    My savings account number is Rohit Malviya[protected], Inore Patel Nagar Branch. In account details option passbook is active instead of e-statement and your well-qualified staff either both Mahalaxmi Branch or Bengal Square Branch or Patel Nagar Indore branch or even your customer care representatives team are "unable to change it from passbook to e-statement option." I have already visited these branches 4-5 times called their staff over phone multiple times every other day morning to evening as per their request but they are not taking it seriously and it has been over a month now I have to file my income tax return and your staff is just not at all taking the matter seriously and I am unable to get my bank statement till date.
    Its high time please get it done ASAP otherwise I will take necessary course of action against the bank as I have all the records of calls and messages and mails and personal visits to your branches. Its highly disappointing that a multinational brand staff being so careless end-to-end with customer.

      We had received a debit card for opening a new bank account last year.
      We didn't utilize it from date we received till now, since it was not required.
      But now an amount was deposited and they had charged some amount. Regarding this we questioned and they were saying it was been deducted for no transaction done by the debit card so they had charged it seems. If you are providing card and expect a transaction if we don't then bank will deduct money without any intimation to customers. Then provide a call or sms alerting the customer do debit card transaction using our icici bank debit card else we will charge you from the money in your account.

          Every year in the month of august, a service charge for cpp has been debited from my bank a/c in icici bank.
          Requested for stopping further debit of any such amount from any of my a/c in icici bank and refund my amount to my b. A/c.
          I have received cpp-sr[protected]renewal message on today 17/08/2018 for service charge 1, 649.00, i need my money and stop this service[cpp]

          I opened my salary account on 24th July 2018 in ICICI. Today is 14 August but account has not been activated. Which shows that service is bad. please activate my account as soon as possible. Because I am facing serious problem.

            Already raised sr[protected], but it was closed without resolving properly. Hence raised new sr[protected].
            Amt was debited from my account with ref id, how can you simply close my sr by replying declined by merchant..?
            Who has taken my amount.
            As my banker you have to answer it..
            My amount was debited and u jave the ref no through which it got debited. How can merchant decline that...
            Your reply is gross irresponsible. And without intimating me you have gone to the extent of debiting my credit card by saying reversal of amount. Who permitted you to do that. Is this the way you behave with 8 years old customer..? Iam going to sue you for this. Kindly note.

              This month in august 2018 i got a call from icici bank credit card department her name was priyanka and telemarketing number was[protected].
              They told me to submit all the kyc required for the credit card. They sent a person for the collection and signing of the icici credit card application form. The same was given to them on 6th august 2018. Since then there is no response on the status of my application one month has passed even not able to track my application online.

              Also the number above is coming switched off indicating some fraudulent activity.
              My concern is if they misuse my details i request icici bank to take an strict action.

                We have current account in the name of "kalyan sai agencies" tadepalligudem.

                Sub:-we are facing lot of problem with the staff. Regarding cash deposit and r. T. G. S. (A/c no :[protected]Cust id :[protected]

                For example today we can r. T. G. S for the amount of 3, 70, 000.00 (Three lakh seventy thousand).
                It has not done.. When we ask the staff there is no proper response. This is not the first time. So kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible. Other wise i have no patience to be with icici bank.

                        My employee ID is 336417. I have requested requested for reliving letter many time but they haven't responded.i left ICICI bank in March 2018 then my March salary not credited then I have mailed them, the team said there is recovery of laptop 22000 because last working day I have not handed laptop then I went branch and on system handed to my branch manager after that in June my salary credited then in June again comes a recovery letter of 22000 of laptop I have mailed many time but the team not responded and raised many SRs also .I need my relieving letter on urgent basis as I got selected in other company and they are asking for relievng letter otherwise they will hire others.kindly help me out

                            So I applied for a loan with ICICI after promising that the whole process would take no more than a week, The documents submission and physical verification were quick but after that officials from ICICI started asking for multiple documents for proof of address.
                            after 1 week, the loan was approved agreement was signed and cheques were handed over and officials promised that disbursement would not a take one day.
                            Its been close to a month now, still the disbursement was not processed with multiple promises on day to day basis and today the manager from ICICI after calling him for 2 weeks responded saying that E Aadhar would not be accepted as proof of Identity alternatively I also submitted my SSLC marks card and Voter ID (spelling mistake, but submitted the affidavit for the same)
                            There is still no resolution for the same and even after a month, there is no clarity.

                            Hoping someone from ICICI sees this and solve the Issue.

                                When i went on google and typed msi digital riv, i was shocked to see so many complaints against icici digital riv.

                                  I have paid train fare of irctc ticket booking of rs 1330 through eazy pay.com website on 8th august 2018 by my syndicate bank rupey card. Transaction was successful with transaction id [protected] but ticket status is showing the failed. Irctc saying that they have not received train fare in their account on 08 august 2018. I want know where my amount has credited. I want reimbursement of the same. Icici bank customer care is not responding. I have been mailing since last week of august 2018 to [protected]@icicibank.com, [protected]@icicibank.com but no response. No customer care no eazypay.com. Since their would any way or solution to find where my amount has credit so that bank can reverse but all in the vain. Please help me to slove my matter soon

                                    I am icici user since more than 6 years and recently while going through my transactions i saw the deduction of some charges by the bank not only once but twice for the same month without informing me about the charges.

                                    What is this and why am i being charged for this, even once charged is understood why twice for the same month.

                                    Kindly resolve the issue. Please.

                                    please reverse my amount to my bank account.

                                      I am mohan karna b, i have an savings bank account in icici bank, branch, secunderabad, on 12.08.2018 i have swiped an amount of rs. 25, 450/- in vaibhav jewelers visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh which was failed and after some time it was credited into my account & after failure of 1st transaction i swiped again this time also amount debited in my account but not credited in vendor / my account also, after that i called to customer care immediately they suggested to draft the mail and given this mail id to send, which is an huge amount so i request you to respond as early as possible in this matter. For your reference i am here with attaching the transaction copies. Feel free to contact about this issue at any time.

                                      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I received a ICICI credit card in November 2017, the card annual fee/member fee charges is 499.

                                      i have not made a single transaction, but bank has sent me a massage after six months that you outstanding due amount is 5509.
                                      I had a failed transaction or rupees 620 via Phonepe on April 4th 2022 the transaction was failed but amount was deducted. Phpe confirmed me that the refund is initiated but I have not received the refund yet.
