Respected Sir, I got call from ICICI bank credit card department on 23-Aug-2014 from Delhi with this phone# +[protected].They told me that my credit card reward points around 7000 have been expired last month and asked me to go for Icici Services for which they can utilize my rewards points. I asked them how to trust whether the call is from really icici or some other person, they told me last transactions, last payment and also they sent me OTP password to my registered mobille# and also to my registered email-id. Once i got message to both phone and email-id, i accepted that they are calling from icici and agreed to take their services.The services mentioned to me that they ll send 7000/- worth Shoes, sunglasses, wrist watch, wallet & some online vouchers which can be used to purchase any other online. They said will charge from my credit card for now and will revert back in 3 days the entire amount with my expired Rewards points. I entered my OTP password and card details thru IVR on that day and 6999/- was debited from my credit card. Today I called to icici bank and they are saying it is Fraud and they dont revert back the money.These are the Fraudsters phone numbers# +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] Please help me to resolve this problem and to stop this Fraud and take strict action on those people who are cheating. Same issue was happened to me also..I also a gave an complaint against this and informed to branch office also..
Waiting for solution and most of people are suffering from this same problem. so we all join together( Affected persons), bank side customer service team and take further action against this.Then only we will get solution it is not end like us so many people are suffering and suffering daily..So we should raise voice against this to avoid the problem occurring in future to unknown public (peoples)..Oterwise it may create very bib problem...

Hello Customer Care, Yesterday[protected] i received
the call which the other side lady said i am from ICICI Credit Card
Department and this is regarding the "Lapsed Reward/Redeem Points"
offer.She told that your 8000 points has been lapsed till now and we had an offer to revert them back.On
further she ask the details about me and said to verify the
credentials/verification, kindly do lets us know the BIRTH DATE, Credit
Card Issue date and Credit Card Expiry Date With the Credit Card
Number. On this i object that is this details are safe to give on call,
she replied that i am not asking your CVV and PIN number.On
which i provided the above details and further she told me that you
will received the 6 digit code which i should give to her senior
executive. I said OK and they generated the OTP. When the senior
executive called me after that, she asked me the OTP and i inquiry about
that i am not convinced that you are calling from ICICI bank, upon
which she told that the 6 digit code i received is from ICICI bank on my
mobile and on my email. At that time i couldn't realize that anyone can
generate the OPT if they had some details about the card.So
i immediately call the customer service and BLOCK my card. I want to
share the call details with you so you can take further action upon
them.

WHY DIDNT YOU HAD TAKEN ANY ACTION. I CAN SEE THE COMPLAINT POSTED WAS ON 29/8/14. BUT STILL THIS CALLS ARE MADE AND FROM VERY MUCH SAME NUMBER. WHY ARE YOU NOT TAKING THE LEGAL/POLICE ACTION AGAINST THEM...
I received a similar call today from number [protected]. The person started the call like this. Due to recent RBI guidelines on reward points, we have started replacing the existing credit cards to our customers. I asked they why havent i received this information on email, nor i heard about any such RBI move. The person said that is internal circular, and we are replacing your card. Please confirm your full name. Date of birth. I told him to transfer the call to his superior. Another guy came on the line and he introduced himself as the supervisor, and gave his employee id and convinced me that i dont have to bother anything on security. We have all the information, in front of our screen, but for voice calling we should here from you thats why we are asking the info. He said that a pin number will be sent to you in SMS from our bank now, can you read out that number so that we can despatch the new card. I told him that I will call up police and ICICI branch then will get back to them. He said, no problem sir, after all safety is very important, appreciate you are very alert but you should believe in when we calling from the branch. I said thanks for the complements, will connect with you after speaking to the branch. He tried to convince further to get the OTP, but i hanged the phone and called ICICI about this. They confirmed this is a fraudulent call and you can go for registering a complaint in police if you want or go for blocking the card and get a replacement card.

I got a call from phone number +91 [protected]. Looks like a fraudulent call similar to Sundar has notified. I disconnected the call when they asked for CVV number. Please take the required action.

