My Account number is[protected]KAMLESHKUMAR B CHAUHAN), which was a Salary A/C. There was zero balance in account from 17/08/2015 to 30/11/2015. They have debited my account with SMAB Chgs DEC15+Stax65.25 on 27, Jan 2016, without any intimation. Kindly look into this matter and initiate a refund process.

Request to look into this matter and take necessary action.

Why did they charge only for December and not for November and October?

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have 2 accounts with ICIC Bank (Salary account and Personal savings account). ICICI Bank marked a lien of Rs. 34, 350.16 and Rs. 36, 266.28 respectively.

    I owned a credit card from icic bank, and the due amount is 36, 266.28 only. I am surprise by having 2 different lien amounts.

    I also want to inform that i got a letter from Bank dated 13-Jan-2016 that they are going to lien the account if i am not going to pay the amount within 10 days of the receipt of the letter. However, they already marked the lien on 12-Jan-2016.

    They never contacted me by phone/email before putting the lien and marked the lien one day before the latter.

    I need a certain interaction from the bank in this matter and 2 different amounts and 2 different accounts lien?

      The debit card used at LIFESTYLE INTERNATIONAL ( Max Retail Division )
      only deducted the amount of Rs.2001 .
      The shop person says amount will be reversed as it shows Trans Type : SALE-REV. But the amount is not yet reversed.
      The customer care person says that the transaction is successful.

        I am having bank account in ICICI indiranagr branch banglore from last 6 years and my account no.[protected]

        I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited SMAB charges S tax 515.25

        This is on without any information this is not we expecting from your side I want to be refunded this amount for next period otherwise am going to make this higher authorities nice and leave this bank prospect.

            I don't have any mail informing about this smab charges. This is second time icici charging mab account within two months. I have no information from icici. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that i understand that icici bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then i will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and banking ombudsman as this is clear violation of rule 8 (1) (K) i. E. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of the banking ombudsman scheme 2006.

              I received an unnecessary marketing call from ICICI during my office hours. Since I am a customer of ICICI, I patiently listented to whatever the agent was saying. At the end of the call, he says that it's a paid service and an amount of Rs.1300 will be deducted from my bank account for availing the service. I asked him not to activate the service but he was repeatedly insisting that I need to go for the service. When I told him that he has already wasted 10 mins of my valuable time, he rudely said that he only spent 6 min ... secs speaking to me. It was utterly shocking. This bank doesn't have any respect to customers time. They are only interested in getting more revenue. Governments should come out with strict penalities on unsoliciated calls.

                I am having bank account in ICICI ravipuram branch from last 1 year and my account no. is[protected]

                I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by MAB charges S tax 515.25.
                I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I
                understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

                      On 18/1/16 i am transact Rs. 1400 from icici debit card vide transaction No.[protected]/0 to paytm
                      wallet, but not successful but amount debited from account . In this regarding complaint to paytm customer care, but they are said to me amount refunded. But not found in my account.

                      So i am calling to icici bank customer care rajasthan No.[protected] many times but no positive response.
                      on 21/1/16 calling to [protected] to customer care and after 14 min holding talk to customer executive, he tell me refund given to me within 24 hrs, but till time not received. he also tell me you can receive service no./ complaint no. but till time no SMS received.
                      it is clear that your executive very irresponsible of their work.
                      On 23 rd Jan again call to customer care of icici bank, attend executive, he verify all details and told me for holding after 6 min holding he cut off his side, and then I try to talk customer care 5-6 times but nobody attend my call.
                      Then in this regarding email a complaint on line grievance cell, but till date not given any complaint No. not any call or email me, no response.
                      It is clear that very poor customer as grievance service of icici bank, if you further delay to solve my Problem I filled higher authority complaint.

