Dear Sir, I applied for ICICI Credit card approx. 45 days ago. I also confirmed from ICICI Bank about issuing my credit card. They provide me my 16 digit credit card number [protected].     Dear sir, I open my account in icici on month of jan 2015 my account no[protected].At a time of account opening executive told me not a single amount debited from your account but every month he is deduct amount from my account in last two months 16000/ rs deducted from my account. Please help me to reverse my amount.

      I have applied for ICICI BANK credit card but I have not received my credit card right now in-spite of that I have received electronic statement on my mail, how can this possible without receiving credit card, and mention information in e-estatement is totaly wrong.

        I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 3 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'DP CHGS TILL JULY-15'---- INR 684'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

          I m Vijay bhandari..before 3 months icici bank sanction me loan amount of 6 lacks having EMI of 14, 039.00.my loan account no is LPIND[protected].But they have disbursed only 4 lacks in my account and taking EMI for 6 lacks per month.i discussed many times with your executive Mr.Aswin Dubey working in malav parisar Indore branch but he is not able to resolve the matter even not picking the phone many times..so I request u to please resolve the matter as soon as possible Otherwise I am not going to pay next EMI of this loan.

            Had a sales pitch in my Mumbai office and was offered an ICICI Coral MasterCard Credit Card. Have received the card last week. Was quoted the following T&C at point of sale: 1.             I have been getting unnecessary monthly charges(MAB) in my account. i suppose to maintain average balance of INR 10000 in order to avoid MAB charges. i have kept INR 10000 as fixed deposit but still i have been charged MAB charges. I have requested ICICI to reverse the charges but they are not ready to listen. Kindly find below email conversation for your kind reference.                 My bank transactions shows one debit transaction '39331051 DP CHGS TILL JUL-15' dated 25/08/2015. I have a salary account in ICICI bank and we were told by the ICICI representative during account creation that Demat account is free of cost, and were not told about any DP charges. Also, I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.

                Please refund my amount and close/deactivate my demat account.

                      I applied for the ICICI Credit Card and the application no is [protected]. Today I received a call for the same and after that an email saying "we regret to inform you that based on the information or documents submitted by you and additional criteria as applicable, your application [protected] cannot be processed any further." May I please ask why is it. Let me know the rejection details, it's my right. Around 10 months back also they rejected my credit card application saying that your salary doesn't meet our criteria, WTF at that time I visited the branch ask the representative for all the details and he said everything is fine and you can apply for the card. and when I applied they took around one month to tell me that you salary is low. I don't understand why it's took so long to tell me that and how much salary you want a person should be 12 lakh. Hope to hear back soon with proper details.

                            This complaint is in regards that i have given interview for sales officer post in icici bank conducted by ITM-VASHI in Jul or August 2013 exactly not remembering it. But due to family issues and my medical treatment i couldnt went through there internship conducted at ITM as i had submitted by original 10th marksheet for this job and i had been given acknowledgement slip by them but that slip has been lost but i had trying to call ITM in this regards from last year and i have visited their recuirtment office at andheri and given application for the same mentioning all my issues but from there end getting reply backend team will check and will call me back...

