i am not getting credit card monthly bill since last 1 and half year every month we call them and enquire about bill we are not getting even sms regarding the same registerd the complaint wvery time on [protected] but oroblem not resolved yet...

On sunday while checking my account, i was shocked to see that bank has deducted Rs 515 as smab amount from my account without given any notice through sms or via mail ...I do not agree with this type of cheating to plunder money from my account without my notice ... It is highly not acceptable and dissapointing that I am not getting any positive response from ICICI bank Pune. I withdraw 3000 Rupees but not received cash and amount debited from my reimbursement account. I have sent mail to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com & also to [protected]@icicibank.com but no one is responding. Give me the email address of the management so that I can raise my concern to them....

From my Salary account an amount of 50 rupee is deducted, when i checked the salary statement, it is showing that "Rev of pmt id[protected]" but i really don't know what is this, when I tried to contact the ICICI bank Kerala customer care number which is [protected] no response. please let me know why is this happening....

I got to know that ICICI bank has deducted 684 rupees under some 39931418 DP CHGS TILL OCT-15.
I don’t have any demat account with ICICI bank. In past also u people deducted such amount 3 times.
I have already submitted all the required document to close this activity and refund the amount.
Still this is happening. Please refund my unnecessary deducted money.
