ICICI bank, even after closing down my savings account[protected] last year in August -2014 ( maintained by myself for more than a decade at CP, New Delhi branch )under concocted and fictitious details, when even I, raised my concerns with them for the anomalies observed in the basic mandatory service levels around the credit card statements, forgery by the courier person delivering the statements, unwanted calls from icici bank, etc.....

Sir This is pankaj verma from Ambala cantt (Haryana) one of your account holder. Mr.Rahul who is saying that he is your bank employee in Rohini sector 8 branch & these three nos.[protected], [protected], [protected] talked with me very rudely & even he used loose talk to me.He wana know the information of my ex employee that i had given.But even then he threatened me & use cheap words with me.So i want that you take an action against him...

This is regard to a fraud transaction of Rs. 5000/- on 28-Nov-2015 from my account No.-0160XXXXXX128. On 28-Nov-2015 around 3.28 pm I received OTP for validating the transaction of Rs.5000/- which was done for Vodafone without my knowledge. I tried to contact the customer care No.[protected] to block the transaction many times since it was not done by me and when someone finally took my call the Rs. 5000/- was debited from my account....

As promised on the home page of the net banking site of the bank i had logged in via internet banking and also carried out a transaction but received no promo code for the watch. On asking at the Bank branch about the same, the employees paid no attention towards my complaint and said " woh toh bohot logo ko nahi milta"....

Respected Sir/Madam, The fraud practice from the ICICI BANK compels me to write this mail to you.
