Amount deduction, employees of icici bank are
Yesterday my account got deducted with rs:- 500.19, and even i did not get any e-mail or sms notification for this cheat transaction, though i'm registered with sms and e-mail notification and i didn't get any alert for this transaction, later when i viewed the account balance then i came to know that i have a deduction and later i got to know its because i have demat account with icici bank and i was not informed at all by the icici employee regarding annual fee, while opening up the demat account and the transaction details is (Dp chg till jan-19), i will not use word request, but sincerely refund my money back.

    I haven't subscribed to my money service but still anual fee for jan-19 to dec-19 354 rupees got deducted. Most annoyingly i can't even find 'unsubscribe' in the my money console.       I have a demat account in icici bank in icici direct. Yesterday my account got deducted with rs.826 — dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jan-19. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. Please refund my amount.

        icici bank - amount deduction dp charges till jan-19

        I am deepak i m. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jan-19) on 26-feb-2019. I have never used my demat account till now.

        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

        I need justice and...

        rtnchg deduction

        What is rtnchg in icici bank? I got deducted of more than 2000 rs.in different transactions without any prior notice.
        According to google search it is deducted for declined charges on atm transactions but i did not use the card and it declined prior to the amount being deducted.

        No one at the customer care is answering my questions.

        Please share all details about different charges that icici bank takes...

        cancel expression debit card and apply basic card

        I dont wish to apply for expression debit card. So how can i apply for basic simple debit card.
        I have opened a zero saving account in past month and balance in it is zero.
        I operate the account only for my salary.
        When salary comes i withdraw all amount at same time.
        I am afraid of the charges of expression debit card and moreover i am not in need of services of that card.
        So please help me to get simple...

        Hello sir/mada, icici bank agents have come to the office o[censored]ndersigned for asking us to apply for icici credit card. I have filled the form and have received the card within 2-3 days. But, as soon as i have received my card i had decomposed the same without any activation of the same which is required for any further transaction using the instant card. But, your bank agents have called me for this and i had reaffirmed the same to him also that i no longer want to use that card. But, still from you bank a number of emails, communication letter to my present address and even to my office address have been send by you. Even your recovery agent were keep calling me to deposit the amount rs.6000/ (Approx.) and ready to bargain to rs. 1000/- only. This is clear intimation by your agents to me. This is clearly lapse on your part that you had not stopped service for me since i have communicated number of times the same to your agent to stop my service abut all in vain. This is clear violation of my rights and harassment done by you by calling, sending mails, letters etc. That too for that particluar card which till now has not been activated by me. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as early as possible since this is clearly a spot on your service delivery and redressal system.

        No steps have been taken by the ICICI Bank and they are in the process of further harassment, unnecessary delaying the procedure even after more than 08 months of complaints in the consumer complaint forum ICICI bank has not deactivated my credit card and showing dues against me amounting Rs. 5500/- for the credit card which was not even activated by me. I had requested the same number of time via mails and telephonic conversations but they keep on giving deadlines one after two by saying that issue has been raised to level 1, 2 etc. This sort of lethargic tendency regarding resolution of the grievance in which the nominated nodal officer i.e. Sh. Vinayak Rao is also not helping much and that too for those issues where the customer is innocent and their cibil has got skewed because of this sort of irresponsible and unprofessional behavior of ICICI bank. I have to apply for loan and with this pathetic grading of cibil score no bank is now allowing me to get the loan. My plan for buying a property has been delayed for more than a month and ICICI bank personnels are not ready to resolve the issue on urgent basis even after passage of more than 08 months. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

        Due to the undue charges levied by ICICI Bank over me, my Cibil Score has got totally destroyed. I want to close my account in the ICICI bank and wants that these undue balance showing against my name should gets removed or cancelled by the ICICI bank.             I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

              This is such a fraud from ICICI bank.

                  Tried ICICI customer care to report loss of multi wallet prepaid card. ICICI prepaid card portal is non functional and Chatbot is of no use even their customer care lines are useless.. it doesn't even give option for multi wallet card.

                          I am an Axis bank account holder and I accidentally transferred 10000 rs amount to one of the beneficiary of your bank and when approached ICICI bank manager he said that the beneficiary who received my amount has some kind of loan (personal/vehicle) and he was not paying the amount regularly, hence whatever the amount that I transferred got deducted as ECS RTN CHRGS. Also Branch Manager informed that my bank can request ICICI bank backend team to hold amount if at all in future if he deposits money in his account then I will be reverted with my amount whatever beneficiary deposits

                          When approached to the beneficiary, he was saying that he is not going to pay the rest of the loan amount and he is not using his ICICI account since 2-3 years and that's my problem.
                          Please suggest on how can I get my money back.

                            Yesterday itself, i received a text from icici bank that a sum of rs. 1899/- has been deducted from my account to one assist plan. And it has been done so without my consent or permission. Seriously, i don't need any such plan. I am really really seeking ways to deactivate it and get my money refunded. I did share my concern to [protected]@icicibank.com to zero response from icici bank. Please deactivate this one assist plan and refund my money asap.

                              On 4th January 2019, around 9:00 pm I ordered a steam iron worth Rs 1320 from Amazon. I had Rs 75 in my amazon pay balance. so i paid through bank and Rs 1245 were initiated from the bank but the payment was showing as pending and my order was not being confirmed. i cancelled my order twice. no money was deducted from my account till then. When i again ordered the third time. Rs 1245 were deducted from my account and order was placed on 4th January 2019, around 9:05 pm. and no other amount was deducted till then.
                              When i woke up on 5th January 2019 morning at around 11 am. I saw a message that an amount of Rs 1245 has been debited from my account. I was shocked because the money for my confirmed order was already deducted from my account on 4th January, 2019 at 9 pm. and again the same amount was deducted the next morning for no order placed.
                              When i inquired from amazon. they claimed that they did not receive any money apart from the payment of the confirmed order that happened on 4th january 9 pm. The bank says that there is no statement for debit of Rs 1320 as the original amount of the steam iron was Rs 1320 and initiated amount was 1245 after the deduction of amazon pay balance. Attached underneath are the proofs of my inquiry and and my SS of my bank statement. Rs 1245 has been unnecessarily deducted from my account and are not refunded till date.

                                  Inspite of being out of job for 6 months i however managed to the minimum amount on due dates.

                                  I have been using your card for more than 15 years where there were no late payments or all malfunction on my records.
