I am fed up with such poor customer service, was not expecting from such big bank especially when Reliance and PayTM building up competition in India.
I am an Indian travelling Canada but cannot do transactions due to netsecure OTP reaching my indian number. I tried calling customer care but they either keep redirecting my call to NRI services or just keep disconnecting. Well finally searching on google, I reached onto this number[protected], then selecting option 2 followed by option 5, entering my indian debit card with pin, IVR would say Authentication successful but then it would disconnect call straight away after that. I tried multiple times from different numbers, but all in vain.
Time to move over to different bank, and this time I would actually choose which supports sending international otp or otp on email atleast.