My name is Chaitanya and I have received the same request from the +91114 numbers given above.. They have all my transaction details and all the information needed to do this transaction... Only thing they dont have is the OTP which I refused to give since this is for an online credit card transaction... They said that they are not attempting to make any online transaction, but it clearly was on the sms I received... When I started asking about the [protected]@1 sponsorship in this transaction and started interrogating them... they just were blank and backed off and finally disconnected the call...

You need to take action on this issues... how do they have all the information.. where are they getting from...??
Please track them by the numbers or any other sources and bust these fraudsters... Requesting you to please take action as I could sense that the innocent ones will be victim for these trap...

Hi All,
i have received same call today and i have lost amt of 7k.
But after i was thinking what it was happen ?
First of all, it was my fault, i should not share my details.
But every transaction can track by Bank and Visa company,
we all have numbers (all are same called numbers ) and transaction time and i have recorded call also.
If and only if police, bank and visa company help us we can catch them and get our back soon.
i m from Bangalore,
Please let a single team and force to Bank and consumer court to resolve issue.
No one is hear us here. we have to together.

I also got duped Rs.6999/- by rewards scam. I have received the call from [protected].
Even i have dumped for the amount of 7000/- and it's my fault to share the details. These people should be severely punished. Numbers from where i got calls.[protected] and [protected].

I also got a similar call from a Delhi number today +91 [protected] asking for credit card details. First question they asked me was "Which Bank's credit Card are you using?"

I disconnected after that.

Hello frds, on 9/11/2015 I got call from [protected] he told me that there is a problem on my ATM. He asked me my ATM no. Which I gave them then he told me that you will receive otp which I have to tell them and II gave them that otp no. And on 10/11/2015 3 transaction done and I lost 10000. But yet I have not understand through one otp how they are able to do 3 transaction. Well my q's is will I get back my money?
Y it is happening with only ICICI bank holdars. I having others also but yet I didn't get such type of call.

[protected], I got a call from this number with the name VIJAY SHARMA, HE ASKING FOR ICICI CREDIT CALL DETAILS, AND TRYING TO MAKE TRANSACTION FROM CREDIT CARDS, PLEASE BE AWARE OF IT.
Same with me. i got cheated for Rs.8600/- and blocked my card after realizing that it is fraud. But their numbers are active and they answered me that they just blocked the money and they will return back in 12 working days. I could not believe how i got trapped and there was not even a single hint that it was not from ICICI.

I have been getting these calls every alternate day, they would say that my Payback points are Expired and needs to be converted to cash, I know they are the spammers, when I ask them for their Aadhar card number, they would simply hang up the call.

These details are Shared by the Credit Card Executives who would sell all our details for a fair price for these FRAUDSTERS !!

I have been duped too ICICI bank please help. Today i was contacted and asked to make a payment to PayU money of Rs 10, but they charged me Rs 6990. It seems they have found a loop hole. They might have seen a bug where an OTP request of Rs10 can be converted to Rs 6990. They keep mentioning some reward points but there is no credit. I have been duped a total of Rs 14950 due to a previous call. I am more than willing to help you catch them.
hello every one I got same call from the number +91 [protected] and they said they are calling from ICICI bank and convinced me that icici bank is internally stopping the facility of giving reward points instead now they will give cash back and hence whatever rewards point I have will be converted to cash against my outstanding bill of credit card. when I asked few details they acted smart and kept saying the call is recorded and I need not worry and if anything I can call them back on same number and they asked my card details and sent me SMS which was from ICICI bank hence I was more convinced and they then generated OTP and told the amount will be credited back in 24 hours and addition to it my reward point money will also be credited. I got this call on 21st December and till date nothing is been credited back and now the number is on Switched off Mode. the transaction made is of Rs. 7469/-

Please help me to get my money back.
I received the same call right now today. I felt that something was fishy. So i gave them the wrong card number, and CVV. They said it was verified correct! There you go, spoof caught!!! Number: [protected]
Today i got call from unknown number saying you got rewards points and it will expire soon. They asked me why you dint redeem the points for which i answered i was not aware about the points. After that the lady ask me details like my name credit card number and expiry date by mistake i given them.
For which that lady told me you have 8000 cash value reward points and we will credit this to your credit card just tell us the OPT you received to your mobile number.
The moment they told me to share OTP i got alert that its a fake call I keep on asking that is it really from bank or fake call for which she has given me my last transaction details and payment made.
Still i dint convinced and disconnected the call and called ICICI customer care number and came to know that its a fraud call.
My question is how they got all the information??
I escape but it should not happen to other be safe and alert dnt share OPT or PIN with anyone.

