I had received an international payment of INR 15, 700 from an international merchant. At first, the statement in my mobile app indicated that my due of INR 11, 150 was cleared with this amount, but the day before the due date I received a mail saying that the 15, 700 received in my account would not be used as payment for my due. When I replied to the mail objecting against it, I receive another mail asking for transaction details after 2 days, by which time a late fee has been deducted from my the account. Also, before the receipt of the 15, 700 payment, I had INR 2000 in my account. Instead of an expected balance of INR 17, 000, my account is reflecting only INR 12, 000. I have no idea where the rest of INR 5000 has been deducted.
