Hi team,
On 10th of july, though my icici account had sufficient balance for personal loan emi of axis they didn't deduct emi amount automatically as how they performed since the beginning. Instead, my icici account got debited of 413 rs on 11/07/2019 with the description - ecsrtnchg. Again the axis executive called and asked me to make the payment manually which was paid on 15/07/2019. After all this, my icici account again got debited for 413 rs on 18/07/2019 with the same description (Ecsrtnchg)
In august, again though my account had sufficient balance for emi on the due date, it got debited automatically after two days as there were holidays in between. And on 16th, 17th and 21st amount got debited from icici account for rs 80.03, 88.97 and 303 (Total rs 472 rs) respectively with the description - ecsrtnchg-17-jul-19+gst.
Can you please help me to understand this problem and in resolving it at the earliest. And also suggest me how to stop this continuous debit transactions that being performed without any notification or my authorization.
