I'm trying to email bank for settlement since I'm not in country I or they can not reach me.

I told them I want to settle this account they want me to visit bank for settlement, many time I have emailed asking for help instant of helping they are asking to visit bank first & same things goes on.

    On 11 th march 2005, i had purchased a bond from
    Reference icici/iepf/501/tsb2/6119005/1786.
    Till date i have not received the bond neither the interest. It is a humble request kindly make sure that my bond is given to me with the pending interest
    As soon as possible. Kindly ensure that the bond is delivered at my address h/10 sarvodaya nagar, lucknow, utttar pradesh to avoid any further inconvenience.

    The customer care numbers are chargeable and it keeps putting on hold unnecessarily to make money out of it. Its completely commercialized now.The resolution time is also long and not up to the mark. Customer care exedcutives are rude and not knowledgeable.

      I had requested for amazon pay card on aug'19 end. I received a coral credit card instead. The mulund east branch is not giving any proper response rather just avoiding the problem. I had submitted the required documents but the staff of branch (Ms. Simpy garg) said she is awaiting revert from team and has no answer why this mishap happened. I had plans to shop using this amazon pay card but now have no clue if i will get one before the festive season. I need to cancel the coral card as i did not requested it.
      Also i had submitted adhaar card but the address was not changed as per my adhaar card and cheque book was issued with the old address printed on it. The credit card was also delivered to the old addrress
      Really frustrating while dealing with icici bank executives and poor service. This is another instance where i faced issue with icici.

      Please take this matter up. I am tired of writting mails and complaints now

      Today i got a text of deduction of amount 129 towards VSI*amazon. I didnt even buy anything i didnt get any otp and then i realised it was deducted last month also on the same date. Trying to reach the ICiCI bank but no customer help numbers are going through.

        During subscription, your rm has mentioned no subscription fee and its free of charge with only monthly charges. However, i have not able to use machine as i shut down my business partnership and decided to return it back as its on my name.

        I requested to close machine in july 2019 month itself and attached is receipt of machine handover. That time i have done final settlement and paid rs 1050/-
        After discussing with your collection and first data team.

        Now, below my personal account where i get charged again in sept end with around 4+k. Again when i complain no responses and when someone respond again asking for 900.. Are you guys hungry for money..

        Do the needful and please settled this case and provide me acknowledgment for same.
        Other than this i have relation with icici bank since 2011. I hope it wont be spoil due to this unfortunate incident.

            Payments (Rs. 351.48 and 351.48) for mahapariksha.gov.in (Maha it) site was approved and deducted from my upi app (Sbi account) to beneficiary ([protected]@icici account). But payment status on maha it site was shown as ' failed'. Hence i did the payment using other method successfully. But the money deducted during these two failed transactions has not been credited to my account. Please return the same as early as possible.

              I had an icici credit card with your bank and used it for 2 months. I was charged an amount of approx 500 rupees last month with reason sighted as auto-debit failure.

                Icici has deducted 1, 899 from my account without my permission. I have requested any additional service on my bank account. I want the amount to be refunded back to my bank account. A lot of other customers have complained about the same and it seems the amount has been deducted for icici one assist plan which i have not given authorisation for.

                    I have applied for home loan on 28/08/2019 but still they are not able to check property that i have been identified. I am calling everyday but they are not responding properly.

                    They are telling we are working but they are not confirming anything. Its more than a months.

                    These employee management is worst than ever private banks i have seen.

                    Even they are not responding my mail also. If you dont want to provide home loan then just say no and return my 5000 (Rs) processing fees that i have given to you.

                    Requesting you to please do final in this week else i am cancelling home loan request. I will apply through another bank.

                      I have bought a mobile from amazon.in on[protected] availing icici debit card emi option. The emi amount is rs: 1167.05 for 12 months (Screenshot attached below).
                      But yesterday the emi amount debited from my account is rs: 1401.87 towards the 1st installment. (Screenshot attached).
                      Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                        Dear sir,

                        I am account holder of one of the icici bank branch.
                        Rs.41023 has been withdrawn (In total of five transactions) from my account on dated. 5/10/2019 between 7:20 pm to 7:23 pm, without my knowledge in the name of nfs/cash withdrawal.

                        I made withdrawal of rs.2500 (Rs.1900 and rs 600) respectively at nearest located icici bank atm between 3:15 pm to 3:27 pm
                        Again i got withdrawal message of rs41023 between 7:20 pm to 7:23 pm.
                        I can't expect this type of security loophole from a leading bank of india.

                        Please help me to regain the lost amount. Hoping immediate response from your side against this fraud to maintain good customer value.

                            In my icici accout no, rs.116.82 debited as "rwdfee/2419291/1 70819+gs". I did not redeem any points from my debit or credit cards. How could you debit money from the account without any information?

                            Kindly confirm the transaction details to recover the debited amount as well as little bit care while using online transfers.

                              My name is anilkumar. Today (04/10/2019) i have not done any kind of transactions by using my icici bank credit card. When i was checked in imobile app i realised today 3 transactions was made with my card.

                              I'm shocked. I don't know who has done this transactions. These transactions are made at msw noor the fations.

                              I'm not going to pay single rupee for this fraud transactions and please look into it fast and let me know who's this culprit. I tried to contact customer care but numbers r not reachable.

                              I called to Icici customer care through imobile app. Hi officers, I apologise for the drafted complaint regarding fraudulent transactions. I just now called to customer care once again and MS. Vibha clarified my all queries she said these are not fraudulent transactions this is just monthly emi's amount that I'm paying every month. The amount which is reflected in the name of MSN fashions that is few months ago I made transaction of some 35k before converted in emi. Every month I get emi amount statement without any name but I dont know why this time I got emi amount with previous transaction name from where I have done this. I hope u understand my concern... As no one is answering properly from customer care I have complained in consumer forum online please ignore it. Thanks again, Anilkumar.

                                I went to icici bank for home loan enquiry and to get eligibility of home loan amount as per my salary. My property parer was not clear and i had asked not to proceed further with loan sanction. But while submitting documents bank has taken cheque of rs.236 for cersai and property verification charges. Also informed me they will not process cheque until loan is finalize or property get verified.

                                I have received property verification call couple of time at that time i clearly said to loan agent and verification agent not to proceed with property verification and loan sanction. Also we were not happy with rate of interest and processing fees. This is one of the reason for not to proceed with loan.

                                Inspite of this they processed my given cheque of rs236 without intimation. I need clarification for the same and refund of rs.236.

                                    Mr ashish trivedi was trying to deposit cash in mindsurray technology account no[protected] on 31/05/2019 but by mistakenly it was credited to[protected]. Amount was rs 24200 and i got reciept transaction declined by atm i'd: 00281hry response code 045. But i have launch the complaint in branch on 01/06/2019.in bhayendar west branch where i have deposited the cash branch told me it take 7 working day to reconciled and we will credit to your account but i was surprised on 12/06/2019 when i was gone for confirmation branch executive told me that the amount was credited in given account so please rectify the same as earliest because almost it has passed 150 days i am following no response by branch kindly credit my amount in my account as soon as possible with interest.

                                      I contact phone pay also but they are saying successful transction happened. Also kfc people saying that they didn't get any order confirmation.

                                        I got a call from an icici personell named nandini from bangalore (Phone no : [protected]) saying that i have received a pre approved credit card, and which will be delivered by friday (October 4th 2019). But i have received no details about the tracking of the card, nor is she picking up my calls. Kindly look into it.
                                        I have tried multiple times to call this lady, but she is not picking up my calls, which is extremely irritating.