                              The payment due in my Credit Card was Rs 31089.20.On 31.07.2015 i made two payments of Rs 10000/- each towards the referred credit card and Rs 11100/- as final payment on 03/08/2015 on due date. On 12/08/2015 one of the entries Rs 10000/-was refunded in my account for reasons not known. On checking my account statement on 1908/2015 I again paid the amount of Rs 10000/- Now I received the statement of account with interest charged Rs 1350.05+ Service Tax rs 189.01 on the balance outstanding. Will you please pacify, why your bank refunded the amount of Rs 10000/- after keeping the amount for 13 days and fuhrer charging the interest for no fault of mine.                                   I have been using ICICI credit card for the past 8years (both credit card and debit account ). I cleared all my CC bills on time. I stopped using credit card since 2012 . In 2014 November, there were few unauthorized transactions happened on my credit card. I neither lost mm credit card nor shared its credentials to others. I lodged a complain immediately by speaking to its customer care . As per their suggestion I visited BTM Bangalore branch and submitted all the required documents. Also they verified my original passport and visa pages and confirmed that they are good with verification . No additional documents are required as per that bank executive. After a week I saw that they reverted those unauthorized transactions but temporarily. After two weeks I got a call from ICICI bank and that customer care guy was saying that they never received my document . I went back to same btm branch and cross checked. They reconfirmed me that they had already sent my documents and even showed me the mail they sent . So I called ICICI customer care and handed over phone to BTM ICICI bank employee who sent my docs. That customer care guy was not believing and said that they hadn't received documents. So I scanned my docs and sent to ICICI customer dispute email and now our super ICICI customer care called me again to say that my passport is not clear and requested me to resend. Then I rescanned and sent. Again I wasn't able to satisfy ICICI. Third time I visited BTM branch and handed over my passport to them so that they can use the world's best scanner that they have . They scanned and showed mercy on me and promised that this time my issue would get closed. ICICI torture continues... Again getting calls from ICICI Chennai office.This time new way of torturing.. They call but no one talks ..Calling me every day but no sound..whatever .. I am never gonna pay single penny for those unauthorized transactions. I am ready to face ICICI.. Let them take the action .. I have tried my best to cooperate with them.But they never changed ..Worst ICICI ...

                                  I got response on[protected] as below from ICICI([protected]@icicibank.com) for the above complaint

                                  "I am the designated manager looking into your concern and I request you
                                  to allow me time till 9:00 p.m. of August 31, 2015 to update you with
                                  the status.

                                  We appreciate your patience and request your co-operation in the said matter. "

                                  I thought that ICICI would resolve my issue, I got another response on 31-August as below . This clearly tells that, ICICI cust care again bringing the issue to starting Point. I lodged the complaint that ICICI bank not resolving my issue even if I submitted my passport copies mutliple time to ICICI bank . But now again they wanted me to submit my passport copies. I do not want to submit any docuemnts of passport copies, let it happen whatever they wanted to do.. I am ready to face


                                  "Further, we are co-ordinating with our concerned branch with regards to your
                                  documents, however, we request you to provide your complete copies of
                                  your passport along with stamped pages for priority investigation."

                                  I was crying that ICICI singing the same old song.. Again you added a comment saying that you sent a super mail to me on 9/24.. I eagerly opened my email and the mail says that I need to resubmit my passport copies ..

                                  How many times I need to submit ..???

                                  I received the similar mails around 10..

                                  If you can't help me in resolving this issues then leave it.. DoNot irritate me again and again.

                                    What is the reason for deducting 3 times for ATMDEC CHG/18-07-15/2407/25ST3. This is very frustrating with out even giving notice for what reason this amount had been deducted. Bank should not have any legal right to deduct cash from the customer account with out their approval. Today this is small amount, we never know this may even lead to big amount transactions. We are loosing faith in Banks, Can RBI take some steps to stop all this fraud?

                                      Hi, My name is Vijayakanth, Day before yesterday, I got a call from ICICI recovery team, They enquired about my Cousin, he didn't settle his Credit card payment. I don't know anything about this. My cousin in abroad, i don't know where is he now exactly, Past 3 years I didn't have any contact with him. Initially they speaking politely then they used so many bad words in Tamil, He used to call this number [protected]. That person name is Sureshkumar, He is working in Chennai branch. If I didn't pick the call, they will call my office land line numbers, and they told, we will tall with HR using bad words, then the company will terminate like this. Also they threatening like we will send the local executive to your office like that. I checked with my office legal advisor, regarding this, He told to file the police complaint against this. Before that i want to get some details about this number. When I searched I found the below one, http://www.truecaller.com/in/[protected] Name - Phone number [protected] Fixed line Address Chennai, Tamil Nadu India Monday anyway they will call, when they call will use bad words, I will record that too before complaint it.
