        I have bee trying to contact the customer care numbers and have gone through the whole procedure of entering the CC no., pin, etc. But there has been no response to my request/query to reverse a transaction that was debited to my a/c twice due to swiping of CC twice. request urgent action in this.

              To start with... When I was in India 10years back I owned both ICICI's debit and credit cards. All was well till I was in India. After I moved to USA and pretty much stopped using their service, the company started to debit my checking/savings account stating various reasons. It was OK with me as I didnt have time to follow up with them for time differences between USA and India. Now to my surprise, they charge me Rs40, 000+ (including interests) for my credit card account which they say was used in 2009 whereas I'd moved to USA in 2006. They hacked my social media account and used my contacts for harassment. They made calls to my cousin brothers and sisters and tried to harass them all most everyday. When they asked for any proof the company/the debt collector backed off. The company should have handled the issue maturely. If they were so confident about what they were doing, why didnt they give the proof of statements or whatever. And most of all why harass my relatives? Why not google my name and find my contacts and contact me directly? I didnt receive any single ICICI letter/statement so far. I dont know which email/contact id of mine they are using for communication. I stopped logging in and using their bank long ago, so I dont remember either. Now... what they did... A month back my relatives got a letter from lawyer in my name. They kept calling and sending legal letters. So my cousin got frustrated and decided to give the money back to the bank which was never used by me. And moreover if there is a charge I should know about it. If for some reason there was a communication gap why should we pay the interest? And moreover with all those harassment calls and letters??? Now that it came to my knowledge I decided I would never go with ICICI bank again, I WILL NEVER USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES: which includes NRI A/C or Money2India. My husband does have a ICICI pru and ICICI NRI a/c which I make sure I stopped the services and go with other bank. Very immature problem solving by the bank not expected from a reputed bank like this. Frustrated Customer.

                    I had applied for ICICI top loan, however my file is not submitted yet and the DSA is giving different reasons every time. ITs almost a month and I had to bear financial loss due to this. I had given all necessary documents as well as franking charges of rs 4700 to DSA. My Family has two Saving Account, 2 PPF Account, 3 Medical Insurance, 1 Unit link policy, 1 Home Loan, 1 personal loan and 1 Credit Card with ICICI. I am a privilege customer as per ICICI record. Besides all of this ICICI has not given proper service and I am in to financial loss due to non-submition of my loan files. And it seems to be I cannot contact any superior of the DSA.                           Hello Everyone. This is regarding the credit card statement i am keep on getting for a credit card which i do not own. I had a credit card almost couple of years back from ICICI bank which i closed somewhere in the month of March 2014 and i even cut the card and threw away as per ICICI Bank customer care executive. However i noticed couple o[censored]nauthorized transactions on this card (Which i had closed by calling the customer care couple of years back) on 5th Nov 2015, which i have no idea why it happened. How come someone make a transaction on my closed credit card after almost 2 yrs? Why was the credit card still active even when i had requested to close the card? if it was active why there was no intimation to me about it? I called somewhere end of Nov to ICICI bank customer care using my NRI services since i even do not know what was the credit card number i used to have earlier to call directly the credit card department. I spoke to one of the executive from credit card department, as per her confirmation the unauthorized transaction was not successful and card was blocked before it went through (False information provided by the credit card department of ICICI Bank). When i asked why did it even try to make the transaction in the first place when closure of the card was requested, she did not have any answer but she said it was not completely closed. Now come on what is meant by completely closed? Don't you guys understand the meaning of close when i confirmed to close the card couple of years back and what do you mean by completely closed? Again if the card was not completely closed then why wasn't it was informed to me? Later she said she is going to submit a service request to close the card COMPLETELY (per your understanding) and gave me a service request number - SR[protected]. After all this drama i thought that card was COMPLETELY closed, however i am keep on getting credit card statement to my mailing address in India and to my email ID reminding me to pay the balance. Now let me tell you i am no where related to this credit card, i do not know anything about any transaction and i am not going to make any payment. I just want make ICICI Bank sure about the same and also i need ICICI bank to resolve the issue and stop sending the statement to my email immediately. This has become some kind of mental harassment.

                                    I applied for a new credit card. application #[protected], When i got the card, it says my new card with limit 30000. but when i contacted custmer service. They say it was as upgradation for new card. I mean is this your service? i have personal loan, with you. credit card with you. every time intrest charged my account goes overlimit, and you charge 500, if its a purchase i understand i pay. If you want to upgrade my card, why did you send verification call, then verification guy? it was a xmas time, i thought to make purchase for my fiance. Now everything is ruined. All you can say is sorry. but you dont have answer.

                                        Icicidirect is charging so huge amount of brokerage -

                                        1. Per day Rs[protected] . selling my shares without taking permission from my demat account. There is no RM, no advisor, no support from any one. All are sleeping mode working. They just deduct heavy brokerage without doing any transaction for me. This is inhuman Mrs Kochar. MD.

                                        2. The deductions are happening instantaneously without taking permission. The credit takes 3 days minimum. Why this contrast policy Mrs kochar ???

                                        3. Selling my shares without taking permission which one is to be sold, why Mrs Kochar ????

                                        4. There s no advisor, there is no one call also. The names are put only for sake of saving the consumer court cases. The people as RM and Manager marked do not know what is going on, who is deducting money left and right. A pathetic state in ICICIDIRECT support Mrs Kochar.

                                        5. Future Plus has not any take profit facility, that makes severe loss to customers
