Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI Kakkanad CESS branch from last one and half years and my account no. is[protected] My contact number is : 77361635twofive I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by MAB charge last month. 30/12/2015 SMAB Chgs-Nov15+Stax 58 458.00. I tried emailing the bank on following mail ids, ([protected]@icicibank.com [using mobile app], [protected]@icicibank.com, customer.[protected]@icicibank.com) but there was no response even after five working days . I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

    Hi this is Annie. i have applied for credit card aproximate 6 to 7 months back and submitted the required documents but i did get my credit card till date on calling up to the customer executive i came to know that my credit card was returned back to icici bank through returned despatch so i have requested to sent the same back to my office address but still i have not received the same. i my really tired of this. i m only being getting statements for late payment fee on regular monthly basis but i will not pay the same as i have not received the card to enjoy your service. its a kind request. kindly cancel my credit card no. 5241XXXXXXXX8000 which i have not received till date. i am disappointed from such type of service. kindly cancel asap. and stop sending me such statements

      Sir, I am shailendra Gupta from lucknow. I have an gift card of icici bank and it is corporate gift card which i get from my company as a gift but it is not accepting online and as well as at shopping centres. I can see the amount which is in the card by using atm machine by entering password but i can't widrawl amount and or use by any other way. So sir please suggest me what can i do. Thank you.

        I asked the Icici bank credit card monthly statement shall be sent my house address, but they are sending and delivering to different person other than the card holder that is mine. They sending this through speed mail courier services, but they are sending the sms for having delivered the statement to some other person other than me. This is the second time that is my son, s case also the same. When he forced them to send the courier through different courier services ( Blue dart)) then it is delivered to the correct address. which seems/looks that speed mail courier services are involved in some sort of fraud dealings, it could be from insiders of ICICI bank is also possible. If I lost the personal data by fraudulent methods is a serious offence and i may be put irreparable hardships and loss. I am planning to lodge the police complaints shortly.

          On25th dec . 2015 one of friend have made an IMPS transaction by internet banking of amount Rs. 20000/ from my ICICI bank A/C . to State bank of India A/C but still there is no credit in SBI beneficiary A/C and the amount of Rs- 20000/ has been debited Icici a/c..on same day he made 3 Transactions 2 credit, but one not credited.. what should i do, he made compliant in icici bank they said they have done process but not yet credited, plz make slove for it thanks ashok

                    Hi, I applied for Icici credit card as I hold a salary account with Icici. I have tried applying multiple times but do not get any update. All the documents have been submitted with ICICI for over 3 to 4 times but never received an update. I recently reapplied and the reference# is S[protected]. Can you please expedite the processing of the card and communicate the same to all customers. It is disappointed to get a bad customer service from a bank like ICICI. Would appreciate to hear back.                       Hi, I opened PPF account on ICICI bank and don't get any passbook to show as proof for income tax benefit. Also no options on their internet banking to get any income tax statement for PPF accounts. Regards, Cholanila D

                          I was trying to make payment for my ICICI credit card statement for an amount of Rs 710, but the trasaction was unsuccesful and the amount got debited from my account. I tried to get in touch with ICICI Bank customer care executive but in vain. Why don't you provide the numbers of customer care specifically? Please get this resolved on high priority as my last payment date is near and I won't be giving any fines as it is not my fault. Payment Gateway Ref no. [protected]

                          Any update on this? My last date for credit card payment is 10th January. As I have already paid the amount but it hasn't been credited due to technical fault so I will not pay fine.

This year i joined a company and again i need that account as salary account . Yesterday i called the customer care but they didn't provide me the actual help.                                   I have been to my branch several times to change my name after marriage. However, latest that the staff said was that there is some investment related account linked to my account, (which I'm not aware of) and asked me to correct/ deregister it online. I dont see any such account in my Internet banking. Why cant the branch officials themselves correct my name throughout the accounts, rather than me raising requests and doing rounds for individual accounts?

                                      I would like to register a complaint against ICICI Bank concerning online fraud in my account. I am running behind them since last one month but so far did not receive any positive feedback. In the beginning they said that they are investigating the issue seriously and will ensure that my money is back to my account but now they are just bypassing the responsibility saying that they have no any liability and responsibility in such case. I had reported about the fraud within one hour so they had all possibilities to stop or recall the funds but unfortunately nothing was done. They just kept me in dark without giving any proper information and progress status. As I feel now they were just gathering the information against me to prove me work and to make me liable for this incident. It is completely cheating of the clients. If we receive such irresponsible response from the bank, how a client can believe in bank and their banking system. I have asked many times the details of fraudulent transactions but so far could not receive any feedback. They are just cheating the clients and ultimately it is physical and mental torture for me after losing my hard earned money. So I want your kind support in order to get my money back to my account. It is also important to make aware other clients also who bank with ICICI bank to let them know the reality face of ICICI Bank. If require, I can share all the emails have received from the bank.                                         My Credit card no [protected]. The net due paymet is 3250, due to some confusion i had paid 3200. due to which i was charged late payment charges of 700 + Tax which resulted in negative balance and another 500 for negative balance. As i am using this card from 3 years and paying you regularly request you to kindly waive off these charges. I had written this on their site also and mailed also but there is no revert. it just 50 rs less payment and i had to pay 1200 rs + taxes on the same and bank is not interested in reverting on the same.