        Hi, I have been ICICI customer from long time. I took personal loan at Hyderabad with floating rate. Loan reference # LBHYD[protected] Start date: Sep-2006 Now you have increased interest rate to 14.25, While you give loans to new customer at interest rate around 10%. This is unfair on your existing customer. Another wrong thing is you are not increasing EMI, So we do not realize for some years and now you have extended my loan up to 2043 !!!. Well I may not be alive till then. In last 8 years my principle amount is just reduced to 18, 64, 268.00 (While loan amount is 19, 54, 340). Could someone from ICICI bank Home loan contact me.           extra charges

          Hi, Today, when I checked my bank account I was very upset to find this AMC PINS recovery charge of 2809 from my bank account. When I checked on ICICI website there is no mention of it but when I checked on internet, I found several complaints against ICICI in consumer court regarding this problem. I never use my ATM card as I am not India and I have never asked for any recovery so what are these charges? I am very upset with ICICI...

          hello sir, i m lalit gour from indore. my icici saving bank account number is[protected]. i am not applying any rubyx card but bank give me that card nd charge to my account. and my name is on card in (LALITA GOUR) misprint. my name on my account is (LALIT GOUR) i also complaint to brach nd H O. that i want a new card with my name. second card issue me but again the problem is same again mis print (LALITA GOUR). and the process is when i use second card then first card is block but first card is block by bank without any notice, i m suffering many problems on that. i m mentaly disapoint by banks behavior. how they can do this again nd again. sir please do something nd charge to bank nd also submit a (maan hani) case on bank with that behavior of rs 100000/- (one lakh only). i m submitting two photos.

              My account (Account No:[protected] card has been charged as MIN/PAYPAL *CAR/[protected]/0 - INR 3148.61/- on 27th August 2014. I didn't make any payments using ICICI card, how the hell is ICICI is approving payments without my consent. Be aware of ICICI account and cards, they will authorize everyone to access your card without your consent. I need my money back. Its like trashing my hard earned money for no reason.

                  Respected sir, I has open my son saving a/c no.[protected] at rander, adajan branch The a/c in connected with monthly recuring scheme . your people has not informed us and block the a/c and card as my son cross his age of 18 year. at present he is out side of surat and he is not able to operate the a/c and card . The People in the bank at rander named Bina (mo. no. [protected])and Manager Ajay (mo. no. [protected]) is not responding me. they required my son as i send him for study out of state. May he will come after three month letter. Do it urgently as my son getting problem for money as he is out side.with this problem i suppose to close the a/c mahesh g. mehta [protected]

                      Hi i am Rajesh, today on 26.08.2014 i recieved a call from[protected] who said he is calling from icici credit card dept.and it was regarding redeemtion of reward points and increase of credit limit and sending me new card regarding this, he asked me to talk to his manager even though i said i was not intrested. I told to the manager that i was not intrested in the above said points, and he cut the call. Immediately i got call from the same number, by answering the call that person started to use abusive words in Tamil which was very shocking to me.The time he called was 6.31 pm.Being a customer with icici for a very long time this incident makes me upset very much. How a reputed company have these kind of staffs. Please take neccesary steps and get me a feedback regarding this

                        I had complained on 21-8-14 regarding the above in detail. Today, again Mr vinay of icici came to my house & office with his intimidatory tactics saying that he has been sent by his seniors at icici. Looks like icici managers tacitly support such illegal & coercive methods. Request you to please take up the matter with icici once again & the crime branch of the Police Commisionerate of Bangalore as such persons are likely to commit crimes. The fact that inspite of referring my complaint to customer care of icici, they are still coming, means they are not bothered. Prevent any crime from happening

