Why dp charges are deducted. I'm not selling any holdings till now just purchased it otherwise i didn't do anything. Resolve and revert the deducted money from my account.

    An amount of rs 826 debited from my account with the description of dp chg till may charges on 26 th of june

    I have never used my demat account and i am not aware about this also.

    My bank never communicated this to me ever till i have opened this account.

    Amount debited from my account without my consent and knowledge.

    Please return my amount back in my account.

      This is to reference with a tw loan with name of mohammad talim having loan no ltjal[protected] in jalandher area.

      That the borrower of above vehicle is no more and there is no any earning member left in borrower family. Still borrowers family has paid many installments even after borrower death. But now due to corona and also other effect the situation is worst for borrower family. Inspite of that they visited to icici bank branch for settlement by saying the above conditions but neither branch not collection agency of the same giving response to family. Instead they are forcing them to pay the emi and even sometimes they threaten the family for recovering the vehicle.

      Day by day they are visiting borrower house and harrase them for emi.

      Kindly help us to setlle the case in least possible amont so that the borrower family can get noc.

        I had never asked one assist plan. Without my knowledge, the amount was rs.1899 debited in my saving account on 23.03.2020 and also not getting any customer id from one assist side to deactivate the plan.

        Regarding refund the amount, lot of time i spoke with one assist from the date of 23rd march 2020. There is no proper response from one assist side to deactivate the plan. Upto 4th june 2020, not getting the customer id, can't able to deactivate the plan easily.

        Due to the lockdown the plan was activated at june 5th, 2020. To deactivate the plan, i made a lot of call conversation with one assist. But still i'm not getting any proper response and my money from one assist.

        I don't need any service and any plan. Please deactivate the plan and refund my money as soon as possible. I need my money (Rs.1899)

            I have opened current account with icici bank - chennai anna nagar branch in 2015. I paid additional amount of 25, 000.00 separately for cash deposit facility. My account details given below.

            Current a/c #[protected] arvin air travels

            From dec 2019 to jan 2020, icici bank debited 50000.00 for cash deposit charges from my account.

            Since jan'20, i was visiting to the branch to inquiring this issue but none of them are not able to address and respond my query, also they are not even able to identify why and how the charges made.

            I was wondering, how come they debited 50000.00 for cash deposit charges when i paid 25000 additional amount for cash deposit during opening the account.

            So, i would request you to take this action and reverse the 50000.00 to my account.

                Demat account charges

                Dmc/dp chgs till may-20 and 434.48 has been deducted. This was the available balance in my account and it got deducted fully. What does this mean? If i had a higher balance that would be completely wiped off too without any intimation?

                  At the time of covid-19, it is a kind of fraud case. Before deducting any amount, you should send a mail or message.

                  Could you please check from your end and refund my money back to my account.

                      I am vikas. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till may 20) on 25 june 2020 i have never used my demat account till now.

                      They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                      When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                         I booked three tickets from new delhi to edinburgh on 16th april'2019 and paid inr 1, 92, 338.78 through icici bank debitcard but flight cancelled and i never received any refund and i am trying to recover this fund for last one year but no success. Pl. Help for dabit card protection scheme.

                          From my savings bank account number ending ########5307 Rs 13451 has been debited without any information by ICICI credit card even though that credit card was blocked and moratorium was also applied. Icici is putting abnormal interest on the credit card and my home loan in spite of floating rate when all the other banks are charging just 8.5% on home loan. Icici is charging 11.75%. They are just looting customers.

                              I made a transaction with my debit card which was not successful due to some issue may be network problem. After 2-3 days posdec charges were deducted. I had around[protected] in my savings account so funds were sufficient I think. What's the issue?!

                                        I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 5 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-20'---- INR 826.00'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].
