There is difference in my credit card statement of ending 7008. At the end of Dec statement by bill is 39164.67 and I have 7760.11 available limit. Later I paid 8000 and withdraw 10250 after that my available limit is 5510.11. After that I made two transactions of 195.05 and 749 and after that my limit is 3993.56. But they people charged 500 plus tax for over limit charges though I have limit of 3993.56. For this purpose I contacted CC and they changed entire thing telling that it is an technical issue. CC people are not at all solving the issue.I raised 3 to 4 requests for the same. Simply they are closing the issue putting in comments as I am unavailable.

    Sir, I am Ajay kumar Jha. I have availed home loan from ICICI Bank. I am not able to place a fresh request for disbursal of home loan by iloan application as a error mgs is piping out as " requested amount can't be greater than balance amount " ( screenshot attached) and also that is showing in negative digits. My balance amount is remaining for around 90000/- . I have contacted ICICI customer care by email and call and they responded stating that we will come back to you by 31 dec 15 which is 11 days from now. This kind of delay is not expected from bank like you. Kindly intervene into the matter, so that I can disburse the remaining amount of loan. Kindly accord priority.       The same thing. Ping to the server dreamdeposits-sso.icicibank.com always returns request time out and on browser it never opens. This is a big loss to the bank and the customers but who cares.!!

But when I tried to pay my LIC premium using debit card I am getting a message : Please enter a Valid Visa card number" from the website www.billdesk.com.           Dear Sir My self Er.Ankit Dubey son of Mr Ajay kumar Dubey (S.D.O Forest) in M.P Government class 1st Gazzeted Officer. My father has taken a safety bonds from your icici bank & i think so that, this is his biggest mistake ever he has commited in his life & just believe that after this incidence we have closed our all accounts in icici bank and we never want to invest a single penny wid your bank & also advicing the same to other people because you people just only know to take the money from the customer, u dont know to return dat or you dont want to return that.that i dont know, but you people have to think that by doing this type of fraud with the customers you people are losing the customers faith as well as decreasing your business market. I have complaint for this matter lots of time in your customer care service number but none of you people have showned a interest in resolving my complaints.I have also visited so many times to the nearest branch in my city i.e in Satna ( M.P) & meeted directly to the branch manager but your branch manager also have not showi g interest in resolving my matter & just said to me that i cant help you anymore u just talk to our customer service & given me the number of that. Sir tell me plz that just only you are giving the facility of buying a bond in the nearest branch to the customer & not giving the facility to that branch for resolving the matter of the customer for that he should have to contact to the head office.Is this is the right thing.soplease don't even provide a facility of buying also in the nearest branch customer will buy from the head office.You people have also never ever informed me that my amount has got matured & i have to claim for that & if according to you people, if you people have informed me then just please send me the receiving of that letter from my side to you which i have signed by myself while receiving the letter of reminder sended by you to claim the maturity amount.             I have been cheated by the bank.I already have a ICICI credit card still they have dispatched one more credit card through a courier company without me knowing and also deducted 1000/- as a joining fees which is truly not accepted without my permission how can they send a card and charge me for it. The amount is reflecting in my bill statement.More over the card has not even delivered.

            One more thing to highlight is the interest what they charge are not appropriate.please find below statement details for your reference.

            1.) October - Amount 709.73/- interest charges - 39.29
            2.)November - Amount 717.41 - interest charges - 31.60
            3.) December - Amount 725.19 - interest charges - 23.82

            How is that possible Amount 709.73 is lesser than 717.41 & 725.19 but the interest charges are on higher side.

            please help me solve this case

              Hi - I am just annoyed with ICICI account services - My Money Manager; I do not even know what it is. I never subscribed for this service and they charged me Rs.343.50 without any prior notice. ICICI bank has affected my trust on them. Please unsubscribe me from My Money service and reverse pay back my money. Details: BIL/[protected]/MM Annual Fee DEC15-Nov . This is completely unacceptable and please refunds my amount back. This is not fair at all. How can we trust such a bank?

                On 19/12/2015 I got an sms that my an transaction of Rs.- 20424 & Rs. - 1900 has been made by my credit card( no- [protected] ) . But I have not purchased anything by my credit card on that date . I called icici bank customer care for this fraud transaction . they told me that the first transaction was made at the mobile store @ gurgaon, but I was in kolkata with my card on that day. And the another fraud transaction of Rs. 1900/- was made at payubiz . I told them to block my card & this transaction . but they told me they can not help me .                   Our tenent Mr. Mohan mukherjee has some issues about loans with icici bank. So the icici bank people from delhi called him regarding this but he avoided so we dont know from where this employee of icici bank from delhi got my dads number and requested us to help them contact him as he stays next to our flat. So we tried but he was not responding most of the time to us, and after telling Ms priyanka about this she kept on calling disturbing and frowing on my dad literally as if we are supprting Mr Mohan and stuff. And more over we are not Mohan mukherjee's family so she has no right to charge us this way. This is absolute nonsense act she has done by speaking terribly with my aged father. We are very disturbed and pissed of with such behaviour and further if we get calls from her will take legal actions. The number from were she called is [protected].

