Dear Sir/Madam,

Recently I went to my home ICICI bank branch at Agartala for Foreclosure of my Loan account number LPAAA[protected]. As per Loan payment schedule given to me at the time of sanctioning, my principal amount due in the month of August 2022 is Rs 531, 769 and Ironically, I was given the foreclosure principal amount of the same amount Rs 531, 769. That meant that the Ex Gratia of Rs 1674 was not adjusted at all which was given to me on the 8th feb. 2021.
I have discussed with the branch loan executives, but they say that they can't do anything from their end. Then I have called the customer care, they also couldn't solve and rather asked me to the branch again.

N:B: I have not missed any EMI till date even during Covid Pandemic also.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
The foreclosure statement and Loan-schedule amount were attached herewith.

    Address: Bangalore

    An amount of Rs.590 was deducted twice from my account. First time on 28-Mar-22 and second time on 20-Aor-2022. I observe that the balance was low on my account account. But being it a saving account. I do not agree to deduct this much amount from my account without any information or warning.
    I urge my hard earned money to be deposited back.

      Account blocked due to security reasons

      Hi,

      My account got blocked about 2 weeks ago. I have tried calling customer care services but the issue still didn't get resolved. My account is in Mahindra city, chengalpattu. As I am in the UK now, I can't come to the branch in person. I can't do any transactions even my iMobile app doesn't work. I request you to check the blockages as soon as possible. Thanks!...

      Negative balance in SB

      Dear concern,
      As I said, my savings account showing negative balance of -1707.63/-. When I have done last transaction of Rs.500/- i had balance of Rs.292.37/-.             Hi,
            I am an icici bank customer. Today 22 August 2022 ecsrtnchg charged Rs590... Rs147.90. I don't know what these charges are about ecsrtnchg. Because of these wrongful deduction now my account has 0 balance and still 8 days left before salary credits. I have not taken any loan whatsoever. The bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please return the money ASAP. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                Applied for the credit card on the first week of august. Video kyc done. Haven't received it or even a mail regarding the issue yet. Its is 14 days now. This is ridiculous!

                    I have seeded my ICICI Bank account details on the EPFO website on 26th May 2022 and its still pending for verification from Bank's end. I have already written an email to ICICI customer service and haven't got a proper response regarding the same. I tried to visit the branch but no one at the branch seems to have any idea about who approves the Account details for EPFO or how its approved. Someone at the branch even argued that EPFO KYC approvals will only be done by employers not bank. But after educating him about the process he asked me to call customer service who basically has no clue about the same and asked me to contact the branch.

                    Due to this I am unable to raise claim on the EPFO website for my emergency.

                    I thoroughly regret to see such a lethargic response from a well reputed bank like ICICI. After going through few posts online regarding the same from other people I am now in complete dilemma if I should continue with ICICI or refer ICICI to anyone else in the future.

                    I request you to help me as soon as possible.

                        I am Lomash Gautam, when I opened account online, I did video KYC (1st KYC) & it was successful as per message received from ICICI of successful KYC. After 5-6 months I received another message from ICICI saying KYC document not received & need to resubmit & I did that. I went to nearest ICICI branch (Baner 411045, Pune, MH) & resubmitted KYC documents & they confirmed after few days that KYC has been successfully completed (2nd KYC). After 11 months o[censored]sing the account I received another message & 1 notice from ICICI at my address that ICICI still didn't receive any KYC documents (PAN card missing as per notice - attached is the Notice screenshot) & I need to resubmit the KYC documents to continue using our accounts, so, I again resubmitted her KYC documents (3rd KYC - Submitted Aadhar & PAN both) & after few days received message that "Your ICICI Account has been closed".

                        During 3rd KYC only I talked to deputy manager of ICICI branch (Baner, Pune), Does someone has to do 3 times within a year & his answer was YES & if KYC was not successful then you have to anyway & though I didn't agree to that, I did anyway that time.

                        It was difficult for anyone to believe that you did KYC 3 times, bank shows you that KYC has been successful but still your account has been closed & the reason I got was, Regularisation for you account was not done that's why it was closed.
                        She still has money in her account & would not have been in this position if bank would have done their job which after many request at branch they didn't, didn't even care.
                        I am sharing Account details & also manager's detail to see how you can help me & what action will be taken so that no other person go through this & suffer.

                          Dear Sir, I purchased 4 no's MF scheme on dated 28.07.2022 for each Rs. 12500/ on total amount is Rs.50000/. After a week all four MF scheme was rejected with out any reason. Till today Debit amount from bank is not reverted back. So many times called customer care & authorized advice representative, but not any conclusion. For your reference Bank statement & MF Purchase screen shot attached.

                              Asking for loan foreclosure charge

                              I took a personal loan from icici bank. As per terms after paying 6 clean EMIs partpayment and prepayment for loan will.be zero. I filled a loan foreclosure request on 12th August 2022. Also attached supporting documents mentioning zero foreclosure charges after paying 6 clean EMIs. Still my account is not closed and bank is asking for foreclosure charges. Please look into this issue and close my loan account asap.

                                Sir,
                                I am completely surprised while doing online premature closure of my fd. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience to me as i was unable to close fd.i have secured credit card against this fd.but already I was closed my secured credit card..I have noc also.
                                When i try to premature closure of this fd through my online bank account, i am not able to close it as i am continuously getting an error 'lein marked on fd. I am very frustrated with this experience.
