Loan Availed from ICICI Bank, Jayanagar on November 2007. 10 installments cleared via cheque on 2008.forgot to take the loan clearence from bank.Now Bank people are not giving clearence certificate.I misplaced loan no. while shifting.Kindly help

    I am hdfc account holder, at 8 december i went to icici atm bank to withdraw money, i withdraw some amount and left but when i reach home another transaction has done from same atm but that was not in my knowledge, i thought some one has accessed my account without pin and card, it this possible to withdarw amount before putiin pin in atm, because as i know account holder neet to put pin for every transaction even single session. but its happened

            Not decreasing rate of int. As per rbi

            I have purchased home loan vid ac no. LBSUR[protected] from icici bank as a FLOATING RATE of int. so bank have to down the rate of int. as per the RBI rule but now a days bank is not giving us the benefit as per RBI has given. so my complaint is why bank are not forwarding the benefits to customers ?? if RBI increases the rate of int. then bank directly increase the rate of int. but in case of decrease ehat happen to bank ?...

                    Hi, This is to inform you that I owning a loan account from ICICI bank Lucknow, but facing lot of communication issues and discomfort with the services provided. I have taken loan with account LBLUC[protected] for One of my 2 BHK flat of Viraj Construction, The last 5 month before Demand was not taken care of by Bank and saying they are with conversation with builder group and builder group is imposing intrest charge for that. Recently a new demand came from builder and I personally went to bank n met the executive and said please process the amount on the last date mentioned in demand . They said ok and get the copies signed by me. Suddenly i came to know my next emi got increased but it should have increased after 15th of dec They processed amount before 20 days . I would not like to pay this 20 days interest as i clearly mentioned to executive to make check for last day . Secondly they dis not process the amount remainng for last Demand, which should have processed before for which builder is putting interest . Now their communication is very poor they dont tell the clear picture and i m in delema to give interest to bank for money which is processed before and last demand money intrest to builder which was not processed by bank with so many communication with them . I m really dipressed with the services provided and pathetic responce by executives . I would not like to pay extra interest, i wrote to executives also to correct the things but no satisfactory response. Thanks Anuj Kapoor [protected]

                      I am facing the issue with my iwish accounts..I opened 2 new accounts(1 account on 30 Nov, 2015 and other on 1-Dec-2015). In the transactions it shows that the amount is transferred to iwish, but saved balance shows as 0. I am trying to call customer since last friday(4-Dec-2015). Customer care executives are putting the call on hold for indefinite period and disconnect. or transferring call to some different branches like demat.They are not ready to open a service request. Finally I was able to open a service request but they still need 9 working days to answer whats wrong with their application. Untill then, I cannot use my own money. Such a poor software application used by a well known bank and very poor customer support.

