Hi All,

I got a call from Anjali Sharma who is working at 9a, phelps building, inner circle, connaught place, new delhi.� 110001 for ICICI Bank Overdraft. With Anjali Sharma's information i have gone for Bajaj Allianz Insurance Policy to get Bank Overdraft facility for 8, 00, 000/-. Anjali Sharma informed me that i can get the Bank Overdraft facility within 30-40 working days.

But after 4 months also, i did not receive the Bank Overdraft facility and chasing Anjali Sharma and her Manager (Aisha Gupta and Suhani). It is quite difficult for me to get in touch with Aisha Gupta and Suhani because they are telling to other colleague to information that they are busy in a meeting or out of office for personal emergency.

Anjali Sharma and Suhani has given misinformation and because of that i am going through big financial crunch situation. Please take necessary strict action against Anjali Sharma and Suhani so that no other customer will have to go through this situation.

    I received a call today at 4 pm from Tel [protected] from Delhi region. Person introduced as personnel from icici bank and informed that u had around 4000+ payback points from my earlier transactions and had got expired and he will put it back to my account and I require to verify the credentials. He asked for debit card expiry date and I flatly refused to disclose.He started raising his voice and said he will nullify the payback points and make it zero for which I asked him yo send an official mail for which I shall reply.
    My complaint is whether this is an authentic call. If so the caller doesn't have basic sense if speaking.
    If it is authentic, why such a thing requires our confirmation? It should be directly credited ...

        After rejection of my application for ICICI Credit card, on request of bank i have submitted the documents thrice for reapplying and again the application was rejected. even after taking my application back, i am getting three calls a day making me mentally disturbed.

          My account was debited with Posdec charge(Rs.28.09). I was aware and not tried any kind of transaction but still they told me some long back date which no one can remember. This is not fare that most of the accounts have been deducting with this kind of charges and making Crores of money.

            I got ICICI credit card and password too. As i am trying to make online transaction the error is - your card not support these type of transactions like this. I called customer care 3 times. I have my 3d secure pin as said by call centre executive i registered online. When i am trying to send message to 5676766 its replying me your number is not registered with ICICI bank but all three times I spoken with customer care they saying its registered. My query only is why I am not able to make online transaction or any transaction through credit card for which i have applied it?

              DURING FEB. 2001 - (four bonds of Rs. 5000 each) - details of which are
              as follows:
              CERT NO. 483434. 435, 436 & 437.
              DISTINCTIVE Nos. 939543, 544, 545, & 546.
              The original Bonds are held by me.
              Whether any communication on receipt of maturity amount for above
              bonds was sent to me? I have not received the above due to change in my
              address.
              As the payment for above are not received, kindly help me in getting the
              matured amount.

                I have online Payment of Credit Card with in due date i.e. 23.12.2015, but Company Shows in Statement Received date 29.12.2015, In our Bank Statement Amount Debited date 23.12.2015 and I have Online Payment Received.
                I have Talked ICICI Customer Care with Written Complaint through mail, than They Reversed half Amount of Penalty and Interest Charged, But not Full Amount of Penalty and Interest Charged.
                because not our fault, its completely ICICI Bank fault than why i suffered.

                Please take Issue Seriously.

                  Lien marked for jewel loans on 15th Feb still not removed after made the up to date interest payment.

                  Gold loan is a loan given against co lateral.

                  Also marked lien of 73000 for credit card due which is under settlement & amount is 33500.

                  Rs.50000 lying in the account but can't operate the account.

                  What is the point opening account with ICICI Bank?

                      i have not tell anything, and my gas subsidy amount is transfer into icic bank from one year, again the bank official d link to my adhar, and my amount is not transfer in my bank account,
                      repeteadly i have complain to bank official to link my adhar,
                      but they have taken xerox, and told me that they wil link it
                      november, decmber, and now its january
                      they have not link adhar to my account,
                      no body officer is taken seriously to look into matter, it international bank. To resolve coustomer complaints
                      so plese kindly look into my matter and resolve it

                        I gave request for icici bank rubix credit card via your executive sameer(Mo:[protected] Email : [protected]@gmail.com) when he called me on my mobile number saying that he is part of icici bank credit card department.
                        He took all necessary documents and promised me to deliver card within 5 days i. e before 13th Jan.
                        Also he asked me to tell some false information when verification department calls up, he told me to say that you know all about charges n fees for the card and you are not under any influence of executive.

                        But after that when ever i used to call him up for card status after listening my name he used to cut my phone and then block my number, and that instance kept on repeating.

                        Today when i received sms from bank for rejection of application.
                        I was surprised and i called him from another number he picked up and told me that " your card was dispatched last week by myself only" then i told him about the SMS i received, the moment he heard that he kept phone down and switched off his phone.

