        Hi Team, Can this complaint be lodged against ICICI bank who has not credited an agreed interest of 9.00% on FD[protected]. Initially i logged a fixed deposit of Rs.1, 00, 000/- on 22/05/2014 for 390 days @09.00% whose maturity date was 15/06/2015. But after maturity when i saw a credit of Rs 4, 584 as an interest (approx. 4.5%) on this FD i got shocked and complained icici bank Hinjewadi branch, Pune along with phone banking who has raised service request on 22/06/2015 After several follow-ups and with number of service requests which are mentioned below: 1.) SR[protected] 2.) SR[protected] apart from above three there were other 3 service requests which i don't have handy with me at the moment, i could see that the case is moving nowhere and i get a response that they are still working on this, or they close the service request saying customer has not picked up the phone which is not the case. I need to call them up and have to explain the matter each time and get the service request raised.           Dear All, My self Pradip Ku. Pani. was working with ICICI bank as a sales officer. My emp id is- 289672. I was working at cuttack branch, Odisha Region. Due some personal problem i am unable to continue my job. I have discontinued my job from Nov 2014. As per HR norms i have deposited all the all the dues. I have deposited my Graduation certificate at the time of joining. After a several mail to ICICI bank HR dept., the bank has not refund my original certificate.             Have opted for a coral debit card sometime back and was expecting the reward points of 1500. there is no for more than 4 month now. the customer care also does not know completely of their product. the terms for credit gets changed each time when you call them (intially about the purchase, then the number of days it would take to credit. initially it was 60 then it is 120).

              Dear Sir, I am really frustrated with ICICIBANK Services. I could not able to requesting new ATM DEBIT card without OTP. Latest mobile number is not updated with bank. I am in USA (My stay would be longer Cannot walkout to ICICI bank), came for project work. Even I could not bale to call customer care asking for ATM pin number.I would like to do transactions, MY ATM card is blocked.                 There was an unrecognized transaction in my account which shows some DP charges Till Jun[protected] and a sum of Rs. 283.59 has been deducted without any notice. Please note that I have closed my Demat account two years before (probably 2013) and surrendered all the documents to the ICICI Demat Branch, Ahmedabad as well. Also, I did not received any message alert to my registered mobile number regarding the amount deduction. This is completely unacceptable and therefore requesting to recheck with your concern department and refund the amount back to my account as early as possible. I have seen a previous consumer complaint regarding this but didn't expect the same to be repeated.

                I received immediate response from the bank authorities but again the process has slowed down. Even after submitting the closure application the account was not closed. I was told via telephone that the process of closure will be initiated from the concerned bank dept as early as possible (Max 3-4 days after the complaint service registration). Thereafter, I would be receiving the information regarding the account closure and refund. But till now I haven't received any response other than service request number: SR[protected].

                  Dear ICICI With all due respect i want to state that my ICICI salary account was open in year 2013 and at that time ICICI employee also provided me the demat account also. Later on i received many calls from ICICI to activate the Demat Account but i didn't do that. After few month once again i received a call, i requested concerned customer care dept that i don't want to use and i haven't deactivated the account so please don't call me. After that i never received a call from them. But what i saw today is completely strange. ICICI deducted Rs.684 from my account. May i know the reason of deduction. Waiting for your reply.                     I just logged in my internet banking after many months and found that from past 2 months approx Rs 800 have been deducted from my account named as SMAB Charges. Had a word with their customer care deptt. They told that as per the bank policy if the salary is not not credited from last 3 months, then the account becomes savings account. In savings account a minmum balance of rs 10000 has to be maintained. Now at the time of opening, I was clearly told that my account is a Zero Balance account. This T&C had to be told to the customer clearly. If it was told to me earlier, I would have never opted for this bank. I need my charges waived off for these 2 deductions. This is clearly a cheating, that at the time of opening some terms and conditions are hided from the customer. I need my refund. My contact no is [protected].

                    Many reputed companies open their employe salary account with private banks, they are HDFC bank, IDBI bank, AXIS bank, ICICI bank, (may be they get commission for doing so) never open your salary account in these type of banks. These are not Indian originated banks, Always go with nationalised banks, you will be quiet satisfied with them. State bank of India will be the best

                    Fake people just stay away.
                    Dear Friend, Only your patience will be appreciated, but your money will not be refunded, my friend has faced the same problem by getting deducted approx 6000 Rs from his account in HDFC.This type of T&C are included in their acount opening form. Change your banker my friend.

                        I have informed clearly ICICI bank to cancel out the credit card which is not useful for me since they are including more taxes and other fees. But till January they dint block and now asking 5000 as interest for 3000 i spent. Please help me.

                        Actually I called customer care and wasted entire day...then only I came here to lodge complaint.Your bank asking to pay sum of 8000 rupees of which I have spent 2900 on credit card.I clearly mentioned to block credit card one year before but all in sudden your bank blocked my salary account to pay 8000 rupees.

                        Is this new way to cheat customers?
                        who gave permission to take money from my salary account without any prior notice?
                        Why dint you block my card last year itself when i requested for the same?
                        Do you want me to pay whatever the fees and extra charges which i dint spent?

