BUT WHENEVER I TRIED THE CUSTOMER CARE NO. IT DOESN'T MADE AND I FOUND MYSEL[censored]NABLE TO TALK TO THE EXECUTIVES. PLZ. CONTACT ME SOON SO THAT I CAN USE MY ONLINE BANKING. OTHERWISE I'LL DISCONTINUE MY ACCOUNT FROM ICICI. THANKING YOU

    My name is Ms.Radhika Narang residing at Flat no 303 Vrindavan Building Nyati Garden Mohammadwadi Pune had availed of an ICICI Bank Personal loan and Credit card Some years back. I do not remember the card number nor the loan number but will surely be able to find it when i hunt for the receipt's. I was regular in making payments to the bank with regards to the credit card and loan however stopped in between and i forgot about it. Later i hd lost my job..and then switched my job because, the salary wasnt enough to manage my dues. My mother is an ailing mother. I lost my father at a very young age and take care of my mother. She has been facing a lot of issues with her health since 4 years, She under went kidney cancer where her right kidney has been removed. Plus she is a high BP patient, a asthamatic, high sugar, arthritis and osteoporic patient. This year she developed a blood clot in the brain and again had to b in ICU and be hospitalized. Plus i lost my real sister last month. I handle my mother expenses her house expenses her medical expenses all by my own that i dont have enough money left at the end of the month to manage my health. I have had such horrible experiences through the ICICI bank collection agencies. One year i got a call from a man stating he is Sub inspector Sukhwinder singh and calling from delhi police high court and he has my case with him for non payment. First he had called my mom and trouble and tortured her so much mentally that she had to be rushed to the hospital and admitted for 2 days. Then i got in touch with them. That man sounded eldery but was so rude and abusive. I told him I am in a meeting, he then said, "tere HR se baat karke terko meeting se kya company se nilakta hoon" I said dont talk this way.. I will talk to you later. He then says ' Baat nahi karegi ladki toh police bhijwaoonga" Chup chap paise de loan ke ". I said i dont have money now. He then has the audacity to tell me " Paise nahi hai toh loan kyun liya.. Party karne ke liye paise haine face book pe pics dale lekin loan bharne ke liye paise nahi hai" Firstly, How dare he speak to me like this and then how dare he gets into my face book profile and sees my pics. Secondly, last year a lady calls me saying shes a sub inspector, I then ask her whats your belt no, id no, which area station are you calling from and whats the star. She said dont ask so many questions and hung up on me. Also the collection agencies have the audacity to call my boss and ask him for money to pay on my behalf. How dare do they call them and how did they get the no. Because of this issue I lost my job. To top it with now a guy named amit calls me from mumbai to repay the credit card payment and keeps calling me around 20 times and from diff nos. When i picked his call today, he was so rude stating radhika phone kyun bandh kiya. Payment karte ho ki kisi ko ghar pe bheju. I said dont talk this way. I was in the hsopital if you want i can show you the documents. But dont call me now its 7:45. Its beyond your calling hours. He said i need the payment other wise I iwll send someone. Just because these collection agencies have to complete their target it means they can torture anyone and everyone and at any time. just because I am a female. I need some strict actions against this, and i need an apology letter from the bank with a compensation for all the stress, torture and misery they have made me and my mother go through.       Dear Sir / Madam, This is to your bring to your account that, the undersigned card holder of your prestigious bank has been levied the following charges due to technical faults FROM YOUR END. Name: Abhishek Chakraborty ICICI Credit Card No. [protected] You may note that, this card was activated in the period of July 2014 and by the time I received my first invoice in July 2014, I had regularly kept complaining that the PDF Invoice sent to my email ([protected]@hotmail.com) is not opening due to technical glitch at your end. Even after several complaints, there was no action from your customer service department. This is was followed by calls from your collection department, which continues till date, harassing me 10 times in a day. At the end of it, your prestigious bank is least bothered to hear my complaint about my invoice issues. I took the same concern to my local branch and they straightaway conveyed that this issue can be solved only through phone banking customer care number. I tried again to call your customer care but with no success. Since, your bank is in no mood to collect the charges and unjustifiably and unnecessarily implying late payment and interest charges on the me, you may please get this straight that I, under no circumstances shall bear the following late payment and interest charges from my end. a) Statement dated 15/08/2014 = Late Payment - Rs. 700 + Service Tax - Rs. 86.52 b) Statement dated 16/09/2014 = Late Payment - Rs. 600 + Service Tax - Rs. 74.16 Interest Charges - Rs. 1021.91 + Service Tax - Rs. 126.31 c) Statement dated 16/10/2014 = Late Payment - Rs. 700 + Service Tax - Rs. 86.52 Interest Charges - Rs. 828.37 + Service Tax - Rs. 102.39 Thus, combining the above comes to (a+b+c) Rs. 4326.18/- I have already spoken to you Customer Executive again today and THEY have told to submit complaint in the website.         I have ICICI bank credit card against FD ([protected]). Last month I made transaction with ATM cash using ICICI credit card for emergency. ICICI bank has charged extra Rs.1011/- on transaction amount. This is not fair. They should at least intimate me about this. ICICI bank has been sent a credit card letter of limitation(Rs.15000) but not written hidden charges about it. If they knew they intimate to me otherwise I never used ICICI credit card. I am going to close not only my ICICI credit card but withdraw a fix deposit that I have kept in your bank and close kids account and recurring deposit account also.

