[Resolved] ICICI Bank — unauthorized transactions from pension account | |||
I mr. Ramakrishna murthy retired employee of bharat dynamics limited (Bdl) holding savings account with sbi. Its been noticed that every month there is amount around rs.500 is been deducted from my savings account against loan from icici bank. We quote that we have not taken or authorized any kind of loan from icici bank. We dont understand why is the amount being deducted from my account without my authorization. My pension account no.in sbi is [protected]. Kindly clarify and refund the amount deducted till date.. I have recharged but my phone did not recharge please refund my money..I have recharged my jio account on Sunday 2/09/2018 of 349 RS. The money already deducted but plan did not activate yet.. please resolve my quary and satisfy me

I recharged my JIO phone number through transaction UPI Id[protected] but still did not receive recharge on my number please refund my money as earliest. & stop trying to trap the innocent customers it is too hard to earn money so please refund it otherwise some legal action i will take.
