I have been getting unnecessary monthly charges(MAB) in my account. i suppose to maintain average balance of INR 10000 in order to avoid MAB charges. i have kept INR 10000 as fixed deposit but still i have been charged MAB charges. I have requested ICICI to reverse the charges but they are not ready to listen. Kindly find below email conversation for your kind reference.
