On 30th October, early morning around 3 AM, unauthorized transaction of rs 59490 has been done from my ICICI account(A/c no:[protected] in total of 10 transactions. i went marathahalli branch and registered service complaint(SR[protected]. On 5th Nov, i got rs 5000 returned from bank alongwith 3 sms regarding 3 transaction of 10k, 1500 and 5k that the claim has been declined for these three transactions as it is verified by 3D secure pin. I wet to marathahalli branch next day and discussed it with branch manager.(i guess her name was Sheetal). SHe checked my sms and escalated this issue to higher officials by a internal mail mentioning the amount of these three transactions. After that i called customer care several times and was informed that the issue has been raised to merchant site for checking the transactions and asked to wait for 50 days. on 5th of jan the service complaint has been closed. After calling customer care, i got information that the issue has been raised to merchant for only rs 2999. Ms Sageeta from customer care told me that for remaining amount the sms has been already sent to me on 5th Nov. I disagreed and told her that the SMS was went only for three transaction that is 10k, 1500 and 5k. i was not informed about other transaction neither via sms nor via customer care. But she didn't agreed and didn't give me any response. MY COMPLAINT IS 1. I haven't made the transaction and card was with me when the transaction was made. So Bank must return my money. 2. Why only rs 5000 was returned to me? 3. When the transaction rs 56500 was declined on 5th nov 2015 itself why i was kept in dark till 19th Jan 2016 and informed only regarding rs 16500. 4. Why it was lied for more that two months to me that the issue has been raised to merchant for all the transaction when it was only for rs 2999.

    Rs 28.50 was deducted thrice from icici bank account, it was written POSDEC CHG, I don't what it is. ICICI bank deducting my money unfairly. I need explanations for this.

        HI, I have been banking with ICICI since Jan 2012, But i had never experienced inconvenience so far. I am quite unhappy to with the recent event on my account. I recently checked my Bank statement for some reason and got to know that Rs.515 has been debited from my account on 30/11/15 and 30/12/15. But i was never aware of this, i didnt recieve any email or phone cal regarding this info. Regards, Likhitha

          Branch is - sec-63 noida where my account was open
          My account is a corporate account


          My complaint is
          670.98rs deducted from my account for demat charges before two days

          I never used your demet service till now
          When i opened my icici account
          I was convinced to open demat account by icici bank officer
          I was not told about the any kind of charges, it was told me by the
          Icici representative
          That it is free of cost and it will never be charged in future, i
          Confirmed this thing and i was assured that its free, i think may be
          Demat is a part of bank account opening, till now i dont know how to
          Use that, and now they charged 670.98

          I want my 670.98rs back to my account

          This is completely unacceptable and please help to refund my amount.

              Reg:Personal loan cancellation due to wrong commitment ROI 16% instead of 13.25% I have taken a personal loan from ICICIBANK MIDC branch Mumbai. your executive Joi(fraud) committed me for 5 lacs personal loan on 13.25% pa with 1% processing fees and no insurance. But finally after loan amount credited in my account with Rate of interest is 16% instead of 13.25% and ICICI Lombard insurance on 17-Dec 2015, So not yet use the loan amount and requested for cancel the Personal loan. I did a E-mail\call to icici's customer care team taken a request for cancel my personal Loan due to ROI commitments issue, on 18-Dec 2015 but still not yet resolved. I drop mail and call to Mr Darshan N (personal loans manager Email Id:darshan.[protected]@icicibank.com) then he told on call, we are cancel your personal loan without any PF charges, other extra charges, EMI amount also refunding its take two days like informed on 18-Dec 2015. But after one week I checked my account loan was not canceled as well as Loan amount also not debited from my account for this submitted my 2 cheques also. I personally went to MIDC ICICI Branch and meet Mr.Darsha on 11-jan- 2016 and told my issue of rate of interest for personal loan then I requested to cancel the personal Loan, on that day to till now when I was call to his number he replying like its take two days only to closing the personal Loan, after waiting two days then he told more 7 working days to close the loan account. I'm waiting from last month onwards(Loan amount crediting on that day onwards) to close my personal loan even First EMI 05-Jan-2016 installment also debited from my account but how its possible loan amount issued on 17 dec 2015 after 15 days only EMI amount debited from my icici account. I request to icici bank management to try to close my personal loan with out any Processing fee and other extra charges. If my personal Loan not closing with in 3 working days then am sure to close all my ICICI saving account and Credit cards also for your irresponsiblility Service then i will choose other banks. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction DP CHGS TILL October-15'---- INR 191.10 DP CHGS TILL Nov-15'---- INR 58 '' and DP CHGS TILL dec-15'---- INR 320.90 '. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account is a salary account. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                  Atm Transaction failed I tried withdraw 10, 000rupees from ICICI ATM Hakimpet X road, Date 23/12/2015 ATM shows that transaction being processed but screen time out and money hadnt come out 2time i tried to withdraw 1000 got same problem then again i tried 3time there was no balance. I request you to investigate the matter immediately and refund the amount to my account at the earliest. GETTING TOO MANY FRAUD CALLS ASKING ATM DETAILS OF MY ACCOUNT I FADE UP WITH THIS WEBSITE THEY DONT EVEN DELETE MY NUMBER.

