[Resolved] ICICI Bank — irrelevant credit card charges | |
I was offered make my trip credit card from the bank. While offering the credit card i was told that there would not be any joining fees charged at all but i see that the statement reflects rs 1212.86. Last month i received a call from someone from the bank and they confirmed that there should not be any fee charged and they will check and get back to me but no one contacted. I have sent several emails about complaint but no satisfactory response received. I have not used the card and they charging me interest every month in spite of emailing them several times no one has contacted. I will not pay any charges to the bank, in fact bank should pay back for the harassment caused for several follow ups without any luck. Was this information helpful? | |
