Dear Sir/Madam,
We are holding A current Account[protected] with WTC - Kharadi ICICI Bank. We have some issues with unnecessary charges deducted from the Bank every month without any justification from the Bank side. Some charges have been reversed too after our several follow-up with the banking personal.

The reasons behind deduction are as per banking staffs
1. Non MAB (which is not case from the day of opening accounts as we have maintained MAB every month)
2. Bulk transaction Charges - we have never ever did such a transaction in any month.
3. Remittance charges - Which are always deducted before remitting fund to our account
4. And so on

After Paying/deducting remittance Charges from the account for inward remittance, Why our accounts get deducted 100+GST as a bulk transaction charges every month when we receive remittance in the account. Debit card charges twice in a year. New Vision Charges - without any concern from customers.

Annually TOTAL 2599.80 Rs. has been deducted after maintaining MAB. There are more charges too, I have just calculated those are into my knowledge. Appreciate if bank can calculate this deduction between March 18 to June 18.
This kind of activities really disappointing for such a huge financial banking sector and harassment to its Genuine Customer instead of Taking care (Khayal Appka).
If this amount with interest will not reimburse within a week after receipt official communication to bank, I have no option left to challenge in consumer Court.
It’s my hard earned money, will never tolerate such nature of deduction from bank to earn revenue from the customers.
Please remit the amount back with government (GST) charges. Also please assure this kind of charges is not applicable for future transaction. Please do the needful at the earliest.

    I am fed up with such poor customer service, was not expecting from such big bank especially when Reliance and PayTM building up competition in India.

    I am an Indian travelling Canada but cannot do transactions due to netsecure OTP reaching my indian number. I tried calling customer care but they either keep redirecting my call to NRI services or just keep disconnecting. Well finally searching on google, I reached onto this number[protected], then selecting option 2 followed by option 5, entering my indian debit card with pin, IVR would say Authentication successful but then it would disconnect call straight away after that. I tried multiple times from different numbers, but all in vain.

    Time to move over to different bank, and this time I would actually choose which supports sending international otp or otp on email atleast.

      I am the a/c holder of icici bank. Now they have charged ₹ 177 under this category dcardfee8914aug18-jul19
      I am not aware what type of charges are these.
      They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
      Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
      Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

      There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c.

        While making payment to Uber ( A Pvt Taxi Service ) through new debit card I am not able to generate OTP . I was able to get OTP till I was using old card but after I have switched to coral International Debit card ( New Card Issued to me ) . I have registred this new card with service provider - UBER also yet I am not getting OTP through this card . Kindly do the needful in the matter.

            I m apply for a credit card to my nearest branch of icici. There after they have no give me an application no after so many time i ask they finaly give my application no. There after my application close without informed me also they dont tell me reason why my application was not able to proces. Many time i call customer service they have no proper answer to me.               Almost one month is going he has no reply about my credit card application & still no confirmation call or any application notification send by your bank.
              Your executive didn't receive my call. & when i call him other number he gives me only excuses.

                  Would like to inform that in my saving account has been debited unauthorised transactions RS.20000 without my knowledge. I have seen transactions in mobile banking transactions, remarks shows iit debited Paytm but I cannot doing any Paytm transactions.                         I'm karanveer singh... My acc. No.[protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com.
                        I applied for new debit card and my debit card dispatched on 13th august and they told me that you will get your debit card in 5 working days and today is 29th of august but still i didn't got me debit card.
                        I want my debit card for online payments or in daily life usage so solve this problem as soon as possible... I also visited in your branch in phase 5, mohali, punjab and they said that speed post is responsible for late delivery but i don;t know how to contact with them.
                        And nobody helping in your customer care they disconnected my call more than 6 times {-_-}

                          Hi sir/madam

                          I m a icici bank customer. On 09/08/2018 ecsrtnchgs charged 56.35 rupees, on[protected] ecsrtnchgs charged 0.01 ruppees and on 23/08/2018 ecsrtnchg charged 356.62 ruppees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchgs. The bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount.

                            I am shanthakumar. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/xxxx dp chgs till jul-18) dp charges on 28/08/2018.
                            I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

                                I want to drawn attention of all consumers and an esteemed bank named icici bank is going too verse in providing service to clients i am discussing about hapur branch of this careless bank which if any competition will organised about carelessness and poor service of banks it will won 1st prize. I myself have an account with the above bank with a/c number as[protected] i go to bank on[protected] for statement of my above mentioned account number and relevant employee mrs. Anju rani told me to bring written application for statement and from[protected] till now means[protected] i am moving around for the statement but unsuccessful to get the statement i go twice and thrice a days on daily bases to the bank but nobody care about time and necessity of client first she told me to bring written application with id when i reach alongwith application and id she opposed some content of application and sent me back to write application again i reached with another application many time but she used to refuse each time on any unnecessary ground i think the the staff of bank dont want to do work the behaviour of staff is also very poor with clients. When i told her that i need this statement for my income tax return she didn't care about it and refused to give statement.
                                The purpose of this complaints is to inform all people please dont trust such banks who give huge amount of loan without inquiry to videocon and the clients who deposit there money in bank are moving around for a little statement.
                                If you opened your account mistakenly in this bank i advise you to go to some good institution and get one two or three year training on how to write application for statement.

                                    I have done payment for a order with reference no. #[protected] to amazon. I returned the product and the refund amount is issued in my icici bank account as per amazon team.
                                    But i can't see it in my account statement.
                                    I have mailed to [protected]@icicibank.com on 23 aug. But no response from there side.
                                    I am really depressed about there service.

                                    I am really frustrated and unable to understand the level of service icici bank is offering to its customers, multiple followups aren't working and bank is using my funds for nearly a month now for their profits. Need someone with some level of responsibility in icici bank who can help.
                                    No one reply from icici bank side ( [protected]@icicibank.com ) .They provide nil service as per my experience.

                                      Icici bank initiated an unauthorized payment to 'one assist' through my credit card.

                                      Rs. 1399/- were deducted from my credit card without my consent.

                                      This payment was done merely based on a phone call and without my authorization or consent. I wasn't given any idea that such payments are made by bank during the issuance of credit card.

                                      This is a fraud. I want the bank to waive off the charges as the payment was not authorized at all.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I'm Parth Vasani holding ICICI savings account for past 8 month. A/C#[protected] Hirji mistri road in Jamnagaer.
                                      Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.

                                      Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines.

                                      ICICI Bank has not delivered my renewed credit card after over a month of its expiry date. After several attempts to complaint through customer care, the card is still not delivered.
