Updated by Shah Kunjan ICICI Credit card department is only doing fraud in all it transactions
After i had raised the query for continuing the credit card which was fraudulently discontinued by the ICICI customer cares personnel.
After I had spoken to some manager at the customer care center and he told me he will get back to me with 3-4 working days in relation to issuing me a Coral Visa or Master Card without any charges. But i have never received any email confirmation.
On 20 Jan I called ICICI Customer Care and spoke to Shweta Dubey and she confirmed that she has taken the request to issue me a Visa Credit card with all the facilities (e.g. 1 on 1 ticket free, etc.) without any joining fees or other chargers.
Today (22 jan) when i call the customer care for the status of this card, i hear all together is new thing. They tell me i have been issue a credit card without any facilities and it the basic card.
This is become a headache for me now. I will request to please issue be Credit Card (VISA/Master Card) with the same facilities with me current card. I am really fed up with so much follow ups.
I have never seen so much false commitment which i have seen in ICICI bank, i will never ever recommend anyone to ICICI bank.
If my queries are not resolved i might even post the incidence on any of the social networking sites.
Hope to get a Credit Card (Visa/Master Card) with the same facilities as with my current AMEX Coral card without any charges.
