Referance no 121021443894 regarding DOB correction for policy no 4111/MPC/156170732/01/000

I have gone thru aforesaid letter and would like to bring following points / facts to your notice, which will help you in taking necessary action.
1) Wrong DOB in the original document is because of some data entry error at your end and I should not because of any of my fault for which I don't see any reason for not correcting erroneous data.

Regarding refund of erroneous policy no SF907144

I have recently renewed a Motor policy from ICICI Lombard bearing policy no. SF907144

It comes with gross mistakes like wrong Car model, wrong cubic capacity, wrong TP premium [because of incorrect Cubic capacity], improper IDV [because of incorrect model], incorrect phone number.

I have been with Bharti AXA General Insurance since the purchase of my car. You have all the required details.

Didn't gave a proper claim

We take your two wheeler insurance less than a year ago.
Now if we claim it you gave 10500 rupees and showrooms bill is 18000+.
How it's possible....

Cancellation of policy not done from more than 1 month

Hello,

I am following for my refund on practically everyday from last more than 1 month, still there is no response from icici lombard end .

Everyday when i call the helpline no, every caller tells me that v have make a note to the priority executive team department and your cancellation and refund will be processed in another 24 to 48 hours...

Health insurance policy not issued

Address:ICICI Lombard House 414, P.Balu Marg, Off Veer Sawarkar Marg, near Siddhivinayak Temple, Prabhadevi Mumbai-400025.

I have renewed my health insurance policy on 21st September 2021, I haven’t received the copy of policy it has been almost a month and despite sending multiple remainder they are not replying to my mails even their POC stop replying to me and answering my calls.

I am also attaching the screenshot of the payment done....

Claim number: RBUS00000018926 Claim Rejection

My phone was stolen during a journey that was insured by Lombard. The maximum claim that can be made for Loss of baggage is Rs 5000 but even for just 5k ICICI lombard has been consistently ignorant of my mails and stretched it out for more than a month, I have submitted all documents. reimbursement health claim not fully settled

After contineous follow up by me, result came was shocking.
I was unsatisfied by claim settled at your end.
I have borrowed money from my colleuges and family for this operation.
As a result i have to give back single penny to them.

This is my corporate policy. From start when i reached and talk to the executives of icici regarding my