Transaction amount: rs5285 Sir, Please decline this transaction ICICI Bank Credit Card has been used for a transaction of INR 5, 285.00 at ICICI LOMBARD \ (January 12, 2016; 18:51:47 hrs.). Please CANCEL the above transaction (icici Lombard). I was misguided by one the icici customer care agent. Later I realised. Your customer care representative said security feauture is must for all credit card users.. So they compel to pay rupees 255 for 24 month or pay in single installment of rupees 5285 It's not compulsory for all but they misguided me PLEASE cancel the last transaction I'm not agree with that feature.please help me

                          Sir someone transfer my money on 5 th jan which had had in account and when i ask to bank they told me you have purchase something through debit card i told him did not purchase anything n even i never created 3D secure password before and OTP also did not came on my number how it is possible without OTP they are able to made a transfer... they did not gave me proper response and they disconnected the call i have made a complain to icici and that is "SR[protected]" what to do?

                                Sir My salary cheque being dropped at ICICI drop box on 7th Jan 2016 for clearance got dishonored on 11th Jan 2016 due to some reason. Service Request No.[protected] The bank sent my cheque to my communication address by just writing 'my name and city name', and couriered it via blue dart. AWB [protected]; which blue dart refused to deliver. I being in office my family member visited the blue dart office near by; who showed the envelop but refused to give which is part of their responsible job.

                                  Hi I have salary A/C in icici bank. I didn't requested for Dmat A/C while opening account but they them self created Dmat account. And every debiting 690 Rs balance. I escalated upto MD level. They called me and told u escalate whom ever u want we don't care. So guys don't open an account in ICICI bank.                                     With reference to my car loan processing last month: 1. Loan was offered @9.5% Interest Rate 2. Loan sanctioned @9.75%Interest Rate 3. Every time i have asked to share documents mentioning Interest Rate and other terms & conditions before approval but no one has shared anything with and they keep on doing things by own. 4. even they have not asked me about required loan amt as well. I am touch with the team telecon & several e-mails since last week when came across to know about increased Interest Rate as what was offered but no one has turned up or reply on this matter.                                       I was issued an AMEX Credit Card stating a lot of benefits but non of them were received by me. Then also they charged me joining fees of approx Rs 1500/- . The Sales person told me that the card is a privileged card, but the card does not work on 99% of the outlets and also for online transactions. I had asked the customer to Cancel the card only if they refund my joining fees, but yesterday (12th Jan 2016) I received a mail stating my card has been cancelled without me giving them any confirmation. I had clearly told them that if you give me back my joining back I would want to cancel the card. But there is no confirmation for refunding the joining fees. I would want Consumer Forum to help get my joining fees back and ask compensation for all the false commitment made by ICICI bank.

                                      ICICI Credit card department is only doing fraud in all it transactions
                                      After i had raised the query for continuing the credit card which was fraudulently discontinued by the ICICI customer cares personnel.

                                      After I had spoken to some manager at the customer care center and he told me he will get back to me with 3-4 working days in relation to issuing me a Coral Visa or Master Card without any charges. But i have never received any email confirmation.

                                      On 20 Jan I called ICICI Customer Care and spoke to Shweta Dubey and she confirmed that she has taken the request to issue me a Visa Credit card with all the facilities (e.g. 1 on 1 ticket free, etc.) without any joining fees or other chargers.

                                      Today (22 jan) when i call the customer care for the status of this card, i hear all together is new thing. They tell me i have been issue a credit card without any facilities and it the basic card.

                                      This is become a headache for me now. I will request to please issue be Credit Card (VISA/Master Card) with the same facilities with me current card. I am really fed up with so much follow ups.

                                      I have never seen so much false commitment which i have seen in ICICI bank, i will never ever recommend anyone to ICICI bank.

                                      If my queries are not resolved i might even post the incidence on any of the social networking sites.

                                      Hope to get a Credit Card (Visa/Master Card) with the same facilities as with my current AMEX Coral card without any charges.

                                        I tried withdraw 10, 000rupees from ICICI ATM Hakimpet X road, Date 23/12/2015 ATM shows that transaction being processed but screen time out and money hadnt come out 2time i tried to withdraw 1000 got same problem then again i tried 3time there was no balance.