                        I request you to please take strict action against him and please tell me reason for my rejection.

                        Please avoid recruiting such employees who is spoiling your brand name.

                        I saw multiple complaints against the same fellow on other websites.

                          This is to bring to your notice that I had tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 900 from Bank of Baroda ATM University Road Rajkot and Rs 1800 from Bank of Baroda ATM University Road Rajkot on the same date i.e 10Th August 2013. However the transaction failed and the cash could not be dispensed.

                          My bank statement of ICICI Account No.[protected], ICICI Bank, Nana Mahuwa Road, Rajkot shows two debit entries of Rs 900 and Rs 1800 whereas no cash was dispensed due to a failed Bank of Baroda ATM Transaction.

                          The matter was raised to both the parent bank i.e ICICI and the dispensing bank i.e Bank of Baroda however no action has been taken from their end till now. The bank authorities have clearly communicated their inability to refund back my amount.

                          Having seen the inability of both the banks to respond and look into my issue, I am writing to the supreme authority i.e The Banking Ombudsman RBI to look into my complaint and provide me a solution.

                          I look forward to your kind help and cooperation. I sincerely request your urgent action on the same.

                            ICICI bank deducting monthly Rs.400 for not maintaining Monthly balance.

                            ICICI never informed me on this change. I will not accept I will complaint RBI on this.

                              Im Jayapal from Chennai, i have used icici credit card more than three year in between i had call ie to get an new icici credit card i ve told them already im having an card but they told without annual fees and the new card also having the credit limit of same as the old card it is 40, 000.00 Rs . After receiving the new card i used for purchase but i have not able to use the card. Immediately i called the customer care they told the second card which i used is add on card only and the total amount is divided equally for two cards so the same day i have asked them to block the card, they told with in 1 hour this card will block and you can use the primary card ending with the number of 6000. so i have used the card till now, but the annual fees you have send me unknowingly for the blocked card ending with 8015 and another one card ending with 4499. if you have any doubt you can see that i have not used the cards yet.in that condition what should i do, i don't know please make arrangement to solve my problems . thank you, my contact number is-[protected] and [protected].

                                On 30th October, early morning around 3 AM, unauthorized transaction of rs 59490 has been done from my ICICI account(A/c no:[protected] in total of 10 transactions. i went marathahalli branch and registered service complaint(SR[protected]. On 5th Nov, i got rs 5000 returned from bank alongwith 3 sms regarding 3 transaction of 10k, 1500 and 5k that the claim has been declined for these three transactions as it is verified by 3D secure pin. I wet to marathahalli branch next day and discussed it with branch manager.(i guess her name was Sheetal). SHe checked my sms and escalated this issue to higher officials by a internal mail mentioning the amount of these three transactions. After that i called customer care several times and was informed that the issue has been raised to merchant site for checking the transactions and asked to wait for 50 days. on 5th of jan the service complaint has been closed. After calling customer care, i got information that the issue has been raised to merchant for only rs 2999. Ms Sageeta from customer care told me that for remaining amount the sms has been already sent to me on 5th Nov. I disagreed and told her that the SMS was went only for three transaction that is 10k, 1500 and 5k. i was not informed about other transaction neither via sms nor via customer care. But she didn't agreed and didn't give me any response. MY COMPLAINT IS 1. I haven't made the transaction and card was with me when the transaction was made. So Bank must return my money. 2. Why only rs 5000 was returned to me? 3. When the transaction rs 56500 was declined on 5th nov 2015 itself why i was kept in dark till 19th Jan 2016 and informed only regarding rs 16500. 4. Why it was lied for more that two months to me that the issue has been raised to merchant for all the transaction when it was only for rs 2999.

                                      HI, I have been banking with ICICI since Jan 2012, But i had never experienced inconvenience so far. I am quite unhappy to with the recent event on my account. I recently checked my Bank statement for some reason and got to know that Rs.515 has been debited from my account on 30/11/15 and 30/12/15.                                         When i opened my icici account
                                        I was convinced to open demat account by icici bank officer
                                        I was not told about the any kind of charges, it was told me by the
                                        Icici representative
                                        That it is free of cost and it will never be charged in future, i
                                        Confirmed this thing and i was assured that its free, i think may be
                                        Demat is a part of bank account opening, till now i dont know how to
                                        Use that, and now they charged 670.98

                                        I want my 670.98rs back to my account

                                        This is completely unacceptable and please help to refund my amount.

                                        I visit noida-63 branch but they says they just forwad the issue to
                                        Another branch
                                        They told go to sec-18 branch
                                        I have no time to visit different branch's daily


                                        If i am not using a service
                                        And i also dont know what is demet
                                        Then why i will pay for that