                        ICICI bank, even after closing down my savings account[protected] last year in August -2014 ( maintained by myself for more than a decade at CP, New Delhi branch )under concocted and fictitious details, when even I, raised my concerns with them for the anomalies observed in the basic mandatory service levels around the credit card statements, forgery by the courier person delivering the statements, unwanted calls from icici bank, etc.. Infact ICICI bank in retribution of the aforementioned threatened and finally got my savings account closed vide a letter issued by its unscrupulous branch manager of Indirapuram (Ghaziabad branch ) even though my own branch manager at C.P., New Delhi branch never even bothered anytime to respond to me. I, had raised my concerns subsequently at RBI Governor office, , etc also at that point of time ( including at RBI-cgmcsd, cepd, etc) when there was repeatedly no response from bonew delhi ( despite many emails and couple of letters along with therelevant docs submitted at his office ). Anyhow, nothing was done on the above and ICICI bank was let off with majorgoo[censored]ps ( as mentioned above ). Now, It is quite disgusting to have received at more than half a dozen email alerts now all of a sudden by ICICI bank since April 30 ‘2015 citing that someone istampering with, my account and that I should respond accordingly to them toconfirm my requisite details to continue and the accompanying blah, blah, blah... Even though I have registered a strong objection a couple of times to thereceipt of such bogus emails from ICICI bank ( including e-mails addressed to M.D. of ICICI bank ), but they have continued unabated till date : the latest such e-mail is received dated[protected] ; 5.02 p.m.with the subject : Your account was accessed from another location. ( eventhough the e-mail dated[protected] from the Head Service Quality of ICICI bank suggests that these e-mails are not sent by ICICI bank and that already they have initiated necessary action to get the link disabled . Also, it is suggested to me in the same e-mail that : block your debit card and changeyour Internet Banking credentials -which is totally oblivious of the fact that my account with ICICI bank has already been closed more than a year ago) . These alerts are recd. till date ; latest on[protected] which are digitally signed by Head Privilege banking - despite assurance by ICICI in written ( e-mail dated[protected] and verbally that henceforth I will not receive such alerts . As if it was not enough, I have earlier this year in July ‘2015 have recd a ludicrous e-mail from the Wealth Management Head of ICICI bank, with Subject:Detailsof your Relationship Team From:ICICIBank Wealth Management Wed, 29 Jul '15 12:30p To:[protected]@rediffmail.com Cc:amarendra.[protected]@icicibank.com, kanika.[protected]@icicibank.com I have raised a very strong objection on all of the above with ICICI bank repeatedly, but in vain. Meanwhile, ICICI bank has till date designated the following persons, who have spoken to meat length on the above while been comprehensively updated on the requisite details ( just for the heck of it as they have not at all done what they have committed, even though I was assured by each of them for the needful and that I demanded for the errant ICICI bank officials to be brought to book, with a apology letter by MD of ICICI as an resolution for the fiasco ) : 1. Ms. Sreelatha ( headservice quality office ), called from[protected] dated :[protected] at 17.13 hours 2. Mr. Deepak ( Mumbai HQ ) calledfrom[protected] dated[protected] at 16.40 hours 3. Mr. Suresh ( customer care )called from[protected] dated[protected] at 20.06 hours. 4. Ms. Sonam ( C.P., ICICIbranch, Delhi ) called from[protected] dated[protected] at 11.20 hours 5. Ms. Sonam ( C.P., ICICI branch, Delhi ) called from[protected] dated[protected] at 18.01 hours . In view of the above kindly initiate / suggest a punitive action accordingly against ICICI bank for causing undue harassment to me till date even after unduly closing down my savings account more than one year ago and get me posted on the developments.

                        Stringent punitive action against errant ICICI bank officials including : Ms. Bindu Mittal ( B.M., CP Branch ),
                        Mr. Romesh Somisetty ( Head Service Quality ),
                        Mr. Shiva Tadikonda ( ChiefNodal officer ),
                        Mr. Rahul Sharma ( B.M. Indirapuram, Ghaziabad branch )

                        with a confirmation on the above per return to myself

                        Its derogatory (Just as always they do) to mislead and manipulate on part of icici bank as the long standing issues remain as it is ; am marking my latest response sent to icici bank dated[protected] as follows :


                        Subject: re: final reminder for response : harassment unabated by icici bank even after having closed my savings a/c more than a year ago

                        Your trailing response is again out rightly rejected :

                        1. Icici has been harping the same since[protected]Verbally and in written) that :

                        " we have already initiated necessary action to get the link disabled."

                        And
                        Henceforth i will not receive any such e-mail alerts latest re-iterated by ms. Sonam bajaj - deputy manager icici bank, cp, new delhi - designated by h. O. As she told me to look into my complaints (After which of course she has gone into oblivion and has not bothered to respond as committed to me since[protected] despite e-mail reminders / calls at her office :[protected].

                        2. These are yet again received dated[protected] : twice the same day (This time digitally signed byaanchal kapoor (Head - privilege banking). The earlier received alerts since april '2015 were not digitally signed.


                        In view of the above, i again re-iterate :

                        Resolution to the fiasco as comprehensively discussed with all the persons who have till date called me from icici bank off late since[protected], but however have gone into oblivion (Which includes the deputy branch manager ms. Sonam bajaj of icici bank, cp, new delhi branch - designated by ho of icici bank to resolve my complaints and, who has spoken to me twice - but since a month is not responding o n e-mails, phone calls) :

                        Stringent punitive action against errant icici bank officials including : ms. Bindu mittal (B. M., cp branch),
                        Mr. Romesh somisetty (Head service quality),
                        Mr. Shiva tadikonda (Chiefnodal officer),

                        2.These are yet again received dated[protected] : twice the same day ( this time digitally signed byAanchal Kapoor (Head - Privilege Banking ) . The earlier received alerts since April '2015 were not digitally signed .


