Hi All,
I want to bring one incidence in your notice that there was a Fraud Transaction of 10, 000 /- happened with ATM on 22nd Sept 2015 through ICICI bank ATM located at TOT Mall Noida(UP) having ATM ID - (SICW-2645).
On 22nd i visited this ATM to withdraw Rs 500/- from my AXIS bank Debit Card ([protected] ), but the ATM machine was hanging intermittently and the screen is also not showing the desired outputs as per the input provided, there was also another ICICI bank ATM beside same ATM in same building where i successfully withdrawn Rs 500/-.on 15:23 pm and got assured by checking the remaining balance of my account that was OK till that time.
After 10 -11 minutes i got message that Rs 10, 000/- has been debited from my A/C at 15:34 pm through ATM located at TOT MALL NOIDA UP (SICW-2645), Immediately i reported this incident to my Home branch of AXIS Bank and ICICI BANK branch at Steller IT park sec -62 Noida who is maintianing this ATM, they insisted me to register a FIR for this incidence which i have registered(Enclosing the FIR copy).
As i am keep on following on this case since more than one month, but i am not observing a single progress on this issue as ICICI bank is letting Keep on closing again and again by saying "Customer has withdrawn money”.

I am pretty much sure that some malpractices have been made with this ATM machine and this ATM machine is faulty, as i am attaching the ledger for that day for this ATM of date 22/09/2015.(EJ_4.jpg)
Please have a look here that all the transactions were not having a session more than 60 seconds, but in case of my Transaction the session was started on 15:20:08 and money have been withdrawn at 15:33:58 which is approx 14 minutes.
Date - 22/09/2015
Start time of Transaction- 15:20:08.
PIN entered - 15:33:32 ( during that time i was having my ATM card and i was not present on that ATM machine)
Cash Taken- 15:33:58
End time of Transaction- 15:34:08.
Total Duration of Transactions - 14 Minutes ( which is not expected to carry as much long session with any ATM machine).
I want to highlight below points which will help in the Investigation of this issue-
1)There were no Security Guard available on this ATM on 22nd Sept 2015.
2)There was no any Point of contact Number provided on this ATM which is generally available on all ATMs so that Customer is unable to report these cases.
3) The footage provided by the ICICI Bank as per FIR request is not all all clear, so unable to identify the Culprit.( Camera Used in ATM machine is useless).
4) Is it possible to have a 14 minutes session in the ATM machine?. which is practically not possible to have such a long sessions for a single transaction.
Request you to Kindly Investigate this issue on your Level as i am not getting any a single positive response from Bank and from last 1 and half month i keep on following up with ICICI bank and my home Branch of AXIS bank
Its my appeal to take this case on priority as Rs 10, 000 /- is very heavy amount for me and i am being very much troubled with this loss, therefore request you to please ask ICICI bank to return my money back as all this has happened due to their technical faults and improper maintenance and security on their ATM.