                          Dear Sir / Madam I have applied for credit card in the month of April 2014, but the card is not delivered to me so far. i am getting the credit card statement regularly from your mentioning joining fees and other late fee charges, but i don't have any card. Please tell me what is going on. i have so many to your customer care executives but no positive response from there also they have told me your card is already blocked and cancelled but still i am getting the statement from your side. Please cancel the card immediately and also waive off all the outstanding. now this is the last warning otherwise i have no other choice to move the consumer court.                             Hi I Mr. Devendra Damodar Gawde having credit card of your bank. I was using this card from last many years. I have used your card regularly and make payment also. My payments were not very regular but I did not refused to pay your payment and tried to cleared your money. But your bank without informing me blocked and closed my account. One day a call come to me and told pay final payment. I did not like this at all but still don`t care many banks are still with me. So I paid the amount which your told by your bank person. I thrown all the icici banks cards and bills since they are of no use. Now your bank send me some message on my mobile that I have to pay 3167/- but I don`t know for what I have to pay. If you say its final payment then why this message come to me. I tried to contact customer care but they ask me for credit card details but I don not have my credit card and without that I cant talk with your customer care. In other banks without card details they forward the call to their executive person because they care their clients. Now you will charge me extra interest on my amount. what type of money you earning. Is ICICI bank earn money like this? What is the procedure to a lay man to talk to your customer care for help. Some years back your customer care called me and ask me to start E.C.S. service for MTNL and Electricity bill payment. Your irresponsible person taken a wrong customer account number for my MTNL bill and paid the bill of one PCO in Andheri. I called many time but your helpline taken many months to provide me a simple letter stating this is done by bank but I kept quit. But now I decided to go legal for your harassment and if you are charging me interest for my bill I want that MTNL bill amount with interest should reimbursed to me since it was your banks fault. Also I want my bill details why this message came to me for bill payment with threat that my record will spoil.                               R/sir I patoju poornarao credit card no [protected] I am 30 years card holder in your bank, i am prompt bill payer during the above period but fortnightly I am not paid full amount because I am not in my state I am in formed my friend to pay 38000/ he is paid Rs 37000/ only remain Rs633/ not paid due to communication gap in this reg i contact your customer care rep on 24/08/14 at 21 hrs he is given very bad reply and he is given to cancelled card we are not any reversal due to this reason i want cancelled the card pl give suggestion thanking you sir

                                I tried recharging my mobile BSNL-Cell One No. [protected] on three occasions. On all the time the amount has been debited from my account ICICI Bank SB A/C No.[protected] but the mobile has not been recharged. The details are as follows; 1. On 30.7.2014, for Rs. 100/- 2. On 30.7.2014 for Rs. 110/- and 3. oOn 22.8.2014 for Rs. 110/- (Tr NO.[protected]. The amount also has not been credited back to my account. Pl reverse the amount accordingly

                                  Hello Mr. Neelakantan Pillai This is Manish sharma and my bank account is[protected]. it has been debited 250 rs of dmat opening account fees on 22nd july 14. I called to customer care and told him regarding wrong charges and he agreed to refund my money with in 3 working day but i din't get my money till now and i received call from DMAT account officer to refund money with in 3 days. but i called to customer care today she put my call on hold long time and not reply.                                     I applied for ICICI credit card a month ago, their representative came and collected the required documents on 2nd day. Since then I have not heard anything from these guys. Their online website doesn't shows much and keep saying that they are processing my request and would contact me in 2 days, that 2 days are coming from almost 15 days. When I write to them using their online portal, they say they someone will contact me shortly, but no one contacted me ever, I have done that almost 20 times now. I also tried calling their customer care and check for the application status, but that is all IVR and it ask me to give mobile number and they will call me back, however I never received a call back from them. This is poorest customer service, I have ever seen. Worst !!! Application id is [protected] - Credit Card from ICICI Bank. Mobile number is [protected]
