I have a Savings account in ICICI bank for 10 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '45518865 DP CHGS TILL OCT15'---- INR 490.20'.When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected] This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

    See My amount in the Business Purpose I have two statements with respect to Sept27th and Sept 29th -2015. Till Today I am not Received 3.5 laks amount and when ever approach to customer care or the other team no one is giving proper inputs and trying to talk irrelevant with rude maner with us.Every time with out reason saying and stoped money .
    ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        This is regarding the horrible service received from ICICI Bank on a personal loan.

        The documents required were submitted on the 30th of October 2015 and multiple calls made to the person who collected the documents there after as the documents were not submitted. Days passed with multiple calls being exchanged and complaints being raised.

        Once the documents were submitted, I received a call stating additional documents were required which were also submitted on the 20th of November 2015 and I was informed the amount will be in my account by Monday 23rd of November, which did not happen. I was also given the contact details of the relationship manager Amutha of the Bommanahalli branch contact number [protected], who was contacted the same day and she stated she was not at work and will call back, which she never did.

        Today I called Amutha about 4 times before she answered. Details were provided to her and then she hung up. I tried calling her back and she sends a text stating "Sorry, I'm busy. Call back later". I have tried calling her multiple times, without any response.

        This is really bad service. I was told the loan will be processed within 7 days of submitting the documents. It has now been 27 days. I have provide confidential documents and I have no idea what is being done with them by these incompetent people.

        Even I have the same issue.
        I already have a loan in ICICI Bank. I applied for top up of the loan. ICICI people called me twice to tell that my documents will be collected but no one came.
        Finally I went to nearest branch in A-Block, AECS Layout, Kundalahalli. After 2 days, I got the call from Bomanhalli branch, one lady told that i have not submitted the documents. Then I told her that i have already given, then she cut the call.
        One day later I got the message stating that "MY CREDIT CARD APPLICATION IS REECTED" but "I HAVE GIVEN DOCUMENTS FOR TOP UP OF PERSONAL LOAN". AND NOW I CANNOT RE APPLY.
        CUSTOMER CARE DO NOT TELL ANYTHING.
        SERVICES ARE TOO BAD

          Got a call today morning from the no - [protected] claiming that he is calling from ICICI Bank card and as I am holding clean history bank is offering me a discount card with 6 benefits for which I have to pay 6399/- which will be reversed in the next billing cycle. He then said that I will receive a call from ICICI Bank verification department for IVR verification where in will have to key in card details for paying the amount. After few minutes I got a call from the no - [protected] (Delhi no) confirming again the 6 benefits and was asking for card no, expiry date etc. As I knew its a fraud and I was playing with them but at the end I blasted them left and right with lots of abuse. Request you to take a stern action against them by tracing the above provided phone numbers

            My 3D Secure Pin for Online Purchasing is Blocked,
            And message is showing
            To Unblock your card/login, please contact ICICI Bank Customer Care.

            I called to customer care for this but a pre recorded tape is running there asking for debit card number.
            I enter my debit card number (16 digits) it is telling me that it is invalid number .

            I am not getting how to unblock my card for online trasnaction? PLEASE HELP.

              To whomever it May Concern,
              Sir/Madam,
              Subject: Cheated as a result of fraudulent activity in the name of Consumer Forum Complaint Resolution
              This is to bring to your notice that I had lodged a complaint with the Consumer Forum of India on November 24, 2015 regarding a faulty machine from Eureka Forbes following which I received some fraudulent calls from unknown numbers who claimed to be Eureka Forbes personnel trying to refund me the money for the faulty machine and eventually robbed me of 13, 000 INR.
              The details go as following:
              • I lodged the complaint with the Consumer Forum in the morning to which I got a reply acknowledging the issue along with a link that gave the details of my complaint. The link is:

              • After I received this mail my wife got a call from the number: [protected]. Somebody who introduced himself as Mr. Abhijit Bhattacharya, Director Eureka Forbes told my wife that since we have lodged a complaint with the consumer forum, they need to return all the money back to us. Therefore, someone from ICICI bank will call her to verify the details and transfer the 17, 000 (the cost of the Eureka Forbes water purifier) to the account. Also, when my wife asked this person to call me and wanted to give my number he stated that since her number is registered with Eureka Forbes, he will not call any other number.
              • Since my wife was quite unsure about the issue, she asked me to call this Mr. Bhattacharya and when I did he said the same thing to me too.
              • Then someone called Nilesh called my wife from the number [protected] and asked her for the account ID to which the amount 17, 000 INR needs to be transferred by NEFT. Since my wife was not aware of the bank details, she asked that person to call back in 15 minutes so that she can take the details from me.
              • In the meanwhile I got a call from someone who introduced himself as an ICICI bank employee. This person told me that he will give me some cash pick up code and I need to immediately collect the money from an ATM. When I told him that I am busy and I will do it later he insisted that I do it right away as Eureka Forbes needs to return the money immediately else they will be penalized by the consumer court.
              • I was busy with my work and family tension, yet I went to the ATM where they again called me and told me to go to the FUND TRANSFER option in the ATM Machine after which they will give me a reference number which when keyed in will give them the authorization to transfer the money to my account for immediate withdrawal.
              • I did as they told me to with one of my accounts which had a balance of about 4, 000 INR when they said that since this is a salary account they are not able to transfer it here, so I should give them my other ICICI account.
              • I got into my other account and as they kept saying keyed in the numbers which they told me were the reference and code numbers respectively.
              • Till now I was absolutely unaware that I had transferred all my money in the respective two accounts into their account and all the numbers they were giving me were their account numbers as I had never done an ATM Fund transfer before this instance.
              • I also did not get an immediate mobile alert about any transaction due to which I all the more did not doubt any fraudulent activity.
              • It was only about 10-15 minutes later when the transaction sms came did I realize that the money had been debited from my account to some unknown account which I had keyed in the ATM, considering it to be the reference number and code number.
              • On realizing the whole thing I immediately got my ICICI cards blocked.
              • I also called back on the numbers from where I had got the call from the so called ICICI employee who even picked my phone and told me that that the debit had happened by mistake and the amount will be refunded by 4:30. In fact the person who took the call even said welcome to ICICI and took permission to place my call on hold before transferring I to the right person.
              • My wife also called on the number from which she had got the calls and that same person said that the money will be transferred by 4:30 and this was system error.
              • Their phones are all switched off now and money has been refunded.
              • On checking with ICICI, I have found out that the account to which the money was transferred belongs to some Mr. Ritul Kumar Bohra from Assam. The account number is:
              • Also, on checking with the highest of Eureka Forbes officials in Kolkata, I found that no refund was initiated by the company due to a consumer court order and they even came to my house in the evening to rectify the issue with my water purifier.
              I would request you to take a note of this entire incident as the entire transaction, though done by me was done without any knowledge of the fraud happening and the whereabouts of the account holder in whose name the money was being transferred as I had never before performed ATM Fund transfer and believed in the people calling me as they had all the details of the complaint numbers that I had lodged with Eureka Forbes as well as the Consumer Forum.
              I would again like to reiterate that the fraudsters already had the following information:
              • That I had two accounts with ICICI from which I had made payments to Eureka Forbes
              • I was extremely annoyed with Eureka Forbes for the bad quality machine and the regular problem that I was facing
              • The fact that I had filed a complaint with the Consumer Forum for a permanent solution to this issue.
              • The fact that my wife’s number is registered with Eureka Forbes and mine is not
              • My mobile number
              Following are the numbers and names from which we got the calls:

              Please be informed that I have no knowledge about the whereabouts of the account holder in whose name I had mistakenly and unknowingly transferred the 13, 000 INR from the two ICICI accounts.

                    I had ICICI credit card using from a month.ICICI Bank debited 3500 rupees from my creditcard as joining fee without giving any information.At the time of applying i was applied for joining free card.From the time of applying they have taken more than 2 months for processing.even i did not get the conformation call one fine day i received the credit card through the blue dart courier.untill that even i don't know the type of card i am going to get and the credit limit.When i called to the customer cared they have not given any clear information.The worst bank and worst service.

