I have been a customer for ICICI bank for the last 10 years. I have been levied charges ( Rs. 708) by the bank without any intimation. I do not wish to be a customer to this bank if I am being unnecessary charges like this. I have not been informed priorly by the bank that such charges shall be levied. My account has been debited with Rs 1899 and I haven’t subscribed to any services. I tried calling customer care but they are not solving anything. They just keep asking for my debit card number. Please refund the amount.
