Team As we are very much stuck with our day to day commitments we rarely check our bank balance and inspite of that the ICICI BANK from Bangalore KH LALBAGH branch is charging me Highly and without any such information passed back to back I have been deducted 6356 Rs in a single day as ECSRT, NACH, POSDEC, ATD and in the form of few more unrelated things for a 0 balance saving account and demanding the public money and this is repeatedly happening with each and every month so kindly please do the needful at the earliest.

    Hi,

    My friend transferred the amount from his ICICI Mobile Application to my number directly.

    Money eas deducted from his account The transaction was successful but it is not showing in my bank account .

    It has been 2 days already though my friend has already complaint about it but still the reverse is not done.

    Kindly help to transfer the amount.

      I suggest please do not take ICICI bank credit card - agar kabhi kisi wajh se aapki due dates missed ho jaati hai to inke collection agents call karte hai jihe bilkul bhi tamiz nahi hoti hai .. aur agar aap unki complaint icici bank me karte hai to koi support nahi karta - phone kaat dete hai -

        Dear sir/madam, as a mentioned above subject there is a unauthorised debit from my ICICI savings account number[protected]. so please cancel the auto debit from my savings account. the above mentioned amount debited from savings account since last 10 years. please reimburse the amount which had pay by me till now.

          My past company Znome Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. had taken a Loan from IIFL & on the 13-June 2022, the loan was settled & the same settlement letter was shared with ICICI BANK where we had our Current Account & as well as my own Savings Account :[protected] & Salary Account[protected]. Now as after the settlement when I went down to operate my both savings & my Salary account, my both the account had Debit Freeze. On speaking with the Bank Manager - it was verbally communicated to me that IIFL had issued a Debit Freeze on all my account on the month of April 2022. But when i had requested please give me some documents as to why debit freeze was caused on my account, the Bank Manager says that they cannot provide me any documents nor they cannot remove the Debit Freeze from their end as IIFL imposed it. According to him I had to get it down from IIFL, but when i showed him the IIFL Settlement Letter, according to them it has to come from IIFL & as for IIFL I have tried to contact them personally in every level according to them there was no court notice issued by them, nor after that i have got any kinds of help from either of the side. I really do not know what to do, please help me.

            My emi date is always on 5th of every month and I've paid all the emi's on the due date. When the autopay doesn't work I still do it myself on the due date.
            Referring to this INR 590 is debited from my account with the receipt number ECSRTNCHG01_050822_SR84664301 and this is not the first time. It's the second time this is happening even though the emi's are paid before or on the due date.
            I insist to get my money back.

              Hi, I am currently in Canada and my Indian mobile number is closed and I want to update the mobile number for OTP. Customer care cannot provide any solution on how to update the mobile and i have chased it multiple times but there is no way to update the mobile number.

              On the other hand, Citibank has already updated my mobile number over email with the right support document.

                  I have searched for online job (work from home based job), i have submitted my details on quikr, naukri.com. As I am a fresher and have no much experience so i got a call from quikr. They said that my profile matched with two relevant jobs in ICICI.
                  Firstly i have to give a telephonic interview on the same day itself and then a second interview will take place on monday which will be a personal interview. But before this i have to register myself and for which i have to pay rs 750 which is a returnable amount after deducting 50 rs for the service taxes and others and the amount 700 will be refunded with my 1st salary. After registering and giving payment via Google pay i received a quikr ID and on the same day i had given a telephonic interview. Next day they called me and said that i have been selected as i scored 76% marks in telephonic interview so there will be no need for any second Personal Interview. They have sent me the government registered Application form and a result on ICICI Bank letter pad via whatsapp which stated that i have to pay 3550 rs for document verification and 3300 rs are returnable with 1st salary. Now it seemed fishy but I didnt pay the amount.
                  Can I get my already paid amount refunded?

                    All my net banking transactions today failed with an error message that couldn't complete the transaction because of security reasons. I have enough funds in my account. After, mailing the bank, they said that your internet banking is active, and asked me to try again. But I'm facing the same problem again. Please help me out....

                      This is regarding late payment charges levied to me on my credit card.

                      I had called customer care regarding this and explained to him that I was out of India with no access to internet due to which i forgot to pay on time (Payment was only 3-4 days late). All my past payments have always been done before due date. Also, i'm holding salaried account in icici bank. Despite all this i was not provided with any relaxation regarding this.

                      This is very disappointing and discouraging to see that i have been a customer of icici bank for such a long time and i have received this kind of response.

                      So, request you to pls look into it and reverse the late payment charges otherwise i don't have any option other than clearing all my dues and closing this credit card for good.

                              Late fee charges on credit card reversed . But IGST on fee is not reversed. How legal is this? One of your customer care executives committed it will be reversed but I have been waiting for over 2 weeks now . Have been banking with you for 8 years but Pathetic service now

                                This email is in regards to a credit card direct debit Which is wrongly been debited from my savings account...
                                I was given a credit card while opening a new bank acc with icici, i was unable to setup a pin for it hence decided not to use it
                                But the bank kept sending me bills every month, tried calling customer care several times to get the card deactivated but of no use, they kept transferring me from one agent to another, now i was auto debited of 3299/-rs without my consent and without using the card at all... I need the refund to be credited back to me immediately...Have called multiple times to customer care bt they don't have any access to refunds nd stuff... I need the refund as soon as possible or else will hve to go to ombudsman for collecting payments for cards which are not even been used...Credit card team has never taken any consent from me for auto debit...
                                Card is never been used as i was not been able to setup a pin for it...

                                    Undersigned has received message from NSDL about the credit of bonus share. The broker ICICI Direct has not credited due shares.

                                    This is in connection with issue of Bonus Share which is pending reflection in my portfolio even after 02 weeks settlement time.

                                    Share Name: PANTH INFINITY LIMITED (SYNBIZ)
                                    Issue of Bonus share: Ratio of 1:2 (i.e. One fully paid Equity Share for Two Equity Shares held)

                                    Board Resolution: Attached.
                                    Board meeting held on 20.07.2022
                                    Cutoff Date:[protected]
                                    No. of Shares as on Cutoff Date : 1058
                                    Bonus shares: Yet to be allocated

                                    Since considerable time has lapsed for crediting the bonus shares, kindly help in resolution of this issue.

                                    The Demat account show a discrepant quantity in my holdings. Even the system is not aware of my buy average price for these bonus shares and I am not able to sell these shares as there has been continuous fall in share price in last few days.

                                    This is causing damages in terms of fall in share price and I am not in position to sell the shares as it is undervalued.

                                    Even the promotors are exiting the portfolio and I suspect some foul play in entire process.
