The icici bank money2world transaction is a good idea itself. However, they still fall short of clarity and convenience.
If, the sender has included tax and all charges, why does the receiver get charged also. Even a bigger amount than the receiver was charged. All of these details weaken the service's convinience.
Please, find a way to clarify how your service works and reduce your interests. For instance, one loses more money than the receiver even gets.

    Hello i am naveen kumar. I haven't subscribed never ever to my money service but still annual fee for jun19 342.00 rupees got deducted on dated 4sept'19 without any prior notice. Most annoyingly i can't even find 'unsubscribe' in the my money console. I really got pissed off. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money.

      Today 354/- deducted from account as a part of my money fee which i have never opted and informed. This is totally ridiculous practice these banks are following where hard earned money is getting deducted without any reason.
      Is there anybody to look into this?
      How to control these organizations ao that they should not deduct money like this and they should value others money that will restrict the curruption doing by there bosses like kochar family and all.

          Dear team. I am working in one of the icici bank branch. This is very much sad to complain about my branch manager. There is no discipline in working hours. Late closing also for lady employees. We have to sacrifice our lives in this organisation or wat we have to do. Why management and auditors are not adhering to this issue seriously. No one bothered. We have families to take care. They dont check branches closing timings. We are losing our personal lifes. We are working around 10 to 12hours, there is no proper lunch breaks. No extra pays. This is a bug issue going on in so many branches.
          Plz i request you to plz look into matter very seriously and help employees.

            Hi,
            Today 3 times my money got deducted from my account with different amounts 99rs, 35rs and 375rs by activating some life cover insurance, home content insurance etc.. without my consent or knowledge..I haven't authorized these transactions nor activated these services in any manner...
            This is totally not acceptable..
            You have no right to activate these services without informing the customers.. you are looting money from your customers...
            I'm expecting my money back with immediate effect..
            I was trying to call the customer care num 18002662...
            I have tried since the afternoon but it was disconnecting my call after I select the option bank account...
            Customer care voice service is too worst..
            I have no way to complain about this orally..
            If you cannot respond to my complaint here, I have no other way except to close or deactivate my account permanently...

After deliver of magazine till December 2018 further delivery stopped and not delivered since January 2019 despite repeated requests.                     Hi, my mother has account in icici bank. They deducted rs.1899 from her account without her knowledge. They never informed me or asked me regarding this. She is not even have net banking so no chance of subscribing it online. She also never submitted any form/application for such policy.

                    1. This is really a loot from the bank.
                    2. They cant automatically deduct money and force any policy of them.
                    3. If they don't return our money back them we will have to close the account.

                    We need my money back.

                      Home Loan acct - LBGUR[protected]

                      In 2018, I have applied for the home loan. And to my bad luck and unfortunate, i got stuck with the ICICI bank. I would like to file for the compensation due to the financial loss and the delays in the reimbursement process and FORCEFUL sale of the home loan insurance to me. My complaints is towards the bad handing of my loan case from the home loan personnel named Vinay Kumar Tiwari and Varun Sharma of ICICI home loan insurance.

                      Their employeed are unable to understand Hindi/English or any other language over the email or phone. He did not even reply to the emails, when i was asking questions. Till the last day of the loan disbursement, he did not tell me what will the amount i need to freeze in Fixed deposit for the home registry. At the last moment, i had to take Rs 4 lakh personal loan from Cititbank at a very high interest rate in one day. He even told the INCORRECT amount figure and i had to take more personal loan amount. I have corporate email proofs also in all these aspects. This is one aspect of the loss only.

                      During the home registry stage in November 2018, we had to unfreeze the FD from Rohini branch ICICI bank. And it took more than 1 month to get my FD money back because Vinay has made a major mistake during the LIEN process. ICICI Rohini branch has told us that ICICI loan people has done fraud by placing the wrong FD amount in an unsuitable category. Then to our rescue Mrs. Smita Brahma from the ICICI home loan has worked very hard and helped us to retrieve our FD money from the ICICI Rohini branch. She was the only right professional in the ICICI home loan department. It was a big delay and caused us more in the registry process.

                      ICICI home loan people has systematically cheated me in the home loan process. He did not even know the steps involved in the home loan disbursement but doing hit-n-trial only. Most of the ICICI loan professionals doesn't know the process and none of them admit they do not know the process.

                      I would like to file for the compensation of Rs. 4 Lakh from ICICI home loan, since its their fault.

