I'm Naval and i have an ac.[protected]. I had gave a ac. Closer request at icici bank around 10 months ago. But ac is active that would I knew then by mistake someone transfer the amount in my above ac no. And icici bank deducted 4700 rs as non maintaince charges. Where is not my fault. They were mentality harrasing me. Please refund my hard earn money

    I am Shibu Daniel, a customer of ICICI bank from past 8 years. My account number is[protected]. Recently I called icici bank customer care to inquire about a DD deposited to my account. After providing the information about my query, icici bank telephonic officer started giving me information about Coral card. The information what he provided was absolutely wrong and misleading which I realised after I read the Terms & Conditions Telephonic officer never informed about initial joining fees or hidden terms and conditions even after I repeatedly asked if there was any limitations to the benefits . He informed there is no joining fees and only annual fees will charged for the card after completion of every year. Also, the information provided about the movie tickets was a big fat lie. He mentioned I will be getting first 2 tickets absolutely free and thereafter 5 tickets with buy one get one free in a month. He did not mention there is first come first serve policy and only 4 customers in Bangalore can avail it. He said that I could book tickets anytime 7 days a week to avail this offer and there is no hidden policy. He also tricked me to go for the card by telling he himsel[censored]ses the card and he gets free tickets without any hassle. Just to achieve the target, phone banking officer gave me lot of wrong information and mislead me. As a customer I felt cheated after receiving the card and also when the money was deducted as processing fees. When I received the card, it clearly mentioned that the card had initial processing fees and there is no 2 tickets free, its only buy one get one free if the tickets are of less than 250 Rs and also issued on first come first serve basis. I called the icici bank customer care to cancel the card and get the money refunded but they refused to do so as they do not have option to cancel over the phone and I need to go to nearest icici bank. I went to the bank and they informed even they cannot cancel the card and refund the money. They informed me to drop an email to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com. This incident has disappointed me and wasted my time. Request you to cancel the new Coral card and refund the money deducted for this, so that I can use my old debit card as I don't want to pay 570 Rs every year for Coral card. I am really not happy with the phone officer who phished me to go for the card by giving wrong information. Please treat this incident as a matter of fraud and process my request ASAP.         Dear sir/madam, I'm one of your customer facing prob with your team. I have deposited a ac payee axis bank cheque no 144709 with the name o[censored]TSAV KUMAR CHAUDHARY at one of your branch located sec 43 unitech park nr huda city center gurgaon on 18th of nov15. After 3 days I got an sms that the cheque has been dishourned due to some reason n dispatched to my mailing address. Some how it also not deliver to my address n return back to my home branch C 1/4 janakpuri Delhi. Reference: ( SR[protected]: Dear Customer, Returned Cheque 144709 got undelivered from your mailing address and is sent to branch on 23-NOV-15.Pl collect it from your branch after 3wkg days.) I have confirmed before visiting to my home branch as I'm staying at Gurgaon n its not possible to go there again n again from here" your call center confirmed me that the cheque has been delivered at my home branch n can be reveived from there in other hand I also told him to raise a req to transfer my sba ac to gurgaon. The same has transfered as well but when i went to the branch On monday 1st dec15 they told me that your cheque is not received yet...where as i indicated through sms . how is it possible...!!! Now it's been 1 week passed since the chq dispatched & still I'm struggling with your team for the same. Sir ..it is humble req you to pl help me out of this as I'm fully tired to run pillar to post each n everyday. For any issue or clarification do let me know.                       Respected Sir/Madam, The fraud practice from the ICICI BANK compels me to write this mail to you. In the month of August a salary account being no.[protected] was opened by my employer in my name through Sk. Motiur Rahaman (Mb-[protected]) of ICICI Bank, N.S. Road Branch. But on 09/11/15 without any intimation they deducted Rs. 568.86/- from my account on account of Master Expression Debit Card though I was not at all interested in it. On query, over phone they told me that I personally went to their Office and gave my consent for Master Expression Debit Card which is out and out a lie. Except their verbal reply they did not provide any documentary support for their reply. I wrote thrice through their complaint box over their web site to the various officers, concerned but neither any reply nor any complaint number has been provided to me from their end. Their complaint box is just for show-off. This is my humble request to you please look into the matter and a little bit of your endeavour in this matter, may aware a lot of account holders who are also the prey of this cheater bank.                         Dear Sir/Madam, I am an NRI working overseas and having NRE account at ICICI BANK. I would like to inform you that there are fraudulent transactions performed in I my NRE Saving account[protected] located at ICICI BANK, Sector – 19, Airoli, Navi Mumbai branch on 30/11/2015. The following are the fraudulent transactions recorded. All transactions are performed between 7 AM to 8 AM mornings. They completely made my account empty. Date 30/11/2015 Rs. 170000/- Date 30/11/2015 Rs. 170000/- Date 30/11/2015 Rs. 171000/- Date 30/11/2015 Rs. 200000/- ===================================== Total Rs. 710000/- ===================================== After receiving SMS on my registered mobile number concerning these transactions, I tried to login to my net banking in order to verify but my password had been modified so I could not login. Then I called NRI customer care to report this case which request number is SR[protected]. These all are fraud and not performed by me.                                     Hi,

                                    I got to know that ICICI bank has deducted 684 rupees under some 39931418 DP CHGS TILL OCT-15.
                                    I don’t have any demat account with ICICI bank. In past also u people deducted such amount 3 times.
                                    I have already submitted all the required document to close this activity and refund the amount.
                                    Still this is happening. Please refund my unnecessary deducted money.

                                      I have salary account with icici bank .when I checked transactions today i found that one debit transaction 01955984 DP CHGS TILL SEP-15'---- INR 570. when they create salary account they told to me that demat account is free.there is no cost for this.if it is free why they are charging this money to me. why they are cheating /sucking the blood of customers like in this way. My ICICI account number is [protected] please refund my amount asap. My phone number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Also i want to know the procedure to close this Demat account.

                                        I, Piyali Das, am a customer of ICICI bank having my salary account with them. My registered phone number with bank is [protected]. I also hold a credit card of ICICI. Though I didn't opt for the service named card protection plan for credit card, I was getting credit card bills continuously over mail. Those were system generated mails, so even if I tried to respond there were no pointers where I could raise the issue. This was going on repeatedly and finally they have blocked Rs. 6945 on 18-Nov-2015 from my salary account. I have contacted their customer care number 33667777 and they simply denied saying 'you have to pay the money'. I talked to Infosys phase 1 branch manager and she redirected me to Anish Kumar of Infosys phase 2 branch, which is also my home branch. When I talked to Anish on 23-Nov-2015 he asked me to contact Dashmeet Kawatra of credit card department to get the issue resolved. I dropped a mail to Dashmeet on 24-Nov-2015 regarding same but he did not respond. I waited for his response till 28-Nov-2015 and finally called him today on 30-Nov-2015 to raise the issue. He denied to help me and asked me to contact customer care again. I believe this is an unnecessary harassment. I want them to remove the blocking of the amount 6945 from my account because I have not taken card protection plan. Kindly help.
