ICICI Bank IMPS Transfer not credited to beneficiary account in Kotak Bank

My brother made a transfer of amount INR 30000/- on[protected] from his ICICI account[protected] to my Kotak bank account through IMPS transfer and which is still not credited to Beneficiary account (my account with Kodak). We have called ICICI customer care and they are asking to wait for maximum 9 days for refund and also we checked with Kotak bank, they are saying that they could not locate the details. Now no one is taking responsibility...

Non chargeable Demat account - but deducted dp charges from icici bank account

My ICICI Bank account number is :[protected]. I'm holding demat account for more than 3 years and it has been informed there will not be any charges for holding the account.
