With reference to my car loan processing last month: 1. Loan was offered @9.5% Interest Rate 2. Loan sanctioned @9.75%Interest Rate 3. Every time i have asked to share documents mentioning Interest Rate and other terms & conditions before approval but no one has shared anything with and they keep on doing things by own. 4. even they have not asked me about required loan amt as well. I am touch with the team telecon & several e-mails since last week when came across to know about increased Interest Rate as what was offered but no one has turned up or reply on this matter. Now Please help me how can i esclate this matter and get this resolved. Regards, Ajay

still I have not got any resolution in fraud case done with me even after continuous follow-up with all the team member involved in this fraud.

Such a lethargic team and worst experience of customer handling...

Pl get this resolved on priority basis and need action against team as well.

How my complaint is getting marked as resolved every time without any resolution from ICICI bank side.
i have not received a single communication from bank side in last 15 days.

    I was issued an AMEX Credit Card stating a lot of benefits but non of them were received by me. Then also they charged me joining fees of approx Rs 1500/- . The Sales person told me that the card is a privileged card, but the card does not work on 99% of the outlets and also for online transactions. I had asked the customer to Cancel the card only if they refund my joining fees, but yesterday (12th Jan 2016) I received a mail stating my card has been cancelled without me giving them any confirmation. I had clearly told them that if you give me back my joining back I would want to cancel the card. But there is no confirmation for refunding the joining fees. I would want Consumer Forum to help get my joining fees back and ask compensation for all the false commitment made by ICICI bank.

    ICICI Credit card department is only doing fraud in all it transactions
    After i had raised the query for continuing the credit card which was fraudulently discontinued by the ICICI customer cares personnel.

    After I had spoken to some manager at the customer care center and he told me he will get back to me with 3-4 working days in relation to issuing me a Coral Visa or Master Card without any charges. But i have never received any email confirmation.

    On 20 Jan I called ICICI Customer Care and spoke to Shweta Dubey and she confirmed that she has taken the request to issue me a Visa Credit card with all the facilities (e.g. 1 on 1 ticket free, etc.) without any joining fees or other chargers.

    Today (22 jan) when i call the customer care for the status of this card, i hear all together is new thing. They tell me i have been issue a credit card without any facilities and it the basic card.

    This is become a headache for me now. I will request to please issue be Credit Card (VISA/Master Card) with the same facilities with me current card. I am really fed up with so much follow ups.

    I have never seen so much false commitment which i have seen in ICICI bank, i will never ever recommend anyone to ICICI bank.

    If my queries are not resolved i might even post the incidence on any of the social networking sites.

    Hope to get a Credit Card (Visa/Master Card) with the same facilities as with my current AMEX Coral card without any charges.

        Hi, My Aaccount No.[protected] ICICI Bank OLD Madras Road Bangalore. I had opened account in ICICI bank in 2008 as a life time zero balance account so I was not using it actively, I found my account is inactive status in October 2015 and deposited to activate it. After activating bank is keep on deducting MAB charges without any intimation/notification to me, even I was not aware that account is converted to regular savings account from life time zero balance account. Upon my request to branch manager old madras road bengaluru they have reversed 3 transaction and started again MAB charges deduction. Kindly look in to this issue and help to reverse the deducted amount as MAB charges since last month back to my account. Thanks, Shivaraj

          There is no coordination between the company people. And I had given address 4 times to deliver credit card but still it got deliver on the wrong address. And from 2 months I am struggling for the same. In my critical condition where I was really looking forward for the good customer service but end results were zero, Because there is no value for customer.

            I haven't subscribed to My Money service but still annual fee for NOV-15 to OCT 343.50 rupees got deducted.The same amount was deducted last year also from my account for the same service, and any number of calls to Customer Care didn't help, and I never got the amount back.                 My name is vivek kumar having account number[protected] as i am working with my brother in a transport firm. as my brother deposit some amount in my account to give the drivers, petrol pump holder against fuel charges and office rent. there is some amount in my account which the bank has freeze without making call to me if there is some issue in this matter at-least the bank has to call me and ask for clarification but they scolded me the lady in bank shouted at me i provided her all the details payment slips and written application she said me that they forward it to Mumbai head office and your account will be open in next 5 days. but still there is no response the account is still in freeze condition and my whole work is stopped as only poor people have to face such kind of problems. the bank personnel came to me with a request that i open a account in icici bank and now he is also not responding to it. i suggest all people do not open account in icici bank as the freeze your money without intimation.

                  I had a recurring deposit which was supposed to mature on 2nd Jan 2016. After repeated calls to ICICI retail banking customer care the money got credited on 7th Jan. The bank claims there was a issue with their system. I escalated and there was no remorse what so ever for my difficulty when the money was not there. I had a need for the money on 2nd. There is no policy that says the bank should reimburse the customer for the trouble the consumer went through for the delayed credit. I had planned my sal accordingly as well thinking I will have this credit. Since there is no monetary loss they say its fine and can do away with a apology which I have not seen yet.. When a retail consumer misses a paying a EMI or has any unresolved loans it shows up in our CBIL scores and effects or credibility. If a bank like ICICI does that why should they go away with only a apology letter? I need a reimbursement for the difficulty I faced for not having the money in my account as per the promised date. Let me know how to escalate this.

                  Your escalation manager says apart from offering apologies there is nothing that can be done. Your bank does not have any regard for the hardship faced due to unavailability of my money. You guys have actually robbed me and then sufficing with a apology. I will keep getting this issue into the consumer minds. I promise I will never ever take any other product from ICICI and at the first available opportunity I shall move out of this relationship. Very arrogant bank and every act of arrogance will sure meet a end.

                    How can 1 use of Airport lounge can cost me 1799/- that 2 within limit of 2 visits per quarter? I fail to understand the attitude of the bank, when I asked the same query and that too there was no mention of this money at the point of transaction

                    please update what is the next course of action, recently I went abroad the same card was used and it was declined. My point is very simple if the card id declined that means it is cancelled, then how come the same card can attract charges for a usage?

                                  We hold a current account in ICICI Bank, Kondva Branch, Pune by the name of audio&aux, account number[protected] On 28/05 we did an online transfer to our customer Krystal Cables account number[protected] ICICI bank holding their account in Cnaught Place Delhi. Unfortunately this one lakh rupees is credited to the account of miss Heemani Singh who is holding a Saving account in ICICI bank kondva branch, Pune Account number[protected]. This was informed to us by our branch at 14:00 hrs on 8th/01/2016 at 12:00hrs the account head of Krystal cables came to our office to tally ledger. On realising the fact that the amount of one lakh rupees transfered on 28/05/2015 was not credited to Krystal Cables we rushed to our home branch. From there we understood the above story. The bank in charge person called and spoke to Ms. Heemani who refused to corporate & slapped the cell phone down on the bank authority.                                         Hi, I am having bank account in ICICI delhi branch from last 1 years and my account no. is[protected] My contact number is : [protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by MAB charges S tax 43.26+ 515.25 I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.
