Hi Sir, I have received a Coral credit card Card Number[protected]***2 . The agent confirmed me that its a life time free card and there wont be any charges since I m holding a personal loan with ICICI Bank. Also informed me that my credit limit is 2 lakhs. But after receiving the card I understood that all charges are applicable for this card. When I checked this with customer care team, he put my call on hold for more than 30 mins....

My saving account has been deducted b a sum of 674.16 for DP charges. I have never used any Demat account services from this bank, there is no Demat account linked to my saving account.