        Most of the time I call customer care n give me assunse I will reverse ur charges but they did nt n today I again hassle from credit team

          Requesting for credit limit increasing of my credit card which the card is no due payment till today Before r was used another card that blocked with my request.and given new card that not yet used.One savings account also in nearby ICICI BANK.That also not maintaining due to this card issue .Pin to pillar given phone calls sent countless e-mails sent.Finaly came this page.IN 09/2014 for credit card so many baseless issued by bank and finaly got the card in JAN.2014.Again cash withdraw problem created that also solved.Now credit increasing problem created with out any single reason.Limit is there for harassing a common family staying in Bangalore for more than 35 years and also completed service in INDIAN RAILWAYS with out any kind of remarks.Kindly do the needful

              Hello Sir, Unexpectedly Rs.561.80 got deducted in my a/c. When i walked throught detailed statement, it showed "DP CHGS TILL OCT-14". It is purely because of Demat a/c. when i opened a/c in ICICI Bank, they said there will not be any charges by opening this a/c. But they took now, It is pure fraud. Since i having salary a/c in this bank, i have to come out from this bank a/c and switch to someother bank. I did not expect this kind of behaviour from ICICI Bank. if they steal same amount from all the people, then they will fill their kazhana still better and good. but customer will becoming victim at the end. Be careful people, we have to raise this complaint and come out from this kind of fraud bank.

                Today i received a call from Amtec Engineering regarding my ICICI bank credit card points.Initially i disagreed wi th them and disconnected the all, again later i got call and started telling me all the details of my card information. for sometime i believed that they are from ICICI Bank and after sometime i received SMS with transaction Rs 6999 towards Amtec Engineering Paytm, but i haven't done any transaction and realized that its fraud, Immediately i called the ICICI bank customer care and informed the situation, they have provided me the SR No#[protected] and told that it will take 30 days to verify (dispute) if they are able to get the information the amount will be refunded orelse i have to bear the cost. As a customer the way ICICI bank is treating is not correct they have to investigate and revert the amount. Below is the transaction Detail Dear Customer, Thank you for using ICICI Bank credit card. My application is received (21st Nov. 2014) and i got a email (24th Nov. 2014) from ([protected]@icicibank.com) they needed E-mail id confirmation (No.[protected] some details ( Full name: Employee no: Grade : Designation: ) I give reply with all detail and also got a call (24th Nov. 2014) in evening in same day need some information about ICICI account and you apply personal loan in ICICI bank i give all the detail. But next day (25th Nov. 2014) I call executive (Abhishek +91-[protected]) what is the application status but he does not response after 2, 3 times he receive my call and ask me your application rejected. So i asked what is the reason of rejection. He told me you have apply many times but i am apply 4 months before in ICICI Bank my confirmation id that time is[protected] but my application is rejected. This time they ask me some more reasons of rejection your C BILL is zero and you apply many times. So what can i do if once application is rejected i will not apply for personal loan in the future in ICICI Bank. If I am not eligible to personal loan why they pick our document and if i am eligible for personal why not proceed my application. I need a personal loan so i am apply. I want a solution.                       Hi, I got call from ICICI sales representative for credit card. They told me my joining amount will be 500 with following features. - I can use it for fuels on any petrol pump without any charges and other discounts. When I receved the card my joining fee is 1000+ service tax. I can not swipe car on Petrol pump id they don't have ICICI POS machine.                         ICICI bank has taken all the subjected proofs from me and i have already filled in an application on Dt: 29/10/2014. My Application No : S[protected] My Name : G PRASAD Mobile : +91 [protected] Till date there is no feedback and no representative from ICICI have made a contact with me. Even i could not check my application status as it is consistently showing "no records found" as i check my status. This kind of service is not at all accepted from banking sectors. I need to know the immediate status of mine or atleast i need my proofs to be returned back.

