Dear sir/madam,

My name is ashishkumar patel having icici hpcl american express credit card.

I received message from icici bank in june month that you will get rs 500 book my show voucher on completing 4 or more transactions of rs 500 and above.

It is clearly mentioned that the customer who received communication from icici bank is eligible for the offer. Need to complete 4 transactions of rs 500 and above. The same way i received book my show voucher of april & may month also.

I had already completed 4 transaction of rs 500 in june month and deadline of receiving voucher i. E. 31st august already passed. But i have not still received book my show voucher.

I have attached screenshot for your reference. After that icici bank is demanding for proof of mail that i have not received.

This way icici bank is doing cheating with customers after providing proof also.

    Here the above transactions, my amount was deducted from my icici bank account. I dont know why it was deducted from my account.
    I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges.
    Then i was contacted with icici customer care they are not given proper details regarding this deductions.

    I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

    Kindly do the needfull.

      Very worst customer service ever, from past 4 months i have called many times and every time they use to say the same answer, "your refund is approved and will be credited in 7 working days", but not resolved, if i ask them to connect to higher person for escalations they just puts on hold and never recover even after 30 to 40 mins, please don't cheat your customers and loot their money.

This seems to be hindering my prospects of availing fresh credits and hence, i would like to know what needs to be done to update the account status as its not belongs to us.         I am ex - employee of icici bank, emp id-235225
        I received mail from settlement team that my clearance is pending due to jewel loan issue.
        My last working day was 5th august, do the bank realise this after 1month of discontinuation of service.
        Before my last working day i handed over all keys and responsibilities as per process. The dbm taking over charge has seen and tallied.
        So in case of any issue whatsoever the person holding key is liable not one who is not there in system.
        I need an answer as to why my clearance is pending because of this.

          Icici credit card is charging heavily, i have 2 credit cards in icici bank, but i don't know that they are of different accounts, when called to customer care (Cc) they said you can do the payment in any one of the cards, i have already registered one of my cards, so done the payment. After 15 days i got a new statement stating that you due is pending 564 with a penalty of 632. I was surprised how can the penalty is more than due amount. I called and said regarding the cc misguided regarding the payment, so i have done in another card of mine which is also icici. They said the account is different so we cannot do anything, so i have requested them to reduce fine as it is more than the due amount. There should be a limit in charging fine, max of 10 %. So please consider this request and ask them to refund my amount as there is a mistake from their end. Also, make sure to restrict fine based on % of the amount, not flat rates. Please find the attachment and resolve the issue asap. I got a call from cc saying that they going to refund but till now i didnt received the refund.

            Hi fraud icici, you bookmy show, the worst & fake site ever. Every time from last 2-3 weeks when i was trying to book any show the offer, viz. Buy 1 get 1 ticket is not applying. I am booking tickets from my icici coral credit card. It's a fake offer from icici...!!!

              I had failed to pay 1k of my ICIC credit card bill due to my exam in Jan- Feb'19 but paid after 10 days. ICICI applied late payment+interest and to INR 1200.could not understood their calculation although the principle paid. Now after 10 months it becomes 4500.
              Financially i am in a very bad condition from past 1 year, left job and have no other source of Income.
              Although all debit charges are cleared only I am requesting them to reverse or partially reverse these Late Payment+Interest to make this easier to make it clear but they refused it several times. Request had been made on all concern even the credit head but denied.
              the debt manager Mr.Sunil Singh said he will directly deduct from my saving account. where there were INR 10 K, the Minimum balance I had maintain to save this account as it i was essential but they didn't care. I had to close it. they didn't help me in 2014-15 while there was fraudulent transaction of INR 5700 done on my card. I have paid that fully although it was not my transaction.
              they didn't help while i had taken loan of 3 lacks, for the pre - closure i had to pay almost 50k extra.

              Now they don't even help in such a critical situation although I am ready to settle only the interest charge and late payment fee not even any debit charge but they refused several time and denied any cooperation.

                    I tried to transfer some money to other bank account through neft and in the end of the procedure it asked me to enter grid values, which i did correctly but for some stupid reason it was showing me this msg "your grid card authentication has been disabled, call our 24 hour customer care centre and ask to enable grid card authentication". I have entered all the values very carefully and cross-checked it many times yet same error. I am travelling overseas, so i cant make a call from my registered number. There is no other way of transferring money. T it's been a week and i am not able to make online purchases/transactions. If my problem is not solved soon then i will be forced to close my icici a/c no[protected] and post a gloomy review on how lame icici online services can be. Pathetic support icici.

                        This is pathetic. Icici is charging 530 rupees or auto debit failure of 250 rupees. I am icici customer and on customer care executive suggestion i have activated auto debit facility. And this month there was no money and i paid the icici payment through different means. Due to sunday and holiday, it credited later to bank and now as charges to auto-debit failure i have been charged 530 rupees which is not being reversed by contacting icici customer care executive and on mails also.

                          I am the a/c holder of icici bank for the last 6 yrs. Now they have charged ₹ 568.71. Under this category dcardfee8018aug19-jul20+gst
                          I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                          They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                          Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                          Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                          There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                          Really this is a fake complaint app. Totally time waste and i am going to issue this in social networks.
                          I got experience with ICICI BANK credit card that is if customer needs for emergency there is no value if ICICI bank sales Dept call and if they request for unnecessary any insurance plan than ICICI bank increase the credit limit so that credit card is benefit only Bank business profit .

                            I submitted request for name change on the basis of marriage certificate. But, even after providing marriage certificate, the deputy branch manager of icici bank teen hath naka, thane mumbai branch, did not accepted it, and said to provide original marriage certificate or gazette. I submitted the doc i have. What else i should provide?

                            My adhar and pan card are already updated with the new name, which also i gave to them as a proof. But, they were continuously declining my request.

                            They were ready to open a new account by providing adhar and pan card but cannot change my name after marriage to my existing account. What a pathetic service icici bank is providing.

                            After all the discussions, i have to forcefully close my existing account and opened a new account.

                            "it is easy to open a new account with a new name, but impossible to update name in existing account"

                              Icici bank has deducted rs.413/- 3 times in a month from my account as ecs debit charges returned. I want this charges returned to my bank account as this was not intimated to me and they have deducted. I want it to be returned to me. Being an old an valuable consumer you charge so much aprrox. 2450/- has been charged by the bank as charges. I being an imdividual who is a pensioner, how can i afford so much.

                              I had given grid letters wrongly .. so it showed a message you are blocked for various grid card validation attempts.pls try after 24 hrs.. But i tried after 24 hrs the query isnt resolved.. i tried to contact customer care but no response.

                                I had auto debit for icici coral credit card for last 3 years and suddenly they levied late charges without prior notice. I raised the complaint and email has been going on for last 2 months and they are kept on levying charges till now. I am ready to pay the used amount however want reversal of their late payment charges and taxes on that amount. I had to pay 2300 and they are asking for 5015. Can somebody help.

                                No phone call or email received from ICICI. As per latest conversation they are not reversing the charges and keep on increasing it. They are mentally torturing their customers.
                                On Thursday 7sep2019 i had a call from icic customer care. Today own words 9sep 2019 amount 1889 rs deducted from my account without my permission . I want my mony back

                                  I called icici bank customer care, they said there is no refund processed again i called amazon they clearly said said amount was processed on 31.08.19,
