    Opened NPS account in year 2020. Indicated ICICI bank as POP. As part of the application verification, ICICI bank rejected my KYC unnecessarily on the basis of address mis match. After that I have been following up since 2020 until now no conclusion at all. I have no clue as in where to update the address, which address in incorrect and all.

      I am writing in frustration after dealing with multiple stakeholders across ICICI banking team, Prudential TEam, ICICI direct team without any solution or way forward.
      I had 7 lac rupees in ICICI bank account's MF section.
      I was able to access this through ICICI bank home page Investments & Insurance Mutual funds.
      Now when I go to this section, it says invalid account or account doesn't exist!

      When I called banking team, they said they can't help and asked me to contact MF team with a wrong number (+[protected], which took me to prudential team who say they only manage insurance.
      When I called banking again they directed me to ICICI direct, who said they don't deal with M[censored]nder ICICI bank account, and that my money isn't in ICICI direct MF.

      I'm frustrated by this hopping around with no solution and such a big money loss. I need an URGENT and IMMEDIATE answer and resolution.

          My Name is Robins Francis and on 12/08/2022, from my bank account, four times 590 rupees has been deducted in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg without any notification.l lost a total of 2360 rupees without any intimation from the bank. What the hell wrong with icici bank.
          What is this transaction purpose?

            I applied for the icici bank credit card. And my application got rejected due to office address confirmation. And when I contacted the customer care executive. They told me that send your required documents by email within 4 to 7 days. You will be notified about your application status.
            But after 9-10 days. I still didn't receive any email or message.

            But they are not giving me any updates. All the time they tell me that send us an email about your company id and address. And I have already sent them an email 10 times. And then again I called the customer care executive and they said, your application is rejected. Then didn't tell me any reason.

            As I've shared my details via the official company email id with confirmation of my employment. Please approve my application.

            Please provide the solution as soon as possible.

              Hello, Mera account ICICI Bank me Rahul Kumar ke naam se 2017 se salary account hai jisme Bina meri jankari ke Bank Wale ne by default demat account open kar rakha tha aur har saal pure saal ka charges deduct kr lete the pahle maine kabhi dhyan nhi Diya kyu ki mere ko pta hi nhi tha pr last month 28 July ko jab Rs. 47.10 deduct kr liya uske just baad 1 Aug. 2022 ko Rs. 762.55 deduct kr liya tab dhyan diya jab customer care se baat Kiya to band karne ka request dala Jo ki 3 aug 2022 ko demat account band ho gya but uske baad 8 Aug. 2022 ko Rs. 350 only credit hua account me jab customer care se again baat Kiya tab paise dene se mna kar rhe hai bol rhe hain apko Jo milna tha mil gya ab nhi milega. Please solve this[protected] itne time ho gye .

              I talked with customer care and then she told me that total deducted amount can not be refund as per Bank policy.So Bank is refunded you only rest amount after deduction of bank charges which is 330 rupees .

                I am holder of Sapphiro credit card. My limit is Rs 390000/-. On 30 July I made fee payment to Amity University for Rs 177271.50. On 31 July i was charged Overlimit charges of Rs 4406.79 and 18% GST of Rs 793.22. I have showed it to ICICI Bank staff and they too agreed that it is an error and advised me to call customer care. For 3 days no call on customer care number is going through .I went to local icici branch even they could not connect me to customer care as its always busy or misleading.
                Today they replied
                “If the Credit Card Account exceeds the credit limit assigned on the credit card, an over limit fee is levied at the rate of 2.5% on the over limit amount, subject to a minimum of Rs. 500.00.

                We value your relationship with ICICI Bank. However, based on the Bank's policy, we regret to inform you that we are unable to reverse the charges levied on your credit card.”
                What can one do when they are unable to understand that overlimit wrongly levied as overlimit is still higher than my usage.
                Will strongly advise all to stay away from ICICI credit cards .

                I recieved reply vide a SR number saying that charges have been reverted . However they have reduced my limit which is no issue as i do not intend using the card again primarily due to inability to connect with their credit card helpline numbers on which calls do not get connected. As a suggestion they should have a missed call concept or through their app in which customer care calls immediately back if any issue. SBI card customer care is a good process and American express is best worldwide.

                Thank you sir for resolvig issue of overlimit and GST . I have paid back amount due to me today.
                I wish to however point out that my card limit earlier was 390000/- and after this case has been reduced to Rs 200000/-
                Can you kindly inform the reason for same . Regards

                    I have a saving account no[protected] with icici bank.
                    Recently on 29 June 2022 INR 826.00 was deducted from my account against DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-22. I couldn't know why this charges have been deducted. I have Googled it and I came to know that it is probably charge for using Demat account. If it is so, then I want to bring you in the notice that I never apply for any Demat account in icici and even I don't know what is Demat account and how to use it.
                    I am surprise to know that bank has deducted the charges for something that doesn't even exist

                    I request you to kindly look into it and refund my money as soon as possible. Also kindly arrange to stop these arbitrary action of bank. If there is any demat account linked the please close it and i want refund as fast as possible

                        ICICI charged me for ECS Return Charges. The other bank already charged for missed payments though it was done the immediate next day. Why would both the banks charge it unnecessarily?

                          I had received an international payment of INR 15, 700 from an international merchant. At first, the statement in my mobile app indicated that my due of INR 11, 150 was cleared with this amount, but the day before the due date I received a mail saying that the 15, 700 received in my account would not be used as payment for my due. When I replied to the mail objecting against it, I receive another mail asking for transaction details after 2 days, by which time a late fee has been deducted from my the account. Also, before the receipt of the 15, 700 payment, I had INR 2000 in my account. Instead of an expected balance of INR 17, 000, my account is reflecting only INR 12, 000. I have no idea where the rest of INR 5000 has been deducted.

                                I have been using Amazon pay icici bank credit card for the past year. But last year my husband passed away and I resigned my job and I have no income now.
                                I have an outstanding due of Rs.1, 59, 000/- and I paid Rs.1, 00, 000 already and willing to pay the rest as well now itself.
                                But when I called the bank customer service they said I need to pay extra 80, 000/- stating different interests and demanding me Rs. 59, 000+80, 000/- to close my card.
                                I'm in no way can pay extra 80, 000/-.
                                What am i supposed to do now?
                                Whom to contact and whom to complain?
                                Ombudsman?
                                Or whom?
                                Can I have their contact number or email?

                                  I took this loan 2 years back in 2019 on subvention scheme with ICIC home loan under Shriram properties for 240 months and for an amount of 24lkh on repo rate interest. No proper customer service and this year all of sudden an pre EMI amount got debited from my ICICI savings account when checked they said the scheme was till June 2022 only where builder was paying all this time now customer has to pay. I want to make pre closure and get out...

                                  I have made ICICI credit card payment on 10-Aug-2022 of amount Rs 5000 ref id using mobkwik pay app from Axis net banking account, but still amount is not debited in to credit card bill balance.

                                  I tried to call customer care multiple time but no pick up call even after waiting of 10 minutes each time.. pathetic customer care.

                                  ICICI team please look in to the issue and resolve.

                                    Team As we are very much stuck with our day to day commitments we rarely check our bank balance and inspite of that the ICICI BANK from Bangalore KH LALBAGH branch is charging me Highly and without any such information passed back to back I have been deducted 6356 Rs in a single day as ECSRT, NACH, POSDEC, ATD and in the form of few more unrelated things for a 0 balance saving account and demanding the public money and this is repeatedly happening with each and every month so kindly please do the needful at the earliest.