                      I have already raised the complaints (Id = SR[protected] to ICICI bank at all three levels. But they are not replying to my email about the compensation.

                      Please help me out here and suggest the further course of action.

                        On 2.9.2019 I have used my UBI Visa debit card at ICICI bank ATM at Hindmotor, Hooghly, in West Bengal and tried to withdraw Rs.5000 but the transaction declined with error message of code 072 but my account with UBI bank has been debited with the amount.

                          Myself bhadreswar, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jul-19) on 28-aug-2019. I have never used my demat account till now.

                          Without any information icici representative open my account. I was supposed to open salaried account at that time and later when i get to know that they opened my demat account as well and when i call them and asked why its open, i never told you about that then they said that it is free and this will be non chargeable or deduct money. When i checked my balance through icici mobile app then i saw these has been deduct and without any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                          My icici account number is[protected]. This is unethical and unacceptable for me and i request icici to please refund my amount and also deactivate the demat account to avoid any further deduction. My phone number is [protected]

                            From april 30-2019 till current month, rwd + gst fees were cut twice from the my bank account.

                            I am mentioning here the details for the month of august 2019 only.
                            (Same debit amount details since april 2019)

                            Transaction description for august:
                            Rwdfee/2351657/140719+gst : 116.82
                            Rwdfee/[protected]/010719+gst: 29.50

                            Total 146.32 rupees was debited from my account for the month of august.
                            As i mentioned earlier, this is not the first time some kind of fees being charged.

                            From april, i haven't used icici debit card much but still bank debited lots of amount from my account.

                            I want the reason for that and want that money back to my account immediately.

                            Seems banks are levying unnecessary fees on their costumers.

                              Due to severe financial crisis i am not able to pay the amount. Please allow me to settle the amount by waiving interest and other penal charges also adjust my minimum payment towards the dues. I am in huge debt and facing harrasment from many financial organizations and had came into depression. This is due to some fraud done by a person named ajay jain r/o -3/18 model town phase 3 delhi who has evaded from his house after doing serious frauds with me and other people. I have left with no house, even my wife and daughter had left me and filed for a divorce. Please understand my situation and allow me to settle the account.

                              Due to severe financial crisis i am not able to pay the amount. Please allow me to settle the amount by waiving interest and other penal charges also adjust my minimum payment towards the dues. I am in huge debt and facing harrasment from many financial organizations and had came into depression. This is due to some fraud done by a person named ajay jain r/o -3/18 model town phase 3 delhi who has evaded from his house after doing serious frauds with me and other people. I have left with no house, even my wife and daughter had left me and filed for a divorce. Please understand my situation and allow me to settle the account.

                              I have been continuously harrased by ICICI people. Pls find attached conversation.

                              These people are not ready for giving any waiver. I just want them to adjust my minimum payment which I have made towards there principal amount.

                              For the last one and a half year I have been paying them minimum amount. My intention was not like that but my situation is not appropriate now to pay the outstanding that's why I wanted to go for settlement. I request you to kindly adjust my minimum amount as principal and give me a waiver for interest and I will try to clear rest of the amount by monthly emi.

                                I am trying to use my coral travel card for online transactions (Such as shopping on amazon and food orders) but whenever i submit my card details, the transaction either fails instantly (And asks me to contact the bank) or i get re-directed to the otp page and no otp messages arrives on my mobile. I checked and ensured that my phone number is correct. I also tried my other credit card, which also failed. Only my debit card worked and i received the otp on my cell phone.

                                    My family member has a credit card of icici. Due to some personal problem we can not pay bill in the one month cycle then icici bank employee of credit card department abused me, threatened me, even used very bad language with me. They just loss their mind and go out of the mind. One person name mr. Aaditya is responsible person for such type of these things.

                                      1. The status of this bond

                                      After the intervention and sending a notification by the "Consumer Complaints" to the ICICI an email is posted by the Consumer Care of the bank to send my concern quoting the UID allotted to me.
                                      This email appears as equally elusive as evasive. Please check the email address:

                                      The name or identity of the email addressee is given within braces and the same reads "protected".

                                      What to make out of such responses from the ICICI?

                                        I opened icici salary savings account in 2014. At that i was forced by icici representative to also open icici direct account, which is available free of cost.

                                        However, when i checked my annual transaction statement, i was charges "dp charges" of below amount. This is a fraud, as i havent used my demat account, and simply paying more fees.
