[Resolved] ICICI Bank — over limit charges on credit card | |||
Hi team, My credit card limit is 60k and i have used 59980 with minimum bill pay interest, my card will not allow to do transaction if no limit but i used 59980 so i have 20 rs left in my limit, here the bank charged 90 rs gst so that my limit is over 70rs and again they charged over limit fee 500rs, if call customer care and asked for way off it’s not my mistake, bank charged gst and it’s crossed the limit. They saying it’s ur mistake, it’s not possible to way off, can you please suggest me and help on this, is it fraud by icici or not? Thanks ®ards, Ramu Was this information helpful? | |||

When i had done payment to The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) . then the transaction is failed (transaction number- IGADXJWZR1) . after one day i have done second transaction . but my first transaction is not refund. plese help .
