Sub: Complaint against the ICICI Collection agent harassment-

Dear Sir/Maam,
As per my conversation with you I need to bring I am not as an ICICI Bank customer.

My name is Mrs. Varsha Kamat, I will not taking any lone or credit card from ICICI bank, my Brother “ Gaurav Purav”had taken credit card from ICICI bank last few years.. I don’t have any his Bank account no with me.

I somehow missed one instalment. That's when my trauma started. My aged inflows were subjected to unending calls asking for the money.

These recovery henchmen calls anytime on phone, mobile, irrespective you are sleeping in early morning or late night. They came in group anytime, gave several personal visits insulting her in my home, society and also followed her. The lady (My Mother) in her forties was trembling and today is suffering from, permanent incurable phobia due to ICICI Bank recovery agents. My mother had ruined her mental and physical health both because of horror of ICICI Bank recovery agents. Today she is suffering from much health related tensions including insomnia because of ICICI Bank torture for the agony caused to her.
They want cash payment from us, no need to cheque payment, and they did not give us Bank branch details..

1.Shouted at my mother and gave her mental torture and she passed away on 10 August 2015
2.Used foul and raw languages
3.Gave threats and was very abusive.
4.Taunted and tried to humiliate.
5.Done some indecent act –snatched my mother's mobile to talk to me.
6.He was adamant and said that he will come in the night time to disturb till the time we do not pay him.
7.He was very rude and harsh and kept on shouting- even though she (my mother) said him that she is a heart patient.
8. He was called my friend take mental torture and asking for money.
In may month 2015 My mother gave him a date to come and collect the payment but he was shouting and saying that he would sit at my place all day till the time we don't pay him.
And to mention a few words that he used, have a glance at the following utterances of that person –

1. "Jab tumhari paise wapas karne ki aukaat nahi hai to fir loan kyun lete ho"
2. "Ya to payment kar de, warna bahut tarike hain bank ke paas paise lene ke"
3. "Ek o tu payment nahi kar raha hai, aur upar se pooch rahi hai ki identity card dikha".
4. “ Tumhari maa baap ne bank ka paisa churana shikhaya hai, madarchood and chutya kahiki”
5. “teri beti ko kisi ke saath solale aur paisa humlog ko return kar, kutte ki aulad”


These are not the only statements that the bank executive used, but were also accompanied by an offensive and abusive behaviour and language, which is legally and ethically against the Human Rights and Indian Penal Code.

    On 16 Nov, 2015 I was tying to make recharge of Rs. 10 for TATA Sky . But since, I was not using registered mobile number SIM, I was not able to receive OTP which I realized later. On 17 Nov, 2015, I saw POSDEC charges of Rs. 28.5 were deducted twice from my account. I was not aware bout it. I googled and found POSDEC charges are deducted when insufficient balance. But I was having a balance of 4343.16 Rs. before deduction. I need an explanation for this. Deduction has been done for an invalid or shall I say no reason. I want a refund of Rs. 57(28.5*2) as soon as possible

      Provogue rolled out an offer with the ICICI bank in which i was eligible to buy provogue Watch on the payment of Shipping charge only. I have purchased one Gents Watch with the provogue order #[protected] on NOVEMBER 10, 2015 and made the payment with my ICICI online payment. My order status says complete and the courier company named is mentioned as Gojavas. I had the talk with the courier company as well and the tracking number provided i.e. MUMPVGP565529 mentioned is wrong as per the courier company. I have sent mails to the customer care team and the customer support number is not reachable at all...

          While accessing my CIBIL Report, i was shocked to find a negative entry from ICICI Bank towards default of Rs.8000 on an ICICI CREDIT CARD ([protected]). This card was surrendered by self during the year 2000/2001 post clearing all dues. Hence i was shocked to see it being reported after 15 years, that too for a paltry amount of Rs.8000. The surprise is that the same ICICI had issued me a personal loan (LPHYD[protected]) and a credit card ([protected]) subsequently during the year 2007, both of which were paid back ON TRACK and subsequently closed. Hence request authorities to help me contact the concerned and get this negative entry pertaining to 2000/2001 removed from my CIBIL Report. If the banker can prove that there was any unbilled amount which has got generated post my surrender of credit card, then as a law abiding citizen, willing to close the same.

              Dear Sir, From last 2 days me and my wife receiving a call from icici bank agent rohini branch . I ask him to give me a call on monday to settle the payment of my wife credit card issues. He called me and my wife today n number of time and using the abusing language to pay the payment and trying to call my relatives and friends to harass us . If bank using this way out taking out the money from there customer then no body would like to pay the money in gunda raj . We are a service class people and i am also using 5 banks credit card there is no issues because they support us in a polite manner .                   Today was making payment of my electricity bill through I mobile after feeding the details it flashed the transaction incomplete try again but the money was debited it happened thrice today, The CRM is helpless and asked me to go and chase beneficiary. The fact is due to their App problem my account was debited thrice but no help or solution by ICICI bank.

                    I went to fill the fuel for my vehicle and swap my debit card at Chandigarh Petroways, Chandigarh, Sector-52-B, on[protected] at 14:53:06. Rs.1520/- was debited from my saving account[protected] but petrol pump denied to fill the fuel in my car and said that money was not credited into their account. I discussed this matter with branch manager of ICICI bank. Employee of petrol pump and ICICI bank manager said that this amount would be reversed with in 24 hours into my saving account. Up to[protected] Rs.1520/- did not reverse into my account. Both parties are denied to return my looting money. ICICI is very famous for frauds and cheating.

