        Hello
        On Nov 19 I made an IMPS transaction of 4000, while processing I received an error saying timed out. I checked my account balance, amount has been deducted already. when I checked with the beneficery account, the money wasn't there. I called the CCE, she said Trans. is unsucessful and timed out from beneficery bank, will get the amount back in your account in 1 working day, if not you can call us again and complaint. Today when I called the CCE (asif), was saying the tran was sucessful and the beneficery will revert us in 3 working days. He was not ready to take my complaint. Neither confirming when exactely I'll get my money. It's my account my money, why should I care about any other banks process. Now My money is not in my hand neither in beneficery account not even in my account. Where the money gone, I just can't understand. Is this some kind of trap or play you guys running, block the money of your customer between the tran and use the same for three or more days for illegeal purpose, bucause I think you don't have to show anything to anyone for this amount which you hold for a period and return after some time. I am sure you guys are doing this for such reasons, because I came across these scenarios frequently these days.

          Imps fund transfer-timed out, money debited

          I transferred Rs 2000 through IMPS on 21st November at 9.10 PM from ICICI A/C to Syndicate bank A/C.

          Transaction Remark : MMT/Ref[protected]/[protected]

          The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

          But I got a message that said

          "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.2, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on...

          I too got an email from icici with bank statement on 5. Nov 2016. I had a balance of rs. 820.72 and now they have debited rs.684.25 for smab chgs smab chgs oct16+stax89.25 leaving a balance of rs. 136.47. I did not receive any notification before. Request to look into this matter and take necessary action.

            Hi,
            From my account, there was an deduction of INR 28.75 without any reason...it was described in the statement as ATMDEC CHG.From Internet i found that this charge was due to ATM's not having enough cash.But there's no previous notification regarding this.And how come this charge can be levied to me.That's the problem with the ATM right...Please do resolve it.

              Hello Sir,

              After standing in queue for almost 4 hours, when mine turn came, the cashier denied the exchange and said that only ICICI account holders old 500 and 1000 notes will be exchanged. Whereas per guidelines by RBI, upto Rs 2000 can be exchanged at any bank.
              Bank staff and manager were very rude.
              They didnot even notify that we wont exchange notes for other bank customers.

                I had purchased clothes on pantaloons showroom on 19th oct 2016 and used my icici credit card. The purchase amount was 1999/- rs. The consumer swiped my card only once and the money got deducted from my credit card account. After 10 mins i have received a message on my mobile saying that the money (1999/rs) deducted again...

                The money got deducted again and immediately i called the icici customer care on (19th oct) only and the bank said like the transaction is not completed and the transaction will get cancelled in 15 days. But it has not got cancelled and when i check the credit card statement the money (1999/-rs) got deducted twice.

                I called the icici customer care and they said like it is the issue with the pantaloons merchant only.. I called the merchant (Pantaloons on 11/19/16) and they said like there are no duplicate transactions from the pantaloons side.

                There is some issue with the Merchant and the metchant has closed the duplicate transaction

                  I withdrew Rs.14000/- from my account no.[protected] on today at 7pm and while counting the cash I found the bank delivered only 139 notes of 100 as in one packet of 100 notes I found only 99 notes. this is being happening in the pkts of 100 rs. notes. Due to heavy rush it is not possible for every one to count. The bank staff is embezzling. please inquire and credit Rs. 100 to my account immediately. Their cash be checked by special team.

                          I have called and submitted my written complaint to icici bank branch 100 times in last 3 years.
                          When its customers money they are ready to absorb all then time.
                          But when its about giving back to the customer they cant do anything
                          3 years back i called your bank to complaint about a wrong transaction.
                          Icici customer care person told me its a dormant account. The funds will be reversed in your account. It was few days before my marrige.
                          After that for last three years i have been trying to get my money back but they give me unnecessary reasons and asking me to visit the home branch of that person where the money is absorbed.
                          I have talked to the mangers of the branches but i think they are not intrested in returning my money.

                                This is anil saini branch manager icici bank ltd nawanshahr 144514 punjab. I have sent an parcel dated 05.011.2016 vide pod no.[protected] for saharanpur 247001 but the same still not delivered and regarding this i have lot of time i have asked/visited to your branch office but they are not able to search my courier. Request you to please look the same on priority otherwise i will go to consumer court with my complaint.

                                  This is pathetic that a person is not getting the refund, and your employee doesn't have etiquette to speak to the customer, ms. Rekha (Gurgaon). After spending 26/- in a call in which your employee was just confused, what should we do when we are supposed to get a refund. Call the merchant, the mid person (The app from where we booked) and then the bank where the employees doesn't have etiquettes. We know that one needs to recheck the information but not that non sense way as she did. This is pathetic and not expected from icici.

                                  I got a message from where i was supposed to get the refund, then i'll be getting the refund with 7 working days. Now after 7 days when i called the merchant they said that we have refunded your amount and they gave me the transaction ids. I told this thing to ms. Rekha thrice, what she said in reply, "to apko pehle phone karna chahiye tha". How the hell on this earth will anybody know that for getting a refund you have to call everybody on the first day itself, even the bank that, "dear bank, i am supposed to get a refund. Please give it to me". She was behaving as if she was doing a favour to me.

                                  Ms. Rekha - just not recommended for the work she is doing, terrible she is.

                                  She also said, "as you merchant said we have refunded your money from our side even I can say that you call your merchant only, we have not received the refund request (even when I provided the transaction ID.)

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                    I got a fraud call in behalf of icici bank from Mobile Number - [protected] regarding my Credit card verification they asked my card no and CVV number to redeem balance reward points to my account.and they initiated a transaction of INR 8899.00 at Crazylook on ICICI Credit card of ending with 1003. after that they called me and demande to share the OTP number with them but I had not given the same also they told me that we will redeem all my balance payback points. i[censored] r not provide the details. Post that when i asked that lady employ ID and Name she told her name is Priyanka and employee ID is ICICI 000946.

                                    My request is to track this number and take some necessary action, so that any other people may not suffer from this type of fraud.