                      Dear sir, I, Ajay Nathuji Kesare, Nagpur, had applied for housing loan at State Bank Of India in the month of October 2015. While verification by the authority of State Bank it was revealed from CIBIL that against my name there is liability outstanding of Car loan amount at your Bank i.e. ICICI bank and my name is appearing as CO-APPLICANT in the said loan account along with applicant One Shri. Sunil Muniraj Babde. After verifying, it was revealed that Shri Sunil Muniraj Babde (one of the director in my said company) had availed the said car loan of Rs. 12, 50, 000/- (Rs. Twelve Lakh Fifty Thousand only) on dtd. 13.02.2015 bearing loan ac no. LANAG[protected] through your sales Staffs Mr. Sajid Khan - Executive and Mr. Moin Khan - Manager. Mr Sajid Khan obtained my documents i.e. photocopy of PAN card and photograph fraudulently by saying ‘its required only being one of the Director of the company’. It was then missused and by forging my signature he had prepared a loan case proposal and got sanctioned from your authorities. Your authorities further did not take any efforts for cross verifying neither documents nor my signature on the forms which clearly indicates their intenssion in the case. As soon it came to my notice, I immediately contacted your branch at Civil lines Nagpur and talked to many of your Officers namely Mr. Dhiraj Kekare, Regional Manager, Mr. Vikas Agrawal Branch Manager, Mr. Sajid Khan, sales executive, Mr. Moin Khan, Customer Relationship Manager and Mr. Yusuf Sheikh Team CPC Nagpur[protected] and informed them accordingly. Mr. Yusuf Sheikh has provided me copy of screen shot of application form wherein my name, address, photograph, signature and all other details are appearing. it is brought to your knowledge that by verifying the said screen shot, it appears that my crossed signature on photograph is completely forged and some of my details like mother’s name, current residential tenure are also mentioned false. I further clear that I haven’t filled or signed any application form, document or Agreement in this said loan proposal at all. 2 it is therefore brought to your knowledge that the concern staff of your bank had played fraud by collusion to get the said loan from your bank and hence committed the criminal offence u/ s 420, 467, 468, 406 and others sections of IPC. Therefore you are requested to take appropriate actions against the concerned staff of your bank involved in the said forgery case with due procedure of law and strike off my name from CIBIL entry of the said loan as co-applicant. You are also intimated that as per Indian law and rules prevailing as per guidelines of RBI, no one other than blood relation person shall be co applicant in a car loan. In this case the applicant is not in my blood relation. 3 it is further brought to your knowledge on 17/11/2015 I received the above said screen shot and thereafter I continuously following up with above named staff of your bank to look into the matter and to take necessary steps to delete my name from CIBIL entry as well as your bank loan account entry. However the said staff of your bank is not giving any hid to my request and till now no positive actions has been taken. Hence it is requested to you that please take necessary actions upon my above mentioned complaint and remove my name from your record as co applicant in the said car loan of Sunil Muniraj Babde . you are also informed that I had already proceeded with criminal complaint with concerned police station against your above name staff. This is for Immediate necessary action.

                                I have bee trying to contact the customer care numbers and have gone through the whole procedure of entering the CC no., pin, etc. But there has been no response to my request/query to reverse a transaction that was debited to my a/c twice due to swiping of CC twice. request urgent action in this.

Thank You.".Message received by me on 5th Dec., 2015 at 07:40:11. After making the payment and confirmed by you for receiving the payment by above message despite you service people are disturbing me over mobile phone.                                     Sir 01may 2015 rs 2000 &3000 drawn from my ac trough net banking but there is no rol of mine i called the bank and customer care they reg my complaint and said amt will deposited with in 60 days so far no response i am so harras that i went to bank manager again they had made same reply i couldnt get my rs 5000 so far help me

                                      To start with... When I was in India 10years back I owned both ICICI's debit and credit cards. All was well till I was in India. After I moved to USA and pretty much stopped using their service, the company started to debit my checking/savings account stating various reasons. It was OK with me as I didnt have time to follow up with them for time differences between USA and India. Now to my surprise, they charge me Rs40, 000+ (including interests) for my credit card account which they say was used in 2009 whereas I'd moved to USA in 2006. They hacked my social media account and used my contacts for harassment. They made calls to my cousin brothers and sisters and tried to harass them all most everyday. When they asked for any proof the company/the debt collector backed off. The company should have handled the issue maturely. If they were so confident about what they were doing, why didnt they give the proof of statements or whatever. And most of all why harass my relatives? Why not google my name and find my contacts and contact me directly? I didnt receive any single ICICI letter/statement so far. I dont know which email/contact id of mine they are using for communication. I stopped logging in and using their bank long ago, so I dont remember either. Now... what they did... A month back my relatives got a letter from lawyer in my name. They kept calling and sending legal letters. So my cousin got frustrated and decided to give the money back to the bank which was never used by me. And moreover if there is a charge I should know about it. If for some reason there was a communication gap why should we pay the interest? And moreover with all those harassment calls and letters??? Now that it came to my knowledge I decided I would never go with ICICI bank again, I WILL NEVER USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES: which includes NRI A/C or Money2India. My husband does have a ICICI pru and ICICI NRI a/c which I make sure I stopped the services and go with other bank. Very immature problem solving by the bank not expected from a reputed bank like this. Frustrated Customer.
