In 2018, I have applied for the home loan. And to my bad luck and unfortunate, i got stuck with the ICICI bank. I had received one gift card of value 4500/- of icici bank from my company tata steel as a recognition for my contribution towards my company. This card is valid till 02/2020.in the last week we had gone for purchasing cloth with this card but it was not accepted as it was found not in activated condition. I had tried thrice but the transaction was failed due to the same problem.

On 2.9.2019 I have used my UBI Visa debit card at ICICI bank ATM at Hindmotor, Hooghly, in West Bengal and tried to withdraw Rs.5000 but the transaction declined with error message of code 072 but my account with UBI bank has been debited with the amount.

    Myself bhadreswar, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jul-19) on 28-aug-2019. I have never used my demat account till now.

    Without any information icici representative open my account. I was supposed to open salaried account at that time and later when i get to know that they opened my demat account as well and when i call them and asked why its open, i never told you about that then they said that it is free and this will be non chargeable or deduct money. When i checked my balance through icici mobile app then i saw these has been deduct and without any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

    My icici account number is[protected]. This is unethical and unacceptable for me and i request icici to please refund my amount and also deactivate the demat account to avoid any further deduction. My phone number is [protected]

      icici bank rwd fees debited from account twice in every month

      Address: Hinjewadi Phase - II, Shobha guest house

      From april 30-2019 till current month, rwd + gst fees were cut twice from the my bank account.

      I am mentioning here the details for the month of august 2019 only.
      (Same debit amount details since april 2019)

      Transaction description for august:
      Rwdfee/2351657/140719+gst : 116.82
      Rwdfee/[protected]/010719+gst: 29.50

      Total 146.32 rupees was debited from my account for the month...

      Due to severe financial crisis i am not able to pay the amount. Please allow me to settle the amount by waiving interest and other penal charges also adjust my minimum payment towards the dues. I am in huge debt and facing harrasment from many financial organizations and had came into depression. This is due to some fraud done by a person named ajay jain r/o -3/18 model town phase 3 delhi who has evaded from his house after doing serious frauds with me and other people. I have left with no house, even my wife and daughter had left me and filed for a divorce. Please understand my situation and allow me to settle the account.

      These people are not ready for giving any waiver. I just want them to adjust my minimum payment which I have made towards there principal amount.

      For the last one and a half year I have been paying them minimum amount. My intention was not like that but my situation is not appropriate now to pay the outstanding that's why I wanted to go for settlement. I request you to kindly adjust my minimum amount as principal and give me a waiver for interest and I will try to clear rest of the amount by monthly emi.

        I am trying to use my coral travel card for online transactions (Such as shopping on amazon and food orders) but whenever i submit my card details, the transaction either fails instantly (And asks me to contact the bank) or i get re-directed to the otp page and no otp messages arrives on my mobile. I checked and ensured that my phone number is correct. I also tried my other credit card, which also failed. Only my debit card worked and i received the otp on my cell phone.

Due to some personal problem we can not pay bill in the one month cycle then icici bank employee of credit card department abused me, threatened me, even used very bad language with me. They just loss their mind and go out of the mind. One person name mr. Aaditya is responsible person for such type of these things.

                I opened icici salary savings account in 2014. At that i was forced by icici representative to also open icici direct account, which is available free of cost.

                However, when i checked my annual transaction statement, i was charges "dp charges" of below amount. This is a fraud, as i havent used my demat account, and simply paying more fees.

                Kindly refund, else i will close my icici savings account.

                  Hi icici bank customer service team - refer the attached snapshot, no response on my queries sent over the mail.. It's really disgusting..

                  I am a privileges customer of icici bank from last 8 years, but now i think time has come to switch everything to hdfc bank because of pathetic response on my query /complains resolution and worst services by icici.

                  Hope you guys will respond on my below queries and will arrange a call back asap:

                  · i took 2 sips from icici (Yesterday requested to close due to your pathetic services), but last month forgot to maintain the balance in this bank account. Due to that you guys deducted 3 times 413 rs (Total - 1239 rs) on 14-aug-19. My queries are –

                  ü i talked to icici pru customer services and they are saying “there is no rule of charging any penalty on your account, your sip ‘ll be auto closed on not getting money continuously 5 times”. (Who is lying icici pru or icici bank??)

