Hi,

This is regarding my DD clearance which was Rs. 3.21 Lacs deposited on 27th Aug( Acknowledgement attached) before around 11.30 AM in ICICI Bank Ltd, 82, Janpath, Delhi branch, It is a DD and of standard chartered bank.

It is not clear till date and every time icici bank customer clearance team communicate me that is under clearance. This is not the first time, it was happened with earlier also when i have deposited my 2 cheque of PC jewellers( Details attached) which was hold by bank and after 4-5 days they told me that please tell us the details of cheque after that they cleared.

I am very despointed with the attitude of bank which you can see in below chat also how they are give the services to customer and hold fund unnecessary and earn interest.

Team RBI - Request you to please lookinto this issue and give me the solution with interest on the delay.

    Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI Bangalore branch from last four and half years and my account no. is[protected] My contact number is : [protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by SMAB charges Rs. 513/- on 29.08.15 I tried calling the to branch many time but there was no response. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

      I dont even know what Demat option is all about. And I didn't even opt for it. But ICICI guys debited 570/- unknowingly. This is really unbearable. what if I don't check the transactions, I never come to know about this. Here are the transaction details : '00825199 DP CHGS TILL JULY' and my account number:[protected]

        When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '28/08/2015 59754338 DP CHGS TILL JUL-15 Dr. 570.00'. When I created the icici account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

            Dear sir i worked two months in icici bank dwarakanagar Visakhapatnam. before the job they have given one month training in ITM warangal in that training they written a bond from me for Rs30000/-.i have left the job because they use to give full torcher to me.they didn't maintain at all timings and anything so i left the job in probitionary period only.now they are asking me to pay 35000/- or otherwise they are telling they will send to cibil.they have converted that bond to loan.please help me anyone in these they took my degree provision certificate.these problem is not only me there are hundreds of people were suffering from this.these is very big scam of ICICI bank and ITM warangal.please solve our proble.i am an unemploye and we are from middle class family. my contact number is [protected]

                Hi, I have taken ICICI credit card on 2014 and I didn't used card single time. And on the card annual fee has been charged Rs.225 and I called customer care that I have not used card and please deactivate the card. on July they deactivated by reversing amount. I thought it was deactivated but now I received message that please pay your payment of Rs.1200 to avoid penalty. And again I called customer care and they are telling card has not deactivated it was just blocked and you have to pay the total amount, and if you not paid again it will be Rs.500 charged on that and it will get increase. I don't know I told I am not going to make total payment but only 225 I can pay. any one please advise. :(

                  It is observed that icici bank is practicing to charge gullible and unaware custoemrs without them being brought to notice. Example the salary account is zero balance account. It may happen he leaves the job for some reason and inadvertently does not close the account. Icici bank will not inform the customer subsequently that their account has been converted to savings bank account and the minimum balance is rs. 10000. This is not brought to the notice of custoemr thro message service although this mags service is used for many other purpose. Subsequently when money is available they immediate debit the amount under the guise of minimum balance charges. This is unfair we request it is mandatory on the part of banker to inform the customer in writing wither by e mail or letter about the change and the consequence.

                                I m Vijay bhandari..before 3 months icici bank sanction me loan amount of 6 lacks having EMI of 14, 039.00.my loan account no is LPIND[protected].But they have disbursed only 4 lacks in my account and taking EMI for 6 lacks per month.i discussed many times with your executive Mr.Aswin Dubey working in malav parisar Indore branch but he is not able to resolve the matter even not picking the phone many times..so I request u to please resolve the matter as soon as possible Otherwise I am not going to pay next EMI of this loan.

                                  I have been getting unnecessary monthly charges(MAB) in my account. i suppose to maintain average balance of INR 10000 in order to avoid MAB charges. i have kept INR 10000 as fixed deposit but still i have been charged MAB charges.                                       My bank transactions shows one debit transaction '39331051 DP CHGS TILL JUL-15' dated 25/08/2015. I have a salary account in ICICI bank and we were told by the ICICI representative during account creation that Demat account is free of cost, and were not told about any DP charges. Also, I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.

                                      Please refund my amount and close/deactivate my demat account.
