I visited Andhra bank in bangalore HSR Layout for withdrawing money, due to some technical reasons my money has been debited but i didnt got money and got a message saying transaction got failed.       Dear Sir I have been getting harassed by ICICI bank recovery guys like anything form last two weeks. They are calling all my colleagues, relatives and Friends and harassing them like anything to repay 14 Laks which i will not be able to pay this point of time.I am asking them to give me time till six months to repay but they are not listening and continuously calling all the numbers form where i talk to my friends and relatives from past two weeks. They have made almost 1400 calls to my office and this is escalated to CEO and our global HR and my job is it stake to come out this problem.         My Account number is[protected]Namdev Sawleram Karande), which was a Salary A/C. There was zero balance in account from 17/08/2015 to 30/11/2015. They have debited my account with SMAB Chgs NOV15+Stax65.25 on 30th dec, 2015, without any intimation. Kindly look into this matter and initiate a refund process. Why did they charge only for November and not for September and October? Request to look into this matter and take necessary action.                 Dear sir, my icici salary account is[protected], , on 29 dec in my account 24295 rupees. but i checked on 30 dec 2015 morning it show -55377 rupees in mines i m shocked. then i call customer care they told you did wrong imps so that your icici saving account lien marked, then they said you visit nearest branch for help. so i visit in icici bank they cant help me to remove lien mark. i m very helpless, i have no sms and no information to deduct the balance no account statment. plz resolve my issue, i m very poor. how to fulfill my basic needs. plz remove the lien mark from my icici salary account. i have no credit card. regards sitpal [protected]

                  Hi, My approved personal loan has been disbursed on last 31st December 2015 and still its not credited in my account. I contacted the CC and they told me to stay in touch with the local branch sales manager. I informed him on 02/12/15 about the concern and he told like the money will credited soon. But, nothing happened. Today, 03/1/2016, morning onwards I'm following up the sales manager and he didn't give proper answer. He asked me wait untill 7.30, and no miracle happened. I was in in emergency and committed some money responsibility. By this delayed and unfair service and responsibility of the bank, made me a cheater in front of others. I need compensation and valid explanation for this. Seriously, RTGS wont take more than 24 hour and I'm doubting some cheating happened in between this process. Loan Number : LPCOC[protected]

                    My A/c No. with ICIC Bank[protected] Mobile-[protected] Email-swt.[protected]@gmail.com Hi, I was trying to book a ticket on IRCTC.CO.IN today, 4th Jan 2016 through ICIC bank saving account. However the transaction was requiring an OTP but I got it very late and by that time the IRCTC session got expired but when I checked my ICICI account its showing a successful transaction of Rs. 454.35, for which I did not received any communication from ICICI though email/sms that I always receive. If I would not have checked my account I must not be aware of this transaction. Whats threatening me is that how the transaction can happen without OPT. Now the customer care is saying that it must be a technical error. Then what is the use of the security parameters, i must have happened in the past as well and could not be aware of it as i can see such transaction only once i login my account. For other successful/failed transaction i receive the mail/sms. I booked three successful tickets though ICICI post this and later checked my account and it was showing 4 successful transactions. Please do help me out as i am still in shock and not satisfied with the ans from the customer service. in the image you can see today's transaction of 4th Jan 2016 of the amount 454.35 rs.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, my SA number :[protected] as per my complain no. 00063aB81UWKGH3S about charges. I visited nearest branch and meet to BM Mr. Vanraj and discussed about this issue. when I opened this account that time this account is ZERO balance maintain account. now, after check with branch I knew that account is rs 10, 000 balance maintain account. my question is that, i have not any letter received by bank about SA changed. if any notice received from bank then i was closed that time because i don't need this account. also i was faced ATM related issue and complain the same. also that time issue not short out. and my money not reverse and credit to my account. that time i also visit the branch and meet to mr vanraj and request to closed this account. but that time as per BM request to continue this account, i have not submit the request to bank for account closed. if that time BM inform me this account now ra10, 000 not a zero account then 100% i was closed it, as i said i don't need this account now. anyways, my one and only question is that i have not any received the communication from bank side in writing about change the account type from zaro to normal. if this time not reverse the money in my account then seriously i will register the complain in consumer court. hope you will resolve the soon as possible.                           I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction " 30/12/2015 30/12/2015 48980723 DP CHGS TILL NOV-15 1, 660.25" . When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. How can this amount be deducted without MY knowledge? My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                            Same happened with me, same name, same numbers and it was one more number in our case, [protected], [protected] Mailed ICICI and they were helpless and as this Rahul would be good in achieving targets. I our case story is that we are running a company and no relations with ICICI. Somehow very recently we gave franchise of our company to a lady .Might be his husband has defaulted in payments. He found numbers of our company on google and started abusing us including our female staff.We have got n number of calls and he is asking us to pay on behalf of that person. We all are requesting him not to call us in this regard but he is calling from different numbers day and night. This is status of ICICI today. Regards Amit Sharma

                              FROM MY Account[protected], every month like SMAB Chgs NOV15+Stax65.25, amount it deducted more than a year from my account without informing me. Bank not informed me nor by emial, sms nor by phone.Even i tried to contact customer care but there is no option to submit a complain. Please refund my money and let me how can i close my account

                                When we transfer funds and they are sending one time password to finish the transaction.otp is sent on mobile and by e mail.is it necessary to send otp?we have userid, log on password and transaction password.then why do we need otp?sometimes otp comes late then one has to repeat entire things.

                                thanks for reply.at present I am out of india and I am facing this problem as I am not able to use my mobile which is registered with the branch.i requested them to send by e mail which they do not agree.other banks are sending otp by email as per my request.
