I opend a savings bank a/c on 26.09.2019through online.This is my a/c no[protected]. This a/c was opened online from icici bank website with 10 thousands rupees. My application id is[protected]. After 3 month application are rejected but deposit money 10 thousand till now not refund me. Even i submit complain many times in icici branch. But didn't get any solution. Please help me. Please refund my 10000 account opening charges. Otherwise i'll take a strong step against bank.

    Because of some lack of communication about some fine charges which got accumulated for a debit card emi (Virtual credit card), my cibil score got affected and i am in a very critical condition to get an noc from icici bank for no overdues for both my credit card and debit card emi virtual credit card as well.       17/feb/2020 i went for focus diagnose center for one test and we have paid amount in that diagnose center through debit card machine, due to late night we asked them money refund. Focus diagnose center did one void payment and they gave me slip for that. They said with in 24hr i will get money like. Till now amount not refunded. We contacted customer care, response is very late.
      We have verified with hospital. But they said they don't have control on this void transaction.

        I had purchased icici fastag for my car no. Mh46z9712 in 2018 but to front glass breakage my tag got damage and requested for new tag. With hundred times follow up on customer care through out year 2019 icici didn’t send me new tag saying it’s in blacklist. Once blacklist is removed we’ll send new tag. Since i was having balance of rs 1000 and no reason for doing blacklist. They always raise complaint saying it will resolve in 72 hours everytime but no solution. Then finally in jan 2020 i closed icici account and purchased hdfc tag, also i received refund from icici. My hdfc tag is also showing blacklist coz icici tag didn't remove old tag from blacklist and just closed the account due to which hdfc tag is also facing problem. Since then i have raised 2 complains in icici to remove tag from blacklist but pathetic service from icici.

          To Explain the situation again I have recharged the AXIS BANK Fastag with Rs. 500/- and traveled to Burdwan along NH2 on 25th Dec'2019 and back on 29th Dec'2019.

          As per deductions in Toll Plazas my CORRECT BALANCE in the wallet should be Rs.110/- .

          But in Dankuni & Palsit toll plaza amount has been deducted wrongly // double deduction // in wrong date.

          This has been marked in the wallet statement as excess amount deduction.

          For ready reference to also find the
          1. Road User Transaction
          2. Wallet Statement
          Above all I have been getting a regular SMS from Axis bank to fill my wallet as it has Rs. 60/- DEFICIT !!!

          My wallet statement should therefore reflect the correct Balance of Rs. 110/-

          Kindly do the needful in this matter.

          I have been seeing from month till as on today fastag machine has not been installed at hubli to dharwad road, and I feel that the collection fees is also not appropriate, as they collect rs 150 one side, for a single road, where every day accidents happen, please look in this matter.

              I am having my salary accout in icici bank. But few days back 118 rs/- (29.50 rs * 4) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "atm dec chg". And when i tried to explore it over internet, i found these charges are applied for when atm of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason. Although i was having enough balance at that time. Please remit my money to my aacount, it is also illegal as per rbi rule.

              Someone has withdrawn money from my account today. Rs 3000 has been debited which I didn't did.i went to atm for withdrawal but my ATM card got stucked in the machine and even after so many efforts nothing happened and card is still in the atm machine neither there was any guard in the atm and I even tried customer care number but couldn't block my card instantly although I was present in the atm there by 3:35Pm but nothing happened and then when I was there at atm how at 3:33Pm I received SMS of 3000 debited amount. How is this even possible my card is still stucked in icici bank atm in vijay nagar sec 9 and when I contacted your team to know about this transaction so they informed me that the transaction took place from my card at another Atm in ghaziabad which is from another bank and is at quite distance from icici bank atm at Vijay Nagar.
              Please help me and get me my money back by investigating the case thoroughly.

                  I have raised complain earlier also regarding harassment i'm going through by mr adtiya of icici bank. But it leads to no where coz the email address they mentio is not valid. I'm literally thinking to jump off my hostel coz this person is still the same, giving me mental pressure, threatening me to come to my house nd harass my family with police.. Now please let me know here should i go. I'm not denying to pay i will but i need sett. He is forcing me to pay complete amount in 3 emi with 6 days which is impossible for me..                     Icici bank is worst when it comes to service they have charged me 413rs. I have paid my policy amount on 5. Feb and the due date is on 6. Feb the payment was received on time after due date they can charge me charges but not before that when i have receive the acknowledgement msg and mail also that the payment was received but still they charge me charges on 17. Feb.2020 when the amount was paid successfully then why they have charged me this charges on 17. Feb i called them but they told me the insurance company have charged me these charges then when i called icici prudential they told me to call icici bank this is pathetic i will never take any policy from icici prudential or open any account on icici i want refund and clarification asap. When the payment was not bounced then why these charges and i never opted for auto debit facility this unfair

                        I had raised complaint on icici fastag portal about excess toll deduction on 12th jan. The journey was made on 11th jan on mumbai pune expressway

                        Instead of rs. 173 they deducted rs. 1166 at khalapur toll plaza. On the next talegaon toll plaza also wrongly deducted rs. 173

                        Complaint no. Are cmp[protected] & cmp[protected].

