Fixed Deposit of 12, 00, 000 Rs was done In the month on November 2014 ( for a period of 1 year) and Form 15G( for TDS tax) was submitted then. In May 2015( for the next financial year) again Form 15G was submitted and was not updated by your Bank.Inquiry was made to NITIN MALHOTRA ICICI BANK C BLOCK NEW DELHI 110057 and he assured to look into the matter.Later, again a form was submitted for the same FD in August and still updation was not done by the Bank. Regarding this matter several attempts have been made to resolve the matter peacefully but no effort has been done on the bank side.

Now, today i get to know from Mr. Nitin Malhotra that a FORM 15 G has been submitted on 6th OCTOBER 2015 and reversal for the amount has been done for OCTOBER ONLY and no other form has been submitted. In fact from our side, no such form has been submitted in OCTOBER .

The bank officials are not responding properly to our requests and furthermore i think forgery has been Done by the Deputy manager nitin malhotra and he used my mothers sign. He is saying only one form has been submitted in October and none else.
I want my money back for 5 months of TDS deduction starting from May to September.

            I have taken a credit card from ICICi bank 10 Years back. I got a job at Dubai and i shifted to UAE and i settled here from 2008 onward. I were having a credit card with a limit of 25000rs and i paid lot money towards that. From 2009 onward the ICICI people are calling my and threatening my parents and we told them that we are ready to make the balance amount but they are not giving us the settlement paper. Last year 2014 again they called my parents and sister and threatened, they are using bad words and calling late night also. After that i have cancelled my landline connection and changed my sisters mobile no also after that they are stopped calling us. Now last week again they are started calling to my house, my office and colleagues and irritating them by calling may times.
            This is a serious concern, my parents are senior citizens and has been harassed by these people of ICICI bank Narayanan Associates.Chennai - A collection Agency of ICICI Bank). The Name of the executive is Mr.Riyaz . His fraudulent mobile number is [protected]. Now on 20th November he called my brother in law and his mother and threatened them also.

            Now daily he is calling to my office and fighting with the call center executives and telling that he is going to terminate me from my current job by calling MD.

            Now i want a written statement stating the action taken against Mr.Mr.Riyaz and strong action against all the people involved ICICI bank (PNarayanan Associates.Chennai - A collection Agency of ICICI Bank). The Name of the executive is Mr.Vijender Singh . His so called mobile number is [protected] otherwise I will go to the court of law/consumer forum, circulate the message to the news groups, and caution all my friends about the incident.

Due to some problem.Wehad to pay the loans of rupees 1, 02000 within 10 YEARS (120 MONTHS) but now its been more than 10years that means more tha 120 months and when i went to the bank to look for the problem the Banker said that we have to pay for total 15years (168 MONTHS).How can it be and i was not informed about it soi want an answer, so if you could look after the matter and contact me i would be grateful towards you.

                Dear Team, I would like to inform you that i hold salary account in ICICI bank, On 17th November, 2015, I received messages on my mobile number which is registered with bank of debit for around 19000/- debited from my account using 3d secure password which was been generated by somebody else which was not done by me. The card was with me at that time and nobody was using it. Then, I rushed to my branch to get information that how it is possible when i am not using my card and net banking option then how the amount is debited from my account. I already filled the disputed form in bank.
                I would like to request you to please take necessary action on the above matter and solve my issue. Also, i would like to request for refund my money as earlier as possible

                  I had taken a home from ICICI BANK LTD, Branch civil lines Nagpur-440017. The bank had disbursed the loan directly to the builder by keeping my original property papers even though the flat was under construction and the builder deceived us by not giving possession for one year. The Bank sends the gundaas of the private agency to mentally torture us. They threaten to vacate our flat within 3 months without any legal procedure.

But withing sometime he said there is some error and will call back after sometime. Now my account balance is Rs. 1.88. Are you people doing fraud with customers.. Will take this legally.

                      We live in a apartment complex in Vadapalani area, Chennai. In our complex about 12 residents use ACT fibernet. ACT fibernet promised that our connection will be on a ring topology. Ring topology is designed to be fail proof. However it appears that they have not implemented this feature as promised. So single server problem disrupts our connection to the internet. AND this appears to be a service breach. Every time I register a complaint, I am supposed to get a complaint number in my registered mobile number. This never happens to me even after complaining about this. This appears to be another service breach. Every time they promise when I make a complaint over the phone that it will be fixed within stipulated time. For the last two complaints they are not keeping their promise and also no proper response from them. ACT always says server problem and never divulge additional information about the nature of the problem. They appear to be less transparent about their internal issues that are severely affecting us. For people like us working from home to conduct business, we prefer ACT fibernet for the technology, speed and reliability. At this point of time, in our area no other equivalent service is available. This requires the service provider to take additional care in providing uninterrupted service. In the past two months this has not been the case. ACT collects service fee every month in advance but fails to give uninterrupted service. ACT fibernet also promised our apartment association a free internet line and has taken the application for this. After repeated complaints they wrote an email promising within three months they would set up a server in our premises and solve the issue. But till date (more than 6 months) it has not been done.                         I had false transactions from my account on 24-25 May, 2015 for around 1 lakh rupees. My debit card is with me all the time and has been hardly used anywhere as i am in USA most of the time form last few years and it has been said that the transactions happened thru the Debit card. i had wasted around 6 months following up with customer service and they are still looking at it. In this time period i have submitted all the asked documents multiple times, when ever i call them the request is still processing and takes up to 45 days. They keep on closing the old request without resolution and open a new one and repeat the same stuff. Multiple complains have been raised but never received my hard earned money back.                           Hi All, I have salary account with ICICI from 2013, all of sudden there was a debit transaction of 'Lien marked' for 21, 663/- we were shocked, how come all of sudden without any intimation, ICICI bank will debit my salary account. Is this the way they do business with people like us. We came to know this transaction is related to my credit card transaction of Rs 2100/- in year 2008. Surprising they levied taxes, interest, compound interest calculating to 21, 663/- My saving account is salary account of my company, which has no connection with credit card. Since you have access to our accounts, will you nick the money from my savings account without informing us? Finally, I would like to conclude, that this kind of transactions should be settled with mutual understanding. Kindly request you to do the needful. thank you sreevidya

