Dear Sir, I had applied for ICICI bank credit card about a month ago.Firstly, I received a call for the confirmation of my address for my Credit Card to be dispatched. Then on 19th August'15, I got a message from ICICI Bank saying the Credit Card has been sent through BLUE DART Courier, AWB [protected] on your registered mailing address.     Sir, I Partha Mukherjee responded to a Public issue o[censored]nsecured Redeemable Bonds in the nature of Debentures-Tax Saving Bond and vide allotment advice reference no N[protected] ENCL 1 194500 dt 11.04.2002 ( REG 254500) I have received and allotted 4 Bonds and an amount paid on application was 20000/-.My Bank details furnished to the company was SB A/C No 1871 of Ramkrishnapur Cooperative bank Ltd 18/1, Charu Chandra Singha lane, Howrah, West Bengal india. Now while reconciling my accounts i have noticed that ICICI Ltd has not made any pament against the Bonds till date. This is further to inform you that the afore said bank account is lying dormant as the bank has gone to morotorium from the year 2009 /2010. In view of the above circumstances I would request you to kindly check your records and to kindly confirm in return signal as to whether ICICI has cleared up the dues against the Tax Savings Bonds or its still pending.The allotment advice and the Certificated number 192916 and distinctive nos[protected] in original is kept with me and can be produced as and whne called for the same.       My loan is getting rejected because of the 900 days delay in final settlement on Civil Score but its not my fault. ICICI BANK customer service workers goofed it up for me for an eg., i have tried calling them when i changed my company and my salary account to pay or to give them a new account number they said i don't have any loan on my name, then i provided my pan card and dad name and also i gave my old address and still they stick to the same thing. then after 3 or 4 years i received a notice saying there is some money which i dint pay towards my loan which was 9, 000 rs which i cleared fully one shot and when i was clearing the manager named shivakumar confirmed that since i am paying the full amount the score will effect me in future loan procedure. Please help on this to get rid of this civil score NOTE: I DON'T HAVE PROOF WITH ME BUT YOU CAN CHECK MY CALL LISTS FOR PROOFS

          I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 3+ years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '39300829 DP CHGS TILL Jul - 15---- INR 570. I haven't login to the Demat account from last 3 years and I was also not told about the DP charges, the ICICI representative has informed me that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount as soon as possible. My phone number is [protected]. Look forward to your support.

              ICICI has charged wrong interest and not even providing justification to the interest charged. called CC team 5 times and they have just harassed an play with patience of a customer, causing mental agony. While i am trying to notify them about the wrong interest rates charged they sent me another bill charging interest over the interest, which is insane. I have 3 SRs: SR[protected] SR[protected] SR[protected] Moreover we as customer do not receive any records/ copies from ICICI regarding the complaints as they want to play safe.

Is[protected] My contact number is : [protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by MAB charges: [protected] SMAB Chgs-Jul15+Stax63.00 DR INR 513.00 I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no message. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) I.e.                     This complain is for a person has told me that there is vacancies in icici bank . and also told that he is an employee overe there in bistupur jamshedpur branch as well as he recruited me for a cost of rs. 6 lac. he took cash and cheques from my parents . and his own house is at bhatiya basti, rashbihari path, kadma jamshedpur the name of the persone is sourabh banarjee & also we have the proofs . i dont dont know what should be done to this guys s well as may parents ar heart paitaint.

                          Hi,

                          This is regarding my DD clearance which was Rs. 3.21 Lacs deposited on 27th Aug( Acknowledgement attached) before around 11.30 AM in ICICI Bank Ltd, 82, Janpath, Delhi branch, It is a DD and of standard chartered bank.

                          It is not clear till date and every time icici bank customer clearance team communicate me that is under clearance. This is not the first time, it was happened with earlier also when i have deposited my 2 cheque of PC jewellers( Details attached) which was hold by bank and after 4-5 days they told me that please tell us the details of cheque after that they cleared.

                          I am very despointed with the attitude of bank which you can see in below chat also how they are give the services to customer and hold fund unnecessary and earn interest.

                          Team RBI - Request you to please lookinto this issue and give me the solution with interest on the delay.

                              I dont even know what Demat option is all about. And I didn't even opt for it. But ICICI guys debited 570/- unknowingly. This is really unbearable. what if I don't check the transactions, I never come to know about this. Here are the transaction details : '00825199 DP CHGS TILL JULY' and my account number:[protected]

                                    Dear sir i worked two months in icici bank dwarakanagar Visakhapatnam. before the job they have given one month training in ITM warangal in that training they written a bond from me for Rs30000/-.i have left the job because they use to give full torcher to me.they didn't maintain at all timings and anything so i left the job in probitionary period only.now they are asking me to pay 35000/- or otherwise they are telling they will send to cibil.they have converted that bond to loan.please help me anyone in these they took my degree provision certificate.these problem is not only me there are hundreds of people were suffering from this.these is very big scam of ICICI bank and ITM warangal.please solve our proble.i am an unemploye and we are from middle class family. my contact number is [protected]

                                      Still i have not received any response from Icici Bank which is compelling me to Close My Icici Bank Account.If no action is taken by you People in One week starting from today, I will be looking forward to close my icici account.

                                        Hi, I have taken ICICI credit card on 2014 and I didn't used card single time. And on the card annual fee has been charged Rs.225 and I called customer care that I have not used card and please deactivate the card. on July they deactivated by reversing amount. I thought it was deactivated but now I received message that please pay your payment of Rs.1200 to avoid penalty. And again I called customer care and they are telling card has not deactivated it was just blocked and you have to pay the total amount, and if you not paid again it will be Rs.500 charged on that and it will get increase. I don't know I told I am not going to make total payment but only 225 I can pay. any one please advise. :(