Meanwhile I am keep on getting call from the Bankers and stating to settle my credit card at the earliest. When I check with them, they have told that nothing has been updated in their system.                                 Respected sir, i have made a debit card purchased of Rs2883/- from Mahalaxmi provision store the same amount was debit from my account[protected] .But in Mahalaxmi transaction slip it is showing SALE REVERSED. CANCELLED TRANSACTION FAILED. I have complained in customer care OF ICICI BANK also, complain number SR[protected].it is my request to reversed the same amount to my account AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.Please do the needful.

                                  Dear sir I have made a transaction of RS.2850 vide my credit card no. [protected] on 10th nov 14 . This transaction was made on website www.ccavenue.co ordering some items. I have not received the items till date. I am not getting any response from them to my mails and not able to contact them on phone. I hence want this transaction cancelled. I request u to pl do needful. Further I tried to contact your customer care no to lodge this complaint but I am asked to enter my 4digit ATM pin of my credit card which I don't have. To generate the pin I am asked to dial from my registered mobile no though I have dialled from the registered no only. The call is cut off and I am not able to talk to any of your customer care executives. I get all messages of transactions made to the same mobile no. So is this not the registered no.                                     Hi, I am Rajeev working as a software professional. I have a demat account in ICICI bank. Today I checked my bank transactions and to my surprise I found that there is Two debit transaction 'one transaction is[protected] DP CHGS Till sep-14- INR 238.76 and second transaction is[protected] DP CHGS Till sep-14- INR 435.40. When I created the demat account, I was not told about the DP charges and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. This is completely unacceptable and I want my MONEY BACK... Thanks.

When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '01522591 DP CHGS TILL APR-15'---- INR 561.80'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '01342023 DP CHGS TILL MAY-15'---- INR 85.50'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                                      C O M P L A I N TICICI Credit card Customer Care Divison Dear Sir/ Madam I am using a credit card No.[protected] of your Bank Every time I am penalized for the Rs 500/- as a late fee charges.While we are deposited check in the drop box well in time ALWAYS.When we have checked with the customer care they are saying as you are giving NON ICICI cheques. And you will have to deposit 5days before the due date.We donot understand this policy. While at the time of giving Credit card no body informed us this conditions. Neither after that any body informed us later. Nor it is printed on the statement we are getting every month.What does the last date means????For your information we have receive the statement on 21st of November2014and the last date is 23rd of Nov.When we informed the customer care that we have received the courier on 21st Nov. They said we do not now we have given statement to the courier on 17th Nov.That means to hand over the statement to the courier they treat that they have handed over the statement to the customers.This is an harassment to the customer.Dears If you have policy as mentioned above why you are issuing Credit cards to the Non ICICI account holders.I request you to wave the penalty Rs 561.80 from us with immediate effect.Other wise cancel our credit card. We do not want it any more.As we have no further plan to open an account with ICICI bank. Re the waver pls advise us by return mail as tomorrow 23 rd Nov is the last date.Looking forward to an early and positive response.Thanks and best regards SanjeevAngrish Mob:[protected]

                                        ICICI and its senior management is not at all willing to help its customers. The bank just know how to keep an account holder's money with them and when that same account holder asks for any help, ICICI just ignores and avoids account holder compaints...really shocking...