                        IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE, I AGAIN RE-ITERATE :

                        Resolution to the fiasco as comprehensively discussed with all the persons who have till date called me from ICICI bank off late since[protected], but however have gone into oblivion ( which includes the Deputy Branch Manager Ms. Sonam Bajaj of ICICI Bank, cp, new delhi branch - designated by HO of ICICI bank to resolve my complaints and, who has spoken to me twice - but since a month is not responding o n e-mails, phone calls ) :

                        Stringent punitive action against errant ICICI bank officials including : Ms. Bindu Mittal ( B.M., CP Branch ),
                        Mr. Romesh Somisetty ( Head Service Quality ),
                        Mr. Shiva Tadikonda ( ChiefNodal officer ),
                        Mr. Rahul Sharma ( B.M. Indirapuram, Ghaziabad branch )
                        Ms. Prachi N . ( Senior Management )
                        with a confirmation on the above per return to myself

                        AND

                        a apology letter from the M.D. of ICICI bank for the undue harassment caused to me till date even after

                        unduly closing down my savings account more than one year ago and get me posted on the

                        developments.
                        ARE YOU IN DEEP SLUMBER ...E-mails are marked to just every dept at ICICI ; "customer.care", "headservicequality", "managingdirector", ""chandakochhar", "aparnamukherjee M", "senior.[protected]@icicibank.com", "sonam.[protected]@icicibank.com", , "ramesh.[protected]@icicibank.com", etc April-May 2014 till date .i plus the chain of this complaint at Consumer complaints summarizes it all ...
                        Icici bank's disgusting saga has continued despite repeated reminders till date .

                        Till date vague alerts have still been recd. By myself .

                        Icici bank is treating complaints with utter disdain as they are much overwhelmed by the

                        sense of their importance .

                        Its high time that it is made to come to its senses by balacklisting it at the premier

                        consumer forums / portals .
                        I am still receiving unscrupulous messages from icici bank till date, while rbi is
                        Feigning ignorance of whats happening around (as they seem to just agree to what the bank gives them a concocted info) ; few latest e-mail written to rbi as follows, but in vain till date :

                          Didn't receive any reply from ICICI BANK.
                          Same happened with me, same name, same numbers and it was one more number in our case, [protected].
                          Mailed ICICI and they were helpless and as this Rahul would be good in achieving targets.

                          I our case story is that we are running a company and no relations with ICICI. Somehow very recently we gave franchise of our company to a lady .Might be his husband has defaulted in payments.

                          He found numbers of our company on google and started abusing us including our female staff.We have got n number of calls and he is asking us to pay on behalf of that person.

                          We all are requesting him not to call us in this regard but he is calling from different numbers day and night.

                          This is status of ICICI today.

                            Good day sir, I am selvakumar veluchamy, NRI account holder. my A/C no[protected], Branch-theni (branch code - 6225) tamilnadu, india. On 24-nov-2015 i was trying to take money from the SBI ATM arround three time first two time i have put 5000 rupees but i didt get the money third time i have put 2500 rupees and i got it after that i checked my acc balance there i found deducted 10, 000 rupees, Than next day i went to theni branch and i did complaint regarding deducted money finally i got 7, 500 rupees amoung the 10, 000 rupees.Again i have done complaint about it, they told me already we have raised the complaint about it also they asked me to do complaint individualy that is why am doing complaint please kindly consider my complaint.                                     This is regard to a fraud transaction of Rs. 5000/- on 28-Nov-2015 from my account No.-0160XXXXXX128. On 28-Nov-2015 around 3.28 pm I received OTP for validating the transaction of Rs.5000/- which was done for Vodafone without my knowledge. I tried to contact the customer care No.[protected] to block the transaction many times since it was not done by me and when someone finally took my call the Rs. 5000/- was debited from my account. The unauthorized transaction was done by creating 3D secure password which was again not created by me. There is delay on company part since I tried to call your customer care many times but the customer case was continuously busy. In this regard I have registered complaint no.-SR[protected] to address this issue but I didn’t get any fitting reply and received the following message on 4-Dec-2015 (3.20 pm) :- “SR[protected]: Dear Customer, Dispute for INR 5000 on Account XX2128 has been declined as the transaction was authenticated with 3D secure PIN.” And the entire responsibility was framed on me despite that the 3D secure was prepared by some fraudulent means by some fraud person. Kindly look into this since it is the fault on your part. There is no timely resolution of grievances and it also displays poor cyber security of your company. Regards, Mu. Vasanthan Mob.
