to transfer my call to supervisor as per my request, she was very rude and hung up on me though I didn't even use any abusive language.
In my bank account - ecs charges has been charged multiple times. As i am facing difficulty...

Customer care is worse and not being able to connect and my phone number is associated with another account.

I have been using the mobile number xxxxxxxxx1x369 for the past 5 years, and when I try to install the Mobile app, it shows another person's name and debit card. Due to this, I cannot use the account correctly, and nowhere is my mobile number updated in the account. I made an FD+Card account and received a credit card, but the same mobile number issue is again. For the same, I need to go to the nearest branch or ATM....

Amount from icici savings account auto debited 2500

My icici savings account has been auto debited for unknowingly 2500 rs. I have not purchased any shopping and also I have not used my card anywhere for amount swipe Atm also. Initially POSDEC CGH 29.50 amount has been deducted. Again from ECSRTNCHGS*******GST. Amount 590 rs has been deducted 4 times. Kindly help me to refund my amount. Now I blocked my debit card due to amount deducted unknowingly.

Upi transferred to icici customer

A person called me with mobile number +[protected] saying he has a family
emergency and he is not able to transfer the money at the moment, he said to
transfer 24000 INR to - UPI -cfmer.[protected]@icici Name- Sandhya as I took it as emergence and transferred the fund, he promised that he will pay me
as soon as transactions are online but then he blocked me.

Fund Transfer Timeout | Amount not received by the beneficiary

Hi, I tried to do a fund transfer of rupees 37467.37 from my savings account to the beneficiary holding an account with AXIS bank.

The transaction timed out and did not complete, however, the amount got debited from my account and also not received by the beneficiary.

Please help in resolving this issue. I tried reaching customer care multiple times and I did not get a chance to speak with any representatives...

Epfo kyc pending from long time.

I have updated my ifsc details in epfo portal for kyc activation.
It shows verification under process from a long time. It's delaying my pf claim process.

Why it's not getting verified. Please look into it and assist on completing the kyc verification...

OTP not receiving ICICI Amazon pay credit card

I tried several times to get otp while by ordering on amazon and it requires to enter my otp password but i am not not getting any otp from icici bank, very bad, then i jumped to another bank to complete my transaction. I want to say that this is not the first time i am facing kind of problem from icici bank, i am not getting online transaction details over phone via sms service.
And I filed complaint in customer care 2 times still...

Gift Card Blocked

I have gift Card and due to wrong OTP entering it got blocked. Now in order to unblock it i have tried to contact [protected] and entered card number and cvv. But the card still remains blocked. I visited icici branch but they didn't helped me. I have a lot of money in that gift card. Help...

Paid rs 510 for examination fee via eazypay , money is paid to eazypay but transaction failed.

I paid rs 510 Delhi University examination fee via eazypay using my axis Bank account linked with Google pay.
Money was already paid to eazypay but still the transaction failed on the website...
I had to pay the examination fee again using another debit card of my father..
Rs 510 is with eazypay now and I want my money back and I have transaction details also......

Customer care not answering

I am trying to reach ICICI customer care since last evening. It's been 24 hrs and I have been unanswered. My mobile balance became 0 trying to connect to them. They answered once or twice but said technical issues, not able to hear and disconnected but voice assistant is able to hear my voice clearly. It asks all the irrelevant questions even if I say I need to talk to an agent. Chat option also did not work and live chat agent did not join....

Customercare service not responding

Iam the acount holder of icici bank for fast few years.
This is the bank having wost customercare service.
I tried lots of time to connect with customercare through mobile phone. Initial stage it will say press bla bla for langue and account related call something at final stage when i press 9 to talk with customercare executive. It will ended automatically or the customercare executive will act as a network issue ( he said...

I was detected the amount of 590 rs on 11 May 2022, + 118 rs 25th April 2022, + 148.99 + 590 + 0.01 rs 18th JULLY 2022, 3 times my account in the name of NACH AD RTN CHARGES 590+118+148.99+590+0.01=1447 total has been deducted from my account without any information...