                        I made a big mistake on opening salary account with you.Please dont behave like a cheap.I never hesitate to pay whatever i spent;Be loyal.Never and ever come to our company to promote any of your products and services.
                        And your customer care execute were providing irrelevant and false statements to me yesterday.Her name Pooja from ICICI, Hydrebad.Dont think customers are fools.

                          I have been out of India since Aug 2014 and came to visit India in May 2015 and was wishing to open a NRE account with the bank and visited ICICI Bank branch in Khodiyar Colony, Jamnagar. Promptly they gave me the card and they came to my place to collect all the documents and i was surprised with the privilege given for opening account but the things soured after i flew out of India. I have submitted all the required Documents when they visited my place on 3rd June, 2015 as asked by the Official and they provided me with the ATM and even the Account No. for the same then i flew back to Gulf and even after frequent inquiry to the officials i can not check the status of my account as of now. Once they asked me to provide the same document again and i mailed that too but still there is no response from the person regarding the same. Either they don't know how to open NRE account or they don't know the Required documents for opening an NRE Account.

                              I submitted all the documents to the executive. Its been almost a month now. I submitted on June last week. Now its almost a month. There is no information or record what happened. Even the address verification was done. When I contacted executive He says contact the Bank. If I contact the Bank person they say Contact the Telecaller who sold you credit card. When I contacted Telecaller she says she has no information. Now I am scared what happened to my documents. I have submitted very confedential documents like Passport copy, pancard, Salary statements, Bnak statements.                                 While transferring funds to my friend's ICICI account[protected] from my ICICI account[protected] on 24th of Dec 2014, I mistyped the bank account number and it got transferred to a wrong account, which is inactive for more than a year and the man can't be located. I contacted the bank for the same issue and they provided me with the address of the wrong recipient, which was incorrect. It has been 7 months since the complaint made. I have written multiple emails to the bank branch, even to CEO Chanda Kocchar's desk, made multiple rounds to the bank. Even after confirming from the police station that the man is no longer available at the given address, phone number and all his other details with the bank are invalid and his account remains inactive for more than a year now, the bank is not agreeing to return my money, which is a huge amount of Rs.60000. The person from the CEO desk is Chandramouli - Senior Management Desk, who again redirected the entire matter to the local bank branch deputy manager Mr. Sandip Desai (his mobile number [protected])

                                  I am holding a saving's account of ICICI Bank from last 8 years. On 15th June 2015 there was a suspicious fraud of Rs.80000/- has done from my account without my information. After waiting for the bank's process to investigate on same, i am really depress that no outcome has come up.Its been now 37 days the has done and bank is denying to repay the amount. I am contacting to number of government authorities to get my money back. It was my hard earned money has kept in ICICI Bank's saving account, trusting on bank. There are number of mails i have wrote to ICICI management but, no valuable response till no i have received. At the time the fraudsters doing this transaction i have not received any alert from bank OTP, URN or confirmation of adding new benefeciary in my account to transfer the funds. As per the ICICI Bank's investigation my amount has got transferred in two different account through online. Bank is not giving me any reply about their security systems. I have faced a lot of harassment from bank side. As an salary person its really hard to save our money, and it is our hard earned savings. Bank is not at all bothering with anything. Its been 8 years i have a relationship with bank. Bank doesn't value for that too. Finally bank has replied me by saying that i need to take the Police assistance on this.They will not do anything further on this. While approaching for my complaint..i got surprised seeing that, multiple number of complaints are for ICICI Bank's fraud. Police, complaint forum board, cyber cell everywhere number of complaints for ICICI fraud. How can ICICI Bank disclose our personal account details to unknown...?(account number, mobile number, debit card number, current balance) I have literally begged to ICICI bank for my own money. I have totally lost my trust on ICICI Bank. Even don't know where we can keep our savings. After filing a complaint at Police Station, Cyber Cell, Commissioners's office, CM House and filed RTI too..(attaching all the documents) With the very high expectations i am approaching to the last door to you, would be grateful and thankful to your department if can get my money back. I have approached you with very high hope. Please help me. Its is really hard to earn money and losing your savings. My humble request to your department..please help me in reversing my amount of Rs.80000/-from ICICI bank. It worth for me a lot...i am not able to concentrate on my work, our life got disturb as we this amount has kept for some critical emergency. Will be highly appreciate and thankfully to your department. Looking forward for your valuable support.

                                    This incident happened on kormangala 6th Block Bangalore I applied for NRE and NRO conversion on 22nd june 2015. after a week i went to bank check the status, they said they will get back to me, instead they didnt. next day i went and i talked to manager they did an initial inquiry they confirmed that it is with a person who is on leave. as i will be flying, i have informed the bank to process it d earliest. I have got confirmed response from bank it will be done. They will let me know the status. I got to know from the bank they had lost my documents. Due to all this i need to go through lot of pain. My documents lists is big it contains all which is needed for NRE and NRO. This shows how irresponsible in handling customer valuable documents, do they really care customer documents. 4 employees of the ICICI 6th Block branch handled this Case. 1. Nikita Tripathi 2.