                  ü second thing in worst case scenario if you guys have plan to loot customers, then why 413 rs was deducted 3 times on 14-aug-19 whereas i am having only 2 sips
                  · i received a call back from your executive named ‘bhargavi’ on my call back request. I asked her to put line on feedback, but she refused. That was really pathetic and never expected from brand name like icici bank. (Executive name - bhargavi ; she was not ready to share her email id even after requesting 100 times)

                    So, i move to call customer care number icici bank through the app.
                    The customer service guy is sleeping and not at all responding. After i shouted he asked for the issue in murmuring voice and then the guy again asked for the issue. And then i heard the snoring voice while icam saying the issue.

                    He said atlast after shouting, call the hot line tomorrow.

                    Poor service by icici and they are cheating us by taking the amount

                      In my icici accout no, rs.29.50 debited as "rwdrdmfee/ I did not redeem any points from my debit or credit cards. How could you debit money from the account without any information?

                      Kindly confirm the transaction details to recover the debited amount as well as little bit care while using online transfers.

                        I have not taken any plans or not activated anything. I don't know what are you guys doing by deducting 1899rs for wpp. I want my refund right now and it's a serious issue.                           Worst service ever. Most of the employees have no knowledge about banking. Executive samresh iqbal and manager abhishek mishra of beliaghata branch only knows how to fool consumers. They give fake promises but never stay on their words. Will never deal with this branch ever and will also suggest everyone to stay away from this branch of icici bank.

                            I am the a/c holder of icici bank
                            Now they have charged 177 under this category dcardfee5617jul 19-jun20 +gst
                            I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                            They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                            Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                            Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                            There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c.

                              unable to get offer of credit card

                              I have icici credit coral card but i am unable to get offer of credit card like movie bookibg on book my show at specified timing. Error comes while booking "no offer available for your card".
                              Pls. Check & resolve issue so that i can avail offer. I have tried so many time to book movie tickets at specified timing as were told to me whkle buying credit card but i never got offer....

After this, i realized how poor services this bank providing, the credit de-linked from my account and there was no option of payment was showing, neither i could download the credit card statements. I called up to the customer care where they also don't know how to do the payment, dozens of email i dropped but no satisfactory replied came from their side, and when i got frustrated i let the amount being outstanding.

                              After 5 days i got a call from their customer care executive and then they requested me to pay the outstanding amount, and i asked through which way i can pay the amount and it takes 1 hour as he was also doing r&d on the subject and finally, i paid the amount.

                              Now my next month statement has generated and the same issue is going on, again i dropped emails but my query didn't get resolved and finally today i went to the bank and they show me the credit card statement on desktop, where i found they has charged apxx rs. 1600 against late fee, interest and auto-debit return fee.

                              I didn't ask any question instead of one "how can i pay this amount" and i paid through my debit card.

                              However, i have paid the total amount due but the charges they levied are totally useless, and i need refund of the same.

                                I requested savings account opening through online on 22.07.2019. I also requested them i am not able to visit your branch for any cause. They also accepted my request and collected documents. At the time of document collection i told them i need this savings account only for online transactions. I received debit card after 30 days of document collection. Now 39 days gone till i did not get online user id.

                                Seems they collect document from me for to reach their targets only. If they are not able to process online application why they collected documents from me?. They must reject the documents at that time.
                                From two days they are not lifting my phone and did not give answer to my call.

                                Such a worst service from icici. With this so much struggle i decided to close the account.

                                And my doubt is even they are not respond at the time of application, if major problem exist how can they give their service to customer.

                                Please take necessary action against this.

                                  Payment (19518.88) for muthoot finance site was approved and deducted from my upi app (Apgvb account) to beneficiary ([protected]@icici account). But payment status on muthoot site was shown as ' failed'. Hence i did the payment using other method successfully. But the money deducted during the transaction haven't refunded to my account. So please return the same as early as possible.

                                  I am attaching a screenshot of the transaction with all details. Please help me. Thank you