                            Regarding : Duplicate transaction.
                            Date of Incident :[protected].
                            Description : I made a transaction for rupees 1000 to load money to my pocket Account. It was successful, But it was debited twice the amount from my account as 2 different transactions within gap of 1 minute.
                            I raised a request against this duplicate transaction to ICICI customer care. They told me after 15 days it will be credit back to your source account automatically.
                            It didn't happens even 20 days later. Then again i contacted them. They told me again it will take 15 day for manual refund process. After 15 day i have contacted them. They told "Our support team contacted you, But you didn't respond so we are unable to refund" Then they asked me another number to create a new request for that new number and told me it will take another 14 days to resolve. By 16/11/2015 the deadline over. So i contact them today(18/11/2015) But they told still in process it will take some more time. I asked them about the interest for this amount but they didn't reply for that.

                              Nov 17, 2015 Return of Swipe machine This is regarding the requests I have made numerous number of times for returning of card swiping machine. It's been over two month that I have spoken to your merchant team for almost 15 times. Requeat number[protected]. They never provide me a reference number. The above mentioned number was the one that I asked from one of your merchant customer service supervisor in mumbai Sebastian. He promised me that the swipe machine will be picked up within 3 working days and then within next 2 working days I'll get my refund for the security deposit. I had this conversation three weeks ago. After two weeks I have spoken to another supervisor named Kiran and she promised it'll be picked up within next 2 days. I have all the call recordings in my phone and this is the last time I am contacting you. Please if someone can look into this and arrange the pick up of the card swipe machine from the address as mentioned and refund my security deposit. If this won't work then I'll be forced to take some legal action against ICICI Bank and will also write an email to RBI informing them about the way I'm getting treated by your customer service team and not providing me with a resolution. It's not my duty to chase up on a daily basis just to get this little thing sorted. And your team doesn't even bother to call me back with a resolution.                                   I have applied for icici bank credit cards, then approximately after 15 days of application i got call from blue dart services to confirm address for dispatching credit card. And i confirmed my address then a person from blue dart told within 3 working days i 'll bring your card at given office address. when he arrived I was not available at same place now I am receiving this status Pickup Date 6 November 2015 From :Mumbai To : Mumbai Status : SHIPMENT DELIVERED Date of Delivery : 16 November 2015 Time of Delivery : 11.30 Recipient : Ganesh/Icici Card Rto the surprising thing is i have received PIN for the same. i called to customer care many times but till now i didn't get any appropriate response from anyone. so plese try to get solve this problem ASAP, otherwise if any incident will happen from my credit card then who will be responsible for this. please contact on [protected] or mail me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                                    I got housing loan from icici, i was asked for house insurance of around 17k for 5 years, which i had agreed upon and was added to my loan amount. recently i had a thought of transferring loan to sbi where they were offering me 15yr house insurance for 12k. Meanwhile I received a call from your agent stating the house insurance has expired. i asked him the amount he said 51 k for 5 years. i said how come sbi offered me 12 k for 15yrs. then he said 5 years ago u had been given same insurance, i said no it was almost something 15 to 18k. then he said sir no you were added 33 k of your personal insurance !!!. now wht is this ? i never knew this and the bank is charging me interest on this 33 k. last time also when i had called they sent me a copy of 17k only. but today this guy sent an additional receipt of some 33k that states my insurance ??? why was this done ? cheating business / fraud / And now he says sir u can avail house insurance for only 14 k for next 15 years. first he started with 51k as house insurance for 5 years and then when caught he said 14k for 15yrs. I mean I have been already charged 51k without my knowledge and bank is earning hefty interest on it..to recover this 33k they may have recovered it in min 20 to 30 emi's of 15k around 3, 00, 000 they looted in a unauthorized way, a policy which i was never told, i never approved, never received a copy and got to know about expiry.. how can they put such a policy ????

                                      Hi, I have made a payment for my CITI bank on OCT 28th 2015 from my icici bank which is not credited to my card till date due to which i have received loss of 1941 rs (600 late payment fee + 1103.24 Interest charge + 238.45 SERVICE tax) from my citi bank. ICICI bank phone banking officers say they were upgrading the Credit card VISA transactions because of which they did not transfer. And they even state that they have informed all the banks regarding this and not to charge extra fee. But when i contacted citi bank they say it is not possible to reverse the amount 1941 rs (600 late payment fee + 1103.24 Interest charge + 238.45 SERVICE tax). When i paid my credit card bill via icici, if ICICI bank was not able to process it they should have given a heads up that this transaction will take time or can not be processed instead they even debit the amount and don't do anything forever. I am wasting so much of money in calling these people and not able to get feasible solution even after contacting the customer care manager. At the end of the day i repent being ICICI customer. What is the best step to take against this scenario so that i am not into a loss of 1941 rs because of ICICI bank issues.

                                      It was resolved from citi bank they had a word with ICICI Bank and they did reverse my charges on credit card. And ICICI Bank also reversed the amount which was transacted to citi bank but ICICI has some visa payment upgrades so the amount was not transferred . now all is settled
