[Resolved] ICICI Bank — delay on closing edc machine mid 75930857 and applying unauthorized charges continuously | |||
During subscription, your rm has mentioned no subscription fee and its free of charge with only monthly charges. However, i have not able to use machine as i shut down my business partnership and decided to return it back as its on my name. I requested to close machine in july 2019 month itself and attached is receipt of machine handover. That time i have done final settlement and paid rs 1050/- After discussing with your collection and first data team. Now, below my personal account where i get charged again in sept end with around 4+k. Again when i complain no responses and when someone respond again asking for 900.. Are you guys hungry for money.. Do the needful and please settled this case and provide me acknowledgment for same. Other than this i have relation with icici bank since 2011. My bajaj finance ecs of 2000 rs was bounce in aug 2019.. in a week i paid the amount with penanlty of 450 .. but the bank has charged 413 rs .. and it is repeating every month...