                      After i submitted my complain

                      consumercomplaints.in I received a call from ICICI bank for sorting out the issue but at that time I was not having proper resources to fulfill the ICICI employee's said conditions so he promised me to first acquire necessary tools and to call back.

                      after i called back on the same number there was no one to respond. what kind of pathetic service ICICI provides

                      This is not at all expected from a BANK that is declared as a D-SIB.
                      PLEASE SOLVE the problem as soon as possible.

                            I have been using ICICI bank account for more than 5 years. I held a titanium credit card from ICICI bank. 3 months ago, I redeemed my reward points to a TT bat (price is 100 rupees). Afterwards, I cancelled the card as I was moving abroad. After 2 days, my credit card had been cancelled. After 1 months, ICICI bank reactivated my credit card and added 110 due amount to that account. When I enquired with customer care executives, they said I had to pay for the shipping amount. I redeemed my reward points for a TT bat worth 100 rupees, and I have to pay 110 rupees to ICICI bank for shipping. How stupid it is. This is nothing short cheating. Customer care guys were very harsh in a reply to my email regarding the same. I think I will close my ICICI account and never suggest to my friends.

                            For Catalogue based redemption on PAYBACK Rewards Scheme, a Redemption Facilitation Fee of Rs.99.00 with Service Tax of 12.36% will be levied on each redemption.

                            For Online and in-store redemption on PAYBACK Rewards Scheme, a Redemption Facilitation Fee of Rs.25.00 with Service Tax of 12.36% will be levied on each redemption on PAYBACK Partner Brands like www.bookmyshow.com and www.makemytrip.com and in-store partners like Big Bazaar and HPCL.

                            This Redemption Fee with Service Tax will be charged to your monthly Credit Card statement.

                            Hence we are unable to reverse the charges and your credit card outstanding amount is 235.50 DB as on statement date 08/11/2015

                              Dear Sir,
                              At the ATM, when i want to withdraw cash two times. the second time it displays a message
                              " Transfer funds to Charity" on top screen a small message comes, Generally we don't read the message, and see what happens our cash withdrawals goes to Charity.

                              Why you want to display messages to transfer funds to Charity. When i have come to withdraw cash in urgency and within short of time for my own use.

                              can you please remove this type of messages when people come to withdraw cash and try to withdraw 2 to 3 times in one go...

                              Please take this issue seriously and I want a confirmation for the same.

                                I have applied for a PL & found out (using CIBIL Report) that there is an existing two wheeler loan at my name of ICICI Bank with Loan Account Number LTMZP[protected].

                                Either provide the details and tell me the way to correct this report or I am going to file an FIR against this as this is not my loan and how it is being showing in CIBIL report

                                Sir, thanks for your reply, but I would like to inform you. I have raised the dispute to CIBIL website. CIBIL has sent me a mail, briefing that the information is correct (Service Request Number[protected].
                                I have gone through the Loan Account Number of ICICI Bank. Only two things are matching these are name & date of birth of the account holder.There is no PAN and other relevant information in that account. I have never heard the name of the place, where from the person was. In addition to that the loan was taken in November 2005, the time I did my regular professional course from Jaipur.
                                It's mere Rs.6615, that has spoiled my credit score to take a loan.
                                I wish you understand my problem and will take necessary action to correct it down.

                                  Hello Everyone, I am having savings bank account in ICICI ahmedabad branch from last 3 and a half years and my account no. is[protected]. Contact No:- [protected] On 8/11/2015 when i was about to pay for a mobile recharge my transaction failed because a whooping sum of Rs.513 was deducted from my account by ICICI bank on 31/10/2015 in the name of SMAB CHGS. Till date I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. I hereby request for a full scale money back. Thanks

                                    I am account holder of DCB bank and has asked my mother to withdraw cash for me, she has used ICICI bank ATM for the withdrawal for INR 5000, as was deposited in SBI machine. after 24 hours we were informed that 11000 rs note is fake !!!

                                    note was issued from ICICI Bank ATM located at Hindutan naka, Kandivali west branch on dated 5/11/2015, time 05.28.13 evening

                                    kindly help and advice with further solution

                                      Hi, last four days i'm trying to connect with credit card department regarding value manages in month.but I'm so irritate getting worst services of icici bank credit card. every time saying pressing no of buttons but not connected. where do i call directly to customer care, please resolve this issues as earliest.otherwise i'll close this a/c very soon.

                                        I've found several discrepancies in the bank statement with respect to the savings bank account I have in ICICI. There are several unwarranted deductions.

                                        The deductions are all dp charges-Demat account charges.


                                        Also I've seen that these are faced by several other ICICI bank customers as I have noticed in Consumer Complaints forum.


                                        I mailed the ICICI customer care at [protected]@icicibank.com

                                        But the Customer care guys says that Its deducted regardless of transactions made, but I've not even activated demat account.


                                        I do not hold any demat account.Also I've never logged into any demat account.Its just that one of the ICICI folks called me repeatedly and asked me to get an account and activate it.I clearly rejected the offer and never activated any such account. None of the accounts will be activated unless I login and activate such an account.I clearly have not logged in and have not activated any such demat account.


                                        The customer care guy says that I need to fill closure form but the debited account will not be returned, this is utter fraud on the part of ICICI bank to deduct money for an account never activated.

                                        We dont even receive notification on mobile when such money is deducted.Its a web of fraud weaved by ICICI bank as can be seen clearly.

                                        The fact that dp charges will be deducted is not conveyed to the customer at any point in time-no mail communication, no mobille communication.

                                        I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

                                        Such bad customer care-Its a shame they call themselves customer care.They ask me to close an account that I never activated.Will never use any of their services again.
                                        You can complain directly OMBUDSMAN of RBI at any time through email or online through their website.

                                        Send your complaint by email. Once you get complaint number, the bank people run behind you to solve the issue.

                                        RBI ombudsman can be used for any kind of complaints against banks that do not provide its service, disrespect customers, delaying services etc.,