                        Fixed Deposit of 12, 00, 000 Rs was done In the month on November 2014 ( for a period of 1 year) and Form 15G( for TDS tax) was submitted then. In May 2015( for the next financial year) again Form 15G was submitted and was not updated by your Bank.Inquiry was made to NITIN MALHOTRA ICICI BANK C BLOCK NEW DELHI 110057 and he assured to look into the matter.Later, again a form was submitted for the same FD in August and still updation was not done by the Bank. Regarding this matter several attempts have been made to resolve the matter peacefully but no effort has been done on the bank side.

                        Now, today i get to know from Mr. Nitin Malhotra that a FORM 15 G has been submitted on 6th OCTOBER 2015 and reversal for the amount has been done for OCTOBER ONLY and no other form has been submitted. In fact from our side, no such form has been submitted in OCTOBER .

                        The bank officials are not responding properly to our requests and furthermore i think forgery has been Done by the Deputy manager nitin malhotra and he used my mothers sign. He is saying only one form has been submitted in October and none else.
                        I want my money back for 5 months of TDS deduction starting from May to September.

                                  I have taken a credit card from ICICi bank 10 Years back. I got a job at Dubai and i shifted to UAE and i settled here from 2008 onward. I were having a credit card with a limit of 25000rs and i paid lot money towards that. From 2009 onward the ICICI people are calling my and threatening my parents and we told them that we are ready to make the balance amount but they are not giving us the settlement paper. Last year 2014 again they called my parents and sister and threatened, they are using bad words and calling late night also. After that i have cancelled my landline connection and changed my sisters mobile no also after that they are stopped calling us. Now last week again they are started calling to my house, my office and colleagues and irritating them by calling may times.
                                  This is a serious concern, my parents are senior citizens and has been harassed by these people of ICICI bank Narayanan Associates.Chennai - A collection Agency of ICICI Bank). The Name of the executive is Mr.Riyaz . His fraudulent mobile number is [protected]. Now on 20th November he called my brother in law and his mother and threatened them also.

                                  Now daily he is calling to my office and fighting with the call center executives and telling that he is going to terminate me from my current job by calling MD.

                                  Now i want a written statement stating the action taken against Mr.Mr.Riyaz and strong action against all the people involved ICICI bank (PNarayanan Associates.Chennai - A collection Agency of ICICI Bank). The Name of the executive is Mr.Vijender Singh . His so called mobile number is [protected] otherwise I will go to the court of law/consumer forum, circulate the message to the news groups, and caution all my friends about the incident.

                                    I Rajesh Kumar Chettri S/O BasantiChettri( ADDRESS: MIDDLE PLUS, DEVIDANGA BAZAR CHAMPASARI GRAM PANCHAYAT SILIGURI-734403) we two had appliedfor home loan in the year 2004 of rupees 2, 00000 and your bank proved it and we were given our first installment of rupees 1, 02000 out of 2 LAKHS but your bank did not provide us withsecond installment of rupees 98, 000. Due to some problem.Wehad to pay the loans of rupees 1, 02000 within 10 YEARS (120 MONTHS) but now its been more than 10years that means more tha 120 months and when i went to the bank to look for the problem the Banker said that we have to pay for total 15years (168 MONTHS).How can it be and i was not informed about it soi want an answer, so if you could look after the matter and contact me i would be grateful towards you.

                                      Dear Team, I would like to inform you that i hold salary account in ICICI bank, On 17th November, 2015, I received messages on my mobile number which is registered with bank of debit for around 19000/- debited from my account using 3d secure password which was been generated by somebody else which was not done by me. The card was with me at that time and nobody was using it. Then, I rushed to my branch to get information that how it is possible when i am not using my card and net banking option then how the amount is debited from my account. I already filled the disputed form in bank.
                                      I would like to request you to please take necessary action on the above matter and solve my issue. Also, i would like to request for refund my money as earlier as possible
