    Without prior notification, ICICI bank loan department changed EMI amount from 20666 to 201402/- rupees As per incorrect entry, excess amount deducted which resulted into 0 amount in my account for 10 days. Excess amount was deducted on 4th and still issue is not resolved. farzana.[protected]@icicibank.com has handled this request very inefficiently

        He given add about email id creation process, than he asked fees of 2160/- i deposited, in his account named:- Srivastav icici bank, after i depoisted, he stoped picking my call, and now he kept his phone switch off. pls do not deal with him, even he will posh as geniun ask for ur ID and address proof and photo also, i sended all, but big time fraud. Thanks

            Hi, I am having bank account in ICICI bank at Ring road branch Surat. my account no. is 6246****3243 My contact number is :[protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by SMAB charges OCT15 +stax & SBC 65.25 = Deducted amount-515.25 i don't have any mail informing about this SMAB+SBC charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about changes of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account. So kindly take my request as soon as early and refund my money.

                I have a saving account in your bank (a/c no[protected] on 5th December 2015 at around 5 pm I had made a cash with drawl of Rs.500/- I got the sms of the same but when I checked my balance next day there was 4 more transactions of Rs.39000/- which I have never done. I already registered complaint with your bank but not getting any response I am from a middle class family and this amount means a lot as there is no one else earning person so please do need full and return my amount of Rs.39000 as soon as possible.

                    I have been a loyal ICICI Customer since many years also using their Credit Cards. There already had many instances where I had to write complain on this forum. My card limit is 25K and I was told that I will be waived off all petrol surcharges hence I swiped my card for 25K on a petrol pump. Now I see that I have to pay back 26200/- because I am asked to pay the surcharges. It is totally unacceptable as I wont be happy paying 1200 rupees extra just for fueling my car. Do they really want us to use the card or it is just given to loot the customers. To add to that I had called up the customer support and they were not ready to help at all, on top of that the lady was talking to was very rude and was not ready to listen to me at all she hung up on me. Is this the reason why we do banking with you for years? Very Frustrated [protected]@gmail.com

I strongly oppose the late payment charges and interest charges levied to us as, I have always paid the money on time and it was only because we had not received any payment reminder on our e mail or either hard copy or any information of any sort.Thus if the past record of my payment is regular or on time then you should give a chance to your regular payee by avoiding of late payment charges once.Please look into the matter and do the needful. Otherwise i m ready to pay the payment without late payment charges & then block or discontinue my card.

                          Hello, I have a saving bank account with ICICI. account number[protected]. One person called me sent me demat account form. He said if we deal with transaction in Demat you will get benefit of 60000. only thing is i have to Transfer 20000 in his account. I did that Through NEFT. As this person was going to open Demat account on my behalf. I submitted Pan card and Aadhar card to him. Please help me tell me whether what would be the consequences of this. Also please donot associate any Demat account to my saving account. This request is not from my side. Any demat account is generated kindly close it as early as possible.                             Dear Team, Pls note that my credit card due date was 8th dec and i had presented cheque on 5th dec in the drop box but the same was WRONGLY returned saying insufficient balance. Cheque was presented on receiving the credit msg from bank in savings account[protected] .But in the evening on 5th dec we received a msg saying cheque bounced with insufficient balance. Balance was available in the account in the afternoon, then how can the cheque get bounced. Moreover the cheque was again presented from bank's end on 7th dec and again WRONGLY it got bounced saying that insufficient balance. Upon inquiry at the bank we were told that there was a error because of chennai floods and late payment fees wont be charged. When we inquired at customer care we were informed that late payment fees is already charged. Customer will not suffer due to banks problem. You can go back and check all the old records where payment is been made on time, and all the purchases are been done from ICICI bank credit card and no other card . Kindly reverse the charges which has been wrongly levied and the same should not appear in my next statement .                               Sr no.[protected] ...I am Vidushi Tikoo, holding an account in ICICI bank, A/c no. 0430, also I am using Credit card of your bank a/c no. 9008, I have received call on 6th October ’15 stating that they are calling from ICICI bank MSISDN :- [protected] and I have few points which needs to be redeemed, I replied with ok do that as my all the details are with you, I haven’t provided any information to them as they were carrying my details . After few seconds I have received sms of Rs 5000 and Rs 2000 these both transactions were done from my account and these were done in Mumbai, as I was in Jammu and never been there in Mumbai. I have logged an FIR in Crime cell on 9th and when I have received my bill. Now bank has put the late payment charges on this amount as well. Actual amount is 7000 along with late payment charges. And i have mailed to their higher authorities as well ('[protected]@icicibank.com'; '[protected]@icicibank.com'; [protected]@icicibank.com) but i am getting the same response that i have called them and shared my detail with hackers .. which is nonsense. i have called customer case as well, , , contacted bank as well.. but getting the same response with rued behavior.

But i have i got statement of this card with annual fee. Which is wrong because i have already put close request. i have talk so many times to Customer care but he is not resolve this issue. I am 11 years old Customer of icici. Now i am very unhappy from this type of Services of icici. If this issue is not resolved then i have decided to close my saving account other investment with icici due its poor services and go to the consumer court for mentally harassment and down unnecessary my credit value.                                     I was asked to invest in a life insurance policy by the icici wealth branch. I took out two 5 year policies I did not receive any bond certificate as they put the wealth branch address on the documents. When paying for the 2nd year they told me to close one of the first policies as they would move the funds into a better managed ATP fund. I agreed and opened a third fund. They did not move the funds from one of the original funds which was allowed to lapse. They claim it was my error for allowing one of the original policies to lapse and not pay premium into it. This meant that there was very little growth on the lapsed policy for whole year as they had deducted bulk of their charges for this policy in the first year. Same applies to new third policy also. They do not even properly manage the funds that have been invested with them and nobody has contacted me to explain how it is to be managed in the last 3 years. If you are interested to invest I would recommend to only go through the policy directly at one of their service centers and not through any intermediaries and they are only looking to make the initial sale and do not provide any support.

                                      RS 3520 Deducted by ICICI for premature Closure of Fixed Deposit. At the time of opening FD they have not written anywhere about the charges. And when we initiated the Premature closure of FD and they have deducted the much more charges than expected. ICICI bank hides the necessary information from the customer and this is pre-planned strategy by the bank to looting their customer.

                                        I haven't subscribed to My Money service but still annual fee for MAY15-APR16 343.50 rupees got deducted. Number of calls to Customer Care didn't help, and I never got the amount back. Please unsubscribe me from My Money service and pay back my money.