                        Me and my family members have accounts in your bank, on dated 15 oct 2015 mr pankaj roy (Employee id 185315) and madhur employee of icici bank chhindwara came to my office and told me that you have 50 lac in your family account in which you get very nominal interest from few months so please invested in our scheme where you get 9% p. A guranted interest and any time you withdrawal your money back because i needed that amount anytime, i said ok as i have very good time with the bank and i have good experience with the bank in the past so i trusted on it and in the next day they came to my office and completeing the formalities.
                        On 12 january 2016 i needed the money when i go to the bank for withdrawal
                        Then i came to know that my amount[protected]lac and seventy one thousand) amount is invested in mutual fund (Folio-no[protected] and[protected] and 78803114 icici prudential balanced advantage fund - regular plan) which is neither i permitted nor in my knowledge, because that amount i kept in account for my busniess which i needed anytime thats why i kept in saving account
                        They didnt tell me about the mutual fund and the charges and the risk they just tell me the 9%p. A guaranteed interest and easy withdrawal, this is the simple case of miss selling and fraud just to acheive their personal targets and incentives and mr pankaj roy (Bsm) who do this now he is transfered to icici bank diamond harbar road, behala kolkatta at the phone he didnt accept the miss selling and saying we invested that amount in your previous investment, when i tell this matter to chhindwara bank bm anjum madam she said i forward this matter to regional office, mr madhur who is also a bank employee (Banka insurance) who is presented with pankaj roy at my office, he also accept infront of bm anjum madam that pankaj roy telling 9% p. A gurantted interest and anytime withdrawal and didnt tell the risk and the charges but at the confernce call with pankal roy, madhur, bm anjum and mr raj from regional office and me when madhur saying the autucal talk on that day mr raj trying to adding the words which seems to me that they just want to save the pankaj

                        I just want to tell you that your employee to acheive the targets and for incentives, transfer, promotions they cheats the customer and nobody will listen our voice, all just want to save the employee and in the last they say we forward to higher authority and same there also in the last customer get loss and employee will enjoy promotion, incentives.In all the way which slowly slowly affects the banks reputation

                        I just want my invested money back only otherwise i am going to banking lokpal and other related legal authority

                          I went to j.p nagar branch to collect the credit/debit card the bank female staf[censored]nable to check the details before she send me to bring the documents, even though iam having 3 SB ac no's . I went with my two minor kids in two wheeler for 2 times to the bank. after checking the details they said SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE .

                              I am Vasant Kumar Sinha (acc no[protected] .
                              On 18 Nov 2015 I tried to transfer the amount 3840 from my PayTM wallet.
                              My account number[protected]
                              But by mistake I transferred the amount to[protected].
                              I visited Icici branch greater noida on 19th Nov 2015 and filled the complaint form in which I mentioned about the wrong transfer.
                              After 8 days, there is still no reply. I visited branch again, but the official said that the said account holders phone number is not working. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. Also there is mail id. Through letters it is not possible that the issue can be resolved. Why will the other customer take efforts to write a letter ?

                              Please take a fast route and provide me evidence that the work is being done.

                                  I gave request for icici bank coral credit card via your executive Poornima (Mo:[protected] Email : [protected]@gmail.com) when she called me to my mobile number saying that she is part of icici bank credit card department and you eligible for coral credit card. She contineously disturbing me to go for credit card and she sent one guy for collecting all my necessary documents and promised me to that creadi card will be deliver within 5 days i. e before 25th Dec 2015. Many day over she didn't turned to call back to my number, when you executive came to collec t the documents i asked him to provide his ID Card but he said dont have mam.. and spoke to me nicely promising. When i cross checked her name in True caller it showed name by " swathi "

                                  And next day She asked me to submitt photo, i said not but she forcefully made me to send soft copyt and told me tell some false information when verification department calls up, She told me to say that you know all about credit card details and you are not under any influence. But these many days over i didnt get any reply back from that girl i tried calling to her number, she said its my cousine you call to her and switched off the number. Please give me suggestion what could i be do for this... please help me out.

                                      I had apply for Balance transfer and Top-Up loan to ICICI Bank . They said me regarding two separate cheques will be release at time after loan sanctioned.on 31th Dec 2015 they make two cheques ;so on that date interest start for me.But they release only BT cheque only ;said me Top up loan cheque will be release after all produce complete regarding previous loan closure . I had submit all documents related to Loan closure on 21th Jan 2016; but still not release Top-up cheque.
                                      Why I pay interest on that Top up loan before cannot get many .

                                        Hi sir,

                                        Am N. Alex working in NIIT technology Ltd Chennai airport, am maintaining my salary account in ICICI bank K.K.Nagar branch Chennai, I have applied for credit card long back, till now I dent receive any conformation letter or acknowledgement from ICICI. Recently I went and checked my status through ICICI bank staff, they have given me the report that three credit card number is in active in my name without knowledge of me and ever month 100rs is been Auto debit from my account and they have charged 1450 for annual maintenance. Please help me out of this problem and cancel all my credit card and auto debit amount should be refund.