                        For about 40 days there was no reply from icici bank.

                        On 40th day they replied saying -
                        As per guidelines, validity to raise chargeback is 40 days from the trip date.in this case, the validity expires on “[protected] on which tat expires”. Requesting you to provide the required information “ provide rc copy/vehicle image"” before tat expires”

                        The fastag was issued to me only after verifying the copy of rc book. It is already with them. Then why they need it again. My vehicle tag is linked with it already. The transaction was also made through fastag that means there server had all the records.

                        Also even if they needed rc book. Why it took 40 days to just say that.
                        While raising the complaint there was no mention that submitting rc book is compulsory.

                        Now the customer care says 40 days are over they can't do anything. Also, there is no email id on icici fastag website to register the complaint.

                        I hope i will get some resolution / direction about how to proceed

                          Dear sir,

                          Please note that i have made a recharge of rs.500 to my fastag id no 11311853 bearing vehicle res. No-od02ba5331. Amount has already been deducted from my account where as the same was not yet creditted to my wallet yet. Icici fsstag bank is not responding at all to my complain. Several times i have contacted the bank but no response. Please take necessary step or suggest any alternative.

                            And also all documents share in face book and media for all customers awareness from icici bank.

                              I wanted to open an account in icici bank as it's services were good. So when i went to bank, one of executive told for opening account you need to have your parents accounts in the same branch and even the executive convinced me to open my mom account. So i opened 2 account. I was using my account regularly and my mom account rarely. Later after few months when i visit bank to enter passbook. There i come to know that icici bank has debited around 4000 from my account as mab charges. When i asked the bank people to credit back the amount, they replied in a rude way and told it's not possible.
                              I request you to kindly reverse back the charges debited from my account that to without notifying.

                              After speaking hours, I just got half the money back. Rest was taken by ICICI Bank which around 2k . People usually keep money in bank for safety, but keeping money in ICICI Bank is a heavy risk, you never know when the bank has deduction money from your account without even notifying.

                              There was deduction of around 5k and I got 1500 back that too after speaking for more than 2 hours. If this is the service customer are provided, then I prefer no use of opening accounts in private bank, specifically ICICI bank

                                I ordered icici fast tag but didn't receive any tag. After inquiring abt it, i came to know that my vehicle no. Up32jm5627 is being blacklisted by npci. I have been trying to reach customer care but getting zero response, every time they say the server is low call after 1 hrs or 2.                                   Sir,
                                  Regarding above subject, i intimated you that i was crossing toll. Plaza near sampla, rohtak. My fast tag was attached in. My car. But in a toll window, it could not read/sacnned and rs. 120 may be deducted from me i. E double of only one side. Whenever toll plaza charges was rs90 for both side
                                  Why. As per rules, toll authority can not be double and excess charges if fast tag is attached /paste in the windscreen of vehicle. If fast tag not scanned then no fault of owner of vehicle. This is totally injustice. If this issue is not resolved i am compelled to go to hon'ble court. I request you that pl help to resolve the same as soon as possible.

                                    I tried opening account through online on february 12th, since then:
                                    1. No email/sms from icici with my account details (I took a screenshot of account opening success page which had the account number so that's it)
                                    2. Can't activate userid/password for netbanking, it says it's an invalid account.
                                    3. Not received any calls from icici for full kyc conversion which i was suppose to get.
                                    4. Received atm card today but it's useless as still can't access my account
                                    5. Imobile app also does not gave me access to my account.
                                    6. Reached out to icici customer care with a email detailing all the issues i am having but have not received any response yet.

                                      From last month some amount from my icici bank account gets deducted without informing me. When i checked my passbook it shows rtnchgs. What the hell is this?? Worst service from icici bank. Not recommended to anyone. Please don't mislead customer don't deducted our earned money which cost too much hard work. Expect to solve issue as early as possible and return my illegally deducted amount. Thanks
