Home Loan acct - LBGUR[protected]
In 2018, I have applied for the home loan. And to my bad luck and unfortunate, i got stuck with the ICICI bank. I would like to file for the compensation due to the financial loss and the delays in the reimbursement process and FORCEFUL sale of the home loan insurance to me. My complaints is towards the bad handing of my loan case from the home loan personnel named Vinay Kumar Tiwari and Varun Sharma of ICICI home loan insurance.
Their employeed are unable to understand Hindi/English or any other language over the email or phone. He did not even reply to the emails, when i was asking questions. Till the last day of the loan disbursement, he did not tell me what will the amount i need to freeze in Fixed deposit for the home registry. At the last moment, i had to take Rs 4 lakh personal loan from Cititbank at a very high interest rate in one day. He even told the INCORRECT amount figure and i had to take more personal loan amount. I have corporate email proofs also in all these aspects. This is one aspect of the loss only.
During the home registry stage in November 2018, we had to unfreeze the FD from Rohini branch ICICI bank. And it took more than 1 month to get my FD money back because Vinay has made a major mistake during the LIEN process. ICICI Rohini branch has told us that ICICI loan people has done fraud by placing the wrong FD amount in an unsuitable category. Then to our rescue Mrs. Smita Brahma from the ICICI home loan has worked very hard and helped us to retrieve our FD money from the ICICI Rohini branch. She was the only right professional in the ICICI home loan department. It was a big delay and caused us more in the registry process.
ICICI home loan people has systematically cheated me in the home loan process. He did not even know the steps involved in the home loan disbursement but doing hit-n-trial only. Most of the ICICI loan professionals doesn't know the process and none of them admit they do not know the process.
I would like to file for the compensation of Rs. 4 Lakh from ICICI home loan, since its their fault.
I have already raised the complaints (Id = SR[protected] to ICICI bank at all three levels. But they are not replying to my email about the compensation.
Please help me out here and suggest the further course of action.
